The King of Vape and Smoke Shop

The company does not stand behind their product. I was sold a device and was told that it would be the last device you will ever have to buy. I had the device for less than 3 months and it stopped working. When I returned to the store I was told that there was nothing they could do for me when I asked to just exchange the device. The clerk even tried working on it and removed a seal. I would not recommend King of Vape to anyone

This is an interesting shop. It was undergoong renovations when I went but the displays and products were still clean and organized. I had to wait maybe 15 minutes before being helped but there was only one guy trying to help 4 other people. However when he got to me he was very knowledgeable about the flavors as well as highly professional. They have a very large and diverse supply from fruity, to candy, pastry, and some I could even describe. Would definitely recommend.

Best yet, they were open when we needed them to be, which was on a weekend around 9pm (not unreasonable). I think it’s awesome a shop would support a local guy. Dan (cool coincidence) was super friendly and helpful in choosing my piece. King of Vape is the only shop in town I’ll go to for my glass from now on.

Found this supplier on the web, very conveniently located to my house. Great selection of CBD juice, and Zoe was great, knowledgeable, and a real asset to this business. Customer service is lacking at so many businesses these days, and it is a treat to find a business who treats their customers right. I will be coming back here!

Came in for the first time ever, this morning, needed coils and vape juice and was treated phenomenally. The juice is the best I have ever had, so flavorful and yummy. Most knowledgable vape store in existence IN my opinion, they always are friends and helpful immediately. The store is always clean and on point with no messes. I was having some problems with my vape and Garrett was able to sort it out in minutes. Did I not mention the great prices.

Questionable shop, spent over one hundred dollars on coils over six months from this location and nearly every one save for maybe 6 were bad. Came in once with a defective unit that I purchased for my father on the same day and was told it was my fault that the unit malfunctioned, Only to have one of the employees contact me at a later date to inform me that I was indeed right, and that theyd fix/replace the tank.

Bad business. They sell defective products. I bought a yocan vane and it would not charge and the next morning the lcd display would not turn on. And took it back . They told me to contact yocan. Thats not how you run a business. You should take back your defective products if they are less then 24hrs old. You should replace it and you the bussiness should deal with the manufacturer. I will not spend a dime at this place ever again. YOUR Grade is an F

My first experience with Vapor Island was at the store in Fort Myers. They had the best e juice that Ive found hands down. The staff was very helpful in helping me find the perfect mix. I had the same positive experience today at the Venice location.

I went to Vapor Island today to purchase an external charging port for my Sigelei Vapor. The store had a Nitecore charger for $32 which had two charging ports. I really only needed one charging port, but bought it anyways because I was told the return policy was allowed 30 days and the manufacturers policy was 90 days. I purchased the charger and was on my merry way. I returned to the store less than 30 minutes later to return the charger and was denied a return for my money back. The cashier was rude, and went back on what he had just told me not even 30 minutes prior. He said he would give me an exchange for equal value, or store credit. Both of which I declined. Then he said I could return the charger to the manufacturer but failed to mention that was located in China. I am very displeased with the customer service I received.

Small..well spaced out though. Prices are 10-20 above average from other shops within a couple miles.. staff that was there all 3x i visited was not very knowledgeable. The guy working there said he doesnt even vape..when i asked him about his favorite flavors.. go to Cheap Smokes up the road..or the one in the plaza across the street..both have really helpful staff cheap smokes will have cheaper prices..good for juice and coils but the one across the street will have a better selection as far as mods go.. but be higher priced...they also let you try the ejuice before buying

I have been shopping here for several months now. There vary knowledgeable and give great customer service. I purchased a mew vap the zero vaporesso care and the cubano rich creamy cigar flavor to go with it the whole setup cost umder $50 vary pleased with the purchase. Thank you King Of Vape.

I have been using vapes for a long time now and have been into many stores.but none like king of vapethis store covers satisfactory!from its customer service ands its priceswhen i went in i was greeted by 2 young menCollin and rileyboth of them were knowledgeable in everything in the store such as the juices the mods ect.they actually introduced me to something called delta 8 i want to thank them by recommending this store to everybody i know.

So today I work an 8 to 5 in Venice not my home store I went in desperate I just broke my tank glass and don’t get paid until Friday “No money” the Guy in there I think his name was Mike bought me a glass I wasn’t really hoping for that but I did tell him I’d bring the money to him the next day.... it’s good to know that there are helpful people out there who actually understand the headache of quitting a habit yet picking up another which isn’t as bad lol thank you for your generosity and customer satisfaction as I am a manager of that thanks EK

This place has the most friendly and knowledgeable staff, amazing selection of everything from vape kits, buildables, accessories, eliquids, tobacco products and even CBD products. Hands down recomend them to anyone in the area. Theyve even stayed late helping walk me through my builds giving pointers and recommendations on keeping a long lasting successful mod up and running. Definitely hard to walk in and not get something.

I noticed everything was highly priced, but for the sake of polite consumerism, kept shopping.The guy was creepy, and kinda made me hesitant to ask anything. The clerk was ignoring my bf and telling him oh you dont want that as he continued to make conversation with me in a creepy manner about my vehicle and how it was going to break down. I felt a little pressured about something non related to the purpose of my visit, and couldnt help but feel that he just wanted attention without intent to sell anything. It was just plain rude to ignore my bf like that and continue to stray from the subject, and it seemed like very bad salesmanship. After several attempts to inquire further information about the products, my boyfriend and I pried ourselves out of the creepy awkwardness and left. I will not be returning to the store.
