Every one who works in this shop is super helpful!!!!! Theyre always willing to make suggestions and share their favorites. They are very knowledgeable and can help answer any questions for people new to vaping, or looking for a change in mod. Awesome selection, theres something for everyone. I finally decided to review because, without realizing it, I walked in as they were leaving today, and Alex took care of me WITHOUT HESITATION. This place is great.

Really awesome experience. I was a little apprehensive for it being my first time. I do not know much about vape but Alex was very helpful and has vast knowledge about the Vape Industry and products. He suggested that I start off with a starter kit that was easy to operate, he even gave me a tutorial on how to get it filled and started. I am really please with the customer service, pricing and overall integrity from this location and will be coming back since I live pretty close.

This family of Vape stores are doing AMAZING work helping people to quit AND STAY OFF cigarettes for good!!New to vaping, 3 months now, and I am super glad I finally walked into J&A Vapes on Hylan Blvd. I walked in nervous not knowing what to expect and Mike there was VERY patient. He spent a lot of time explaining all about the devices and juices. I didnt feel like I was being rushed into anything. Mike also eased some concerns I had regarding those horror stories you see online about the devices and batteries so much so that my next device will be one with more power to it. I mean, I was there for a good hour or so and he still attended to me and everyone else with ease! I left there with a great device, great juice and the confidence to keep on vaping. Mike (the owner) is the man. There’s not a vape question that he can’t accurately and informatively answer. For anybody from new vapers to “seasoned” ones, he’s guaranteed to help you out with whatever you need.... and when it comes to juices, you won’t walk out of there without something that suits you. J&A 4 life!!

I ve been in all three stores all good but my favorite is #3. Mike is the best of all. With him i learn a lot about my vapes.He goes out of his way to help all his costumers.

Went to J&A tonight with my girlfriend to pick up a coil for my tank and juice for her because she is SUPER picky with her juice flavors. Ryan (awesome name btw) was working tonight and he gave her the time that she needed even when she apologized for being super picky.Also asked about RTA’s and ended up getting a Geek Vape Blitzen which Ryan was awesome enough to set up for me.J&A Vapes rocks.

Had the pleasure of meeting Mike tonight. Went in to purchase a vape pen and he actually explained the whole thing being im a newbie! Nice shop, great prices!

Nice place. Friendly guys. Large selection of juice and other vaping products. Also have a point program that you can accumulate and use for free stuff.

Went to this place yesterday and they didnt have the charging port I need he pulled one out for $25 and it wasnt a ready to plug in the wall socket it had a usb plug but not the type thats ready to plug in the socket what if you sell that port to someone and have no wall plug to connect to your usb plug you always should be prepare and have your store stocked at all times wasnt impressed also the battery charging port was only a 0.5 charger the batteries wouldve took for ever to charge Oh well gotta find another place again your shop should always be fully stocked to satisfy your customers needs

Best vape shop on the island. So much juice choices you can’t get sick of them. The mods are great authentics!
