I came here for the first time yesterday had a consultation previously with Jamie and I thought she was a wonderful fit for what I was wanting to get done. She listened to everything that I wanted and did A fantastic job! Such a beautiful salon, and a welcoming environment couldn’t ask for a better experience!!!!

Rachel did my hair and Im in LOVE! I got extensions and girl on the go color. The color is blended beautifully. Not very often that you go to the hairdressers and leave feeling like you got more than what you asked for. Shes an artist for sure!

My experience at The Beauty Lounge always exceeds my expectations! I am not one to typically review places, but due to the exceptional and consistent service of this salon I had to! Jamie, my stylist, has always made the effort to create a warm and comforting environment! I recently decided to get my hair colored for the first time in years and her exceptional knowledge and expertise were evident from the moment she started working on my hair, putting me at ease. She took the time to listen to my preferences and concerns. The end result was nothing short of fantastic and was everything I wanted. I have been coming here for a few years now, and have never left unsatisfied with the customer service or my hair!

Aspen is an absolute hair goddess! She does amazing with any color you ask and will always make sure you leave the salon feeling like a powerful woman! 10000/10 recommend her for any hair service need.

Christin at The Beauty LoungeFrom the moment I walked in The Beauty Lounge I felt relaxed and at ease. When I walked out the first time, after getting extensions from Christin, I felt like a new person! Christin is engaging and fun, but at the same time, she is extremely skillful in her techniques. She is always easy to talk to, all the while helping me figure out what is best for my hair and skin. I have been going there every 3 weeks for the last 18 months and won’t go anywhere else! Thank you Christin!! And everyone that has helped me along the way.

Hair color can be a LETHAL weapon in untrained or distracted employees. I would advise new clients looking for a new salon. Vet and vet them well..If hair is goal.. I strongly advise looking elsewhere. I believe their ultimate source of income being its small business with forever changing prices for the same service is to force feed extensions down your throat @ 900-1200. Judging from the public photos..dont lie to clients. They look terrible....This is damage by carelessness. My compensation. Kaitlin will give you a free treatment and blowout... you think I would let her touch my hair again??? Yall Need to train your staff… RUN, DO NOT WALK!!! Do not pay hundreds of dollars to be MUTILATED!!! If you come to salon they will destroy your natural hair (at a premium price), then sell you extensions that make you look like a freak. Beware!!! Ummm!! BBB??

I went in not knowing first hand anything about the Beauty Lounge, booked with Jamie. After my consult, I felt as though she would be the best fit given my challenge. My hair was colored a super saturated dark auburn and naturally I wanted to go MUCH lighter without damaging my hair. This was an exceedingly complicated and time consuming process however it was magically 🤣 accomplished in one very long afternoon. Jamie took every precaution to ensure my hair was not compromised through this bleaching process. Honestly, I believe she is the most talented and knowledgeable hairstylist I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. She also made me feel welcome and comfortable in an unfamiliar setting. I’m hooked and subsequently have had 3 follow up appointments for touch ups- will not allow anyone else to touch my hair now. Cannot rave enough about this lovely salon. You get what ya pay for for and the Beauty Lounge is phenomenal at color corrections.Last pic is before.

Jamie is such a wonderful stylist! Not only is she amazing with the scissors, she is also a really sweet and very knowledgable. She truly cares about making me feel comfortable and listens to my vision and makes it happen.

In response to your comments.. check your records.. I called the very next day.. I explained my experience… yes, I asked for her every time, but this particular time she was preoccupied with personal issues and teaching an online class during my appointment that resulted with her CLIENT be neglected with foils left entirely too long ( note the pic) , then I pawned off to the caffeine fiend to rake over my dripping hair like a rag doll… Your comment of not calling you personally is incorrect.. Believe me the damage was horrendous. Who wouldn’t call???

Yesterday I went in for a haircut and style and I absolutely LOVE my haircut. I had Toni and I absolutely ADORE her. She made sure to take her time and cut my hair how I told her I wanted it and she even made suggestions to make my haircut even better! And oh how I LOVE how it turned out! Everyone I encountered during my appointment was very nice and courteous. I can’t wait to come back to get my hair done in March with Toni again!

I received such great care and service from both Jamie and Hailey. I love my haircut and color! These two ladies are the best!

I am just writing to give Destinee major props. She is great, and she does such an awesome job. I get so many compliments on my hair. This is a beautiful salon and every employee I have encountered has be super friendly and professional. I highly recommend it!

Vianna is the best!!! I spent so long trying to find a place and someone who could do my hair the way I envisioned it and Vianna does it perfectly every single time!! Forever my hair girl! Also such a sweet and special person to talk to, 10/10 recommended!!

I love The Beauty Lounge! I go to Jaime and she is so kind and knowledgeable about my hair and the products I’m using! I’ve had no bad hair days since I started go to her!

I went to the Beauty Lounge to get my hair done, and was put with Emily. During my visit it seemed as though she was distracted and trying to rush but I didnt think anything of it because she was still working and doing what she needed to do. We started rinsing my hair and I was brought back to the chair and had my hair dried my an assistant. Immediately I knew something was wrong. I was looking for my normal cooper tone with some highlights and a money piece. What I got was purple/red hair, with white streaks. When she came to the chair to do my haircut I told her I didnt like it and the color was nothing like it was supposed to be, and she told me that it was a he copper red it just needs to fade. I told her I didnt like it and was told that I can rebook in 2 weeks to get it fixed. After leaving I called the manager, cried to her on the phone and she matched me with someone else, then Emily again but sooner. $350 for something thay could have been the worst hair experience Ive ever had. Monday rolls around and I get a call from the manager Christy. I send her photos, she had an audible gasp it was that bad. She then matched me with Holly a day after I was originally supposed to go. Holly did MAGIC to fix my hair. We were at the salon until almost 10pm getting it to be fixed. I cannot say enough good things about Holly. If you ever need red done, go to Holly. She made the entire mistake a memory with how good of work she did. It took hours to get it fixed, Im forever thankful for Holly.

My husband surprised me with a hair appt gave specific directions that my hair was supposed to be blonde that’s what he and the owner discussed and put notes in computer so when I went to hair appt it would be all taken care of the stylist didn’t know what she was doing my husband came up there and said that’s not what we ordered the owner ended up coming up there and doing my hair she was rude pulling my hair making comments about my complexion and how I wouldn’t look good blonde anyway. I ended up spending the whole day in this salon I have orange patches in my hair the stylist told me to come back in 8 weeks and she will try to lighten the orange I was quoted $420 when I checked out they told me $627 when we argued that nobody said it was going to be more obviously I would have just left if they told me that price the owner Rachel again was being rude and told the girls to run my credit card right now when they only had my card on file to book appt so that is an unauthorized transaction. I would never go to an establishment that treated me like they did and totally unprofessional

I’ve been using Christine White when I go and she always does a fantastic job! She’s also very friendly and professional which makes my experience even better. I always walk out with much more confidence thanks to her.

Beccah does my hair and I always walk out of the salon feeling so refreshed and beautiful. She’s very pleasant to work with and the salon atmosphere is a great vibe.

Patty is incredible! My long time stylist recently moved, so I was looking for another high caliber stylist. Chrissy, the salon manager, paired me with Patty. She did a root touch up and glaze with haircut for me. Patty is so kind and attentive! I love her style of cutting. She was not afraid to get into my hair and take out a lot of extra weight from my thick hair. I have already booked another appointment with her! I highly recommend her and The Beauty Lounge for quality, and friendly hair care.

I have always had a good experience at the Beauty Lounge, but when I booked with Jamie for the first time a few years ago, I knew I’d found my go-to person! She’s great and my hair always looks amazing when I leave!

Jaime is so nice! Im very particular about my hair and a bit picky when it comes to bleaching but she has been super friendly and patient with the whole process! Shes super knowledgeable of what shes doing. I have found my forever stylist. ♥️

Just had my hair done by Evelyn at the Conroe location. She is amazing and the color and cut came out wonderful.. she is delightful and here at this new location lent itself to a level of professionalism and aesthetic that I hadn’t experienced in any of the former salons I have visited. Truly a great place and a talented stylist.

Caitlyn English knew exactly what I wanted with little description. I told her a little bit about what I wanted for my color and…just wow. She hit a grand slam. Highly recommend her!!

The salon is gorgeous! Such an experience going to The Beauty Lounge. Jamie did a touch up on my balayage and trim and I felt so beautiful leaving the salon. Highly recommend Jamie to anyone! She truly listens to what you want and will give you realistic expectations on what can be achieved and how to maintain. My hair felt so healthy!!! And all the other stylists were so kind and welcoming, I’ll definitely be back!

After hearing amazing things about The Beauty Lounge, my mom decided to book an eyebrow micro-blading apartment with Chloe. She had never had anything like this done before so because she was extremely nervous I accompanied her to the appointment. All I have to say is we BOTH had the BEST SALON EXPERIENCE EVER!! Not only were the staff members extremely welcoming and inviting, but they made sure we both felt right at home during the entire stay. We were offered a variety of beverages as soon as we checked in, and Chloe was ready to greet my mom at the front. She walked her through the whole process of micro-blading and was very gently, calming and knowledgeable through the entire service. I knew my mom was in good hands, plus she did an AMAZING job!!!! Literally the best person we could have chosen to have this done. We live near the Galleria and I swear she was worth the drive. HIGH RECOMMEND CHLOE FOR MICRO-BLADING!!! 5-STARS ACROSS THE BOARD 🤩 I can’t wait to go back to other services!!

Caitlyn is amazing and always gets my hair exactly how I envision it! The salon is always so clean and the decor is so cute. The boutique style in the front is fun to shop at when I get there as well. The staff are all so nice and helpful especially to each other. 10/10 recommend the Beauty Lounge!!

I went in to have a few inches taken off my long hair, but left with it shorter than intended and very uneven (green shirt picture). The next day I called in to have it fixed and the same stylist Emily thinned my hair out way too much that it looks and feels super choppy, and again didnt even make it even at the bottom (white shirt picture). The whole reason of going to an expensive salon is to walk out with a quality haircut and I feel this salon missed the mark big time. Super unimpressed and disappointed that I wasted my time and money and lost so much of my hair in the process.

I made an appointment as a new client with (Patty) who did a great job and I’m not here to slander her abilities as a stylist in any way!I do want to point out that when I booked the appointment, I was scheduled for a cut and blow dry for $125. When I arrived, I learned I was the last appointment of the day. Because of that they said it would be okay for me to book a glaze (they use a Redken glaze, it is Demi permanent so only last a few washes, and to apply you simply coat the hair and let sit for 20 min then rinse. For context, a 2oz bottle costs $7.50). This has never cost me more than $55 to add to a hair service, especially since it is not permanent hair color, and takes almost no skill to apply.When I went to checkout, I was told that because I added a gloss, the pricing structure had changed since it is considered a “color service”. So instead of tacking on a reasonable additional cost to my haircut for the glaze (which most stylists do), they switched the way I was charged entirely. They changed the haircut price to a “color service” price for the glaze which was increased to $180!! INSANE. And then tacked on an additional $50 for the haircut, plus tip. This changed my original total to over $235 for a haircut and glaze not including tip. Overall, the adding of a glaze cost me over $108 additional!!I have never in my life seen a salon charge this much for a glaze treatment. I understand inflation, and I don’t mind paying a premium for a nice salon experience, but I did not get a good vibe from the stylists at the woodlands location as a whole, and this salon is out of control with their prices.

Beccah has been doing my hair for almost 10years now. She does amazing work and is so talented. Her sweet personality and infectious smile make every hair visit worth every penny!! Make sure to book your appointment with her at The Beauty Lounge!! 💜💜

Sarahi is incredibly talented. I came to her and asked for a beautiful romantic updo for my wedding, and she delivered. I would absolutely recommend her! I went back the next day and cut a ton of length off, and I couldnt be more in love with the shape. You really cant go wrong with Sarahi!

What a great place to get beautiful! Jamie suggested a Brazilian Blowout to get my wavy and humidity frizzed hair under control. I now have smooth and shiny hair even in Houston high humidity. Absolutely love my hair and how manageable it is now. Love Jamie to pieces!!

Such a great experience from start to finish. Maddie did an amazing job! I have super curly hair and she knew exactly how to cut it and my blowout looks amazing. The salon is so pretty and everyone was so nice and welcoming :) Great experience 10/10.

Be sure your keep your nose really high and make sure your stuff don’t stink if you plan on getting a haircut here.Did a walk in and they made it very clear from the moment we walked in that we were not worthy.It turned out great though. We brought our daughter to another salon and she absolutely loved the haircut. Would recommend though if your money was inherited or you see yourself as “higher” in the pecking order than others.The answer below from this establishment is an absolute lie. My daughter did not go in first, I did not even have a son with me as I have no son, and there damn sure was not any type of handshake that took place. If anything the stuck up lady we dealt with looked at us like diseased lepers and we got the vibe very quick that we were not welcome. Reading these reviews (half of them are fake) , sums it up. Tons of negative experiences here, not just mine. (edited 9 months later after reading the bold face lie of a response that was given to my original post). Shame on you for lying, you should practice honesty sometime, I hear its great.

Had an amazing experience here! I had my lashes lifted by Jordan. She was amazing, great conversation, explained the process since it was my first time and changed my appearance altogether. I have thick, straight lashes that dont curl well, getting this service done has given me extra time to get ready in the morning so that Im not struggling curling my lashes. I also got a balayage by Marissa. She was amazing as well! Great conversation, asked what I was looking for, explained what she thought we should do, and really put me at ease while she was going over everything. She made me feel confident and I loved the results, I have full trust in her ability. My hair looks amazing my lashes look great and Im so grateful for Jordan and Marissa. Thank yall both so much!

Marissa is wonderful! She listened and I really felt heard about my concerns and recent experience with another salon. I came to her with badly over processed hair and she gave me a fabulous cut, taking the time to understand my hair goals and where we would take my hair in the future. I have a color scheduled with her in October and I cant wait!

Katie did a great job with my very finicky curly hair! She was so sweet and listened to all the suggestions I had. She took her time to dry each individual curly with minimal frizz. 11/10! No one else has made my curls last a whole day and more!

I called to make an appointment to get a partial root highlight. The person scheduling acted like the understood precisely what I meant, said called a glow up. I said sure. Apparently though this is for bayalage only. Unfortunately bayalage won’t lighten my hair. They said for an actual highlight they needed 5hrs. I’ve never had take longer than 2.5- 3 hrs in my highlighting career, which is extensive. This could all have been avoided had scheduling taken more care. Won’t be back.

I absolutely adore Jamie! She is so patient with my lack luster descriptions of what I am thinking and is able make my hair gorgeous every time. I recently decided on a whim to cut my hair to shoulder length from well down my back. I now have fabulous beach waves with gorgeous blonde highlights that I seriously could not have dreamed would look this good. She so sweet and makes you feel absolutely beautiful every time you leave the salon.

Elyssa did an amazing job! I was previously using a girlfor 9 years who took such good care of my hair. She retired and so for the last 3 years I have been trying to find a good salon. The last places I have used destroyed my hair. Elyssa really took the time to listen to everything I had to say, and took so much time and effort on making sure she did not continue to damage my hair. She also did an amazing job on my cut! She was training a girl who was also very helpful to me on questions I had about my hair. I will definitely be coming back and sending my daughter to her as well.Thank you Elyssa!

First time at the beauty Lounge, I came all way from Cypress booked my appointment with Katie.she is very knowledgeable listen to what I want and nail it!.I has a color root touch up and she even out my color all over as well,Im very pleased with her work and love my hair.The beauty Launge is my place to go from now on!!

Jessica is the absolute best hair stylist I’ve ever been to. She truly cares about your hair and making your experience at the salon the best it can be. She goes above and beyond explaining products and finding ones that best fit with your hair goals. Not only is she bomb at hair she also is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. I’m extremely glad I found her & couldn’t be more thankful for the way she has changed my hair for the better!

I am sorry the Beauty Lounge feels the need to discredit the honest experience I had there. I did not share details about my appointment in the review I provided the first quarter of 2020 because I didn’t want to hurt feelings but your misleading response forces me to. My appointment (and 1 star) review occurred the first quarter of 2020 with Hannah so I’m not sure why you just recently responded. The timing is clear because Hannah wore a light colored shear covid mask with lots of sequins or sparkles. The appointment I booked online was for a weekday afternoon around 3pm. I work close by and came after work for caramel highlights and a haircut and style. I showed Hannah pictures of the color and cut I wanted. She told me that she didn’t do short haircuts. In all fairness this should be clearly stated online during the booking process. She told me she had a shoulder length cut in mind and I agreed to go with her recommendation. She seemed very unsure about adding caramel highlights and called another stylist over to consult. Hannah “went to the back” multiple times for about 5-10 minutes each time. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. It made me feel very unsure about the outcome and I came so close to telling Hannah that I wanted to leave but I reminded myself of all the great reviews. I left after 8pm totally exhausted. In all fairness Hannah did work hard and the color and cut were acceptable but I did not feel the services were worth the cost. I don’t remember the exact amount but it was around $350-$400. I had a negative experience at the BL (but looking at other reviews I’m not the only one). I felt the need to quietly give a 1-star rating (initially with no comments) to give potential customers my honest and balanced experience. I shouldn’t have expected an apology from the BL but to state in so many words that I wasn’t telling the truth is not the way to treat people.

Bailey is the best!!! I have used her several times and she always comes through with exactly what I was asking for. I also love that she takes the time to discuss all options and educate you about taking care of your hair. She is amazing!

My hair has never looked so beautiful, flawless and finally, BRASS FREE! My hair always pulls the brassy tones, but Hannah not only got rid of the brassy tones but she gave me the most beautiful, perfect color with dimension, and I could not be happier. She really is a true artist with the knowledge and skills to give you exactly what you’re looking for. I can’t wait to return so we can continue my transition from highlights to balayage!! Thank you Hannah, you’re amazing!!

I got a cut, low lights and highlights with Courtney! She’s a super fun stylist who knows exactly what looks good on you. I told her an idea of what I wanted and my hair turned out amazing! She answered all of my products questions and even gave me tips and tricks! I’m super happy with how my cut and color turned out. I highly recommend Courtney!

Today I had my thick curly hair cut by Ashley and her amazing assistant at this lovely salon. I was so pleased with the care that went into my visit - I am very particular about getting my curls cut but they did a fantastic job and made me feel beautiful and spoiled. The salon is cute, relaxing, and has a fun vibe and aesthetic. I can’t wait until it’s time for another cut!

Rachel is an exceptional hairstylist. I was so pleasantly surprised when I began to tell her what I needed and she went ahead and sat down, relaxed her body and focused intently on me and what I was saying. She carefully listened to everything I was telling her and proceeded to give me appropriate suggestions for each of my concerns. My hair looks great with the new cut and products! Hannah did a great job! I let her do what she wanted because I needed a change & I really love the subtle highlights she did. I was a little on the fence about the texture she put into my hair at first but my head feels so light and my hair feels healthy again and I loooove the length. Katie did a phenomenal job! O. My. Goodness. I have thick, unruly, dry curly hair and she transformed me into a sleek, shiny hair goddess. Katie took the time to listen to my concerns and communicated exactly what she was doing every step of the way. She is a gifted artist and did wonders on my blonde hair. I was so impressed and my hair has never looked so healthy! If you have blonde hair, or any color hair honestly--you need to go to Katie! She is so talented and kind.

Journey did an excellent job fixing a previously bad hair cut from another salon. The whole experience at The Beauty Lounge was great! I also want to note that hair wash is always my favorite part of my salon experience as I love scalp massage...it’s so relaxing and she made me feel so relaxed. She took great care in brushing out my hair and didn’t rip it out trying to finish too fast. I left with a beautiful hair cut and so happy.

Bobbie Jo is an amazing hair stylist! Not only she is very professional, but she is very caring and she listen my remarks along the way. I have a lot of hair it it was long, but she did fantastic! Def recommend! Great job, thank you so much, youve made my day today )))

Michelle is wonderful! She has such a great memory even though I had my first haircut here last May, 8 months ago. Absolutely love my haircut, she did a fabulous job with my long layers. My hair feels so healthy and lightweight!

This was my first time going to The Beauty Lounge and I will definitely return. Aline spent a lot of time talking to me about my hair before she cut it and she absolutely nailed it. She is experienced, knowledgeable, and passionate about making sure you’re hair is perfect. I highly recommend her!!

Journey was awesome! I was worried that Id come out of the salon with a bright head of hair but she reassured me she wouldnt let that happen. She took the time to tone down my hair not once but twice and even though she had another appointment on top of mine she was still very thorough and detailed. I really appreciate it. Ill be back Friday for my second appointment! 😊

This was my first visit to the Beauty Lounge and it won’t be my last! The salon is modern, beautiful, classy and the staff is very welcoming. My Stylist was ASHLEY and she was great! She asked me if I was having any problems with my hair, what I liked about my hair, and what I wanted to have done. I told her my hair had stubborn grey, was dull, and frizzy. She colored my hair a beautiful rich brown, added dimension with highlights, and finished with a Brazilian Blowout that made my hair soft, smooth, and glossy!! I am so pleased and will definitely be booking with ASHLEY again.

Kaitlin is awesome! I had a very faint idea of what I wanted to do with my hair cut and she nailed it. She also provided me tips on how to care for my hair and what we could do in the future if I ever wanted color added. I would highly recommend her and the salon. Rachel is amazing! We’ve done everything from balayage to full highlights and she is a 10/10 every time. I fully trust her to keep my blonde hair bright and healthy. She has so much integrity in her work and truly delivers amazing results. Unlike most salons, the beauty lounge truly cares about client satisfaction and happily rectifies any mistakes, which really sets them apart from mainstream salon culture! I have naturally curly hair. Finding someone who knows how to cut it is extremely hard. I read many reviews for many different places and decided to try The Beauty Lounge. I called and set up an appointment letting them know my hair type. I was scheduled to see Courtney. She is the best. If you have naturally curly, go see her. You wont be disappointed. I havent had consistently good hair days in nearly 20 years until now. I am so happy with my cut and I will be back to see her.

Katie did an amazing job! She was very thorough and even showed me new products to use for my hair. Over all, I love my haircut and I had a great first experience at The Beauty Lounge.

Emily is officially my new hair bestie!! I have been trying to find a go-to hair person since I moved in 2020 with no luck. I went today, for the first time, for a haircut with root touch up and balayage. My hair doesn’t take light color well and I was very nervous about it being brassy and orange. Emily explained everything to me and was so knowledgeable about it all. I swear she made hair magic happen y’all!! My hair looks AMAZING! Like straight out of Pinterest amazing. Nice place, and great service with excellent results. Who doesnt love a great haircut?? Journey was awesome. Sweet and focused. She asked lots of questions and discussed options throughout my visit. Rachel, the owner, was AMAZING! She corrected my brassy orange colored hair that someone else messed up. I couldn’t thank her and the salon enough for all they did for me and my hair. They really talked to me and took the time to understand what it was that I pictured and wanted my hair to look like. They wanted to make sure it was done right and that I would love it and I love it so much. Thank you so so much! I feel so pretty! I had to bring my 4 month old too when I got my hair done. It took hours (bc of how dark my natural hair color is) but they let me bring my baby and were so wonderful about it! They loved on him and helped me with him. It was like family there! I am beyond grateful! I am going to tell all my friends about y’all and I will only be going to y’all from now on! Nobody has ever been able to do my hair this well! Extremely professional, friendly, and warmenvironment. Worth every penny!

It is so welcoming! The moment you walk in you have to smile at the apparel, decor and the friendliness of everyone. It is so laid back and relaxing. Michelle is wonderful to work with. She really takes my lifestyle, what I want and what she knows would look best on me into account. I have never had a bad experience with her. She is amazing and color and her styling is top notch! She really listens to you, asks questions and works to an achieve a look that is fit for a celebrity.

Waste of time and rude. Multiple rescheduled appointments, overbooked, stylist still running late. Stylist comes out with an attitude to tell me they want to wash my hair to buy time. I asked for a dry cut - she doesn’t do dry cuts. Declined the shampoo because I use my own without chemicals. Stylist looks at my hair and makes a face and literally asks me “is it clean? “ Please… negative vibes. Got a refund and left.

Omg Ashley is amazing! For all my years getting my hair done Somewhere else no one could ever get it how I actually wanted. She was amazing and educated me about my hair and what products to use. It was also very neat seeing her teach others and guiding them when they came up asking questions. Thanks again Ashley for making me look so fabulous!

Courtney is the first hair stylist in a very very very long time that took the time to listen to what I wanted with my hair and worked with me to build a hairstyle that I didn’t even know I wanted but ended up being everything I needed! She’s also the first hair stylist I’ve had in years that was truly knowledgeable in how to cut curly hair. It feels so amazing to FINALLY have found a wonderful hair stylist that is just as sweet as she is talented. I’m looking forward to many more hair adventures with Courtney!

Aline did an amazing job. Absolutely love my hair. I had Balayage done and it turned out even better than I expected. Aline was very warm and friendly which made the time pass quickly while my hair was being done. Im very happy I chose the Beauty Lounge and will be returning.

Awesome salon! Every time I go in, they do a great job and are very friendly! I have tried other salons all over the Woodlands and these ladies are the best! They do a great job and seem to be up to date on the latest trends and technologies in hair color and cut. There is also a cute boutique at the front of the salon. So glad my friend recommended this place!

I have been going to The Beauty Lounge for almost a year now when I first moved to The Woodlands. I have loved getting my hair done by Courtney (Cox) Stiles. She went above and beyond on my hair and making me feel at home. I love coming to this salon because all the girls are so pleasant and kind, making the entire experience relaxing. This is where you want to get your hair done!

Ashley was so amazing!! Not only was she so much fun to talk to, but I have yet to find someone that could actually get my hair to where I wanted. Ashley went above and beyond and I love how much I learned while she was teaching! She did everything from show me how to curl my hair to what products to use. We worked with Patty. My daughter has lots of anxiety getting her curly hair cut. People in the past don’t listen to her and have cut more then needed. That was not the case with Patty! She listen to my daughter and worked slow with her to work through her anxiety. My daughter was so happy after her cut and style. She is more then comfortable to go back to Patty again for another trim when needed!

Went in today to get Balayage & a hair cut. It was my first time at the beauty lounge. Emily assured me she knew how to do balayage. She told me that they specialize in lived in color. I showed her pictures. I was unhappy with the color. It looks like mini highlights. She used foils on my entire head and the color goes up to the roots. It’s also a brassy tone & the under parts looks very blotchy. Balayage starts further down & has dramatic color depth & dimension. My hair looks nothing like balayage!!! It looks like bad brassy baby highlights. I was charged $400 for 1 bowl of brown for my roots & 1 bowl of bleach for my baby highlights. My hair is shoulder length. $400 seems a bit ridiculous to me for what I received. My haircut was also disappointing. I asked for a trim & layers. She cut my hair straight across & didn’t add any layers. I told her I was unhappy with the color she said it looked good it was just bad lighting. I told her I didn’t like the cut she said she did what I asked. There was clearly a disconnect in communication. I was ready to get out of there I had been there for 4 hours. When I went to check out I explained to the lady that I didn’t like my cut or my color. She offered to take off the hair cut. Fine. I will not be back!!! Terrible experience. I now need someone to fix the color that actually knows how to do balayage & also get another hair cut. Money & 4 hours of time wasted.

Went to the Beauty Lounge for the first time. Wow!!! Such an amazing group of talented women. I met my color expert/stylist Liz. She is brilliant! She listened exactly to what i wanted and nailed it to a tee!I will only let her touch my hair from now on. Highly recommend Liz and her fabulous team!

This was my first time at the Beauty Lounge and I am thrilled with the results! Rachel listened to my ideas and then gave me her feedback and recommendations. I’ve never had a stylist really listen and ask questions like “What are your ultimate goals/wants with this haircut and color?” She recommended a balayage instead of the highlights I have had in the past and I could not be happier with the results. The true test for me is always the first time I style my hair on my own after my haircut and I was able to style it so easily! It may cost a little more than other hair studios but I am willing to pay more for results I am truly happy with. Worth every penny spent! Thank you Rachel! I will be back!

Aline did an exceptional job cutting and styling my hair. She listened to what kind of general style I wanted and made some helpful suggestions on what would work best with my thick hair. She is so sweet and so professional. I definitely scored in having her as my first stylist here in Texas and will be going to her again and again.

I have been working with Michelle for just about a year. Easy to talk to and her suggestions are given with confidence and knowledge. Over the past few months Michelle has been working with me to tweak my color preference and today it was “Wow, that’s it, perfect! No, she did not book me with herself (owner) as she is savvy enough to give a client what they need! Kudos to her! If you want an out of the box, chic hairstyle, look no further! Monica is 25 years Toni & Guy educated. She is humble and steeped in knowledge. I gave no direction, as none was needed because she has it mastered. Best cut and style Ive ever had and I have had many. 6 stars!

I used this place for 4 years. The first 2 years they transformed my dark brown hair to beautiful golden blonde balayaged highlights. The last 2 years they didnt even get me to where you could tell I had any kind of lightening service. Each of the last 2 times they told me I would need to come back 2 more times so they could get me to where I wanted to be safely. Which is strange because I have had the same service every year for the past 25 years in only 1 visit every time. So I put my daughter in Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute for cosmetology at $20,000 /year. She has been there 5 months. Her first time out on the floor she does my balayage PERFECTLY. I feel like my old self again. The best balayage Ive ever had! Brand new Aveda students are better and cost way less than the $400 I was charged for doing absolutely nothing I paid them to do. Also I asked beauty lounge stylists to give me long layers for 4 years and they told me it was out of style and my hair wasnt right for it. I had that cut on and off for 25 years so I knew my hair could do it and who cares if they think its out of style. Arent they supposed to give the client what they want? I have that very cut right now and FYI its NOT out of style! It is a shame that they were holding back on my service so they could squeeze 2 more $400 sessions out of me instead of providing me with what I paid for. Hopefully these were the girls that left this salon last year. Idk. Hopefully none of the current stylists are withholding so they get more appointments out of their clients.

Had my first haircut in 2 years with Michelle and she was amazing! Loved my haircut! She was great at asking what I wanted and how I wanted my hair done. She takes the time to listen and help you achieve your hair goals! Can’t wait to get my balayage done with her in a few weeks!

Sarahi is an absolute joy to work with. I did my updo trial for my wedding day with her, and I cannot be more excited by the end product. My hair looks beautiful, Im quite literally obsessed, and she was so kind and easy to talk to. I am so looking forward to having her do my hair on my wedding day!Ps: the entire shop has incredibly good vibes. While I was there, I got to see two of the girls get promoted, and it was really heart warming seeing how much they care about one another and how much they love what theyre doing. You can tell the shop is ran by good people with kind hearts.

Rachel is by far the most talented hairdresser I’ve ever had. She is soooo good w blondes and amazing at hair extensions. On top of that she and her staff are SO sweet, positive, outgoing, and kind. Journey is amazing at what she does. She transformed my hair from dull and flat to full of life and body. First time going to the beauty lounge. I must say I’m very impressed. Journey was really nice and she took the time to actually talk about my hair and how I usually wear it. My prayers have been answered! I’ve finally found a stylist and salon that have the skills I need to achieve my hair goals! Rachel was super sweet and really easy to talk to about what I wanted to do with my hair. Everyone from the people at the front desk to Rachel the owner were professional but down to earth. I felt very welcomed and comfortable which is saying a lot since I’m a new client.

I let my natural grey grow out, but then was wondering if it aging me. In the past, other stylist had put blond in which never looked quite right. Patty, my stylist took the time, did several strand test to figure out the right shade and we only need to do a few low lights. Then she gave me a beautiful cut and show me how to do it sleek or funky. I feel so much YOUNGER! 🥰

Aline is AWESOME!After years of coloring my hair, I decided several months ago to stop using dye and transition to my natural gray. Aline listened to my request, and she didn’t try to talk me out of it as some hairdressers from other salons have done in the past. After giving my request some thought, she came up with a plan that involved a phased approach. Aline was able to explain to me how each phase would look over the months to come.I am THRILLED with how my hair looks! And I’m grateful that Aline invested time in listening to my needs. :-)

BE WARNED : $370 FOR A PARTIAL HIGHLIGHT!!!!!!! I dont want to even think about how much a full would cost! I would have to take out a second mortgage on my house!!!!! I dont mind paying a little more for good service, I make a very good living, but this is highway robbery! who can afford this!??? I went to the new Conroe location and price was never discussed (obviously my mistake)....I have done my research as well as having many years of experience having blonde highlights done.....the most I have ever paid for FULL HIGHLIGHTS IS $150. i am a younger in touch client, i understand what things cost....there was no color correction happening, just straight forward partial highlight. What do you do after your hair is done? Argue about the price of the service? when I went to pay the stylist ran away as fast as she could while the receptionist handled the bill.....she had to have known I would be shocked. They have code names for each service which is also confusing. its a shame too....i would be happy to keep going back every 8-12 weeks, the girl was absolutely fantastic, but i wont pay these prices! i understand the salon is new, but theres no need to gouge people. we arent exactly in Beverly Hills! If the owner responds to this saying these are reasonable prices.....they are sorely mistaken and will not sustain the business like this. I have never written a review in my life...but i feel like readers need to BE WARNED and i will post this everywhere i can. I am sick over this. Dont make the same mistake i did.

Michelle is by far one of the most skilled hairdressers I have ever worked with. Shawna (and Laura) is the best! I always say she’s my own personal magician. She leaves me with soft, “swingy” hair and i always feel great when i leave. The Beauty Lounge itself is inviting, comfy and always has great tunes playing, not to mention I tend to find a little extra something in the boutique for me as well.

I booked the Beauty Lounge to do wedding hair and make-up for both myself and all of my bridesmaids. It was one of the best decisions I made. We all looked beautiful the day of the wedding and Michelle made it a great experience for all of us. This was such a great find! My Mom and I were desperate to find a place for my daughter last minute and found an opening with Aly. I didnt see too many reviews on make up when I was reading through which is why I am leaving this one. Aly did the most beautiful job on my daughters make up!!!!! She looked stunning!!!!!! While I was sitting there I heard them ask a few girls if they had any inspiration look, so be ready to show a picture of what look you want to achieve and they will deliver!!!!! My daughter doesnt have the most cooperative hair and while it was getting curled it kept falling but Aly curled her hair twice to get her desired look. A bonus of the shop is they have the most adorable boutique outfits that you can look through while youre waiting. Additionally, like everywhere in Texas facemask are optional, so out of everyone who was working there Aly was the only one wearing a facemask. Therefore if youre someone who doesnt feel comfortable being around others who are maskless it might be best to stay in your car. I would def come back here again for future events and highly recommend this place!

I had a cut with Jaime and I like it very much. She didnt cut too much of my hair length which is what I wanted, but still gave my hair nice layers that make it look fresh and beautiful. This was my first time here and I liked the atmosphere and their professionalism. Will go back for sure.

The Beauty Lounge was great to work with for my wedding. They were always very responsive and flexible when I had to make changes. I did my hair and makeup with them at the location of the wedding. They made it a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them to others.

I came in with green in my hair and I was hoping to get it out and go back to brown and have some light brown highlights. I went in at 9 am and left at 6pm with blonde hair, and an uneven cut. I told the stylist, Emily, that I had to work and she had no rush to get me to work so I was late, and left with something I didn’t want. I then rescheduled and had the blonde to a brown. Still not what I want. Emily was disrespectful she seemed very annoyed when I was very specific with the picture of what I wanted. She was impatient, and rude. $500 and 9 hours later still nothing I was hoping for.

I came with hair that had been previously damaged by a hairstyle from another salon. I showed her what style I wanted and that I didnt want to cut all my hair off. She gave me practical things to do with my hair to keep my hair from anymore damage. The cut and style was absolutely perfect. I honestly cant remember the last time I walked out of a salon and actually felt happy about my hair cut! Ashley gave me exactly what I was looking for! 😊💖😊💖

I went to Susie for my first hydra facial and my experience was nothing less of amazing! The staff were super friendly and Susie made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process! She had answers for all of my questions and definitely knows her stuff! I will be back for future treatments and I would recommend anyone to go see her! Thanks again Susie!!

I had the pleasure of being taken care of, by Laura today ... And when I say taken care of, I mean pampered to the tenth degree... She did an unbelievably incredible job on my hair... The color and cut where exactly what I wanted, but was unable to express, when I feverishly tried to describe my desires LOL her touch was incredible and I enjoyed the entire experience from start to finish! I had the pleasure of working with her today, because my incredible cousin, Shawna Romero gold! Laura was unbelievable and I will never forget today!

3 months ago the owner took me as a client and promised the best of the best treatment. We had a consultation prior to the appointment (per my request), and discussed what I would like done. We decided on a full head balayage with highlights in the front to frame my face, as well. I arrive on the scheduled day and she is on the phone in her office nowhere to be found. Fine, it happens. Her assistant was kind enough and she began sitting me down to discuss what Id like done. Its immediately obvious that she has no idea that her manager and I had already had a consultation and discussed exactly what I wanted done. Ok, I think no big deal, Ill explain it to the assistant again, but what was the point of the consultation if no one at the salon even cared to listen the first time? So her assistant begins highlighting the frame of my face, I still have not seen the manager come out of her office. Eventually here comes the owner, shes clearly disheveled and upset about her phone call.... Comes to me, ruffles my hair and asks me so what are we doing today?Then proceeds to tell me all of her personal business and dirty laundry regarding her ex and her business while Im sitting in her chair FOR MY FIRST APPOINTMENT. Also I will note that SHE insisted on taking me as her client. I did not request the owner specifically. So when she (the owner) offers her services to me at the consultation and at the expense she claims to be worth, I think Im going to get the best of the best. Let me just tell you I was completely unimpressed by her lack of professionalism and lackluster customer care. But I paid my bill ($420) and left. As I was paying my bill, they insist I make a follow up 3 mo appointment for gloss/blowout. I go ahead and make the appointment, hoping perhaps this can all still be fixed, because ultimately I do not like conflict and I have NEVER felt this compelled to leave a negative review anywhere. This is actually my first review at all, and its a shame that this owner is such a poor businesswoman that it has come to this. But today,I woke up to a charge of $75 for a missed appointment. Nowhere, not ONCE, was I informed of a cancellation fee or a no show fee. If i was, i would not have made the appointment. Not once was it noted anywhere, nor was I even made aware of the appointment prior to. I did not get a text confirmation as i did with the first appointment, or an email. I got both for my first appointment, but neither for my follow up appointment. If i could rate 0 stars I would. What a disaster of an establishment and a huge waste of money.

I have recently moved from out of state and was looking for a new salon. I had an appointment with Aline today and she was wonderful. It is nice to have someone so knowledgeable in all types of current styles and techniques as well as someone who is a great listener to what I am looking for. Very upscale, extremely comfortable and inviting. I already booked my next appointment with Aline and am very excited I found my new salon.

Aline is great as always!! Has turned my dry blonde hair around!! She has fixed the damage over last 6 months and the color is best it’s ever been. Listens and does what I want. Great haircuts as well. Aline is the bomb!!

It has always been difficult for me to find a good hair stylest since I have coarse dark hair its always hit or miss. Paige did an excellent job giving my hair life. I will definitely be going back to see her.

Laura colored and cut my hair today for the first time and it looks amazing! She covered my gray with a beautiful blond and cut about four inches off my long hair. The space is beautiful and the staff was very friendly. Already booked my next visit.

Ashley gave me some great advice on how to repair and take care of my badly damaged hair. She was also able to give me a nice color without further damaging my hair and a really nice cut and style which is commendable considering the mess I came in with!

Taylor did an amazing job! Total transformation from way too grown out blonde to allover brunette with beautiful lowlights. After a MUCH needed trim my hair looks so healthy! LOVE IT. Will absolutely be back!

I just want to start by saying their customer service is actually pretty wonderful! But with that being said.... I got a partial highlight called a foliage (only the top half of my head) and paid $360 (I almost fainted.) I told the stylist that I wanted my blonde to be really ashy and it came out super brassy. So not only did I pay an unreasonable amount of money but I didnt even get what I asked for. I will be telling everyone I know and looking for a new salon immediately.

Rachel and all the girls make you feel welcome & part of the family from the minute you set foot in the door... I always feel pampered & a million dollars when I leave the salon. I had full highlights and haircut with Paige and got excellent results. She has a very good and gentle touch when shampooing and massaging my hair and was able to add volume and style exactly like I had in mind.
