Great nicotine and thc vape prices sometimes, but the kratom prices STINK. I paid four times what I pay online for a fourth of the amount.

Really enjoy their point system values, can always save some money here.

I’ve been going to vapor world since 2019. Today I bought a pack of coils (was told that’s the one I needed). After opening one to discover that it was wrong. Since I opened the pack they can’t do anything. Lost my business

I didnt know what I was buying the man that was helping me put words in my mouth...I dont even know what salt nick is.....not impressed with his customer service skills at all......I would like to speak to the owner but how to get in touch with him????? I called and the same rude employee said their was no manager.....horrible......

I love this place the staff is super amazing and the the vibes is always up high positivity vibes. If you new to vaping or just need help they are always willing to help they customers and they had a very good choice for tobacco accessories too.This is my number store to go to, I highly recommend vapor world before anywhere else.

Door was lock in the middle of the day because they, just went to break.

So I originally bought a 45 dollar vape from this place, that within the same day had started leaking. I brought it back within the 14 day grace period, and they let me exchange it for another one. The same thing happened with the replacement within a weeks worth of time (LESS THAN THE 14 DAY GRACE PERIOD). So I, AGAIN, brought my vape back to the store and told them I was having the same issue. The store clerk called his manager and the manager apparently told him that they were not willing to exchange it for another one like they did the first time and insisted that I spend MORE MONEY WITH THEM AND PURCHASE ANOTHER PART FOR THE VAPE. I am highly disappointed with their lack of customer service, as well as how they insisted I spend even more money with them.

Amazing Place! The store had Great Energy and they were Helpful, Nice and Informative! The Glass Pieces were Awesome and priced perfectly too. Plus there is a Cute Chick working there... 💙

I went in with ideas of what I wanted and a price point of where I needed to be I knew how I wanted my vape to taste and I knew you know that part of it but there were so many options and I just started spitting stuff out at who I ended up finding out was the manager Lexy , she was amazing !!! When I told her what I wanted I told her my price point she showed me several options we looked at each one of them and she walked me through the pros and cons of them she knew everything about almost all the merchandise in there I was blown away with her customer service her product knowledge Ive been to a lot of vape shops Ive been to a lot of vapor worlds between Kansas City and Topeka by far she is the best if anyone needs a vape I will always recommend to them go see Lexy she will hook you up with what you want. And the best part was she didnt try to push anything on me she educated me about the products and let me make the decision I wanted to make by and far the best way to make a sale !!!! Lexy these five stars are for you !!!!

Not sure if she was the owner or manager but she had a bad attitude toward both me and her employee. Got a very negative vibe from the place. Probably wont be going back.

Highly recommended for beginners. The staff here are really amazing. My partner and I are brand new to vaping and they helped us out so much and were willing to explain everything to us in detail. They are very knowledgeable and have excellent customer service. The prices are better than most online outlets and theres a great selection.

Excellent customer service and my favorite person (Jessie) works there. Its now the only place Ill shop! Over the past 4 years, my husband and I have spent a ton of money ($4,000) at another shop but they kept firing their employees. We only go where we have great customer service. And now, Vapor World is IT!

Been here multiple times and got nothing but great service. Theyre very knowledgeable about their products and very kind. Jessie is an awesome dude and always makes me feel welcomed. Dont even get me started on the jack Frost cbd joints. Perfect.

Ok pros and cons. Con lack of advertising and marketing. If not for employees personal social media accounts I would never know of this location. Pro very knowledgeable staff and the store was nothing short than miraculous when it came to being clean. Con there are cheaper stores in town when it comes to coil and mod purchases. Pro they as Jessy say sell experiences not merchandise and that is enough to make me come back. 5/5 overall.

Love the new gothic girl they hired at this store she was super sweet and was willing to help us find a few things and was nice about checking prices on multiple items without giving us attitude like most people who work at stores do these days.

Staff is super helpful, Ive bought 2 mods since they have opened. The tall dude Nick with the long hair cracks me up. Tons of juice to pick from and the staff always has good recommendations.

Great Store! Nicely decorated, great selection, the best staff I have found in Topeka. I have found my new vape shop! Prices were a little higher on SMOK glass replacement than Juicys but lower than Alohma. LOVE THIS SHOP!

Disappointed. Bought an Argus Air Pod. Nice AIO. During purchase asked young lady about replacement MTL pods, and she stated yes they carry them. Found out a week later that they only carry the DTL pods. The reason I went local was to support local business and not to deal with shipping and delays, unfortunately not the case, will have to deal with online stores.

Went for batteries for my partners vape, expressed interest in his kratom supply. told him how sacred leaf sold me 15 green malay capsules for 15 bucks claiming it the best for anxiety. he was appalled, and told me those were for joint pain and apologized that i got ripped off.he sold me some white maeng da, 75 capsules for 15 dollars. guy is very kind and knows his stuff 100%. said he doesnt carry anything he doesnt trust or hasnt tried himself, and trains his employees to uphold the same standards.best vape / cbd shop in town!

Went in to get a vape and some juice and got denied service because I had my phone out while I was in there. There was no sign saying I couldnt.

This place sold me a broken mod and it had already been used and was filled with juice already and when called to tell them about it they said they couldn’t do anything and told me me I was buying for a minor this place is the worst place I have ever been and I will never go back to this place watch what you buy from them the employees I talked to was Megan and she is very rude and very unprofessional

They wouldn’t listen to what coil I needed and told the one I needed was not correct and couldn’t refund or switch out the unopened box. I’ll be spending my $100 a month at Juicys Vapor from now on.
