Just had an amazing massage from Chris!! Chris intuitively found all of the places I needed addressed with the pressure I desired and well executed techniques! I will be back to see him again. It was definitely a 5 star massage. I only wish all of the poor staff there didnt have to try to sell so hard and I really hope its not a commission type pay situation. All of the staff were so nice, respectful, and helpful and I hope theyre receiving fair wages for being so! ❤️

Logan is the absolute best! She listens when you tell her your problem areas and works to release the tension. Very personable and excellent at her craft. I had a crick in my neck for 2 months that physical therapy couldn’t get rid of but in one visit Logan did. Highly recommend.

I never leave reviews…Sabrina was the best massage therapist ever!!! I told her all of my problem areas & she massaged until nothing hurt anymore. This was the first time I felt good to have pain because she took care of everything!!! She’s beyond 5 Stars…I recommend 5 Million & that’s still not enough

OMG ! I have to say that when I came to this guys I was hoping they could help me with the pain I was having. I literary couldn’t walk normal from the parking lot to their door. Then I met CHRISTINA and she said she would do her best to help and boy did she. The deep tissue massage that she took time to work on my back and hips and not to hurt me more was really great and appreciated . I could not lay on the work table fully flat and by the time the hour was over my stomach could touch the table and I was able to walk normal and without pain. Wow ! What a relieved that was. Well I joined the spa and I will be a client for long time. No more chiropractor for me. Thanks again Christina and friendly staff at Message Envy.You will be highly recommended to everyone. Never get a membership with this place I have called to cancel multiple times and they still renewed my membership for another year even after calling and telling them multiple times that I didnt want it renewed and I wanted it canceled. The manager apparently never listens to voicemails and will only attempt to contact you once but then still renew things and not listen. If I dont get a refund withing the next week I will contact corporate this is rediculous. Update to add: still have not been contacted by any managers I have filed a mischarge with my bank and contacted the BBB. I guess the manager is affraid to call because they know they have done people wrong. This is a shady place and I would recommend going to any other massage envy but this one

Omg! I had the best 90 minute massage with Will! I booked to come back in 3 weeks.

This was the location I started with but Ive sinced moved, they have set the expectations of all massage envys very high. I would always have Will as my therapist, he was great and I highly recommend him! Hopefully I can find someone as good as him at my new locations.

I can’t speak for any of the other therapists but I highly recommend Will for deep tissue. He was tenacious in working out the knots in my shoulders and has some good techniques for the upper and lower back. If I was local I would definitely be a regular.

I booked appointments for me and my boyfriend. The young ladies who provide us service was so sweet. After our service the front desk clerk Joy swindled me and my significant other into a membership. misled us by not telling us that their membership was a 12 month contract. $150 was take removed from my card. I called to the store to get a refunded and to cancel my membership. The assistant manager did not help me. and told me if they didn’t get a payment be unable to refund my payment I’ll let her know that I wanted to cancel my membership but wasn’t able to do it online. She told me that I wasn’t able to because I was in a 12 month contract, which I did not agree to, I got a callback from a young lady name Nylah. Who went over and beyond to get my refund and get my membership canceled. I give one star because i dont being lied to at all and especially not for commission.

This was my first time visiting and Carolyn was fantastic! She was personable, and very attentive to my needs, consistently checking in on me until I was fully comfortable on the table. She has su h a warm, welcoming demeanour and quite frankly, I felt like a new person upon her finishing with me. The reception staff were also very friendly and made a priority to get me relaxed before my session even started. Definitely will be returning for another massage again!

Love massage envy! I give them and my masseuse Lisa 5 starts! The receptionist are always friendly and welcoming, the environment is calm and soothing.I’ve been going to physical therapy for about 4 months and during that time my therapist recommended I start getting regular massages.I can say I feel 70% better. I still have the knots and the issues with the muscle but it’s not as painful. I will continue to go to Lisa even after I’m healed 🥰I’ve been with Lisa is my 2-3rd time before that I was with Sierra 2-3 times. Lisa remembers the small things which make the service even better! She applies the right amount of pressure and is amazing at her job!!! I have been suffering with a torn muscle and a lot of knots in my back.

Sabrina was AMAZING!! Her knowledge and massage techniques for what I needed were spot on! I’ve been battling some back issues for some time now and after just one session with Sabrina I already feel improvement. My chiropractor even noticed that my muscles were less tense making my adjustment more successful! I’ve been to alot of massage therapists in my travels for work and she is the best one so far!!! I’ll be back to see her again soon! Thank you Sabrina!

I had a 90 minute massage with Will, and thats just what I needed after a 500 mile drive the day before! I see him when Im in Virginia Beach. Excellent massage therapist; I should know: I get massage regularly and Im also a massage therapist!

It starts with the Manager, Krystal. She’s friendly and puts you at ease. She asks you some easy questions to determine why you are there and what your needs are. And because of my particular situation she was respectful and compassionate. Justine was my therapist. She was knowledgeable and goes straight to work. After about 5 minutes, I realized this was something I should be doing for self care. I had a specific shoulder problem and she worked it out using medium pressure which was comfortable for me. Very through.. So my overall experience was due to these two young women, one in the front and one in the back. A great combination and yes, I will be back..Thank you Krystal and Justine and thank you Massage Envy… Kurt Bailey

I purchased a 60 minute massage for a family members b day. I was assured Jasmine was the best fit for her since this individual was new to massages. This family member arrived 15 minutes early and waited over 25 minutes to be taken back. The massage in total was 36 minutes long. 12:14-12:50 when she had already put all her clothes on and glanced at her watch it was (12:50). I was charged the non member price $126 for a 60 minute massage and she received 36 minutes. I don’t appreciate the lack of integrity or professionalism. These reviews made this place sound like a gem but they took advantage of a customer who had no idea what to expect. I will not be purchasing from here again and would not recommend.

Before seeing Christina, I had never even had a facial, she is very knowledgeable and always explains each step as well as the products she’s using. For the past year, she’s given me chemical peels or facials monthly and I am very happy and satisfied with my skin. It looks good and feels so healthy. The receptionists are always friendly and welcoming.

Justine is hands down the absolute best Massage Therapist that I have ever had the pleasure of receiving a massage from! She, without a doubt knows what she’s doing and is extremely knowledgeable in her profession. Thank you very much Justine! I’m already looking forward to my next appointment with you.

Raven is the best massage therapist. She is super skilled, goes after your problem areas, and has a great smooth style of massage that I can’t exactly put into words. She works on muscle knots but it doesn’t hurt. She is quiet and dedicated and very professional. I just totally relax and come out of my session feeling like new. Very thankful for her.

I love this place! I’ll be starting school in the fall for MT so I wanted to go get the experience for myself & Lisa is absolutely amazing! She asked me questions to make sure I was comfortable, she was gentle but firm when needed to be! The front desk staff was so kind and relaxed. The vibe was everything it was supposed to be! I will definitely be returning for another session.

I had a 60-minute massage this week and was not very satisfied. First off I dont think I actually got a massage for the whole hour. He did not massage my scalp which I always get during my massages and spent very little time on my calves and thighs. For $125 I expected a better job. I will not return.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Been a LONG TIME member in another area and moved here 2 years ago. Tried several therapy’s here and have yet to find one who is even remotely decent. Further I’ve had 3 Apts canceled by them same day for “emergencies” and yet when I needed to cancel an apt made same day due to an unexpected dental emergency I was charged for the apt. I spoke to the “manager” who expressed no empathy, and despite seeing where I had 3 of my Apts cancels by them said “it’s policy. I hope you come back”. Poorly owned, poorly managed and poorly staffed.

When I walked in I was immediately greeted by who I believe was Tanya (beautiful shorter lady at the front desk), she was very informative and pleasant to speak with before starting my session, her mannerism was high class, professional, but classy I loved her energy !My therapist Angela M was amazing, she eased my nerves and talked me through the process. Very professional and she engaged with me as if I was a regular (beautiful conversation, listened to my wants, and overall was devoted to servicing me to the best of her ability). I was tense because I haven’t had a massage in years but Angela did an outstanding job and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning , I’d highly recommend you ask for her, I know I will when I return. Loved her vibe and she made my experience at massage envy rememberable.

Be aware that they do not offer the introductory price here so the prices on the website are wrong. I scheduled a 90 minute massage and got a call the next day that they dont offer the quoted price so Id have to pay $180. I have never had to pay that much for a massage anywhere including at the medical treatment places I have gone to. I had to cancel the appointment because I couldnt afford it. Ended up scheduling a 90 minute at my physical therapy office for $100.I didnt know what to do with the star rating here since I never actually got to have a massage. Im not angry, just trying to make people aware this location doesnt do the introductory rate.

JUSTINE WAS AWESOME! It was my first experience with Massage Envy and i was very pleasantly surprised. Justine was very knowledgeable and afterwards advised me of my problem areas and what to do to maintain my results. She even got in between my awful bear claw feet and she worked them out! Shes tiny but strong! I cant wait for my next visit and will definitely ask for JUSTINE!My second massage today 1/17/22 with and was equally awesome!

I enjoyed the experience overall, nice relaxing area to decompress before your massage or whatever service you have scheduled. Staff was very friendly in explaining the services they offered but not pushy. Kristen was great! One of the best if not the best massage I’ve ever had. Scheduled my next massage before I left.

I see Corrine regularly and she is absolutely amazing. She listens to my concerns and is so genuine is wanting to help. She has helped so much through my surgery recovery and now getting back into strength training. Super grateful for her and her skills!

Kim G was absolutely amazing. She checked in with me constantly throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was okay and she listened to my needs during the massage. It took me a while to actually write this review, I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I recently visited massage envy to use a gift card. I received a massage and ended up with an injury from my therapist. I had never had my lymph nodes pressed on so hard in my life, three days later I had six swollen lymph nodes in my neck, I had to go to the emergency room later that night. With the lymph nodes finally going down the doctor has told me it has come from an injury. Not only did I walk into the facility in person, told them about my experience and that I was actually in the hospital for this, they told me that they would speak to the therapist and let her know. After walking outside of the building I realize they didn’t even get my phone number or name. Very disappointing.

Alex was great, I like firm pressure delivered gradually enough to tolerate a lot and she definitely is good at that!Leanne was also excellent, another who can move well into good pressure. It’s great to have a variety of therapists from whom to chose!

I had a delightful session with Sabrina today! She was polite upon introductions and listened to my wants/needs before beginning the massage. Hands down the best massage I have ever gotten! Everything was perfect...pressure, technique, environment/atmosphere. I checked in/out with Jalyn and she was wonderful as well. Highly recommend this location :)

Will, my therapist is THE BEST. He has magical hands that will absolutely pinpoint the spots that need work on. He is the reason I keep going there. The front office staff needs to be better at communication. Twice now I have scheduled what I thought was a 90 minute massage and they put it in as 60. One would think they would try and push the 90 minute massages because you know more $$$. I also have a problem with them NOT asking if I would like to push forward my monthly payments thus getting double charged for the month.

A great place to have a membership. We travel so we have choices through the net work. Most insurances cover the services. Price is fair and quality is generally pretty good.

It was amazing! It was my first massage and it was a great experience. Staci did a phenomenal job on my massage and hit all of my tense areas and helped to relax me. Angela gave some very useful tips for my facial and my skin felt so amazing afterwards. Thank you ladies so much. I used to get an occasional massage to pamper myself. Once my son (16yo) started Powerlifting, I knew he would need them regularly. We are now both members! Amanda helps him recover and even helps relieve strains. I saw Lisa yesterday and…it sounds strange but for a minute I thought I was floating. I’m not kidding. I looked down. I get terrible migraines but she was massaging my neck and scalp and wow! They are amazing. The service at Landstown is incredible!

I decided to purchase a membership and get massages more than once every year or so. This place has been great for me. The staff is always friendly and inviting, and the facility is clean. I have recently been treated by Marie, and she is quickly becoming one of my favorite therapists. She is a good match for my desired pressure and technique. Very satisfied!

I was treated to a 30 minute stretch session and 60 minute swedish massage by therapist Christina. I could tell she was committed to me leaving better than when I arrived. Her pressure was perfect.. firm throughout and deep where it was needed. Whenever I visit VA from NYC again, Ill definitely come back

Raven is an incredible massage therapist! Ive had a lot of massages in my life, and she is at the top of the list for me. I always leave feeling so relaxed and all my aches and pains are gone. I cant recommend Raven enough!

Came in with a lot of chronic pain in my shoulder and left arm. Lisa was attentive to that fact and always made sure to ask if I was hurting when she massaged my shoulder. Her massage allowed me to visit my chiropractor and have a much easier adjustment. I have had massages from Fred and Lisa thus far. Both are tremendous at their craft. Using therapeutic massage as a companion to chiropractic care is something I wish I had done years ago. You can even use your HSA/FSA.

I came in and Ms Carolyn made me feel brand new. My neck muscles and back were so tight and tense. She listened to my problems and fixed it. I highly recommend her. She’s so sweet and a genuine person. Love her.

My therapist was wonderful as she read my chart prior to my visit knows where my concerns are she even went as far to remember to give me an extra towel to put underneath my head for circulation purposes. This was my first experience with Staci and hopefully she stays around a while as I have high confidence and trust in her which is very important to me when I relates to massage therapy

I’ve been a member at this location for a few years now. Justine is my go-to specialist. She takes time to build each visit to my needs whatever they may be that day. Most of the time the sessions are so relaxing I can hardly stay awake. It is such a great relief to have a mental reset every few weeks, I highly recommend.

Lisa is amazing. I have seen her several times now and she does not disappoint. She is good with all sorts of pressure types and is very in tune to checking in and adjusting as needed.

Fred was my masseuse, I went in there with extremely tight muscles due to having multiple sclerosis (MS) and early scoliosis. I typically get shots in my back through pain management once a month. Fred was able to find and work on one particularly troublesome spot and work on it. I will have to keep going back but having someone like Fred made it easy to communicate my needs making me feel very comfortable. This establishment is also very clean. I will be returning!

Paid for a 90 minute massage got 70 minute massage. Little to no pressure. Massage therapist was friendly but it was probably one of the most disappointing massages Ive ever had. Head rest was broken on the bed. Started over 15 minutes late even though I showed up early. Then when I flipped sides she said she needed a bathroom break which wouldve been fine if they made up for the lost time of the massage but they didnt. I told the girl at the front desk but nothing was done about it. They asked me to buy a membership which I may have considered if it wasnt such a disappointing experience. I also got a facial and thats why I gave any stars at all. My skin felt really nice and looked very dewy and healthy.

When I first booked appointment for a facial I confirmed aestheticians had to wear a mask since they were so close to my face. When I got into the back Sarah did not wear a mask and stated she was vaccinated and it’s ok. I explained I was told it was required and since I have children I’d be more comfortable. She agreed and went to get a mask. When I thanked her for accommodating me she said yea we all have kids. I should have left then because her tone was extremely rude and she was annoyed. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and stayed she didn’t walk me through the steps of facial and was extremely rough. I told her not even 10min in that my face was burning and it was in my eye her response was oh that’s funny are you allergic to vitamin c. I responded no can you just take this off please I’d like to leave. She responded well you’ll be charged full price even though you were only here 10 min. She didn’t wipe my face and put a towel on me. I got up and talked to the ladies at the front the manager was out. My face is red and I don’t believe she used the right products and this was on purpose I’ve had facials before and never experienced this.

William is always so professional and makes sure to ask the reason for your visit every time so you can get a custom session no matter what is going on. I’ve had a membership to Massage Envy for about 2 years and, while it’s always been fantastic, William is by far the best therapist I’ve had. I’m not going anywhere any time soon.

Saw Justine again yesterday and I feel great. She got all the sore spots in my back. I recommend Justine for a great massage and a sugar foot scrub! Staff is always wonderful and polite.

Love Carolyn, she deserves a 10, she is always amazing. Not so happy with Massage Envy, they suggested an add-on which I was happy to agree to, as I stated, I have lots of credit since I paid for past year and did not come due to pandemic and illnesses. They did the add-on and then told me on checking out that they would take an additional $10 off my card for the add on! Told me after the fact that I could not use my credits for the add on! Not happy!

OMG! I have been going here for a few years, but only recently set up with a couple of the best therapists Ive had. First, there was Kerri (with a K), amazing! The next time, I couldnt get in with her and thats when I met Christina! She is now who I consider my therapist. She is little, but mighty; no one has ever been able to get my traps to really loosen up, EVER, until now (even if its only temporary, temp relief is a blessing).

William is the best and very consistent. He has the ability to loosen tight muscle groups and muscle spasms which relives the tension in my back and neck using deep and medium pressure. I always leave relaxed, distressed and energized.

Rebekah at this location is absolutely phenomenal. Her pressure range was incredible and it was the most comfortable I have ever felt in my life. She managed to not only make me feel relaxed and welcome, but my muscles are in full recovery from being so tense. Highly recommend her and this location!

Will is the BEST!!!! One of the best massages I have ever had! I asked for firm pressure and I am still sore today. Exactly what I wanted/needed! Already booked my next massage with him!

Management is inflexible, tried to cancel my account several times but they still charged me and will not refund my money. Very disappointed on how they handled my situation, be careful and read all the fine print. It’s a money grab at this location and they are insensitive to the needs/requests of others.

Run dont walk to Massage Envy at Langston. I was so mad at myself for forgetting the correct time for my appointment. My frustration quickly disappeared as soon as I got to the front desk. Both young ladies were professional and understanding. Angela has a way of making you feel at ease. Thank you Angela.

Front office is always pleasent, professional & helpful. Ana B is probably the best massage therapist I’ve ever experienced. Just wonderful.Update: I’m dropping down from 5 to 4 stars. Twice recently my appts have been cancelled the day they are scheduled & they’re fully booked so I don’t get my massage & I’m super busy, re-scheduling is not easy, it means waiting weeks usually. I understand things happen, but they don’t offer any upgrades on next massage as a service recovery/apology for missing a massage. I don’t look for freebies, but when I’m a paying customer & don’t get what I pay for, it’s just good customer service to offer an incentive to keep a client.A new place opened in the same shopping center & I’ll be checking them out.

Lisa and Christine are the two therapists that I use. They both are great at listening to needs and then addressing those needs. Couldn’t recommend them more. Massage day is always a great day!

The staff were so friendly from the moment I walked into the door. They definitely promoted an environment of calmness and relaxation, which is what you want when getting a massage. I most definitely will be returning back!!

Unfortunately I didnt have a great massage. 90 minute. The therapist was cracking knuckles right near my ear throughout the appt making it hard to relax, the oil/lotion used did not smell good. Unfortunately, the oil smell, or whatever was in the room, was similar to mild B.O. About 20-25 min of the massage I could barely feel the pressure and there were extended times where hands were not moving at all...not sure what was happening bc I was face down at that point. Terrible. I wish I could have my 1.5 credits back bc this was a bad experience.

The staff at massage envy in Lanstown are amazing! From beginning to end, exceptional service! Definitely will be returning. Christinas hands were magic and she is very knowledgeable in what she does. Thank you all.

Fred was very knowledgeable about the pain I was going through & was very careful not to aggravate those areas.I felt like I didnt get my full hour that I paid for. I got in the room at 3:21, was out a little after 3:03 or so. He really didnt start to work on me until 3:27.He did enlighten me about my condition. It felt more like a doctor visit than a relaxing massage vist.

Christina is absolutely wonderful as a therapist. She was very attentive and reactive to my needs leading to a massage offantastic quality. I am very picky about the therapist I am extremely pleased that I have Christina as my therapist. Absolutely wonderful

Fred was very nice, but I don’t feel like I had much of a prenatal massage. I feel like the areas I asked to be focused on were hardly touched. I understand with being pregnant their are some things they have to be cautious of, but I left feeling still pretty stiff everywhere.

If I could slap them I would. I called and specifically asked if they do lymphatic drainage massage they told me yes. I booked my appointment before I had my surgery cause I knew I would need them when I made it back home. They asked how many weeks post po was I and I said 3 weeks.They said the only way they would be able to do the massage is if I got a doctors note. Long story shirt. I got the letter and arrived for my massage. She proceeded to tell me that she cant do the massage on my stomach because of transferable energy. She said it was spiritual. Not only that, she wouldnt be able to do the massage at all because I have to be 6 weeks.

Emmy is the best. I always leave feeling so good. Everyone who works there is nice and accommodating. I go every 2 weeks and look forward to my sessions. They are following all the COVID19 guidelines.

(I wish I could give 0 stars)On Feb 19, 2020 I had a 90 minute massage at the Princess Anne location out Virginia Beach. I expressed to my technician on multiple occasions that I needed extra time on my scalp, hands, and right foot. She went back over them but not in detail. Not to mention the room was extremely cold and the heating table had been turned off per the previous clients request. For $100 I expected way better than this. This is the second and last time that I will be visiting this establishment. I would not recommend this location to any of my family or friends.Regards,Unhappy consumer.

I believe this is my 2nd time going to Will and he’s great!!! The massage felt moreso like a medium/deep pressure but I very much appreciated all the knots he was getting out my back and all the friendly staff in the front end. My next appt is already scheduled, thanks guys. 😊

Based off my most recent massage Nov 6, I would not recommend being a member nor would I recommend a 90 min massage after 8 or 8:30. I checked in around 8:15 for a 90 min massage to begin at 8:30 and I was already at the desk to check out by 9:44. How is it justified that as a member I “only had to pay $20 for the extra 30 min.” I’m sure I had a confused look because it definitely was not 30 extra min and then to be asked to tip on top of that. Why should I tip on a bad experience that wasn’t the full length it was supposed to be?The massage itself was awful, felt rushed, and definitely felt like a recent graduate from school. I’ve been to massage school so I know the basics of what they teach. The entire experience sucked and I don’t think I am renewing my membership in the new year.

Carolyn is the best. I am in the process of transforming my body with exercise and nutrition. She encourages me and also knows what muscles need the most attention. Because of this, I feel great physically, mentally and able to continue the journey. Thanks Carolyn.

Easy to book an appointment, and they are very conscientious about adhering to COVID safety protocols. My massage therapist, Leigh is amazing! I always feel relaxed during the massage and tension free after!

I have been going to Massage Envy for a few years now. kerri had been my Massage therapist since i joined and had always taken great care of me, i work a physical job and am on my feet a lot. When Kerri moved away, Staci was recommended and has done an excellent Job. Staci has been my Massage therapist since and only person i have booked, knowing my issues and pressure preferences. Massage Envy has been really good with communication at the Landstown Commons location even with pandemic issues. I look forward to the time i get to relax and destress at Massage Envy. My 90 minute sessions are well needed and i usually add the EMT treatment , highly recommend for sore muscles.

Christina and Lisa are the best! I couldn’t recommend these two providers more! My last two visits were the best. I was always satisfied with the service at this franchise, but Lisa and Christina have exceeded my expectations

Kristen worked out the pain in my shoulder and neck and by the time I left it was about gone. Her recommendation of a epson salt bath when I got home did the trick and today Im back to being pain free. I plan to schedule her for my next visit.

I have been a member for over a year and can only say great things about Massage Envy Landstown. The staff is always friendly and efficient. All my massages have been great. I have tried many therapists but not all of them. I think they have 20+ therapists. Getting massage on a regular basis has improved my over all physical and mental health. Fred is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He uses pressure points to loosen tension and works with you on how much pressure you can withstand for him to get deep into the tissue. A++ Fred, thank you, I will be back to see you.

Ive been here a few times when Im on military orders. The last time though I was seen by Scott. I needed deep tissue work done and I promise it was the best massage I had ever received and I get seen regularly for maintenance of my overworked muscles from CrossFit/military life... I definitely recommend this location and this particular therapist! These folks are stellar in my book!!! 😎

I really enjoyed the entire experience. Angela was very knowledgeable and showed my a few products I could use to build a routine for my skin. She was also very gentle and attentive to my comfort.

The first time I didnt tip for a massage. Why would a masseuse say they can do deep pressure if they cant. And you tell them deeper pressure but after a minute theyll let up from a pressure thats already inadequate. If you want deep pressure, dont go to Candice. Never going back to this location.

I was charged twice in the month of September both for myself and my daughter I was supposed to receive a refund but of course I have not been refunded beware of massage envy and read your contract very carefully because I even contacted the corporate office and since its a franchise they can do whatever they want still not refunded

Front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. Mt masseuse was great and flexible with working on specific spots that needed different levels of pressure.

I would give them zero stars if I could! They dont send out confirmation emails if you book the same day. They claimed that I missed my 3:00 appointment even though I booked for 6:00 and charged me a no-show fee of 50% of my booked services. The Assistant Manager talked down to me like Im stupid and was of no assistance. Hopefully my call to corporate will help!

Hard to get in to for appointments (WHEN I DID THEY WERE 1 1/2 HOURS BEHIND) and when I had to cancel my membership they STILL took money out of my account (which I have emails stating they would not) and would not refund stating that I was LUCKY the even allowed me to cancel it! I got a massage and a facial as a gift. I have been going through a divorce and haven’t pampered myself in years. The parlor was calming, clean and professional. Everyone was very kind and made my day special.

Arrived at 1100, checked in, sat in the waiting room, appointment at 1115, masseuse finally got me at 1120, started 10 mins after that, massage stopped at 1235, checked out at 1245. I was slotted for an 90 min massage, that wasnt an 90 min massage, time wasted for the money spent.

I went a few days ago with my mother and we both got hour and a half massages. The staff were nice and friendly to us but both of us agreed the massages were mediocre and not worth how much they charge. I definitely would not get a membership, I wouldnt recommend this place, and I am taking my business elsewhere.
