So glad I chose D&D for my wedding day! Taylor was incredible. She asked a bunch of questions and listened carefully to make sure we loved our look and we did. We never felt any pressure and shes just fun to be around and made us both feel beautiful so 10 out of 10 would recommend Taylor! Also the vibe of the salon is just really great like its actually a place you want to hang out... Ill be going back for sure!

I really wish I could leave a 5 star review. Its been 6wks since my experience at Darling&Dapper & I’m still upset. I am not a professional, but I have 19yrs of experience, education & knowledge of Vivid hair.. I went in to see Tina for a vivid color change. It started off great, perfect vibe overall. We talked about what we were going to do & got started. She started off with one bleach, & then came back & told me she needed to use another bleach bc she ran out of the first one. I sat in foils for the usual process time, then afterwards had my foils removed for her to check the lift. She then started brushing my hair with bleach in it. I wanted to say something but didn’t. It wasnt until after we washed the bleach out that I said something bc my hair was literally falling out! I have a video of where I ran my hand down my hair & hair is effortlessly coming out. I said to Christina that my hair was really damaged after the bleach & her response was Dude dont worry! Its because there isnt conditioner in it........ I felt gaslit. I then said Lets just take 2-3 inches off all of my layers... I received no response. She then started brushing my bleach damaged hair, & it was snowing. Pieces of my hair all over the floor. I knew what was happening. I then said Man my hair didnt like this bleach, lets definitely take 2-3 inches off. Another no response.. I dont know if she wasnt hearing me at this point or what was going on. Moving on to the color process. I asked for dark purple roots & deep blood red hair. She starts coloring my hair, after 15mins she tells me she ran out of the red & had to go mix a concoction. By the end of it all, I still had brown roots, the purple was very light & my hair was Pink. When checking out to pay, I said to her My hair isnt Red, its Pink. & her response back was Its not going to be as Vivid the first time because we just processed it. .....After that I just shut-up & didnt say anything else & paid $300+ for hair that left me sobbing on my way home. I contacted D&D to get ahold of the Owner bc I was just devasted at that point. Liz was great, she understood, she brought me back to correct it. She gave me dark red hair, dark purple roots & evened out my hair. While it looked & felt better, I knew it was still damaged. I waited 6 days before my first wash. I put a K18 bond repair mask on before the first wash & let it sit on my hair for 2hrs. While applying the mask, pieces upon pieces of my hair were just all over my gloves. After the wash my hair was no longer that deep red Liz applied, it was back to being a pink. I now know the cuticles of my hairs are damaged. Its 6wks later & I have spent almost $700 dollars on products, treatments & an additional haircut to stop the breakage of my hair. After the haircut, the breakage stopped about 80%. But I’m here now 4wks after that haircut & back to major breakage again. You cannot touch my hair without getting pieces left in your hands. Now I have pieces of hair that are splitting in the middle of the hairs & traveling up to my scalp. I apply a K18 hair mask to my hair every shower day, I wash my hair with Olaplex bonding shampoo & put K18s after wash treatment in my hair every time. I have bought Lanza, Olaplex, K18, Mizani & Rossano Ferretti products. My 2yr hair journey has come to an end. My natural curls are gone, I look like bohzo the clown every time my hair dry’s, & my hair wont stop breaking. Today I get all of my hair cut off & I am just defeated. My review isn’t to scare anyone away from D&D, or to get anyone in trouble. It was a lesson learned for everyone involved in my eyes. At this point I just wish I could get my money back for the service I went in for on Jan 20th. I went with Tina because she was so passionate about Vivid hair & I truly wanted to support her with her goals & dreams. There is just some more knowledge to be learned with the process & delicate nature of working with colored hair.The pics are the night of, a few days after I first left the Salon, after Liz darkened my hair, to today.

I used D&D for my wedding hair and makeup, and they were fantastic. I did a trial before, and had a great time working with Sarah and Markia. They constantly validated me for my opinions, and made me feel so comfortable to tell them what I wanted and make small adjustments during the trial. This was huge for me as I am not familiar and comfortable with beauty services.On the day of they were just as fantastic! They made the wedding party look and feel great, and were just overall great people to hang with before the wedding. They are both so talented and I felt amazing on my wedding day! I could not have asked for better!

Got my hair done with Sam Fleck! High quality haircut with an amazing atmosphere at Darling and dapper! Not only was my hair stylist welcoming, but I was greeted with smiles from everyone when I walked in. Snacks and drinks while you wait and great photography of my new look. We all know a haircut is more than just a haircut. I felt pampered, celebrated, and like a brand new person when I left. 10 out of 10

I loved working with Liz and her teammate Taylor! The two of them showed up on my wedding day ready to make me and my girls feel fabulous. I was so impressed with the results. Everyone’s hair and makeup looked stunning! If you’re looking for a team to hire, Liz and her people are amazing!

I booked Darling and Dapper for on-site hair and makeup for my wedding. My coordinator recommended Liz and her team, and I could not have felt more beautiful on the wedding day! Liz, the owner, was very responsive and so easy to communicate with during the planning process. Trin did my bridal hair and makeup and hair for my bridal party, and Anna did makeup for my bridal party. Both were extremely professional and great energy to be around, as we enjoyed a relaxed and fun morning in the bridal suite. Both are truly gifted, and everyones hair and makeup came out looking stunning and photographed so beautifully. There also happened to be a tropical storm come through on our wedding day, and we were able to get some awesome umbrella photos outside in the rain, and the hair and make up stood up to the test and was still in tact with all the wind and rain! Truly the best experience, thank you so much!!

Attention brides that are looking for a hair and makeup artist in the Hampton Roads areaI got married in April and used Darling & Dapper for my hair and makeup, and wanted to share my disappointing experience.At first, staff was extremely accommodating, I had left off choosing my H/MUA until about 1 week before the wedding. They were able to fit me in for a trial, which went extremely well, and reassured everything would work out great day of.Fast forward to day of the wedding. My hairstylist was supposed to arrive at 7:45. She however did not get there until about 10 minutes after 8. Everything was supposed to be completed by 12:30 (2pm ceremony start, 1pm arrival at church), but they finished closer to 1:50.This caused me to miss out on my first look with my dad, first touch with my husband, and caused me to be late to my ceremony. Also adding an extra hour charge for my limo, and missing out on a lot of the getting ready pictures / video that would’ve been done during that time (my photo and video team were amazing and did what they could during that time).One of my bridesmaids offered to do her own hair when she saw we were running behind schedule, to which they said they would be able to complete everything in time.I reached out to the salon afterwards, and was told that the morning of my wedding was “incredibly challenging for them” between dogs and a loud atmosphere. Which was never portrayed, as the hairdresser and MUA were laughing saying it reminded them of their home. We welcomed these ladies into our house by offering them snacks, coffee, drinks, anything to keep them comfortable, never once did they mention or look overwhelmed.I was also supposed to receive a day of “touch up kit” which was never provided to me.The hairstyle I received was very different than what was done during my trial. I was later told by the owner this was done because I had clip in extensions placed for my wedding day, which I didn’t have for my trial. This was never told to me by the hairstylist either at the trial or on the day of and options were not given as to what I would like to be done.The salons response was an offer for me to come in for a complimentary chemical/treatment/cutting. They also mentioned several times that it “was not their norm”.This caused me lose several hundreds of dollars between, photo time, video time, and limo services. After mentioning this again, their offer still stood. I was never offered a partial refund or any other options. A $50 complimentary hair cut did not seem fair (I typically do not use any chemical or color in my hair).After receiving many positive recommendations to use them, I can’t say I would do the same. If you choose to use them, make sure you have a lot of extra time built in to your wedding timeline.

In all my 33 years of life I have never had a stylist tell me “did you know you have curly hair” and then proceed to take the time to teach me how to take care of it properly and to enhance my natural curls. I was blown away by Jose’s knowledge, skill, and patience. I’m so excited to take the information he provided and use it in my regular routine. I can’t wait to come back! Darling and Dapper has an incredible staff overall and the environment they have created is so unique. It’s not a chore to get my hair done it’s a whole experience. I have never felt so relaxed or validated in my questions and my concerns.

We hired Darling & Dapper for our September 2023 wedding and WOW did they crush it! About a month out, I decided I also wanted my hair and makeup done for the rehearsal. Two days before our wedding, we found out that a tropical storm would be closing our venue on our big day. I asked Liz and Monica if we could use my rehearsal appointments for full bridal hair and makeup to get a first look in at our original venue (The Chrysler Museum of Art) the day before the storm and of course, they said yes with zero hesitation. I felt so lucky to feel so glammed up and beautiful two days in a row. In the chaos and sadness of losing our dream venue 48 hours before our big day, I felt my most calm and at peace when I was in the chair with Liz and Monica. My 8 bridesmaids, mom, mother in law, and grandmother all said the same on wedding day - we love Darling & Dapper!

I truly cannot express in words how wonderful the entire team at Darling & Dapper is... but Im sure going to try! From start to finish, Liz and her team of beauty gurus were all incredibly kind, consultative, and patient for our wedding preparations. The day of my hair and makeup trials was also the day I was taking my bridal portraits; this context is important because while I was in Taylors chair getting started on hair, I got a text from one of my bridesmaids saying that she was sick and could not be there with me for the bridal portraits as originally planned... at which point I started panic-texting everybody else I could think of that could have potentially come to help me get changed, haul my belongings around the venue, etc. But as an hour passed and I hadnt found anybody who was available (and my blood pressure started to skyrocket), Taylor assured me that if I couldnt get anybody, at the very least she and Trin and the other folks working in the studio that day would get me changed and ready before I got in the car. I mean, how kind is that?! Trin then started on my makeup and was incredibly sweet and patient with me as I neurotically checked my phone between applications LOL! Everybody was hyping me up and keeping energy high, and by the time we were done, miraculously another one of my bridesmaids was able to flex and come meet me at the venue AND I felt absolutely gorgeous!! Fast forward to my wedding day - Taylor, Trin, and Jade were already at the venue when I pulled up, ready to rock! Everybody was thrilled with their hair and makeup looks, and Trin was more than happy to help me incorporate a different shade and formula of lipstick that I had found after the trials. With 8 ladies and a few gents on the schedule, they kept everything moving smoothly and I never felt stressed or rushed for a single second (at least, not by them, hah!). One of my bridesmaids had originally decided on makeup only/against having her hair done because of a horrendous prior experience she had with other beauty vendors in a different wedding party years ago - as in, this was legitimately traumatizing for her. But as she saw and heard how lovely this team was, she quietly asked me if I thought they could add her in as well - oh my heart!!! I asked Taylor, and she said that we seemed to be on-track and it shouldnt be a problem, and very soon after my bridesmaid was in the chair getting hyped up and treated with absolute care and attention and, yes, I would call it love. The manscaping that Taylor provided for my husband and bonus kid especially was perfect, and she put them at ease with her humor and expertise. I would be remiss if I did not also give a huge shout out to Jose, who fixed up my horrible self-dyed and self-trimmed hair a few weeks before my trials, and provided a fabulous hair cut for my husband shortly before the wedding as well! I am soooooo so appreciative to all of these fine folks, and were both excited to start visiting Liz and her team in her gorgeous studio for regular hair services, all the way from Portsmouth. Thank you all so very much for everything!!!

Edit: Theyve added a massage chair and a little menu of complimentary snacks and drinks! My husband got 30 minutes for $30 of zero-g compression massage while my hair was getting cut.Fat body accessible and LGBTQIA+ friendly.A kind and safe place! Very nice people, especially Michelle. The deep treatment really helped my hair, and she made sure to give me a cut that made my curls happy. All the products used smelled so nice too.

I absolutely recommend Darling & Dapper for wedding hair/makeup for any bride and bridal party. Liz is calm and patient. Her team are professional but were fun to spend during the wedding morning. They traveled quite a distance for our wedding and absolutely made me feel comfortable during the entire time while making sure I felt my best and looked amazing. Thank you!!

The best! Go to Becca. She did a fantastic job in my hair. I was very pregnant, had been at home since the pandemic started and my hair had been a mess for 10months before she pulled it out and into beauty. I initially chose the salon because it was very open, had super tall ceilings, followed safety protocols. I felt safe, enjoyed my time in such a beautiful, creative atmosphere and my hair came out great!

Liz did an amazing job with my engagement session hair and makeup. I loved that she was able to take a look that i showed her off of pinterest amd make it look way better. She also did my bridal hair and makeup, and i am beyond amazed at how well it turned out. The look was on point amd again way better than the picture i showed her. I would definitely recommend using her for your bridal hair and makeup needs and also just to have her do you hair without needing to go anywhere special. I got extensions added onto my bridal package, and she showed me how to take them out and put them in free of charge. I am so happy I had her do my makeup and hair fory big day! Thank you again Liz, you are the best!!! :)

Tina was amazing. She took my Pinterest inspiration and brought it to life. I am so happy with my hair. Tina is also very nice, easy to talk to, fun to be around. We spent our appointment talking and laughing. Not only did she slay my hair, but made the appointment so much fun. Will 100% be returning to see Tina.The entire salons vibe is amazing, laid back, beautifully designed and they offer complimentary drinks and snacks. I spoke to Taylor on the phone because I was late, and had some trouble finding the salon. She stayed on the phone with me and gave me turn by turn directions. And then stood outside and flagged me down to direct me. Everyone in the salon is so friendly and kind. Highly recommend!

I originally hired a make-up artist (prior to Liz) for my wedding day, but after the trial I was disappointed. So I got a few names and Darling and Dapper was highly recommended. I checked them out on the website and they seems pretty cool, so I hired the company. More specifically I hired Liz. I really didn’t want to spend the extra money with a trial and so I just emailed Liz who said she could do it day-of with no problem. She seemed very confident and sure of herself, and since she was highly recommended, I had no worries! Liz freaking rocked my hair and make-up for my wedding day. My friends told me I looked like an angel. But it didn’t end there. Liz presence was very down to earth and calming. She asked me “real person questions” and had authentic conversation. Liz is an amazing artist and I would trust anyone she hires. Thank you Liz for making me feel beautiful! ❤️💗

I booked Darling and Dapper for on-site hair and makeup for my bridal party and myself via a recommendation from my coordinator, and I was so incredibly pleased with their services. Liz, the owner, was great to work with while I was planning and made things really easy on me as an out of state bride. When the day arrived, my bridesmaids and I had a blast in the bridal suite with Trin styling our hair and Monica doing our makeup. Both artists were professional, but also great to have around. They listened to what each of my bridesmaids wanted and gave each unique, stunning looks. My hair and makeup were flawless, exactly what I asked for, and photographed beautifully. I really can’t say enough about how great Darling and Dapper and their stylists are!

Taylor did my hair and makeup for engagement photos and was WONDERFUL! She took the time to help me pick eyeshadow colors, talked me through everything she was doing, and listened to all of my feedback and concerns. HMU can be so different person to person but I feel like she really took the time to do what suited me best.The studio is funky, fun, and spacious. Great location in Hilltop and easy to get to!Thank you so much Taylor for an awesome experience, your time and your talent!

Anna and Amber were so amazing to work with. They understood exactly what I wanted in my trial and executed both makeup and hair perfectly in one try and again on my wedding day. They actually travelled up to Richmond for my wedding and I am so grateful they did! My 5 bridesmaids and I had such a good time with them and everyone looked so beautiful! Anna and Amber were so much fun to work with and very enjoyable to be around. Anna also worked with me ahead of time to make sure our timeline was planned appropriately, and we were right on target, thanks to her! I wish I had photos to share of everyones makeup, but our pictures havent come back from the photographer yet so I can only share one of everyones hair. I highly recommend Behind the Veil.

Today I saw Taylor and she executed my haircut spot on! I had long hair to my waist and wanted to cut it above my shoulders. I really appreciated her thorough consultation because it reassured me that we were on the same page around expectations throughout the process. Her positive energy is so contagious that not only did I feel good on the outside, I felt great on the inside. I definitely recommend her for all of your hair, makeup and positive reinforcement needs!The salon as a whole has such a beautiful ambiance! I love the high ceilings and decorum is unique and ties well altogether. Everyone is so kind and beautiful! I heard supportive conversations and genuine compliments among staff which is so refreshing. I will definitely be coming back!

Mimi, Anna and Kate were a fantastic team for wedding hair and makeup for myself, my bridal party and the mothers. They came to the location where we were getting ready which was so convenient. They are all so talented and everyone was beyond amazed at how their hair and makeup turned out. The girls were so sweet, easy to talk to and happy to make adjustments to anything that was requested. They stayed on time (even ahead of schedule) and we all felt so beautiful for this special day. I would happily recommend them to anyone needing event hair and makeup.

Amber is my hair dresser, and shes absolutely amazing and never disappoints! She is very precise and attentive. She always makes sure Im comfortable during the cut and styling and asks me questions to make sure im satisfied with how the results of my hair cut is looking. I reccomend booking an appointment, she gets booked fast because shes great! But will always try to squeeze you in. & Im sure the other hair dressers here are just as great as amber!

These people know what they’re doing! I recently got married and Darling & Dapper did my wedding party and I’s makeup and hair for the big day. Every single person was in LOVE with their hair and makeup. Liz (owner) was so nice and helpful when planning out everything. Mimi (she did my hair and makeup) is a PRO AND A HALF and did such a beautiful job! Highly recommend this company even if just to get a color at their salon – shout out to Josh who gave me the BEST color blonde I’ve ever had!

I cant begin to thank Liz, Sadie, and the other lovely ladies at Darling and Dapper for the spectacular job they did on my and my bridal partys hair and makeup for both my engagement and wedding photos! Lizs makeup is IMPECCABLE, stays on for days if you want it to, and shes clearly comfortable with both dewy natural looks, and bigtime full glam; whatever you want; shes got you. I wanted an odd split between a structured 1950s sculptured look, and a more 1930s finger wave, with the ability to stick a veil and comb in, and Liz and her team split the difference beautifully, graciously worked with my last-minute clip-in extensions, and truly made me feel like a princess at their studio, complete with champagne. She accommodated me like I was a major client, even with a very small party, and her price is fantastic considering the high quality results her work produces. Will definitely rebook for any future occasions where I need to be the center of attention, and want to feel fantastic being there ;)

Omgggggg Jose is the best.I booked online selecting anyone for my hair cut.Jose will be the only choice from here on out.I gave him zero direction but I wear a pony tail to work and I wanted to keep the healthy lengthThis was my best hair cut ever. In 38 years. The best.Hes also HILARIOUS

My daughter booked Darling and Dapper for her and myself for hair and makeup on her wedding day and we worked with Liz Blackmon.Both of us do not wear makeup so I was a little hesitant. We first did a trial two days before the wedding and then Liz met us at our hotel in Norfolk on the wedding day.Liz is so incredibly talented! She is so friendly and she listened to us and she also made suggestions. Liz did the most amazing job! I could not believe how good my daughter and I looked! Liz made us look naturally beautiful. We received so many compliments. Our hair stayed intact all night even though we danced a lot and our makeup stayed in place.Thank you, Liz, for making my daughter and I look glamorous on her special day!!!!

As a wedding photographer, I’ve worked with Liz several times. All the brides love her and her team. In addition to be a fabulous bridal Hairstylist, she is also an awesome Barber.My visit started with me sharing what type of cut I wanted, explaining some issues I have with my type of hair, and showing her example images. She was very attentive, asked clarifying questions, and was able to gain my confidence.After she finished cutting my hair and my hair was shampoo, she styled it with some product and a unique blow dryer. I was relieved and very pleased with how my hair looked. She will be my go to Barber from now on!Oh and her Salon looks AMAZING! It’s very rustic with unique repurposed wood. Her taste and creativity goes beyond hair!

I used them for my hair and makeup for our engagement shoot and wedding day! Taylor did my hair and makeup and oh my god. She did absolutely AMAZING. She finds your natural beauty and plays it up perfectly. I’m not someone that wears makeup everyday but I still felt so natural. She took my very loose ideas and suggestions and made them come alive. She was basically my honorary bridesmaid by the end of the day!

Darling and Dapper was fantastic to work with for my wedding 6/2020. There were multiple changes to my wedding due to COVID and they were so easy and accommodating throughout the entire process. She always responded to my emails very quickly! I was able to work with the same person for my trial and at the wedding which was great and Sarah came right to my wedding venue! All of the girls looked so great and got so many compliments on their makeup throughout the night. I am extremely happy with the service and highly recommend them!

Unprofessional: They dont know how to do hair or makeup.My daughter went for a hair and makeup trial for her wedding. She ended up with horrible hair and makeup and had to cancel her wedding appointment with them because everything was done badly. They charged her for both the trial and the wedding appointment that was cancelled. They get their money first then give horrible service or no service at all. I would not recommend them for anybody.

Let me start by saying that the makeup artist I found on Thumbtack canceled our appointment the day before my wedding because she had to leave town due to a family emergency. It happens, of course... Needless to say, I was slightly perturbed and almost decided to try and do my own minimal makeup because lets be honest, what are the chances of finding another makeup artist to do bridal makeup at 8:00 am the next day? Slim to none, surely. But by an incredible stroke of luck, our wedding coordinator decided to check in on me and lo and behold, she gave me a couple of salons to check with, Darling and Dapper being one of them. Without holding my breath, I texted the number, describing my situation, and got almost an immediate response from Liz, the owner. She made it happen! Even though the salon normally opens at 9:00 am, she was able to accommodate me an hour early! My makeup was done by Sarah the next day and it was simply perfect. I normally dont wear a lot of makeup but I did want a little something extra for those wedding photos. Sarah did exactly what I was looking for - a me with a Snapchat filter on, as she described it :-) The rest of the day went great and I do attribute it to that first experience of being cared for and made up to look my best. I thank you again ladies. You rock!

I am very happy with my makeup at the end of the night, it set nicely as the night went on and still looks great as I’m posting this review. I danced A LOT and was very sweaty and it held up wonderfully.(Wanted to add I’m looking at pics and the end of the night my lipstick was still intact, I ate a lot and drank a lot the color was also PERFECT for me!!)I’m not going to lie I was skeptical about my hair, because I know how my hair is. I am realizing how well it held up, she did such a good job!! She did my curls just how I liked them and the braids we had were so pretty!The stylist was very sweet and definitely heard out what we wanted, made changes to make us as comfortable as possible and taught us so many things about makeup, and was SUPER accommodating to our many needs.She made my best friend beam with joy over her bridal look and that’s what was most important. It was such a joy to work with her, she had fun with us and talked to us like her girlfriends. It was overall a great experience.

Darling and Dapper is the most innovative salon in the Hampton Roads area and beyond. A full service salon and barbering! I absolutely love my custom color and my cut is youthful and fresh.The atmosphere is relaxed, airy and fun! All of the stylists are friendly, personable and professional.

My family gets our hair done fairly regularly here and we LOVE it. Megan cuts and colors our hair and she is fantastic. We asked Veil to do hair and makeup for my sisters wedding and Heather was absolutely amazing. We could never justify going anywhere else. They are friendly and so talented and the salon has a great atmosphere.

A fantastic place to go for haircuts and styling for your everyday look, or a professional touch for a wedding or other special event. The friendly and experienced staff will have you looking your best. The atmosphere in the business itself is one of unique style while keeping the customer comfortable and entertained. I personally plan to have all my haircuts here and to recommend them to anyone who asks.

Went in for my hair and makeup trial at $175. Was not at all happy with the hair style. After weeks of waiting for them to contact me I contacted them and had to remind them about the re-trial. In the midst of this we discussed hair extensions, shortly after I received an invoice for 100$. I assumed this was for the extensions (my mistake) turns out it was holding my wedding date and it was non-refundable. Then I receive another invoice for 140$. I was confused so I called the owner and she explained that the 140 is for the extensions and the 100 was to save the date. I explained that I assumed the 100 was for the extensions, she then told me it was nonrefundable and the invoice explained that. (make sure you read any paper work before you pay a bill) I can’t understand that after explaining that I was unhappy with my trial why would they save the date?? The was no discussion of holding my date, there was no discussion of what would happen on my wedding day, there was no contact signed. They just basically assumed I would hire them after the free ($175) retrial instead of refunding my money and proving their work first. So I am out 275$ for nothing. I don’t see how a business would charge someone for something they are not happy with. Apparently she needs the money more than I do!! Very unprofessional and shady. Id give less then 1 star if i could.

Liz and her team are the best. You walk in and are welcomed as if youve been life long besties. Liz listens to your ideas and desires and is 100% honest with you as to what works with you hair texture, face shape and everything involved. Shes helped me to overcome a fear or going short and I love it. She is a miracle worker and I love her and her team.

I scheduled my trial hair appointment for my wedding day hair style. From the moment I entered the layout of the studio was wonderful, however I was VERY dissatisfied with the way my trial went. I showed my hair stylist the photo of the up do I was trying to get done. Needless to say they style turned out HORRIBLE, it literally took the stylist less than 10 minutes and I was done with my trial. I went to pay for services I believed I would use that day - however I decided after the fact that if I was NOT satisfied with the trial at all. I notified the studio about trying to get some money back as I was not using their services the day of my wedding, and they tell me no. So basically I paid 300.00 for services that were never used on the day of my wedding and lost out on money that I needed. I would never recommend this place to anyone getting married who has a change of heart - nor would I ever recommend this place in general.

First time there. Very nice open floor plan and friendly staff. I followed my barber there, Gisele, who is absolutely amazing by the way. I am very picky with my haircuts and she knocks it out of the park everytime.

I go to Heather Kantirakis to get my hair done and she is absolutely amazing. I would recommend her to everyone. She is very kind and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to work with and just a wonderful person!

If you need a consistently great haircut, go see Giselle! First barber where I can walk in to my appointment and not have to worry at all about how the cut is going to turn out.

Man the ladies here are amazing and I used to hate getting my hair cut but now I dont mind it. Go get your hair did!

I Love Ashley, she is great on Highlights and haircut style. I went The first time with a Groupon later I went on regular prices and is a bit expensive but its worth

The stylist that was supposed to do my hair at my wedding, the one who did my trial had a family emergency which I understand happens however the stylist they did send told me that they lied and she was really just at another wedding. My main stylist on the day of my wedding Heather was fantastic and made up for the hooker that showed up an hour late wearing a bra and see thru shirt to do hair for my WEDDING!! I threw her out when not only did she show up dressed inappropriately but also had nothing to actually do hair or makeup. My wedding planner ended up doing TWO of my bridesmaids hair while we waited for a replacement. They sent THE RECEPTIONIST Amber to do the bridesmaids hair. Wow really DONT USE THEM!! When I asked for at least a partial refund I was told that amber was still paid for the day so they could not accommodate that really I dont know any receptionists that make $250 in a day. Again STAY AWAY!!! Their service is no longer living up to their reputation.
