This location for KOV is my absolute favorite! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and always very helpful. Christian is my go to guy when it comes to great customer service. He’s always very helpful and up to date with everything new. If you’re looking for amazing vibes and great help while making some new friends, this is definitely the location to go to!

Be very careful in this store. If you buy something, be sure to try it inside the store. Otherwise you walk out and theres a problem with your vape. And you turn around and go back in. They will do nothing to help you. There is a manager there, and Im not sure why hes the manager because he has no power to make any decisions to help the customer. Even the employee tasted it and said there was something absolutely wrong with it. And he would do absolutely nothing!! They dont mind making the sale at the moment, but theres no follow up or customer service after the fact. I didnt go in there to get my money back. I wanted to just exchange it for the same thing I purchased. But what they offered me, whats ten to twenty percent off another one.. No way.

This store has really stepped up since Eric left! I cant rave enough about this shop but ever since its gone under new management its offically got my review! The store looks so clean and everything has been moved for the better. The employees are so knowledgeable and answer every question I have. They always give me the run down on any new vapes and cater to my flavor preference. Again I could sit here and boast about this shop for days but 100% go in and meet the new manger and leave a very happy customer!

Amazing vibes in the store, been coming off and on with travel for a couple years and it’s looking better than ever ! Always get taken care of, everyone is very helpful and informative! Staff is fantastic!!!

Im glad I stopped in this place.. quiting smoking cigs and wanted to switch to vape..I had no clue there was so much to buying a vape. Christian took the time to help me understand what I was buying, he was super nice and knowledgeable..made me feel welcome and comfortable, definitely talking to him again if I need a refresher on info. Dont pass this location up if you are in need of vapes! Thanks Christan!

There is a reason for all the 5 star reviews!! The staff at this shop are so friendly and helpful, the merchandising is very well done, everything is well organized, looks very beautifully striking when you walk in, there is something for everyone here. It’s a shame I don’t live closer so I can’t visit more often, but I will absolutely consider this my #1 shop every time I am in town. Also the prices are great!

Dont stand behind the products they sell. Bought 2 pods. One works. One doesnt. Took it back and they blamed it on the battery which works on the other pod and everything else. Manager is pathetic. Lost a customer for essentially $12. Way to go!

I have shopped at this store for 3 years making purchases every week, I was sold a out of date E-liquid I called within 30 minutes of purchase to let them know I would be bringing it back. They refused to swap it out or return my money. This liquid is dark as piss taste horrible. I won’t spend another dollar in this store. I would advise anyone else to go elsewhere.

Best vape store and they have amazing sales on my favorite tyson vape! Greg was SUPER helpful and gave me a free lainard to carry my vape as necklace. These vapes helped me quit smoking cigarettes!

Came in today to get a few things. John and Nolan were so helpful. I also bought the Mac and Cheese lays, they were amazing! I definitely will be back. Definitely recommend these guys. They also have a huge selection of everything you can think of.

Everyone is great, however there is this one guy that over explains where a normal person doesnt understand. Not sure if he has actually ever tried any of the Delta products but people want to know how close the high is compared to the real stuff..its the same high except just slightly less intense. Instead just try not to be smarter than everyone, just get on everyones level and be simple.

Had to get some crown 4 coils for my crown 4. Met this awesome guy Collin who helped me out. Got me what I needed and suggested some great liquids, he was very knowledgeable about what the wattage and ohm for my crown 4 and what liquids went great with it. Great customer service and will definitely come back just for his customer service. Great conversationalist as well

What a great shop. Tucked away on the 41 bypass in Venice/Nokomis. I happened upon them when looking for a new battery for my vape today. The staff was friendly, very helpful and their prices beat any of the other shops I have been to recently. I will be headed here again for sure.

Hands down the best of the best. Their name says it all, they are truly the king of vape and smoke shops.They have everything. The walls covered in the newest products. Stand by their products and will help with any questions you have. Great staff very friendly and a amazing rewards system, go ahead and try em out. You wont be disappointed.

Update: just got a july 4th mystery bag with some cool pieces. 100% worth it!!—Walked in here for a small piece and walked out with a nice water pipe .John and Nolan educated me on oils… and to top it all I got a bag Lay Yams … those things are hard to find.Cool shop. It has it all

Came into this store with a few questions. Not once did i feel judged. All my questions were answered very professionally and we were left satisfied. Nolan and John were amazing and very helpful.

Has a lot of glass pieces but if you are looking for something specific then this isnt your place. They will just keep saying yes until you buy it and find out its the opposite of what you ask for.
