This is an update. Didnt have a good visit and left a review. Unexpectedly, they called me about it. The issue was addressed and fixed, and it was obvious that he cared about customer satisfaction. That matters, and he went out of his way to track me down. He didnt have to. He also didnt say a single thing about changing my review. He was more worried about addressing the issue and having an ongoing business/customer relationship. Based on all that and my visits since, I am very happy in the outcome and will continue giving them my ongoing repeat business. Great job sir, I appreciate how everything ended up!

I bought four rechargeable vapes from here, and out of the four, only two worked longer than a week, and vapes aren’t cheap. When I called to figure out what could be done, my info was taken down, and I didn’t receive a call back.
The place is great itself. The younger man at the counter had helped me but, his associate was hovering over me and my partner. I felt rushed by this associate and super uncomfortable.The product that I had purchased isn’t that helpful in reducing the symptom that I had.
This is definitely my go to option on any given day. They have a large variety of vapes and smoking accessories; I literally find something new every time I come in. This is a family establishment as well and the entire staff is super nice and welcoming. They literally give you complimentary drinks, no other smoke store can compete! They also have a the best photo opportunity in the store as well. The greenery wall paired with the neon orange lights for sure deserves a chef’s kiss!
