Terrible , th ry advertise one price on the sticker , then when they ring it up it’s way more expensive , and don’t even think they would honor the advertised price , two thumbs down

This is absolutely the best smoke shop in the tri-state area. Ive been to so many smoke shops Ive been from Newark to Manhattan and this is the best of the best of the best. Ive been to many smoke shops in Colorado and Massachusetts and this is still the best! The selection here is top notch. The selection is amazing. Products are great. Prices are great. Customer service is great. They have top top of the line. Everything you ever wanted that you could only find online or stuff that its hard to find or stuff that you have to travel far and wide to get, they already have it here. Dont go anywhere else. Dont go online. Just come here and get whatever you need. It would take me 10 stores and online shopping, I kid you not to get everything I can get in this 1 store. Nobody has this level of merchandising. These people are amazing they really know what they doing and they really know all the top and trending products out there and Im completely blown away.

Great place. Everybody is friendly, no one is pushy and it doesnt have that d-bag vibe. The owner?manager? especially is very helpful.

What a terrible experience. I felt like a jerk asking questions. Like I should google it instead of staff helping me. 4/30. I guess they wanted to go home. Terrible terrible. Disrespectful unhelpful. No customer service. I was ready to spend. But I was in the way.Great the unit I bought doesnt even work. Wow. This place.

Website clearly states orders placed before 3pm will ship same day . Placed the order 5 days ago with 2nd day air and still dont have it. No tracking info still either.Emailed and called with 0 return contact . Absolute joke and poor service. They got my money so they dont care.

Seriously one of the best smoke shops in the area. From everyone that works there they are all so knowledgeable and actually give you what you are looking for. The staff is beyond amazing I don’t think there is one negative complaint I could say about a person there. You’re not going in there and leaving with poor quality stuff, and there rewards program is probably one of the best smoke shop rewards programs I have used.

I have been a customer since 2014. Not once have i walked into this shop and felt anything but joy. Everyone is super nice and friendly. They have a vast inventory and when customers request or refer a product, they listen and gather their own information and often times stock it (i have requested a product or two and they have stocked the said product or something even better after doing their own research) Will forever shop here.

This is the BEST vape shop out there! When my juice was hard to find, they would put it aside for me and call me when they got it and it wasnt about making money because never once did they pull that Well if you arent here within 48hrs, well put it out..... No, they worked on my tome frame and thats why Ill be a customer for life. 2 yrs ago, I moved 40 mins away yet I still go out of my way to go to Aladdin! Thank you Abeera and Fahreen! Great service! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Didn’t know which device to get and they helped me pick the best that was within the price range I was looking for. Definitely recommending this place to my family and friends. Keep it up!

Hands down the best vape shop around. I do a lot of ordering online. Speed of the shipping is incredible, they have the best prices around I know at another store one of the brands I use is $18 but Aladdin sells it for $12.49 , even the replacement pods A pack of three is it $5.99 most places that’s 10 or $15 The customer service is phenomenal I ordered some thing they didn’t have it in stock and they immediately reached out to me to let me know that they didn’t have it and asked me if I wanted it shipped when it was in stock if I wanted it taken off the total or if I wanted to replace it for something else they exceed all the standards of customer service and set the bar and I just placed my third order with them now and I won’t go anywhere else . Even their shipping price is unbeatable free shipping over $40 or $4.95 flat rate when other places charge $15 for shipping . They def have a forever customer I won’t go anywhere else

Ive been going here for years now, always had an enjoyable experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you dont know what juice youre looking for theyre awesome at helping you find some great choices. You can also make an account here to rack up points and eventually get a store credit! What a rip off this place is. One pack of lava pods for just about $20? Give me a break I was not near my house so I couldn’t get them at my usual store where I buy two for 20 these people are out of their minds first and last time I’ll be going in that store. Really don’t like giving my hard earned money to places that take advantage of people.

Anything and everything for the smoking enthusiast. Simple to fancy, glass, metal and wood, hookahs, water pipes, you name it. Staff is always ready to lend a hand and make suggestions if youre not sure. It looks small from the outside, but its actually quite large. The prices are very reasonable also.

The manager was so knowledgeable. I will be back! UPDATE, I went back today to get more vape juice & cartridges. Thanks to the manager I learned a lot! I was buying the wrong juice & not using the cartridges correctly. I will not shop anyplace else. The staff is so friendly & knowledgeable.

Great selection but the staff are picky with who they help.If youre a hot young lady, go right ahead as you will get help. If youre a guy, just keep driving by. This doesnt hold for all the employees, just the twins.

Use to come here all the time bc the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and they have a nice selection of things to choose from. I even had my friend come in a few weeks ago to purchase her first vape. I came by today to use my points and buy a new juice. Things have certainly changed. It was only one guy working, understanding since it was slow. He didn’t acknowledge me when I came in. I understand he was helping someone. I was standing there for maybe five mins watching him wait for the couple to decide on a juice. Then they walked over to the register and still he didn’t acknowledge me or even say he’d be right back. I’m still waiting, time goes by and now he’s helping them get set up. I understand you want them to help them get setup but I am still standing here and only need to buy one thing. I actually didn’t mind waiting but the fact that he pretended that I was invisible annoyed me forcing me to leave. I’d rather drive 25 mins away to a better place where I can start points there with staff that actually cares about ALL of their customers.

They’re service not the best and prices are higher than regular spots and they’re alway don’t have certain things in stock, I’ll rather go to Good Guy Vapes they have better options and better prices and better service and a great reward system.

Worst store ever. They sold me the wrong coils to my new machine. I thought the machine was broken. Ended buying another one. They wouldn’t do anything. Claimed it was my fault when they sold me the coils. Go elsewhere. Bad energy. Workers are clueless as well

Nice small selection of vapor products, most of your popular ejuices, tanks and rdas. Not yet a one stop shopping for everything but then again who really has everything. Pretty knowledgeable about the products they have and whats out there, so they are up to speed. Good atmosphere and price are very fair. Ive been vaping for about 4 years now so I know newbies and newbie shop owners and these guys are not totally new to vaping and if so have tried and worked with enough stuff to help you begin vaping and help mid to experienced vapers pick out new and advanced products.

Tried buying some juice for my vape, amd was accused of having a fake ID, I spent 5 hours in the line at the DMV days earlier and the lady who checked it almost broke it by bending it so much. Extremely unhappy with their customer service. Will never be back.

Good place. the guy I talked to is cool. when I start vaping, Im going to get my supplies here because of my positive experience.

I went to the shop on 1/29/18 I was the only customer in the store and there were 3 sales associates, no one acknowledged me or ask me if I needed help. They all were watching something on the tv and never took there eyes off of it. After 5 minutes I just left. The customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

Woman who worked there and attempted to help me was very rude and disrespectful. When she asked me for ID and I showed her it she accused me of having a fake ID and than made a rude comment about how I looked .
