Its not a bad place. very friendly. loved the juice i got and a wide variety of salt nic is exactly what i was going to look for. unfortunately with my 80$ spend today the device i got seems to fail to recognize my pod is in the system i bought. the customer service was EXCELLENT and i loved the dog that greeted me. very adorable.the device started to work inefficiently like right out of the box after taking the first hit when i got home. i took off the peel away sticker on the underside of the pod as well and it still acts like my pod doesnt work. it might just be factory problems but im still a little upset its taking one hit every once in a while and then i have to take out the pod and basically “reset it”. also should clarify that it does this with both pods. and even after “reseting it” it still sometimes will not fire.edit after a day roughly: the device WILL NOT recognize ANY pod anymore. what a waste of money. will be coming back to request a refund. waste of time.

Went there today, Waldo was absolutely amazing! Bought the new off stamp with battery Waldo asked me to try it before we left, thankfully he reminded me as there was zero flavor in the vape I got he quickly traded it out for me with a new flavor! Will definitely be back

I would love to love this place, and when they are open they are great. However, today is the third time in 6 months I have come by when their post hours say they are open and nobody was there. This is frustrating, because by this point I have no way of knowing whether I’m wasting my time when I get into my truck and make a 30 minute round trip to find the place closed. And yeah, each time I have called—more than once, and never once has anyone answered the phone. All quite frustrating. At some point, one has to just go to shops that they know for sure will actually be open.

We are on summer hours we are open 11 a.m. till 8:00 so dont hesitate to stop by will be here

Came in at 3pm on Aug 21st 2024was told I could not buy anything because the 2 girls were doing shift change. So I left. Horrible customer service

Excellent customer service. I was extremely happy that the employee had the mouth piece I needed and at a great price, for my Frankenstein vape. I call it that because its made up of many different pieces (Ive had the worst luck with my vapes, dropping them on the ground and such). I did not buy any juice, as I didnt need any, but, when I run out of what I usually smoke, I will come here to check out and see what they have.

Gotta hand it to these guys. I was already pissed off going in due to another vape shop treating me like dirt after the mod they sold me broke. Donovan at Brick House however is several notches above those fools on the customer service index and really made me feel comfortable. The Bros over on the couches did too. Got my glass fixed, tried a few new flavors, cracked a few jokes, and headed out wondering why the other guys couldnt have been this awesome. This is definitely my new go-to. See you guys soon!

This is by far the best Vape Shop in Vancouver. The owner Randy is so knowledgeable in any sort of Mod, Tank, RDA, and Juice. He knows everything about newer Mods to even the ones from 3-4 years ago. The Juice selection they have there is insane. So many different blends and brands. Hes hooked me up with Juice and helped me track down a few Mods that they didnt stock. By far one of the best people in this industry. Its a great place to chill and Vape, theres no loud music and the TV isnt too loud. Been a customer for around 3 years and i have never had a bad experience in this shop.MY VAPE SHOP

I’ve been to hundreds of vape shops in my life and I have never ever received service like I did here at brick house. The guy running the shop Waldo is seriously the nicest dude ever, he was super helpful knowledgeable and didn’t try to up sell me anything, super hassle free shopping experience. I ended up getting the juice he recommended and I don’t think I’ll buy any other juice again, it’s truly delicious. They also only carry high end juices at a great price compared toAll the other local shops. Definitely recommend this shopFor anyone who likes chill environments that are hassle free.

Says opens at 10:30 but they are never here 3 times I have wasted my time going to Brickhouse to get no service. Today was my last day, if you can not open your shop by 10:30 than what is the point. Not a fan of them any more.

I have always had a good experience every time I went in to the shop. But today I went in with a Freakout attitude and Waldo was able to relieve me of that attitude with his “What you see is what you get” personality! I left a different person... at least for today! This place has a nice selection and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been coming here for a long time and I’ve always had a good experience.Recently, there was a misunderstanding over some merchandise. I came back in to see if we could get it sorted out and the man who helped me was understanding and worked with me.Great Vape shop and I highly recommend to anyone!

I stopped in here around 2 pm today (4/8) as I was in the area and saw this shop had good reviews, which was why I was surprised by the customer service we received. The gentleman who was working did not seem at all interested in helping us or answering any questions. He was curt and seemed to be annoyed by us and also the other customers in the store who were talking to him. I asked him if they had any juice in the flavor I was looking for and he offered one suggestion, I showed a little bit of interest but wasnt totally sure I wanted that particular flavor however he acted like I was wasting his time and the interaction was so uncomfortable that I just bought the flavor he handed me and we left. I will say that the prices were reasonable and they seemed to have a good selection despite the fact that he was not interested in allowing me to shop around. With the reasonable prices I probably would have purchased more than one bottle of juice if it were not for the fact that I felt he wanted us to leave. We wont be back.

Guy working the shop, Im bad with names, but the guy with all the tats and spacer earrings helped me out! I knew like next to nothing about the products being sold and he gave me a kind education on the supplies, maintenance and general care of my product as well as its uses. Im definitely going to recommend this place to all my vaping friends to resupply or just start out. 10/10 guys.

I had a great customer service experience at this shop today. I dont know the employees name, but I went in with my screen going blank, on a mod I had bought from them 15 days ago. He looked the mod over and came to the conclusion that it had never been dropped or misused, and gave me a brand new sealed replacement. This was out of the norm, as he stated their return policy was only 3 days long. He saved me money, and a lot of stress, and I will be a returning customer.

Guy who was running the shop at the time I was in and who sold me my mod was knowledgeable and courteous. Showed me how to assemble the coils and tanks, and answered questions post-purchase a month later. They have a good stock and fair prices.

Usually coming here is pretty great, ok prices and good flavors. I needed to get some more vape juice today, Saturday during business hours and no ones here! No notice about change in hours, theres just simply no one here. Pretty disappointed.

I stopped here last night after another vape shop had turned me away after assuming my Florida ID was fake... Super, SUPER friendly and made my night so much better. I was so frustrated before I got into their store. Also, the vape juice I picked up ( Juice Head brand ) is WAY higher quality than the stuff I was getting from the other place. Highly recommend.Also, staff here actually has knowledge about vapes, juices, and feels genuine. Thank you for treating me with respect and not hassling me about an out of state license.

I have been watching this business grow since it opened and what a pleasure it has been. The owner and employees are awesome people, the selection is good, and the atmosphere is great. When suggestions about some company juices are made, they listen to there clientele and adjust to what is wanted. If you have a question, it is answered as well. The community that follows this shop is respectful and courteous as well. The local vape companies in the area stop by with samples of there products to allow customers a fresh line of juice consistently. I wish this place all the best for how much effort they put into this industry.

My husband and I received some incredible service from Nick today! We went in to get a bottle of e-juice, but Nick was so friendly and knowledgeable about the products that we just had to try some others. We took advantage of the ongoing sales and we really appreciated the care with which Nick approached the business - you can tell he works really hard to be a great face of the company. We will definitely be back to see Nick and get some more products. Give him a raise!

Shout out to Randy for being energetic and personable with his customers. I decided to get back into vaping and stopping my pack a day habit and I definitely picked the best place to start. Randy had knowledge and feedback for all the product he showed me and even steered me toward cheaper products that suited my preferences better in hopes that Ill stay off cigs. Thought Id walk in, grab a pen and get out. But instead we talked and talked and felt more like hanging out with your friend who just knows way too much about everything. Nice vape shop, super helpful, knowledgeable and prices are great. I bought rebuild able atomizer and they help me set it up and were willing to answer any questions I had. Ive been to Bubbas and never was impressed the staff always seem to consider you a bother. Brick House is the exact opposite they will take the time to make sure you are getting what you want and you know how to use it.

I travel from central Oregon to go to this vape shop still. If that doesnt tell you how amazing the people and products are, you havent experienced great customer service. Still the only shop I go to consistently, and its a 3 hour drive! Love this place, always worth the trip.

One of my favorite vape shops, the guy that I think is the owner, the one that does tattoos, is always super friendly, always has good suggestions for new products, and always helps me whenever I have a problem or a question. The other guy that works here is super awesome too

These guys know their vape! If you have any confusion about kits, coils, flavors, nicotine levels, they know it ALL, and theyre more than willing to share it with ya! Hell, if you ever have any kind of issue with your stuff, theyll even try to fix it for you. And its a fun place to even just hang out at and try things on for size, so to speak. I dont normally do reviews however, my experience yesterday at BHV went above and beyond any other store Ive been to. My mod finally died after 3 years of heavy use. Most long time vapers know that you have to be flexible with your price line when choosing a new mod &/or tank, because the price of one mod/tank can vary greatly between stores and online retailers. With planning and saving, I can normally stick to that rule. I just didnt plan on my mod finally dying beyond repair. The guy running the shop yesterday was amazing!!! I had limited funds and a million questions. He did everything, short of actually bending over backwards, to make sure I walked out with a new mod, tank and juice! I cant thank you guys enough!!! If you want a shop that has a large selection of premium juice, most current mods and tanks, knowledgeable and friendly staff, then this is the place! They also have a great reward/discount program through FiveStars :)

Went in on 2 different occasions having issues with my coil. Both times Nick went above and beyond to make sure I left with a working mod and some answers. Super awesome guy, highly recommend the company!

Waldo was great to talk to about capes.Im a 1-2 pack a day OTR truck driver and since yesterday when I got my new vape setup Ive only smoked 4 cigarettes. Im very impressed. Im on my way to quiting the cigarettes I think.

I bought a vape at another shop. It was leaking from the get go and I couldnt get it to work. The lady wouldnt help me fix it. I brought it to brickhouse and explained what happened. They helped me fix it and explained how to make sure it continues working. I told him I would buy something for helping me and he told me not to worry about it. Amazing customer service and if I continue to vape I will use only this store.

I have been going to brick house since Ive began campiawesome place even drizzled to other shops to test atmospheres and it is by far the best place in Vancouver most of the time the best customer service (us as humans are allowed to have off days). However on Friday June 30th I bought a siegelli fuchai vape for my girl and go home plopped the batteries in it and it doesnt work at all I tried to get it resolved at brick house which they have a no return policy. I went there today July 2nd and honestly felt disrespected and like a criminal. I put my tank on the mod before I put the batteries on when I first got it expecting it to work but it didnt got a little juice on it because we all know vape tanks arent perfect at keeping juice contained and one of the owners asked if I spilled vape juice on it and broke it. He gave me an in store credit for the faulty device after stating with an attitude we dont usually do this. My question to you guys is do you usually sell faulty mods. You guys have always been amazing I just wanted to point out flaws to make you guys better this wont affect my business with you guys. But if these problems continue to persist I may have to choose to take my business else where because I work for my money, honestly and hard. I dont want to give it to people who dont trust a regular customer who you guys recognize thank you

Very knowledgeable about vape. Went in looking to get into vaping. Guy was well versed in what worked and what didnt. Lots of variety of bottles and systems. Replacement parts are plentiful. Patient with making sure you get what will work best for you. Vape store of choice for me.

Randy taught me all about vapes and got me hooked up with my Smock Stick Prince. When the coil that came with the smock didnt work, they hooked me up with a new one for free. Very chill vibe and they were patient with me as I sampled the various flavors. Now I can vape with the smokers outside (the cool people) and get a nicotine pick me up during graveyard shift.

Had a great experience here. I previously vaped a cheap pen and juice. When I walked in I had minimal knowledge about vaping. After failed attempts to quit smoking. I wanted to make the jump to vaping. I felt welcomed and wasnt sure on what to get. I was shown a number of options and felt like he was more teaching than trying to sell me a product. I felt very welcomed and enjoyed my hour there talking about vaping and different juices. If youre unsure about making the jump to vaping. Come here and they will help you with your options not just try to sell you something you dont need. Thanks guys had a awesome time.

Thanks.new tank needs something,it didnt work well the who day that I bought it .Ill be stopping by Monday for a return,figure why they to upgrade,when he update is the same as ur downgrade lol funny.i no....but yea sucks.its blown up the coil in 3days I didnt even have it set at the 55 TO 65 ,WAT it was at 50w and the coil takes a total of 80 watts,.so yea sucks.but Im sure we can get it returned and something in its place .... otherwise this is the place to get ur juice.
