They cut mens hair here!!!!!!The best hair cut Ive ever had without a doubt!!! If you like a straight razor shave, its the place to go! The whole experience was great, I felt more confident walking out, lol. Jess rocked the hair cut and shave I will most definitely be back!!!

Love the ladies at Rose Spa! Ive had massages, facials, spray tans and every experience has been great. You can tell they care about their work. Anna at the front desk is always very friendly and helpful.

Ive never felt more pampered than I did when I got a facial from Amber at The Rose Spa! It was so luxurious and indulgent and Im so grateful for the experience! Amber was incredible and its clear shes a leader in her field. I will definitely be back!

My second trip: the massage and facial were awesome, highly recommended. The pedicure, I suggest you go somewhere else. I was beyond disappointed with the pedicure. I even sent a message to Cassandra online and never heard back. For a top notch spa the pedicures are bottom of the line. The polish didnt even last either. The amount of money I spent on the package, so disappointed. Again massage and facial are awesome, save your pedicure money for anywhere else.First trip: It was my birthday and I booked the package for my friend and I a week before. They werent able to get us in for the entire package I wanted, which was a bummer. As for the service, it was amazing. So relaxing, I wish it could of lasted longer. :) Lynn did my massage, and she was wonderful. I would definitely come back, hopefully for the full package. Thank you for a nice birthday experience.

Clean, calming facility with friendly staff! My husband took me for a couples massage and the masseuse I had was fantastic! I liked that there were options to add certain things to the massage and to choose different pressure levels and areas of your body that you wanted more (or less) attention on! The only problem we had was with the scheduling. We had to reschedule from our original appointment but they forgot to take us off the books so we kept getting calls and messages from different staff members asking where we were. Luckily they did have us down for the new date/time that we had discussed and were ready for us on the correct day.

I would have written a great review if asked yesterday. I used them in 2014 and had a wonderful experience. This time, just scheduling has been a nightmare! Had a massage appointment scheduled for almost a week and logged on today and it was gone.... not there. So, I called and she could NOT comprehend that I was calling because I DID NOT CANCEL IT.. it disappeared!!! Long story short, they are clueless and cannot help if something happens like this, not even seeming willing to care... Just, oh, well, its not there now.... I was driving a long way for a girls day and now we have cancelled everything, hair and lashes!! NEVER AGAIN!! Ill pay higher prices for competence.

Ridiculously disappointed in the level of professionalism and quality of the front desk staff. We booked a couples massage on 10/12 for an appointment on 10/20. Told the girl on the phone it was for our anniversary and asked if special touches could be added to the room per the website suggestions. When we arrived on 10/20 the receptionist said they didn’t have us booked for the day. We questioned if she was sure as we called to book the appointment days in advance and she was adamant that we were not booked. Offered no apology, did not dig to find out more information on how our appointment got lost, etc.

Amanda is absolutely WONDERFUL! Super friendly and down to earth, I loved my whole appointment with her from start to finish. My Hair turned out beautiful; I cant stop looking at it! Thank you so much, youre amazing!

Was at the spa today and got the Bella Rose package. The massage and facial were great. I feel thoroughly relaxed. Unfortunately, the pedicure left something to be desired. My nails looked great when I left the spa but within 2 hours, it had already started to peel off.

I felt like they didn’t want me there. After l learned my first appointment was cancelled when I showed up for it, I rescheduled a second one. I confused the time and arrived several minutes late. Amanda was sitting out front when I arrived but quickly went inside when she saw me. When I went inside no one was out front at check in. I signed in and waited. Finally, someone acknowledged me and told me to wait in the waiting area. A few minutes later the the receptionist came out with Amanda behind her to tell me I was too late to get the haircut. I asked her if there was another time for me to get a haircut and without looking at anything she said no. I totally understand that I was too late for the appointment, but I don’t understand why she was unwilling to work with me. Like I said it just made me feel that I was not wanted there.

Elizabeth is truly the BEST hairstylist my daughter and I have ever been to. The way she colored and highlighted my hair was something only a true professional would do! This was the first time we came to see Elizabeth and she took her time with us and really made sure she was doing what was best for my daughters, and my hair. I have never been so happy with my hair color and highlights! My daughter is so excited to come back to get her highlights too! Also, the spa as a whole was so clean and accesible( my daughter is in a wheelchair) All of the ladies who work there are so courteous! This place is truly a blessing!

They were ok. The ladies were nice to talk to and the pedicure was ok. I wish they would have massaged our feet/legs longer than 2 minutes. They pretty much just applied lotion and was done.

Can yall explain what a trim means, because 8 inches off and choppy layers is not it? My best friend called me in tears because of the hack job yall did on her hair and that is not exceptable. Her hair was down to her butt and after a trim it barely goes to her shoulders with the worst layers I have ever seen.

The spa is located right in the front as soon as you drive in. Checking in was quick, followed by a wine being offered. I was there for an hour long session, and it was worth every minute.

My husband and I went here on 09/19/2020 for a couple massages that was 90 mins long and my husband had an enjoyable experience; however, mine was not. This service here cost a total of $204 and we had add on services that cost $15 but I am not sure we were charged for them but I would not recommend either service (we both added a foot scrub and I added a back scrub). The room for the couples massage was very small and the massage therapists keep bumping into each other and had to keep moving my table and it was a nightmare. There wasnt a desnigated place for clients to put their clothes or personal belongings, I had to put our clothes and my purse beside a sink and since we added the scrubs the therapists had to wash their hands and water got on our clothes. I wish I knew the name of my husbands massage therapist because he is actually planning on going to see her again soon by his self. This was our 1st couples massage and I picked this place because of their online website makes this service sound amazing and that they put rose petals on the floor and that the 2 people would be side by side and this wasnt our experience. Very disappointed, I arrived their in no pain and ready to relax and when we left there my husband felt amazing but I was so tensed up I couldnt move my neck and was tearing up because I was in so much pain, it felt like all the knots in my shoulder blades moved to the top of my shoulder and I couldnt relax and had to do a virtual doctor visit to see what I could do to get it to stop. I have had many professional massages over the years and this was by far the worst massage I have ever had. During my massage when you roll over for the therapist to get the side of your neck (which is my favorite part) I had to hold my neck up for a period of time that my neck was actually getting tired and the therapist just rested her hands on my neck. Honestly I think she was falling asleep during my massage because she would go like 5 min periods where I would not feel anything so I am not sure what that was about and I did not feel comfortable. Afterwards I didnt really talk to her, I mean I was ready to get the hell out of there it was that bad. I am going to see a chirapactor Monday morning and going to see my massage therapists that I have used for years and she is amazing. I really wish I was exaggerating this review but unfornatuely I am not. Find a different spa

Got my lashes done with Hallie and love them! She was so much fun to talk to as she worked on me. All the staff I interacted with were welcoming and helpful. Im looking forward to my next appointment there.

My husband and I have come here the last two years for our Valentines date. Absolutely amazing! The massages both times were the best we have ever had, and the staff was very kind. I was a little disappointed that we did not receive our Valentine goody tray this year while others received theirs, but overall great experience.

My husband and I did a couples spa day for our 16th anniversary. We chose one of the spa package deals and a few add-ons. We really enjoyed the experience we had. All of the employees were very attentive to our needs and were very knowledgeable of their individual specialties. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a well deserved, pampered spa day. 😊🥰

Great atmosphere & beautiful facilities. Pedicure was great! Dip manicure was not the best. Technician does not do these very often (found out later). Both me and my daughter had chipped nails w/ in 3 days. Just got a bad draw. Will probably go back but for different service, will not do nails there anymore. I had higher expectations and was disappointed in nails; however, pedicure was great thats why 3 stars.

Purchased a gift certificate for my sister, she was treated like royalty. She had the Bella Rose package and enjoyed every minute of it

Can’t say enough about this place! Wonderful! I go here pretty often, and never had a bad experience! Staff is always so friendly and helpful.Took my mother here for a Mother’s Day treat. And treat is exactly what it was for her. They treated her like a queen. They went the extra mile for her. We were extremely pleased! Definitely will be back for all my pampering needs!

Had a pedicure here for my Mothers day treat for me and my daughter. It was very pricey compared to most places and the quality was horrible. My daughters polish was all chipped off on several toes and looked really bad before the end of the week. My polish was also chipping in places and looking bad in a week. I have been to other places alot less expensive and never had the quality be any where close to this. My pedicures would last at least two weeks with no problems or even longer. I contacted the owner about this and she did not care! Only said because it had been over a few days she couldnt do anything. Well in my opinion when I am paying around $80 for 2 basic pedicures I deserve and believe they should at least last a full week. That just shows bad quality of services. I will not be back! My daughter deserved so much better for her first Mothers day and I thought they were supposed to be a quality place. WRONG!

Katherine was fantastic!! 90 minute deep tissue was phenomenal. Highly recommend her.The Quiet Room was, however, anything but quiet. A group of customers were very loud and disruptive. I felt like the admin staff shouldve enforced the notion of quiet for the benefit of all customers.

I went here to get my eyelash extensions filled, and the woman who worked on me did a subpar job. She basically glued my eyelashes together. It also seemed kind of unsanitary. I usually go to Amazing Lash Studio (not located nearby), and they always have you wash the oils and dirt away from your eyes and eyelashes with their products before they start working on you. At this salon they did not do that. To top it off, I only needed a 1 week fill, but they charged me for a two week fill. I was just very disappointed with my experience. One redeeming quality is that they were very friendly and professional.

Had a wonderful experience at the Rose Spa a few weeks ago; I got an amazing pedicure with Natalie and I booked a couples massage for me and my husband for today! The atmosphere is amazing and the people are wonderful! Love the gift shop, great prices and great items!

I am sure there may be some good stylists but the one took care of my wife is the worst I have ever seen in the last 4 decades and among 20+ countries I have been to. I just hope you will never have this bad luck. I guess it may be because it was prepaid. Anyone want to have her name can email me.

I recently had eyelash extensions done there for a trip. I have had eyelash extensions done many times before so I understand the process, care, etc. Well, the cosmetologist talked briefly about how her clients tell her all the juicy gossip about them cheating, friends cheating, etc. Therefore, I felt very dirty & did not care much for the conversation. Next, she GLUED MY EYELASHES TOGETHER & had to cut my lower eyelashes to pry my eye open. Therefore, I have extremely small eyelashes on one eye on the bottom. Funny enough, I still paid a whopping 115$ (Approx 98$ is normal) w nothing but an apology in return for cutting my eyelashes & taking 30 min over the appointment to fix her mistakes. Next, I had the eyelashes on for maybe 8 days before they fully went to junk. They began falling apart and twisting around & looking horrible. I actually just removed them w oil & remover. Ive never been more disappointed in a service or a workers experience (not to mention feeling dirty because apparently all her clients are giant adulterases. Not giving my money back to that place.

The hottest Hot tub in Tyler. Degrees wise. Feels spectacular. The gym has a lot of equipment, the sauna is really clean and gets me feeling refreshed. Of course the ladies are there to help you out with everything else
