So sad that all these people wanna leave bad reviews for a place I’ve always got great service. Used to go in on breaks doing my gutter job and he always helped me find what I needed. And never once did I hear him get any kind of tone or act rude towards anyone unless they had it coming, be better customers people, not Karens.

Drove over an hour away and when I got there they were closed, didnt have any sign or anything saying when they would reopen. Then when I finally was able to make contact 3 hours later, they told me I could go back because they were open, and that they were closed do to construction (that no one was working on construction).

This guy is so rude he will not let you look at the pieces he has for sale and insult you and I will never spend money here. Don’t waste your time. This guy is a nasty old creepy bad person who is disrespectful to his clients I was gonna spend probably 100 bucks that was a spend that somewhere else now shop anywhere but here.

Have used this shop for 3 years and always had good and friendly service. The prices are better than any other shops I’ve visited here in Topeka. Bought a dozen different items and was pleased with every single one. The owner is always nice to me and makes sure I know of any new items that have come into the store. Highly recommend!!

Its okay, sometimes the guy in there is rude, I think I was double charged on my card might just be an error. The money went through the first time and the second time it went through it was at 1 am in the morning.

The way this guy just acted when I had given him extra change because I was in a hurry pretty much made me end up never going back ever again maybe youll have a better experience go ahead and roll the dice

Over priced and racially profiled a couple while I was in the store. Getting loud with them to not be touching the disposable vapes when me and my fiance ahead just been handling them. Then disappeared into the back for 10 minutes and left us waiting on him to check out. Only then to find out everything is priced $5-7 higher than everywhere else Ive ever done business. Wouldnt come back if every other store in Topeka closed down. Would drive to Lawrence or Emporia.Edit: Owner responded like the jackass he is. What a joke of an establishment. Maybe a well placed call to the BBB would change his attitude?? Waits over a month to reply to review with hostility? What a joke of an establishment

Called twice today (1/20) website and google say they’re open. Someone picked up then hung up without saying anything. Next call I got obnoxious tones. Taking business elsewhereEdit: I did NOT call for swisher sweets I’ve never used those in my life. I called for high end cigars but couldn’t get anyone on the line. Lousy response for lousy place that already has sub par reviews. Shocker.

The man was VERY RUDE! First time in his shop.. We Went in to look for a specific cigar- in which he was out of, we then asked for something similar. He started to help us until another customer came in. He then told us out the blue we had to leave. He said because we didn’t know what else specific we wanted since he was out the ones we initially came in looking for we had to go and then said his cigar area is not “a museum”. He pretty much didn’t want to leave us in his cigar area assuming that we were going to steal from his shop!! So I wouldn’t recommend. He’s Very unprofessional and racially profiled to assume we would steal from him!!

Went here about 3:45-4pm asked to see 3 products, then reluctant to show me the 4th item, the owner, no less, asked me So are you buying something today, or what? A good sales man should be willing to inform the consumers their spectrum of offerings, especially when you are the only person in the shop! I was also interrupted two different times so he service other customers who are very mid seeking information on items, very piss poor customer service tact. Prices are comparible to any other est., But inspite this, I wont ever be back in that place. ...lol I didnt feel vaguely ELITE here, even the worst shop Ive ever been in was better that this owner..Bad experience!!!!

The owner of this shop isn’t the best at showing customer service. I went in and bought a disposable and as soon as I get back to my place and hit it, it doesn’t work. I asked if I could exchange with the receipt and he told me that’s it was his fault for his product not working. The prices are also outrageous compared to other stores. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This is the best vape shop I have used. The owner is a super nice dude, and his juice variety is awesome. He has new juices every time I go in so I always get to try something new...and he helped pick out a new tank which turned out to be a great suggestion. The best shop in Topeka, hands down.

Ridiculous!! Dont go here. Prices are wayyy overpriced and the selection is very poor. The guy also refused to sell a single pack of cigars for no reason whatsoever except he wont sell you cigars unless you buy two packs. Terrible service and I will NEVER return to this establishment again. Check out the vape shop in the mall where they have wonderful service, an amazing juice selection and friendly staff as well as top notch prices that are fair.

Great little shop, friendly owner. I go for the cigars but they definitely have your vape and cigarette needs covered as well. Good prices and great range on the cigars, I cant speak to the vape gear prices but an awesome range is on full display.

Ive been to vapor stores across the Midwest this one has the best customer service best prices best variety Ive ever been to welcoming doesnt make you feel uncomfortable very knowledgeable also has a humidor full of cigars great place to stop in Topeka Kansas for any tobacco or vapor needs they also have organic e-juice and now they have Space Jam juice which is one of my favorites thank you

If youre purchasing any electronic (vape) gear here, be sure to check the security code(s) before you do. According to the manufacturers website, the vape battery I purchased here is counterfeit and the only response I could get when it failed 24 hours later was All Sales Final.

Visiting topeka kansas and decided to check out the smoke shops around the town. Visited two other shops and the were just as clueless as i was as fa as the vape mods go. I had some information on the type of mod i need and they still were not very helpful.. until ELITE vapor came to the rescue, they were very knowledgable, affordable, and helpful. Quick visit there and i was set up ready to go for cheaper than i expected to spend anyways, deffinately 5 star service

I had my daughter buy me juice for my vap pen an she accidentally bought wrong kind... now I have a bottle that costed $8 an it tastes nasty as hell!!! They wouldnt even exchange it for me!! Not a good place if u buy wrong stuff!!! Juicys vap shop best one yet!!!

Sold a broken vape to me and refuses to replace it. Also told me that he had no others that were still in the package only the display. I came back the next day and he had another one and was very rude about it when i asked him about having anything else.

Good selection.. Owner is friendly and helpful. Prices are a bit on the high side but not outrageous.

Owner was extremely helpful. He even took the time to show me how to use, load and clean the vape I bought.

This place is new and kind of still growing the gentleman in there is very friendly and if theres anything youre looking for he will order it for you and put it on stock in his store.

When store hours start at 11am I think the store Should be open at 11am.tired of waiting, you lost your first customer of the day.

Pricing high not alot of vape supplies stock or vape knowledge. Least favorite in town. They just look at you like you want to steal something
