Very best service in the State! Mike Brown is an amazing owner as he explains in detail everything and answers all questions presented. This place has everything!!! You have to stop in and say hi to the crew.

The owner is fantastic. Super knowledgable, friendly, funny and goes above and beyond every time. Their in-house juices are good too - a reflection of his depth of knowledge probably. Prices are a bit above industry standards but competitive. Some of the staff is great, some could use a little less hang time with friends and work and a refresher on customer service.

Just went to this store today and what excellent customer service everyone at this store is nice and is welling to help you with all of your needs. I will be returning to this store very soon. I brought their Da Hoops what great flavor spot on as fruit loops great e-juice. Keep up the good work.

I believe the staff are good people and try their best to explain everything in detail. However I do dislike the fact that the premium juice I usually get is constantly out of stock and for months at a time. I spend pretty much all my money here on vape products. Maybe I wouldnt mind as much if I wasnt told it was on order everytime to only find out that its another two weeks gone by. I still would recommend them as they are still a reputable shop

Number one shop in Venice. Mike is one of a kind, and has been in business since vape was put in a tank. If its good, he has it, if it sucks...count on it being missing.Hand crafted juice and great staff

One of the worst shops I have been to in a while. When I got there no one was at the counter so I look around. There were 2 people in the lounge area. One was asleep and the other was watching tv on his phone. I ask yhe conscious one if he can help me get a starter kit and he groans like I was his mom asking him to take out the trash. We head over to the display and he pulls out a kanger mini and describes it in the briefest detail. This a good one. Comes with 3 coils. I google it really quick and it looks solid so I buy it. As hes ringing me up I ask if it comes with juice. To which the guy responds nope and continues with the transaction. I tell him to hold up so I can pick a flavor. There was a long list of flavors so I asked if he had any recommendations. He said ya these and pointed at the huge list I was already looking at. I pick pineapple, finishing paying, and bail. Now I have a nice looking vape that I never use because it constantly spits juice. (Im probably using it wrong, thanks for showing me the product) and Im out $110. For your own satisfaction please go ANYWHERE else.

Overpriced. Sells house juices which comparw to professionally lab made juices in cost but not in quality. Poor service. Staff appears to be too busy with their own agenda to help,you and when they finally do. Youll get house juice which will destroy your coils and be made in a non sterile environment where bearded people and,arm,hair are welcome in your juices. Nothing to prevent contamination. Poor math skills at calculating nicotine,levels as well. One bottle will be strong in nicotine another will have none. Buy one get one free is a sham. A total scam. Used to be a nice shop. Became a stoner hangout. Its probably a bodega that sells trees. Theres no way they are still in business,from,their garbage juicebb

If I could give no stars I would. The two times Ive been in this location there is one employee in particular that is rude and demeaning. The store has a great selection of products including some in house juice. The in house juice is mixed with nicotine behind closed doors which is scary.

Where to begin?This is definitely hands down the best vapor shop in Venice, they are the only local shop Ive found that carries mechanical mods and rebuild-able atomizers which is a plus for anyone who is ready to take the next step in vaping.The employees are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the products they are selling, they even let me try out a few different mods to see which one suited me best.All of the products are very well priced and they took the time to help me find a set up that is perfect for my budget.I cant forget to mention, their in house e-liquids are on point in both flavor and vapor production.New or seasoned to the vaping scene I highly recommend this shop, I will surely be returning for all of my vaping needs.

Came in from indianapolis with a premium liquid from the UK and vaprzone was able to create me a bourbon custard that I’m excited to order again. Amazing how a small town vape shop could create something that great.
