Made the mistake of purchasing a torch here. Didn’t last 3 weeks. Tried to see if they would honor their products and replace it, but clearly they didn’t care and said “it’s been 3 weeks.” Won’t ever return or recommend their business again. Now I know why I had never shopped here before.Went a mile down the road to a different shop who not only walked me thru possible issues with the broken torch, but also how to possibly fix it.No warranty or even an apology in person for their product is just bad business IMO. Lesson learned after reading other reviews

Good place to get all your essentials in smoking, vaping, and other recreational activities you might partake in.

Yooooooo... So if Im being completely honest- this was not the 1st place I went looking for my (apparently rare AF) Hyde Spearmint disposable vape... Im not from Tulsa so I Google searched my way in to Z Cloud! Anywho- ALL these type of shops ALL claim to have the biggest selection & the cheapest prices... Its all BS too!! Except for Z Cloud, in my experience! Just today, Z Cloud was my 5th shop to claim it but the first to BACK IT UP!! EVERY SINGLE THING you could possibly think of!! FOR CHEAP AF!!! Did I also mention that THEY HAVE REAL AUTHENTIC HYDE DISPOSABLE VAPES FOR NEXT TO NOTHING!! 3300 puffs rechargeable Hyde Vapes for $16 FLAT OUT- TAX INCLUDED!!! I wish I didnt live soooooooo far away!!! My new fave vape spot!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

These scammers sell defective vapes, and don’t accept refunds ever, not even exchanges. Scammers sold me 2 vapes for $35, they pointed told me which ones to get that were good and lo and behold both burned and were half dead by the morning after. I got them at 10 o’clock at night. Suffice to say they probably get their product for cheap from some defect knock off website in bulk.

Super rude kid with dreads was there I told him showed him the ticket of my purchase and since he did not sell it to me I have to wait till the person that sold it to me I asked when she was coming he said I don’t know I go to that store every Saturday and this is how they treat their clients when they sold me a broken product don’t come here go to a place that has good costumer service and that scream at you

I had posted a review earlier and mentioned Id change it if things was made right and they were, so I am going to be returning back. The man who took care of me was very nice and understood the issue and made it right when I returned to the store. He is actually a sweetheart!! I can relate how others take advantage and do certain things that they shouldnt but he knew as well as I know I am not that kind of person. I do reccomend Z Cloud to others. 21 and up is the legal age I believe and usually its the younger folks that take advantage so I would keep my eye out and be sure to ID everyone that ways no stores have a chance of getting taken advantage of. Thanks Z Cloud for making me happy today!!

Dont have anything bad to say about vcloud been one of the coolest guys there and Im one of my spots where I usually sell my pops at and are very generous people working in and the customers come there they always always blessed me with a little extra and I stroll preciate cuz one day I want to be able to open up chilling and Grilling with those extra bless you with the time people give me I shall be able to open it soon

Lowering my review as they stopped giving a free vape for a 5 star review. Honestly its just your basic smoke shop. Prices are about mid-range. Lower than I would expect for this part of town.

Chris and Luis helped me find what I needed and was very professional and helpful. Would recommend coming here every time. Good quality stuff.

I guess its alright for vape needs but if your looking for a head shop dont waste your time. They will tell you that its the best and top of the line thats why their product prices are insanely high. But look elsewhere theirs a lot of better deals on the same product they sell for a lot cheaper.

Most items seemed a little over priced. Customer service is a joke with them. I looked around for nearly 30 minutes as the employees went on about something. I heard one of the male employees answer the phone and literally tell someone they cant give prices over the phone. Just a bad experience all around.

Great employees. They are always prompt in taking my order in a professional fashion. Z-Cloud always had a very big and very diverse variety of merchandise from VAPES, E-CIGARETTES, DISPOSABLE E-CIGARETTES, SMOKING PAPERS, CIGARETTES, SMOKING PARAPHERNALIA ETC.. EVEN USED COLLECTORS SHOES... THIS SMOKE SHOP IS FURTHER FROM MY HOUSE THAN THE ONE I USED TO GO TO BUT THIS ONE IS WORTH THE DRIVE. Its also right in the center of Tulsa. So, even if its not your regular smoke shop, give it a try and you wont regret it.

Terrible service. I asked for the price on a 300ct Kratom bottle and it was $109. You can get a 500ct down the street for $75. Employee talked to me like I was stupid for being surprised at the prices. Guess he hasnt been to any other smoke shop in Tulsa because that is outrageous for a sub par brand with 0.5g caps. I only went there because it was open late. I can understand trying to make a buck but these people are GREEDY and the employees act like children. Stay far away from this place

Heard and saw video of owner of the shop aware that he was selling stolen items. In particular Jordan shoes. Told the owner of the shoes he would sell them to him, even though he knew who sold him stolen merchandise.
