This was my first time having a hot stone massage at Living Water Massage & Spa . it was amazing! When the hot stones rolled from my neck to my back, it felt like a hot spring flowing through my whole body. They melt my tension and stress away. I also loved the overall environment of the spa . It was clean, elegant and warm. The masseuses technique was professional and unique. After the massage, I felt relaxed and my neck and shoulders pain was gone.I highly recommend everyone try the hot stones and you will never regret !

Came in for a Mother’s Day special and had it modified for prenatal. I am not one to complain but after additionally adding a 55 dollar head scalp massage. I left with matted hair, a physically bruised tail bone and spent my massage wondering when it would be finished. My massage therapist was repetitive at best and mostly spent my peppermint head rub scratching and I don’t really get the “peppermint” he then proceeded to the massage at which was almost all just a repetitive soft back and forth motion without much pressure. Until the hot stones. I have to think that the force and repetition here is what left me with bruises on my tailbone. I am so sad to have had this experience and was even more sad to have to leave this review. If you are pregnant please find another massage therapist.

Confused by the high reviews. We booked the couples massage experience for $250 and my therapist was doubling as the front desk person so my massage was interrupted with the therapist leaving the room twice. The massage was poor with even the areas I circled not receiving much attention. We were told they were short staffed and asked us to understand that. We waited 9 minutes for our tea and snacks/chocolates which we didn’t recieve. In the end the total cost was $277 for that extremely disappointing experience. But thank goodness they didn’t charge us the $3 credit card fee as our discount for the interruptions and our understanding.

Living water massage spa has been my go to place for the last 2 years. Their customer service and professionalism definitely is 5 star.Living water has met my needs to relax, and relieve stress. I’ve tried the oxygen facial which was different but a great experience .Check them out !!!

I highly recommend this spa! I initially went in for just a peppermint head massage but after talking to Sunny about some stress, she suggested a reflexology foot massage and boy am I glad she did! The experience was absolutely amazing and I feel so much better. In fact, I havent felt this good in quite some time! My masseuse took his time and as very attentive, completely working out every single knot and sore spot I had. I really wish I had gotten his name, because I will most definitely be back! My visit was also complimented by a hot cup of tea and very pleasant conversation both Sunny and my masseuse.

Sunni has alleviated my hubs back pain he was in pain for 6 months and 1 session and cupping fixed months of chronic pain- we live an hour away and the commute is not an issue- her care and gentle approach to alleviating our chronic pain is worth the commute. Thank you Sunni for also alleviating my knots in my shoulders and back. I have her to thank for helping melting the knots all the way.

Sunny was amazing! she made sure I was taken care of and picked the right things to do. she gave me the BEST BEST facial. I had been to two other places and they didnt do what she did. I thought I washed my face good but after seeing her I was proved wrong. she took out so much dirt I didnt know I had. It was embarrassing how much the before was lol. She had me glowing, by the time I left I looked like a new person. thank you sunny! Dont judge too harshly on the before. The infrared saua was also a great addition to it. I went in for a massage and facial to treat myself for my birthday. The massage was lovely but the facial was AMAZING! I’ve had a couple facials in the past but none of them really gave me noticeable results. I’ve also got very textured and sensitive skin. Because of this I didn’t expect to see any results and was really just looking forward to being pampered. The detox facial made a HUGE DIFFERENCE to reduce the appearance of my pores and my skin feels so soft. Will definitely be going back.

I went in for the Shirodhara massage and it was wonderful. The oil used smelled so good and the massage was so relaxing. I highly recommend this service for tension release and overall well being. You do need to prepare though as the oil will be in your hair, but after washing it out it leaves your hair and scalp soft and refreshed.

Speechless! Originally I was going for a couples massage (will be back) but turned out to be a solo trip. They were fast to make the changes for me and squeeze in the additional treatments I wanted (highly recommend the peppermint scalp massage, eye mask, and hot stones… A MUST). I struggle with very tight muscle pain and multiple knots in my body… I walked out feeling like butter. The professional atmosphere was perfect, the price is worth it, but the cherry on top for me was the care and attention from Sunny. She is possibly more then half the reason I will be returning for another visit. I’m so happy to have found this place and will never stop recommending it.

This is an incredible experience! We received the couples massage experience for Valentine’s day! The service was extremely professional and Sunny and her associate made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The massage was AMAZING! As was the face mask and the delicious hot tea. Because of the holiday we also received special gifts such as chocolate and a beautiful rose! I got some well needed attention on a couple of problem areas and left feeling rejuvenated. We plan to go back again and bring friends/moms!

My absolute go to massage therapist and spa! Sunni is someone who is incredibly knowledgeable in her field of business and makes you feel like a friend and not just a customer. Herself and her staff listen to your goals in regards to whatever service you are receiving. I have had massages, reflexology treatments, the teeth whitening treatment for the first time recently (loved it and the results). Sunni also has recently started facials on me and acne treatments for my sensitive skin that just began in my mid twenties. This will forever be my go to place and I cannot recommend it enough. Sunny is amazing! I’ve had an issue with my arms going numb at night when I sleep on my side. Sunny worked out the knots in my back in one session and I now sleep without any issues. If you are looking for results, she can really help.

Relaxation massage at best.The facility is very clean and friendly. Sunny, was my therapist, and she repeatedly stated how good she was and satisfied her clients were. I filled out the form and notified her of my pain points with medium/deep pressure, and selected Ashiatsu and Deep Tissue massage. However, what I received was mostly a Swedish massage with focus only on my shoulder. I paid for a 90 minute massage which was interrupted by Sunny having to answer the door each time someone walked in and to exit to access the hot stones. My legs which were noted on the form as pain areas were barely worked on and I had to request her to work them at the end. She did, but it seemed like she was annoyed and did not provide quality work. I would not recommend going here for anything more than a relaxation type of massage with long strokes and light pressure. I also do not like that I was asked for a tip, which I was going to give, after I paid for my session. I would like to state they did match the price of $110 from my previous establishment, so I am glad I did not pay the full $125 they are asking for.

I have been to living water for many services and enjoyed all of them! Services I’ve had include massages, facials, body detox, body scrub, and foot reflexology. Each therapist I’ve had has been amazing and very thoughtful to always check pressure and that I am comfortable and enjoying the service. The owner is very hospitable and friendly and has even accommodated me when calling for same day appointments. She has an amazing knowledge of tea and is more than happy to share that with you and a warm beverage. I’ve found all the staff to be truly kind, professional, and not overly pushy with sales or upgrades. I can’t say enough good things about living water and can’t wait for my next appointment!

This place is amazing! I was having specific back pain close to my shoulder blades. The pain was keeping me up at night. I had even gone to the medical doctor. However, it turned out to be muscle tension related. After about 4/5 sessions, I was pain free. I now go every few weeks for maintenance. Sunny really knows how the muscles are connected. Truly the best massages I’ve ever had.

Finally found what Ive been wishing for! An incredible massage for a great price without being hassled for a membership. Ive been three times now, and brought my husband with me the last time to show him how wonderful it is. Each time I have had a great experience. The place is beautiful, in a great location, and the massages are so, so good. The first time I did the reflexology, and the next visits I did the massage. My husband was having terrible back issues and had Sunnie do the massage with her walking on his back. He said he has never had such pain release from a massage. He felt like new afterwards. Sunnie always does a great job of squeezing me in as soon as possible when I call and I know I can always count on an incredible experience when I go. Thank goodness for finally having a great massage without the buzzkill of being hounded for a membership afterwards. I called on Saturday afternoon to schedule for a Sunday and was so lucky they had availability! My husband and I got a couples massage which was absolutely amazing, we chose deep tissue for some spots and they added on hot stones as well, it was so relaxing and my knots are all gone and worked out. Then I got a facial while my husband had the foot reflexology. My facial was fantastic!!! She really exfoliated and got my pores cleaned out, the products she used were very nice and she told me all about them and the process as we went. My skin just really needs a reset sometimes and she gave me that and then some - my skin is so smooth and happy. My husband enjoyed his reflexology as well, he cant get me to massage his feet so it was extra nice. The facility was very clean and had a calming ambiance. I am so glad weve discovered this gem so close to our home! Ill be back for sure. So thankful for our relaxing spa experience today. Also the prices are incredibly reasonable and I feel we got more than our moneys worth.

This place is a hidden gem. After having a lousy experience at Massage Heights I decided to try this location the next day for a deep tissue massage. This massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. All of my knots and tension was released. This will definitely be my go to place from now on. I had a deep tissue massage with hot stones. The pricing is amazing. With these prices I can get a massage at least 3 times a month.

Sunny is a true healer. I am 46 and have RA and other major orthopedic issues. Sunny has been MORE helpful than most of my practitioners. It is so hard to find someone with a skill set that is unlike a regular massage therapist. Lymphatic massage, cupping and other techniques relieve my pain and I am able to have a much more normal quality of life. I couldnt say enough positive things about Sunny. She is my miracle worker!

Just finished up a 2 hour spa, reflexology, and facial treatment and wanted to give a recommendation to my neighbors. I was really happy with my services and the staff. The owner told me it was hard to get the word out about them because their location is not on the street. I told them I had a wonderful experience and I would share. The prices are reasonable and the service was great! I have tried all of the places in the area and grow tired of the high pressure tactics they do to get you to get a massage subscription. This place was great and no high pressure sales tactics!

Sunnie is warm and informative and works to make certain that you are comfortable and that your expectations are met and then exceeded. We had a couples massage with foot massage and facial and the process was thorough, leisurely, and very relaxing. Also energizing and therapeutic. We were seeking general relaxation and recharge but also had a few target issues that Sunnie and her quiet but skillful assistant expertly tended to. We definitely plan to visit again and would recommend Living Water to others.

Sunny is an amazing massage therapist. She truly cares about her clients health. If she notices something that may help she will recommend the service needed but is never pushy about it. There is a service called cupping. Now I am not exactly sure of what it does but Sunny offered this service to my mom when she went in for a massage and from the cupping treatment Sunny was able to tell there was something going on that shouldnt be. Turns out my mom had undiagnosed Colen Cancer in the exact spot Sunny said something was wrong. I have personally had a Cupping session done when I went in with a sprained shoulder. When I left I not only had greatly increased range of motion but the pain went from a 6-7 down to a 1.

Sunnie is amazing. I was able to get in as a walkin. I discussed with her what areas were hurting and that I was aiming for a therapeutic massage to help relieve some knots and pain. With her recommendations and work she was able to accommodate in only an hour since I walked in, I left feeling much better. I made a follow up for longer the next week to focus on other painful areas which helped even more. This place is amazing, and worth the drive.

I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a good medical massage therapist to help me with my Fibromyalgia- like symptoms. Sunnie is great. She accommodates my limited schedule, and is gentle enough not to make me too sore, but firm enough to move around all the toxins that get me sore in the first place. She uses hot stones and they feel SO good. Ive been seeing her regularly for the past 3.5 months. I love that the location is clean and relaxing and I feel very comfortable and safe. Im so happy to have found Sunnie and look forward to seeing her each time.

So the detox body rub was a first for me and it will not be the last because it was awesome.My massage was so amazing I believe my soul left my body because I heard someone snoring and did not know it was me, and I don’t even snore. The massage was the highlight of my entire session.Lastly we ended it with the suction cups which was another first for me. You will feel the cups when the suction is applied but you will notice how amazing those little cups are the next day when you wake up. I felt blood circulating in places I haven’t felt before in my life.If I can give my therapist more then 5 starts I would definitely give her 10 stars because she was amazing.

I had the most amazing experience at Living Water! First of all, their customer service is superb! They were willing to work me in for a deep tissue massage with cupping on the same day that I called!I highly recommend getting a cupping treatment! It was my first time trying it, but it really helped decrease my muscle tension so much more than from a massage alone. It was explained to me that the cupping increases your circulation and pull the toxins and lactic acid from the tissues.I will definitely be scheduling a deep tissue massage with cupping again soon!

As my husband and I walk inside we notice the environment is very welcoming, clean, and relaxing. We get the couples massage which is absolutely relaxing. We also have gotten a facial and the foot reflexology. The facial is amazing! She explained each step that she was doing so that I was aware of her process for the facial. You first get a very good exfoliating facial that is not like normal exfoliator. It is smooth but you can see your dead skin in the bowl. I’ve been going here for about a year to help with tendon/muscle issues due to a car accident and It’s helped so much. She goes out of her way to accommodate and help me out, it’s always a good and soothing environment and an excellent experience. I can’t express how amazing this place is! Sunnie is always so kind and knows what my husband and I need/like. They aren’t like other places that don’t listen to what you want or don’t get your knots and stuff. I LOVE Living Water Massage and Spa! Life changer! I had been coming here occasionally for a great massage, but this year I was diagnosed with a severe case of “frozen shoulder.” My doctor told me I had to have physical therapy or I would never recover. Problem was my health insurance company was taking its sweet time approving the therapy. I was in PAIN! I decided to take matters into my own hands and asked Sunnie at Living Water if she could help me. She said she knew what to do! She gave me a great muscle-loosening massage and then did cupping. Cupping was something new and weird for me, but I trusted Sunnie. Oh my gosh! About three days after my treatment I noticed a significant improvement in my range of motion!My frozen shoulder was severe. I’ve had it for years without it being diagnosed. One treatment was not enough, but every time I get treated by Sunnie my shoulder gets progressively better. It’s almost completely back to normal now. I can sleep again and move without pain. I appreciate that Sunnie knows her anatomy very well and is also well-trained in alternative treatments. I am very grateful!! You can trust Sunnie. I am SO glad I thought to call her.

Today I had my second massage at Living water massage, by a different person than before. Let me tell you, these massage therapists are amazing!!! Both left me feeling so much relief from my condition. I had severe scoliosis growing up and had the corrective surgery for it in 2011. I have nerve damage from the surgery and get migraines from pressure on those nerves in my neck. I walked in there today with a migraine and left feeling so much better. Massages have been the only thing to ever work for me and they really tailor the massage to suit your needs. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Once you go in, they wrap you up after a scrub that you could’ve done to your partner w a 7$ scrub. Sweat you out, let you shower at their facility then they massage you. My massage was about 20 minutes, not an hour. Please keep in mind, They keep asking if the pressures ok but it’s all in all , it’s terrible. Massage, pressure, smoke smells from masseuse. My husband paid the $285 on zelle, based on other reviews they do this to prevent fees which is what they told us then. The masseuse came back to tell us that it’s $285 per person and that the website hasn’t updated to reflect that. My husband paid it and then the Masseuse made a comment that just upset me completely about his physical appearance. They were also out of the detox tea, was given a H‑E‑B water bottle 🙃 for $570 and not even 3 hours worth of service.Ladies, please love yourself a lot more and look else because this place isn’t it.

My husband and I had a couples massage package done today and it was awesome! Massage therapist was friendly and professional. You can really tell that she really cares about helping her clients. My favorite thing was the reflexology combined with the facial, I literally fell asleep during the foot massage! Also, loved the complimentary flower tea!

Very friendly staffs, clean, and honest business. My wife had a great experience. Just for reference, I will compare it to woodhouse spa. Woodhouse spa had a little upscale feel to it, this had more of a standard small business feel to it, leaning towards efficiency. The service wise, the facial was good, but not as good as woodhouse spa, however, the massage was definitely better than woodhouse spa. Hitting every knots and tight spots and attentive to my wifes request with just the right pressure. There is a few other minor differences as well, but overall, quality of the massage and price, you cant beat it. So if you are looking for place to help you relax and loosen those tight areas on your shoulders and backs for a good price, I would highly recommend it.

Ive suffered with acne for a few years and I needed a good facial.. After getting one at this spa, I do feel the difference. Ok this is more of an update on Kimberly Kaapke’s and if I can now give a -1 I would! They are extremely unprofessional! Once they saw my review they blew up my phone saying how they did nothing wrong and how I don’t know what I’m talking about. I was at work and can’t turn my phone off bc of my kids and nonstop buzzing my pocket and watch. Just unprofessional and crazy!!! Yes by the last texted and phone call they asked if they can do anything to fix the problem. Unfortunately to me you can’t fix a bad facial, I already walked out of there feeling worried about what I walked into. The nail salon next to them didn’t even know they were there. Just a lot of things have creeped me out after I let it set in. I suspect their fixing it for me would also require me to remove my negative review or they do something bc I definitely don’t see the constant 5 starts at all! Very sketchy!As for the company who will read this, I am a timid person who doesn’t argue or confront anyone unless you are threatening my family. I don’t complain and I tipped very well bc I thought the lady was nice. This was not my first facial by far in 38yrs! I do know what a gentle exfoliation feels like, I do know what is supposed to happen in a facial and the one you gave was about the luxury of asking a kid to give you one and buying some paper soaking mask at Walmart. You never leave until the facial is over, normally you massage the neck, shoulders and or hands and arms while you wait for a traditional clay mask painted on to work. You’re lying about your “fancy Hong Kong special serum, that cleans deep”. It smelled like a toner and the minute I got home I grabbed a tissue and pushed on my nose (A SPOT I TOLD YOU I NEED HELP ON) and boom all the black heads gently squished out. I have pretty decent skin I just have hidden black heads that I wanted extracted! What you did wasn’t a facial and I gave you the benefit of the doubt bc I assumed you may know what you were doing. My skin looks no better and now I have to pay more so I can get a real one!

Ive been receiving facials here for about 2 years now and I will continue to as I enjoy the experience and results so much. Ive paid big money in top spas across the Country and this facial has been my favorite. Its extremely calming and relaxing and my face feels completely pampered and glowing every time I leave. Sunni uses wonderful products of professional quality. As a bonus, its like aromatherapy due to the fragrant scents of the products. Heavenly! However, my FAVORITE part of the facial is when she uses the Jade Gua Sha lifting tools that are extremely relaxing while being wonderful for blood circulation. This sets the facial apart from others. As for Sunni, shes one of the most sweet and kind spirited women Ive ever met. She studies her art/skill and loves to share and care for people, genuinely. You dont find that just anywhere these days.As I said, Ive been to top spas. Ive waited in my luxurious robe drinking lemon tea before receiving an overpriced facial with bright lights in my face while the esthetician pushed products. This isnt that. This is a facial using wonderful products in a calming environment by caring hands. I originally chose this spa for my skin but I keep going here because its much more than a facial. Its a true treat of an experience.

For Fathers Day I treated my honey here to the two hour package and I want to share the OUTSTANDING experience for him there. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and explained the process (first time getting massage). When the service was complete he came out a brand new man, Isabella got all the knots out from his body and felt fantastic. Once we got in the car he asked me to write a review in his stead (which he NEVER does lol) for the service and place. I have done a variety of deep tissue massages, hot stone, and cupping therapies.Typically I have a hard time finding massage therapists who really go deep enough into the muscle but that has never been a problem here. Coming to see Sunnie and her team has been a helpful part of keeping me healthy. I have even fallen asleep on the table when getting cupping done.Sunnie and her team bring a lot of experience and expertise to the table and really know what they’re doing. If that’s not enough, I find Sunnie to be so warm and genuine as a business owner that it’s hard to believe she works such long hours.One of my favorite treatments is adding hot stones to the massage. I called to make an appointment for a couples package which was $180 PLUS two facials at $75 each. I was told if I couldn’t pay with Venmo, cash app or zelle that I would be charged a 3% card fee because that’s what they are charged. Every single business that accepts card pays a transaction fee, it is COST OF DOING BUSINESS. If you cannot handle the cost of doing business then you should not be in business. It is not the customers job to pay your fees. Simply don’t accept card if you’re too cheap to pay fees.So instead of covering my $9 fee, you just lost over $300 because I cancelled my appointment. Seems smart right?

I wish I could rate my experience. Unfortunately, Ive never been able to have one there. The first time I attempted to book, I selected an open slot and then was offered something two hours later. Dont post an availability if you dont have it? Update your online booking, if thats the case. The second time, I requested an appointment I got ignored for about a week until I posted a bad, but also kind review. In which, the owner never really even apologized for the miscommunication, but blamed it on me. Even if their massage therapists are great, still a one star for being incredibly unprofessional.
