Premium E-Cigs & Vapor Shop

Came here on a Saturday (February 22) and I can tell you the shop is pretty sweet looking. Tim was awesome, he had that mix of being friendly and knowing what he was talking about. While some other stores.... yeah not going to go there. Definitely gotta mark this as my number one store for my needs.

She (the employee) was friendly,work patient and EXTREMELY helpful. Wish I knew her name, but really short brown? hair (Im colorblind). I left with coils and a replacement bubble glass, but more importantly she provided me all the info I needed to purchase a tank elsewhere- as Premium had nothing on hand that would work. I used to go to the Camillus location but the employees there turned over & the current staff always seem rushed & kinda aggressive. Now I have this more convenient location to shop. I couldnt be happier 😆👍🤘.

Im newer to the whole vape scene but the vaping products helped me quit a long time smoking habit almost overnight so I needed to get more knowledge on what to buy. Emily from the armory square location was so good at her job that she turned me from a vaping novice to a decent, well rounded, knowledgeable vape customer. Now that I know what Im buying, Im very happy that I found the best place to buy everything from. Im only going to shop here from now on and hopefully I can run into Emily during her shift because she makes me feel better about buying the items Im looking for because she is very kind and accommodating. She knows a lot too. She seems like a great person to have as an employee for an ecig store. Thank you Emily for your help!!

I love this place. They have all the best deals for vape supplies. I buy all of my vape pods there. They are not only well priced but they are always cheerful and they are centrally located. They also sell regular vape mods as well as pens cartridges and fluid at the most reasonable price around. Stop in our give them a call who knows they may just be your next favorite place too.

Probably the best vape shop I have ever been to. Very helpful staff and great juice selection as well.

Great professional knowledgeable staff this is my go to shop if they dont have what you are looking for they will go out of there way 2 get it I actually feel guilty if I have 2 stop anywhere else Emily and Mike I believe are always ontop of it cant ask for better taking 5 min to talk to your customers makes all the difference u wont get that at vapers choice
