J&A Vapes 2

I visited this store twice, there were 2 different arab workers in each time. Both of them were so rude, but the second one “ the short guy “ was so disrespectful. They both had no knowledge about the vape and juice brands as well.

I gave 5 stars until today 12/8. The worker was rude cocky ignorant and literally laughed when i asked why he hasn’t told me y my brand new vapes kept tasting burnt when i asked him like 5 previous times. He grinned n said why would i tell u. Thats on u. I didnt know if u charged too long it burned battery. I was thinking like it would just keep it fully charged. But he could habe said that but instead said If u aint happy go somewhere else. I make $15 an hour regardless of what i sell. Idc. So great for ur business whoever owns this store. I loved ur store until now. Will never return.i would love to speak to the owner.

Visited J&A Vapes last week and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, guiding me through an extensive selection of quality products. Found exactly what I needed quickly.
