Rickys pleasant demeanor made the shopping experience enjoyable. His exceptional customer service truly stood out, ensuring I left the store completely satisfied. Went into the store a couple of times and Jordan has been a lot of help. He is very knowledgeable and really good customer service. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and had given me more recommendations on trying new products than other smoke shops. I have definitely noticed the differences in cleanliness and organization the minute I walked into the store. Environment was amazing and the music was top of my list. I would definitely recommend especially for new customers trying this store out to look for Jordan.

I regret shopping at this smoke shop, i got ripped off and over priced for a Zenith E-Juice.I was charged $25 plus $5 extra for taxes.Amigos Smoke Shop on Bergenline Ave sell the same Zenith E-Juice for only $17.99 NO taxes or extra fees.

This shop is the best in the area. They have a really good selection, have their own flavor menu, their prices are very fair, and the guy who works there gave me great recommendations and assistance. I wasnt planning on getting a new device but I went ahead and bought one that he recommended because I havent been thrilled with my nord, and he also helped me find a new flavor to try since they didnt have my usual vape juice. Im very happy with both! Ill definitely be coming back, and thanks so much again! 🙂

Best shop in the area. Ive come by a few times since moving to the area and its definitely in a league of its own.Typically very well stocked with a wide array of items. Call ahead if youre looking for something specific, Austin will make sure you are taken care of.Definitely worth checking out if you need any supplies.

Hands down the best shop in Hudson county for all things vape, and glass. Very knowledgeable staff, bring your questions with you, you’ll be well taken care of. Selection at this particular location is unmatched, reminds me of East Brunswick back in the day. Iykyk.

This vape is so eclectic in its decor - your eye is never bored. The staff are courteous and nothing is too much trouble. Having a seat to sit on and talk to the staff about products was an added bonus, you’re not just walking around searching with no help. The store is so well located in New Jersey. Overall would recommend this place to my family and friends for a top quality products and service. Especially if you are not too familiar with what you’re buying or the vaping community goodies.

I have been to many shops around the area and to all the shops Ive gone to. Good Guy Vapes is by far my favorite shop by far. Especially Lou for helping me out with any issue or questions I had. Definitely worth recommending to new vapors and experienced vapors to visit this store. Will be back there very soon again Austin, Jorge and Dan definitely make the experience great

This place is great! Everyone here is very helpful and friendly and they carry a large selection of products at great prices. Even though it’s a little far from where I live, I prefer to come here for the service and selection!

By far the most lucid place I have been to. The employees here are super helpful. They work with you and always do the best they can. They make great conversation. I learned so much about vape products with one of the employs; the one with the bun is incredibly knowledgeable. The environment is homey and simple. I love this place.

A decently stocked vape store with a convenient Hudson County location. Great store layout - bright, clean and spacious. The staff is prompt, polite and helpful. A fair selection of e-liquids, devices and mods (although I wish they had more high end mods). They always have my favourite flavours in stock, which is a plus. My current go to spot. Recommended.

I wish i couldve copied and pasted the review I left on the Plainfield location but this store is just slightly more amazing-er! The guys here, Lou, Felix, Good Guy himself, all a bunch of Fantastic Folks! Every time I come in, I spend more than I had in mind but I aint complaining! Left the store today with $30 less in my bank account but I left knowing I spent my money on good HIGH quality products!GOOD GUYS, KEEP IT UP!!!

I dont usually write reviews but Austin is way too good at his job. I went in for a new vape without really understanding as much about it as I should. If it werent for him I would have walked out with the wrong kind of machine. Most guys would have just sold me what I asked for no questions asked. Austin actually pointed me in the right direction with my purchase and was able to find me something nicer for the amount I was going to spend. If all the guys at this store are like him then good guy vapes is doing an amazing job at this location. I will definitely be coming back here.

My first visit 2 years ago left me surprised with the variety of products from the vape machines and glassware to the smokable/edible CBD and Delta 8 products (as well as vape juices). This has been my go to store since then and their line of products has expanded since.

Ive been coming to good guys vape shop for about 6-8 months now. I used to shop at urge shop and to be honest Lou, Kevin, and Felix deserve some sort of promotion or something. They have been so awesome creating a great customer service for me in my experience that I would rather drive 15 mins and shop here now. I cant say enough of what a great staff they have at this vape shop. 5 stars for sure!!!!!

Great selection of juices and mods, and friendliest staff around. The guys know their stuff and I love that I have gone from no knowledge about vaping to a good understanding how things work. I have bought about 3 or 4 devices from them and haven’t had a problem except a minor leak that went away once Kevin took a look at the device. I’ve built a few mods with Felix’s help and recommendations, and I’m so happy with all of my purchases. 10/10 recommend to all my friends getting into vaping and/or quitting smoking.

Poor product quality. i bought a pen there for cartridges and it ended up breaking in less than a week, that was the quickest Ive had one of these batteries break on me. I even bought one of their higher end models with the attendant giving me assurance that it would last me a while.

Good collection of devices, juices and accessories. Always find spare pods and coils in stock. Prices are fine compared to online stores if you add shipping to the cost.

Guys are always friendly and knowledgeable. I come ftom NY once a month just to buy f4om this location because of the chill atmosphere and good vibes

This place is fantastic, I absolutely loved the atmosphere, a very cool set of tv’s might I add, Felix was the the person behind the counter and he was extremely helpful. I walked in there not knowing a thing about vaping, he explained everything to me, with the utmost patience. Very cool personality to add to the atmosphere. Anyways with his recommendation, I walked out with a cool vape kit and I am thouroughly enjoying it. Thank you again Felix!!! They will not change,replace or give your money back if you just bought any device and was defective or damage from factory. once you get out from the store, Its your own problem and they will tell you to buy another. Very bad. So sad to have this experience. No warranty nothing at all. Horrible costumer service!!! Never going to shop in thi place again.!

Awful store. They sold me inappropriate coils for my vape and did not want to refund the money. Sellers not only do not understand their product, but also do not intend to correct their mistakes. I will never go to this store again.
