I stopped in to just buy some juice and Brooks was great not only helped me with the juice I came in for but also helped me upgrade to a new vape system from my old cheap system and set it up for me was very kind and didn’t mind all my questions. He was very helpful knowing I was not looking for a large system I travel weekly, he kept it simple but kept in mind I wanted to upgrade from what I had. He took the time was not pushy and was very friendly. I will definitely be back to buy my supplies from this location.Store was very clean and neat. Really outstanding customer service

This is our go to vape shop. Definitely miss Malachi running the store. They seem to go through employees quite often. Have had a couple issues with some employees. Guy there now seems like hes bothered most of the time when we walk in but other times hes alright. Good prices, clean shop. Will continues to give them business.

Definitely not one of my favorite locations. I dont know the employees name. He is thin and wears glasses. He is one of the rudest employees Ive encountered. Ive come to this location multiple times while he is working. Two of those times I gave my phone number for my fivrstars rewards and he says I have nothing. I purchase my items and look at my app. He cheated me out of my earned discounts. Came here last night and he was not thrilled to help me out at all. After I make a decision on what item I wanted he went to the stock cabinets and opened them harshly and proceeded to slam the doors shut until finally going to the glass display for my item. I was treated very poorly and didnt receive my discount after asking what rewards I had. Why would I continue to spend my money at a shop who employs someone who is so disrespectful, rude, dirty and unprofessional? I dont recommend this location to anyone.

This shop is GREAT! Went in there for the first time the other day. Both guys behind the counter were very knowledgeable, explained their specials thoroughly and offered their opinion on juices that were new to us, which is REALLY helpful. We just got a house close to the area and are definitely going to frequent this store from now on.

Love the friendly and knowledgable staff. Brooks is the best, knows his stuff and is always super helpful whenever I run into issues with my mods or have any questions. Highly recommend this place. Prices are fair, wont go anywhere else. Very happy customer!

These guys are great. Canceled my original purchase when they found out I was a Vet so they could re-ring it and apply a 15% discount. I didn’t even know that I was entitled to a discount. Customer service like that is hard to beat. I live in Tomball and this was definitely worth the drive. I will be back……Thanks Malachi

Friendly guys in there are very informative. Their juices are priced good and their nicotine level is very good also. The only disappointment would be they didnt have a mod I have been looking for but they only opened a month ago and like any new business its a starting process. Nice area to hang out at old school video games would definitely recommend others and will go back every chance I have.

I was recommended this store from a friend and couldnt be more disappointed. I have been there a couple times and the last time was the final nail in the coffin. There house juice (which they push like crazy) is extremely inconsistent and over priced compared to some stores Ive been into. Not only that, but when I was there, the people that were working kept bashing other vape shops in front of me. Shops that I actually like to go to, so it was a little difficult to sit there and listen to that. I will never step foot in another Vape Texas ever!

Highly recommend this location! Friendly & helpful staff who are actually knowledgeable about their products and the vaping industry! (disappointing how many shops have uneducated employees) Also, very competitive pricing! I called around for the mod I was looking for, they were the cheapest by far! Im specific about what I like and they were able to custom mix a juice to match what I want. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable. The shop itself is clean and comfy. Ive found my vape shop.

When I first went to this store back in December, I had a very bad experience and felt very unwelcome. I was really disappointed because I really liked the crew at the Conroe store and it would be nice to have the same experience closer to home. A little while after the visit I was up at the Conroe store and I mentioned the difference in experience, I was told to stay right there. Before I could escape, I was sitting in front of one of the owners asking every detail of my experience and him asking me to check out the store again in a month or two because they were planning a major restructuring of management and staff.I decided to check out the shop again last week and was pleasantly surprised to see familiar faces from the Conroe store, the service was seriously over the top with Ethan and Malachi, they made me feel like I was home and this could be a regular shop in my rotation of shops I visit. I have visited and know most of the vape shops and their employees in the Spring and surrounding areas and have 6 shops in my regular rotation, I know each shops strengths and weaknesses. I am happy that they took my feedback so seriously and they put such a strong emphasis on customer service and the quality of their staff, I will be back.

Good prices on mods and coils. Some of the best in house juice in spring! Edit: Malachi sold me some could that would not work in my vape and was awesome about exchanging them for me. Just more excellent customer service that I appreciate from this location!!

I lovvvvvveeee vape Texas I’ve been coming here for the last 3 years. Every time i come here I’m greeted by the wonderful ms.desi!! She’s my favorite (and Austin)❤️❤️💜❤️ GO TO VAPE TEXAS!!I really loved this location. I was a very loyal customer of over 2 years. I remember when they opened! Unfortunately I had to stop going because I was banned by a very prejudice manager. As a young black woman this is something I would never like to experience again. I reached out to their higher ups to no avail.

Been going here for about a year now. Always just bought the in house juice (which is amazing btw). But, my wife and I went in to get some new mods and the guys took their time to explain every device and their opinions on them. Disnt try to ypsale and recommended ones that we did end up buying. I LOVE Vape Texas. I’m an avid customer of the Conroe location. The spring location sucks though, they are friendly but suck at making flavors. This is the third time they have made my juice wrong and I’ve had to drive back and get it fixed. Conroe May be farther away but it’s so worth it.

Only vape shop I go to. Went to a few others and the help was horrible, went to vape texas and Brooks was amazing. Every question I had he had an answer, everything i needed he found for me. He makes me feel welcome and when I walk in the door I know that I will walk out with what I need and if they dont have it at the time, i know that he will make sure to have it for me as fast as possible. The flavored juices are the best from the in house juices and I love that there are so many choices. The only thing I could ask for is that it starts being open 24hrs and brooks is there all the time, but that seems unreasonable.

Great service and helpful employees. Large and diverse selection of juices and mods. Though the house juices have been underwhelming in my experience, the excellent service and constant sales keep me coming back.

Not usually a fan of house juice, but the guys at Vape Texas have it down! Want a specific flavor profile? Ask for Austin...hes created some great flavors that rival my favorite premiums. Its all I use now, after being a long time premium user. I get the flavor and vg/pg I want at a price that is easy on the wallet. Only thing I wish is that they had morning hours, its hard for me to get by there after 11am.

The number 1 vape store in spring to go to. Reasonable prices and very informative workers. Clean atmosphere and tons of choices to choose from. They are military friendly on our next time in we get 30ml for 1 dollar!!! I mean come on.

Always has courteous service.the guy with the afro really knows his stuff. You cant test out flavors according to law so dont be bummed out if you cant. Its clean smells good and they have lots of options

My new favorite vape store!! I went in with low expectations as I have visited numerous vape shops that have left alot to be desired. However upon walking in i was immediately greeted and impressed by the appearance,atmosphere and selection available! And then the customer service went above and beyond! Very helpful and patient. They know what they are doing and have a repeat customer for sure!!

My past experience in Vape shops has been iffy. Ive ran into a lot of employees (from other shops, not this one) that had sort of a self-righteous better than you attitude.That is not reflective of the employees of Vape Texas. I went in there the other day looking for something specific. I had purchased a vape from a smoke shop, and the battery actually exploded on the charger, so I figured Id come to a specialty shop and see if i could get a new battery.First thing the guy did was show me a battery that would work with the atomizer I had. Unfortunately it was out of my price range. Thats when the representative calibrated his pitch and asked me about how often and how much I use it. Once we discussed that, he advised me to purchase a much smaller and more practical vape for HALF the price of just the battery I was looking at.Ive had amazing results with this new vape, and I have a newfound respect for vape shop employees. I didnt catch the guys name, but he had long blond hair and a snapback hat on. If youre reading this, thanks bro, you made my week. Ill definitely be returning here for all of my vape needs.

Awesome shop with some of the best house blends Ive ever tasted! The premium liquids that they offer are amazing, nomad has one called Hoodoo that is absolutely outstanding and I recommend that you at least try it.

Im totally new to vaping and jacked something up with my coil. Came in, the guy was really patient with me, knew exactly what happened, was able to explain it to me, where I went wrong and showed me how to fix it. Really appreciated the customer service, Ill definitely be a regular.

I went a few days ago to get my first vape.. I was pretty nervous because I didnt even know where to start.. They were extremely friendly and so informative. Went in for some coils (got a great deal btw. I usually pay much more at the other places I frequent).. The guy working was friendly and helpful. Will be back when Im in the area for sure.

You dont sell authentic products and dont try sell clones as if they are authentic.You sell e-juice that are knock offs.Compared to other shops that sell authentic products your prices are extremely high. Shop for your stores products at a creditable wholesaler and not online.If you sell clones, label them as such and ensure the prices reflect it also.

The day my daughter was born was the greatest day of my life... until I found Vape Texas. I was living in Detroit, down on my luck, life was bearing down on me, I had zero healthy relationships with other human beings. Then, there in a cornfield, I heard a voice telling me to take a left. Travel to Houston, TX and spend your last dollar at Vape Texas. What the hell, when you have a premonition you listen. After all, it had been several hours since I came down from the shrooms so this voice I was hearing had to be legit. I traveled six days in that train car living off wonderment aspirations of what Vape Texas had in store and a hobo named Earl that shared his life story with me. I hope he is remembered as a good man, for I was forced to devour him for sustenance. Vape Texas was just a short 4 mile hike from the tracks, and when I opened the door I finally discovered true freedom, joy and happiness. A glowing aura filled the place with laughter and love while an angel named Desi levitated behind the counter. The products that she laid before me were top quality. I could only imagine that shopping anywhere else would be like leaving a modern hospital for a barber with a jar of leaches. Her service was beyond exceptional. She went so above and beyond I feel that Martin Luther King Jr. needs to step aside so that we can commit a bank holiday in her honor. I was so grateful that I was blessed with the vision quest to partake in this journey, but disappointed that I was unable to follow through with my mission. Despite the numerous purchases I made, I couldnt seem to spend all my money. The prices and discounts were so exceptional that it was impossible to spend my last dollar. Instead I drove to the nearby hardware store where I was able to purchase a 14in pipe wrench. With that pipe wrench I fixed a sink in a nearby diner. The money I earned from that job bought me a hot meal and another pipe wrench. Soon after I was able to acquire two more jobs which inevitably became the basis of a start-up business. Since that day, my business has grown to a substantial worth, in fact I just placed a public offering on the market for our products and services. Forbes called me last week to do a piece on me for their new issue (I might end up getting the cover). Not only can I say that today I am worth millions, but my gonorrhea has cleared up and my relationships with my friends and family has evolved into spiritual bliss. Vape Texas has given me a new out look on humanity, and has literally transformed me into the productive member of society I am today. One time I rode a camel in India.
