I recently visited Massage Hubs for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Dom, my masseuse, was incredibly professional and kind. I felt completely relaxed afterwards. The owner, Gen, who greeted me at the front desk, was warm and welcoming, instantly making me feel at ease. The amenities were excellent, with a variety of complimentary candies and drinks available, adding a nice touch to the visit. The overall atmosphere was serene and inviting. I took my three kids 13, 16 and 18 and myself to get massages. They all thoroughly enjoyed it and even took a nap during the massage. Highly recommended and an amazing deal. Make sure to tip the therapists generously as they work very hard.

Overall a pretty good massage for the price. I only went one time and it was really easy and straightforward to get an appointment. The location itself at least at the Venice location is okay. Everything seemed sanitary and clean but the facility itself is not very nice or visually appealing. The only problem I really had was how they advertise their tipping policies. It is still up to you to decide how much to tip but they advertise that a $30 tip is the standard for a $69 massage, which kinda defeats the purpose of getting a cheaper massage in the first place.

Friendly staff and Dom is Fantastic! I suffer from migraine headaches and Dom does a wonderful job releasing tension in my neck/back. He gets me out of pain and discomfort. He also showed me pressure points to do on myself if a migraine persists . He is very attentive and a magical healer. I always walk out feeling amazing and relaxed. I highly recommend Massage Hubs and Dom for your overall wellbeing.

Kobe is my massage therapist. I’ve known him for several years and he’s the best especially if you prefer deep tissue/strong pressure massage. He’s got such talent and skills. He genuinely cares about his clients and works very hard to make you feel better. Katherine is also great at deep tissue massage if you prefer a female therapist.

Love that there is a place on the west side that reflects the quality of massage on the east side. This place is authentically Asian. If you like white practitioners / fancy interiors go somewhere else. I like someone very strong so Nana was the best for me. Her Thai massage was amazing, she is very deep and intuitive and I will be back to see her.

I love this place. The professional atmosphere and the knowledgeable massage therapists are the best in all Los Angeles County. I highly recommend this place.

I went there for a Swedish massage and was happy overall with the experience. The person I got for the message was skilled and nice. I only wish that the rooms were a bit more cosy and inviting like having pictures on the wall and not just beige :)

Jane was AMAZING! The combination of deep tissue and deep stretching was absolutely healing. I couldnt believe how good it left me feeling after two long flights. She is very friendly and will make you feel at ease and comfortable. I highly recommend The Message Place and Jane! Very professional and talented.

I came here because of a friend’s recommendation it was…okay. Easy to book and very inexpensive. That’s a plus. The two people with whom I interacted were nice enough. The massage itself was interesting. He mostly stood on my back — and I got a 90-minute massage so… — and didn’t really work certain areas. I mentioned twice the places where I needed concentration. While those places werent ignored, they werent tended to either. At the end my therapist pointed to a sign on the back of the door for recommend tip and the recommendation was literally HALF of what the massage was. Sooooooo…you wanted a 50% tip? Hm. Would I try it again? Maybe.

I had a P H E N O M E N A L 2 hour deep tissue message with Jonny. I was visiting just for the day and was experiencing quite a lot of lower back pain and sciatica. After the massage, I felt like a new person and was able to continue my vacation more comfortably. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

My new favorite place. I had the best massage with Dom and am already looking forward to treating myself to one once a month. The lobby, restroom, and individual rooms were clean, felt safe with Covid safety protocols, and very relaxing. The staff was so nice and professional and the massage was amazing!

You get what you pay for. A very generic massage. My masseur asked what I wanted, then completely ignored it and did what he thought was best. Mostly just stepping on me and applying pressure (which is fine to get the body warmed up), without actually digging into my muscles or working out knots with a deep tissue like I asked and clearly needed. When he did dig in after I repeatedly asked, it was rough and didnt follow any natural flow of the muscles. Maybe I just had bad luck of the draw on who i got, but id look elsewhere. 2 stars only because its inexpensive

Great service, attentive, kind, helpful professionals. Pleasant environment with selection of teas, clean rooms, comfortable pillow if you are pregnant. Can’t beat the price 💪🏼

Jack was my masseuse. He was one of those rare massage therapists who magically seemed to know where all my knots were, and applied just the right amount of pressure for me.My husband had José, and he was equally impressed with his massage.Definitely recommend this place!

Never go here! You’ll leave in more pain and tighter than when you arrive. These people have no idea what they’re doing and cause injuries to your body. Not one minute of the massage was enjoyable. Scam and should be shut down.

Thai style massage. Didn’t really get an option of what style but it was relaxing and well priced. They can give massage outside if you don’t want to be in a room. My room was quiet but it looked like I was in the linen room. Pay by space parking on Main.

The room was too cold and the headrest was too uncomfortable.

I have found the best masseuse here Lexi, knowledge about the body, strong when needed, careful and safe. As we as just being a lovely person 😌

I love this place, I love getting a deep tissue massage pretty much every massage Ive gotten at these places are amazing Ive had one or two that were okay. Im really glad theyre open during the pandemic they have an outside table near the street which is kind of strange but still workable

They were polite and clean. However they didnt give us an option to what we wanted, it was very painful, the pressure was unbearable, I dont recommend it if youre sensitive and dont like deep tissue massage, seems to be thats all they do here.

Marissa was fantastic shes very strong and knows how to work out all the aches and pains I had a two-hour massage and definitely will come back its a very good spot and Im glad that my friend Alex told me about this location

Do not come to this place. They discriminate people who smoke cigarettes. My boy friend and I showed up for our scheduled appointment and the therapist assigned to him refused to do the message because she is sensitive to cigarette smell. So instead of offering to switch the two therapists between us, the management simply refused service to my boy friend. That is completely unacceptable. This is a place we will never return. That particular therapist needs to put out a disclaimer before booking any client so people dont waste their time.

A friend and I both had 90-minute massages there the other day. Both were terrible. Ever have that awful feeling 10 minutes in that its just not going to get any better, and start to wonder if you can just stand up and ask if someone else is available? I had Helen, and her entire technique was something in the school of Rubbing on Sunscreen. Literally just rubbing my skin, this way and that way, without any technique whatsoever, or any knowledge of anatomy. Also, no music for 90 minutes, just silent rubbing and breathing. Waste of time and money.

Came in asking for either reflexology or acupressure, after reading about both on the website. Was told that the only available masseuse was unable to do these, but could do a relaxing massage and given no information about other openings. Receptionist unprofessional in demeanor

Very good massage but the price displayed at the entrance is not what they hope to charge you. Posters that are only found in the massage room strongly suggest that you tip 50%. If you leave 20% the masseuse insists that you leave 50%!
