Got home and the5 boxes had nothing in them . Supposed to have been pre-rollsNothing . Cost $100 for NOTHING . Have the empty boxes as a reminder there are better ways to throw $100 away. Long time customer of this shop, purchased a disposable vape device (torch). Very happy with product until I took it out of my pocket and oil was dripping down the device, ruining my jeans. I presented these facts to the young lady and she said that there was nothing she could do about it in regards to a refund/replacement because “malicious people fill up devices with other chemicals, and return them in attempt harm the next buyer”???. I was not instructed to test the product when i bought it, I took care of the device keeping it upright and out of extreme environments, it just seemed to be a faulty product. They did not insist on replacing the unit or selling me another at a discounted rate. She told me that there was nothing she could do because of reason listed above and that I could purchase a new one at full price
