I had to call a lot of vape shops in my area to find the fifty bar disposable vape brand. When I called this store, Eric knew right away that they had it and was really nice over the phone. He even knew what he had in stock real quick.When I stopped in later and mentioned I called, he knew who I was right away and went to grab what I called about. At the time of sale, he went over their reward program. I really appreciated that since I was new, so I signed up which made the purchase even better. Eric was super nice and helpful. Im extremely happy that I didnt have to settle on a different brand at one of the other vape shops I called.I was in and out so fast I didnt even think to look around. I saw a ton of selections while I was purchasing. Made me think they might have more disposable dessert flavors to look at. This will be my go to vape shop from now on, Thank you Eric.
Every single time I come here they are beyond rude, every few months I try again because the selection is great. And without fail every time the employees are so unhelpful and rude, as if youre such an inconvenience. Go down the st to the one by QFC at least they have basic customer service skills

Fun fantastic experiences every time you go in, they have great flavors, nice mods, great prices, and know a thing or two about the batterys best for your application. Whether your a heavy smoker and need good long lasting batterys, or if you just need a decent battery to get you through your day. It would be nice if the employees werent switching out yearly it seems but always seem to find nice reliable employees that are very knowledgeable.
Love this shop, they always have a great selection of juices and disposables. Not to mention the rewards program has saved me a good chunk of money. The staff is always great, helpful and kind. Plus theres usually a puppy running around dropping its ball at your feet. Not sure how it gets much better. Definitely stop by if your in need or just need a good shop with good staff.

Being an older guy, I was pleasantly surprised by how well the staff treated me. They were patient and took the time to explain the newer models to me, even though I generally knew what I wanted. This is the most expensive smoke shop in the area. I have gotten disposables here that cost $38, compared to the exact same disposable for $24 at Vapor St8 2.0 just down the road on Pac. Ave. south next to the QFC.

Ive been to all 3 Vaporflavors stores now as of yesterday (1/1/22). I was at the Parkland store looking for a specific brand of coils which, unfortunately, they dont carry. While I was there I mentioned that I was having issues with my mod and asked what he recommended. I ended up buying a geek vape aegis for a really good price. I am honestly very, very happy with Vaporflavors in Tacoma, Federal Way, and Parkland.
The gal who works here is great! Not sure if she still works in the retail store cause she said something about being moved to warehouse or something due to the new vape restrictions or whatever. She is great, shes very knowledgeable about the product, friendly and patient. I think this is going to be my new fave spot! Only if she is there LOL 😝

I needed a replacement glass for my Baby Beast due to it breaking at work. Not only are they open earlier than anyone else, but JD was able to tell me how I was breaking the glass and showed me how to properly replace the coils. He even offered suggestions on stronger materials. Place is clean, well organized, spacious, and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. This place is about 18 miles from my house but just earned my permanent business.

Poor customer service. Stale juice.I bought a bottle of juice (my regular flavor) and it was awful tasting. Tried changing coils multiple times and thoroughly cleaned my tank and tried the juice again. It was still terrible. Stale, cringy flavored juice. Went back to Vaporflavors to see if theyd be willing to exchange it, or maybe offer a discount on a different bottle possibly, just something to make the situation right.. Anyway, the kid working actually tasted a drop of the juice then proceeded to tell me it wasnt stale 🤯 and said theres nothing he could do about it. If it wasnt stale I wouldnt have driven 20 mins out of my way after working all day to bring it back. Not sure what the benefit of me doing all this would be if the juice was fine I would be just fine smoking it.. 🙄Very poor customer service. Just lost my business for good.

First time there, had never seen a wall of juice so impressive. The staff is amazing and friendly, they helped us find glass for a tank that had an obscure part nobody really knew about but we still found glass for the tank and we couldnt be more thankful for the great prices!

So, I’m driving down the highway and I see a massive plume of vapor coming from a car doing at least 60. I say, I want a setup like that, since the vapor from the version I’m running is barely visible to someone standing next to me. Just moving to the area a few months back I looked everywhere for a reliable honest and truly CARING vape store. These guys hit all my needs on the head. I have yet to have had a negative experience and always have left feeling like I got a little extra than expected. Prices are fair and throughout the store you can be sure to find jems on sale that go further than fair. Dont worry about buying the wrong thing because they wont sell you something that wont work or isnt needed if they know your setup. So be honest with what price youre looking for and what youre trying to get as the end result of purchase and youll be happy you came to vapor flavors for sure!

This place is a total joke and they have no idea what Customer service is. I want in looking for a new tank but they didnt have it, but thats ok no big deal. While i was there i figured id ask if they have my #1 choice of ejuice and they did! I was so happy till i tried it and it was bad. The bottle said it exp. In 3 days but it was clearly bad i know this juice like the back of my hand and i know this bottle had been sitting on a shelf for a couple in the sun light heating up and cooling down everyday and it went bad. Well i go back thinking that they will understand and swap me out for one that Does not have a exp. Date 3 days away. NOPE i was told the general mánager said no. As a business owner myself i could not believe it. Bad business, bad Customer service, bad everything. Well congrats Mr. General manager you i hope that the 21$ you made off my one and Only visit was worth losing my business for years and all my friend and whoever reads this and makes the right choice to not do business with you.Update.After reading the owners response I did go back in and they did exchange it no questions asked. So that was a positive thing. And the employees they is always super nice and very helpful. And I have gone back and bought items. Solid store for sure. Im going to change it from 1 to 4 stars. The only reason its not 5 is because Id like to see stainless steel wired for coil building and Im sure a lot of other people would like that as well. Ive actually got to go there now and get a new box mod. Thanks for making everything alright.
Great Vape Store! Called all over to find my FreeMax Max pods and coils. Nobody seemed to have them. Called Vape Flavors Parkland. They looked and even made sure they had it in store before I drove out. They also gave me directions to the store. After all the calling around it was nice to get someone friendly and with great customer service over the phone. Walked into the store and everybody was so nice which is refreshing these days and they quickly found my items and she even suggested something that I needed and would have forgotten to purchase. I will definitely use this vape store in the future. Thanks for Not acting so tragically hip like some of the vape store hipsters in the area that could care less about their customers.
Be here for a small bit but this is a awesome shop for your vape needs. The people are really helpful and friendly to boot. They have a good selection but only one employee wore a mask and they don’t enforce social distancing at all. It definitely isn’t getting sanitized. The pandemic isn’t a suggestion. It felt disgusting to be in there bc they don’t have customers wearing masks either. They should be shut down like all the other small businesses that don’t comply. Just wear the darn mask. Jesus.

The guy working at the time recommended I try a certain flavor after telling him the style of juice I like. Buying the 60 ml bottle not knowing what it tastes like I was hesitant but I trusted him. I didnt have a reason not to. I hated the juice, kraken watermelon/menthol flavor to be exact. But, I decided to go back and let him know how my experience was. He pretty much laughed at the situation, knowing I was out $25 and he didnt apologize for his mistake. Towards the end of my visit I was fed up with his customer service skills and lack of sympathy, so I left and I will never go here again.

I did not get the guys name who helps me when im in there usually but all the people in this shop are really helpfully and polite. I came in looking for a replacement for a RTA and he recommended one that was decently priced and gave me another glass replacement since the only one he had was broken. He showed me hownto set it up and take down on my own and reassured me that if i didnt like it hed help me find what i did like. Overall prob one of the best vape shops Ive been to and will continue to purchase all my vape goods from. Thank you so much for all your help

On normal days this place always has plenty of flavors and devices to choose from. Although its not entirely their fault, the prices on juices are quite high. Staff is always helpful and do recommend them over others in the surrounding area.

So I was on need of a new ecig vape kit and ended up here in Parkland 2 mins from my home. The store was open and spacious. I was greeted by a sales person named Cam. She was very attentive without being pushy or over the top. She asked what I was looking for and she quickly showed me a few items that for the description. I chose the velocity which was super easy to load with battery and ejuice and within 5 mins I was up and vaping. She was right it fit the size, style and price range. I have been to multiple vape shops nearby and this one is way better than any of the others I have been to. They have such a variety of flavors and brands of E-Juice!! Great customer service! I went into this location yesterday evening and was treated fairly rudely by an employee. The guy’s energy was very much ‘nope we don’t have what you want; get out”. I apologized saying I wasn’t familiar with vape talk and showed him what I was searching for and he responded saying he ‘smokes a lot of weed and vapes and has no idea what I’m talking about’ and I respectfully said thanks no worries and left feeling somewhat disrespected. Energy doesn’t lie and as soon as I entered the premises I felt very unwelcome.

So get this. Its my birthday last night, and i needed some new batteries and a charger. So I look up some places and end up heading here. I walk in MINUTES to closing time, and instead of making me feel like i was a nusiance, the guy was 100% complete class. The shop has a very chill vibe and the dude made me feel welcome, chatting with me about their different flavours. he recommended me fruit punch that they have made for their store and it absolutely is my fav new juice. As far as the batteries goes they have some of the lowest prices Ive seen and they precharge the batteries for you, so i was able to pop them in and start vaping right away. He signed me up for their rewards program and it all took less than 5 minutes. I can NOT believe the quality of the help i got. To the cashier last night, dude i forgot to get your name but just know your store has a new life long customer and I will be ONLY shopping here from now on. Seriously I dont have any reviews on here but i felt compelled to get online and write one after my experience here.Long story short, EVERYONE MUST SHOP HERE. 5/5 will do it again.

Great place all around for all my vaping needs. I have been in several times and end up spending a good amount of time and money there so to have staff that make you feel Welcome and comfortable is such a breath of fresh air. Ive been able to learn more from this store than any other place Ive been. I come here from Lakewood because of the variety of juices the atmosphere and by FAR the always friendly knowledgeable staff. Only vape shop i go to. Friendly, above and beyond helpful and fair priced. Join the membership point system and save soooooo much $$$. Cant believe how much i pay sometimes. Spent around $40 and only had to pay $8 because of all my points.
A simple shop with many many flavors. This shop has some mods but I mainly go here for the flavors and they are always on sale with good prices. Friendly staff with great knowledge and happy with my purchases. Too bad I dont live closer but a great shop!

I’ve heard SO many good things about this store, and was beyond disappointed when I came in last night...the bigger girl who was working night shift literally was so rude & unprofessional to me, and acted as if it was a problem to answer any of my questions, or even serve me. I literally just needed a disposable...(8-26-21)first and LAST time EVER coming in 😒

After I bought juice I got a text 5 mins later saying 7 dollars off any juice and the employee said sorry we can’t price match it, The prices are high and the customer service is BAD! They will rip you off!!! And they aren’t even wearing masks. I will report them to the STATE!

Nick was working yesterday when I went in to purchase my first mod. He was so incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me, explaining the differences between each one, and which ones he preferred when I asked. He was also more than willing to show me how everything worked! The shop itself was stocked incredibly well, so I had tons to choose from. Convenient location off 512 so I hit them up. Lots of inventory in the shop. A little pricey compared to other shops and the salesperson on duty was a little uninformed about their products. With all that being said I purchased what I needed.

Trying to sell me stuff to much money to high of pricing not when it can be 10 dollars with no tax then I asked to change my phone number they said no we cant anybody can then if u can make a juice that a customer wants then what is the point of the shop there is better and more helpful vapor shops then just this one then also this store doesnt like compintion

So Im pretty big on traditional vapes... but sold my vape few months ago and went to a juul. Ugh. I absolutely hated that decision as the juul is straight up trash. Hated it.Well today I went into Parkland Vape and wanted a Mod. .but. wasnt really feeling 100$ out the door. So I got this smok nord..high reviews.. it was 39.99 and I got 40 percent off from.being new customer. Well. I was apprehensive for it being so small..But .. omg it hits hard....but thats not the best. The flavor out this mesh coil is better than any traditional vape Ive ever tried.Very happy w my purchase.Also the long haired fella was very helpful. I went down the street first to space vapors, very helpful but their prices were way higher.Glad I came here. Found my new vape store
These guys know what theyre doing! I went in to buy a new vape for the first time and they patiently showed me different options until we found one that worked for me and my budget. Ill definately be coming here exclusively in the future.
Moderately friendly staff, they help you buy dont seem too enthusiastic about it, except the russian guy, hes super cool, good selection of juice flavors and never too busy.

I always like the guys that are working there as they are super chatty and knowledgeable and the customers are fun too. Ive learned more about the vape culture and ppl who build their own mods. Nice selection of devices, great selection of vape juice too. Nice to be able to vape indoors, have free snacks, drinks, tissue and cotton swabs to clean your tank which is a nice touch! Big open space, nice comfy couches to lounge and hang out and interesting vape content to watch on the big screen TV. Definitely my favorite place to buy from and definitely beats the local convenience stores!

Hands down one of my favorite vape shops! The store has a wide selections of mods juice lines and flavors as well as accessories. I enjoy the shop not only for the wide selections but they have a very nice lounging area you can sit in and just hang out, do work, or build on your mods. I started frequenting the shop becaese of their rewards program which often provides discounts and juice packages which are too good to pass up. The staff is very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful with any vape related needs. Both JD and Brandon can help troubleshoot, make recommendations, and provide interesting conversation. My favorite thing about the shop its not only its variety in selection but instead of just making a transaction i can enjoy a long conversation with the employees and the owner primarily about vaping as well as the local area and pretty much anything else. Ive been to many vape shops in the tacoma area but Vapor Flavors is definitely one of my favorite shops to go to!

Been going to Vaporflavors for awhile now. They are my favorite vape shop around town. Super nice, welcoming and really know about their products. Always have good deals going. I like that they link with thw fivestars app. Love the point system they use and the app helps you see your points ypu earn.Also its a vape lounge so you can chill and hangout there for awhile. Super chill place to go.
I just started vaping and the man with the long hair was very helpful cause I wanted something basic to help me quit smoking cigarettes . He explained everything to me and was very kind and he even took the time to put my juice in my vape and made sure I understood how to use it and how to keep it charged . Ive never been so satisfied with the price I payed for my favorite e cig Liquid. I actually bought enough to last me a year and I didnt spend over 20$ I was so thrilled that I drove 25 miles to get there and it was well worth the traffic at 4pm
