I have never experienced such fantastic customer service from a vape store before. These guys literally know everything. They also were incredibly attentive and took quite a bit of their time helping me. Wonderful experience. This will be the only place I shop from now on.

I absolutely love coming to Lavish! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend coming here especially if you are new to the vaping community! There are so many juice options to choose from, and if you are into disposables they have a grand variety of those as well! I’d say it’s well worth the drive just to be welcomed with smiling faces!

Purchased a lot from here had no problems up until today purchased two disposables for my wife and she said one of them tasted burnt I watched the thing after she took a puff and it smoked like crazy after, employee was going to exchange but then they decided it didn’t taste burnt to them I bought two and left with one told them to keep it as my wife typically doesn’t share her vapes with people. Was told they can’t lose money but how about losing a good customer not cool to lose money for us either. As a business professional and owner pretty terrible ethics. Disappointed won’t be back.

Very knowledgeable staff! They are always super helpful and answer all my questions!I quit smoking thanks to this store in particular… they have made vaping easy and I have saved a ton of money!!!Not to mention I smell so much better!!!

This shop is amazing! I travel alot so when i say ive been to a BUNCH of different shops i mean it. Lavish is hands down my all time favorite now. The staff were extremely helpful! Not only did they answer every question i could think up, they also gave great recommendations for tanks a liquids based on my preferences. I am now a customer for life! Love the staff; if it werent for them Id simply go to ANY other local vape shop given lavish is sooo over priced. Disposable plastic vape thats recommended to toss after 7 days... 30 bucks. Everywhere else under 20. But the staff that have been there for the years Ive been acquainted, theyre Worth the visit here and there

The workers here are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They always have fantastic juice recommendations and a great selection. Ive bought several vape mods here as well and any questions I had they could answer or they were able to find the information for me. I have never left this place dissatisfied. I just wish they were closer to where I live so I could come more often.

Husband and I love this place the people here are very cool, chill, and super sweet, always capable to help and answer questions. I love the bar they have w/ the video games on the TV, im never bored there while waiting, also! The staff always have interesting on and off topic information its very pleasing. Plus being a member is free, and they have really sweet discounts especially when it comes to happy hours.

Upon first entering, this store has attractive decor and an organized design. The staff welcomed me the moment I walked in the door. It was clean and comfortable. I forgot to get the name of the guy who helped me but it was on Saturday 09/05/20 between 5:30 and 6pm. He was very kind and he got me everything I needed right away. He did his job by offering vape juice and informing me of sales and events coming up. I was very happy with how he handled things. After being ripped off and over charged by other places, this experience was most welcome. You have a loyal new customer assuming youre other employees work just as hard.

Lavish has been my go to for years, Aaron was able to help me and educate me on the various new mods and tanks to replace my old and aging aegis mod. Very knowledgeable and helpful people and great place to buy vape and vape accessories

2nd time in years since I’ve been there and super happy I went back to get some disposable vapes; glad I came back. They were super nice and helpful. Gave me all the info on the different flavors and how’d they taste. Left today with a flavor I like and don’t regret getting. The staff is 100% on their customer service. Hands down the best Vape shop around. After moving states I tried several before finding this one that I’ve stuck with for well over a year now and don’t plan on ever going anywhere else. The staff are amazing, super helpful and always greet you when you come in. Their selections are extensive and will go over different things with you as well to help you find exactly what you want. I’ve even had my tank be knocked loose and they fixed it for me on the spot at no charge. Definitely my Vape shop for life. Love this place.

Don’t trust this place or the people who own it. Take your business elsewhere. They hired my son, began training him and then with no explanation stopped adding him to their work schedule and NEVER paid him for the days he worked there. Any business who treats its employees like that, can’t be trusted! Think twice before going there and definitely do not ever apply to work for them. They have ZERO ETHICS!!!

Had an awesome experience at Lavish. Aaron was extremely helpful with figuring out what is going on with my mod cutting off randomly and provided a lot of knowledgeable information on products when asking questions and gave lots of helpful tips when using products.

Went in today for the first time and immediately noticed the calm and relaxing atmosphere. Happy hours are awesome and military discounts are a thing. I felt like the staff really knew their stuff. Rico helped me out and was a really awesome help. Went in for prince coils and came out with many more things! Definitely my go to place from now on. Thank you so much!

Okay literally the best experience I’ve ever had at a vape store. These people actually care that their customers are getting a good product. I came in a few months ago and left feeling enlightened. I was so lost when I came in because usually I just smoke the flower and the whole devices is a whole new world to me and I’m starting to fall in love with the different ways to get high lol, the experience I have everytime I come in is very pleasant and I always leave with a smile on my face and leaving educated is the cherry on top! Went in for the first time ever today and I was absolutely blown away. The store is large beautiful and clean! The staff was friendly and kind. My vision is quite frankly terrible and they were patient with me and showed me various bottles and helped me find a new flavor that I never would have tried without their recommendation. I found myself in complete awe and will be back again and again.Anna was the girl who helped me today and I have to say I genuinely was impressed and appreciative of the time she took with me. This is one of the best vape shops in the 757. The atmosphere is amazing and chill. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and educated on the products. Shout out to Willam who helped me out he did a outstanding job with helping me pick a device, set up, and maintenance. 5 stars is honestly still too low for how great this place is.

William was the most well informed vape store employee I have EVER encountered! This place is beautiful and very well kept, clean and friendly! They also have the best selection in VA Beach! Military discounts and a great happy hour!! We go well out of our way to come to this store, LOVE it!!

I expect to pay a little bit more for everything when I go here, but the trade-off is worth it. The atmosphere is cool, the store is well-designed, well decorated, and inviting. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and they have tasters available for virtually every one of the very large selection of flavors that they sell. There is also a massive selection of hardware for sale. This is a place to shop, and also feel comfortable just hanging out.

The staff at Lavish is what makes the place so good. Everyone is always so friendly but normal. Theyre not creepy nice like some other retail workers. They make it a good experience. And Evan specifically jumped through some hoops to accommodate me. Its a good place so go check it out.

Tucker helped me out and took his time in explaining all the starter kits. He wasnt pushy or tried to sell me something I didnt need. The store has a lot of variety and great ambiance. Would definitely recommend.

I have been at this location a few times over the past year. The customer service is excellent. Its easy to say a place is great when you do not have an issue. Its how an issue is handled after the sale. I recently purchased a few new pod/mods from them. After arriving home I found one of them just didnt work right.Went back the next day and explained what was going on. They listened and after a few tests agreed something was not right. Swapped out my unit on the spot and apologised. This is why I often like to purchase local. Yes, B&M can sometimes cost more, but not having to deal with returning an item to an online vender is nice. Not having to fight who is paying for return shipping, etc.Thank you!!

Staff was very knowledgable about juices, prices and batteries. They fully explained everything to me about my purchase and made sure i knew EXACTLY what i was paying for. Most places Ive been to seem to want you in and out after taking your money, Lavish seems to truly care about their customers experiences!Great vape shop all in all.

Normally vape shops are embarrassing to walk into, but not this one. It is very sleek, the employees have great customer service. They will talk with you and really try to help you get what you want/need. The inside of the place is very nice with very stylish design and nice couches. All of their juices can be tried before you purchase them so you will know what you are getting. Highly recommend.

Weve been coming here over a year now and its my go to place for juice, mods, coils or anything vape related. Awesome staff working there who are very helpful even though I get the same thing everytime I come in, very friendly and inviting.

If I could give a negative star i would! I was a regular customer for roughly 3 years now, spending atleast 75-80$ every time I came into the store (thousands of dollars over the years).Out of the 3 years Ive returned 1 vape mod because it didnt hold a charge. This past time I purchase 75.99 worth of vape merchandise, including 2 coil packs. The first 3 pack of coils was good. The second pack of coils 2/3 of the coils werent burnt. Giving them the benefit of doubt, i took the second pack of coils back for an exchange, thinking they would honor their 14 day exchange policy,oh was i wrong. After 10 mins of the employee contacting the owner i was told that coils only have a 9 day life span and they will not exchange them for a new pack. Lavish not only doesnt honor their own exchange policy, but refuses to exchange a 20$ burnt pack of coils. This place is garbage and has lost a loyal customer and will never get mu business again.!!! Do not shop there!

Extensive knowledge of each and every product and the best juice selection in all of Hampton Roads!Sadly, however, the astonishing storefront and the whimsical, entertaining and vastly experienced staff earning far more than a simple 5 stars is clouded by the children who own this establishment. These lords of corruption and deceit pilfer the coffers of integrity with their very essence. Perhaps new ownership should be in order?I would be delighted to compliment the individual personnel I have encountered at this respectively named Lavish establishment; however positive notation goes unnoticed by those at the top of the hierarchy.In short:Staff gains a very solid 50 stars by me, which is severely reduced only by the dictators in the proverbial owners box. Thus creating the 2 star rating posted here.

They have a good juice selection and the staff is pretty great but beware! If you buy something from them and anything is wrong with it, they will not even try to make it right. I had a tank that was defective and they wouldnt even look at it, just kept telling me it was the coil when I knew it wasnt. Even juice.. I smoke the same juice everytime and I got a bad bottle, went in and all they said was oh well. With as much money as Ive spent in this store you think they could just trade me a bottle and send the bad one back to the manufacturer.. they lost a good customer.

Came here for my first vape trying to quit smoking because of the great reviews. I was not disappointed! Their staff was very patient with me. Very detailed in helping me pick the right vape and juices for me personally! 10 out of 10 would recommend.Edit: their Frutia Pineapple Citrus Twist juice got me to quit smoking cold turkey! I went to Lavish on 1/22/21 and wanted to get a great quality vape. I had a smok before but now know it’s not a good product. After speaking to Jesus, William and Nichael these guys were very welcoming and knowledgeable about everything involving vaping. I thank them for not just being sellers but educators. I highly recommend going to see these guys.

Honestly the worst vape store. Bought a vape and it broke the next day. I went to go exchange it and was unable to due to not having receipt. I was a reward member and thought they could look it up, but he said it doesnt work that way. While i was trying to exchange it i had one of there employees that sold me the vape say he sold it to me still did not get ny money back.

This place ia awesome. Im new to vaping but have been in numerous shops. This one is by far my favorite. Its a nice atmosphere, they have great flavors, and a helpful staff. Ive had a problem with my vape leaking since I got it, and the staff has been very helpful I plan to go back as long as I vape. Bernie helped me yesterday with my leaking, and though my vape is still leaking, he provdided reliable info. Lemme get that 20% off yo!

Very disappointed. On their recommendation I bought a zero vape device several months ago. Now the pods for the zero are often coming burnt out of the box new. Upon opening a new pod in the store, priming the pod with dry pulls, and letting it sit for 8 minutes..the pod was burnt. They would not exchange or give a refund because it was not a manufacturers defect and suggested I buy a whole new device. This is unsatisfactory business practice on two ends. Selling a product they know has defects and also refusing a refund when it comes out of the box unusable. Will not be returning.

Great service everytime i come in, and also great discounts, comfortable atmosphere, and usually some good music. And i can always have a random talk about geeky stuff there. But one of the best things is that they remember their customers and work with us individually to cater to our needs. One day i ran out of eliquid and had a terrible pain flare. I couldnt make it outof the car but they came right to the car got my order & allowed me to pay curbside. Places like Avail cant compare to the personal friendly service Lavish gives with its distinct personality. I drive 20 something minutes from Chesapeake just to enjoy their service. Now if some way they could get like doordash or uber involved in deluvering orders to your home Id be set for life! ^_^

Im a first time vaper with very little knowledge, and Albert and the other folks here were incredibly helpful and not pushy at all. They got me set up with a minimalist vape that exactly suits my needs, and were super patient in letting me try a bunch of flavors to find something I really like. I cant recommend this place enough!

When I first headed to Lavish Vapor I got lost in the shopping center and their staff was great at giving directions on the phone haha so that was the first plus. Then when I walked in and was immediately impress by the environment and the staff was warm and inviting. As someone newer to vaping they helped me with everything I need. Great staff, friendly atmosphere, and decent prices. Only thing is they need a better ‘reward/point’ system; I had well over 400 points and I was able to redeem a 15ml juice. Great place and the only place I go to in VAB.

This store has changed drastically from when they first opened up. A 60ml bottle of juice for the same price as a 120ml bottle at some other stores that have the same flavor profiles and quality of the juice. I was quickly reminded to why I dont shop there anymore.

BEST VAPE SHOP, HANDS DOWN! It was my first time entering the shop tonight, with my girlfriend. The employees provided great customer service. Especially the manager, Albert, and employee, Tucker Long hair, dont care 😂 Im a very picky customer in any store, but when it comes to my liquids...its a whole nother ball game. Everyone was patient with my indecisiveness.There was a variety of flavors, half of the flavors I havent even heard of lol I even decided to get my new vape from there. Everyone vibes with you as an individual, not just being a customer/client. Id definitely recommend anyone to go there, whos a vape lover.

I’m giving lavish vapor a 5 star review, I would give a much larger star review if it was possible but I can’t. My boyfriend and I were met and helped by a very kind and genuine associate named Devarion (D). He laughed and gave extrodinary customer service to us even though he didn’t have to. Love these guys here. All vape shops locally are over priced but at least here they have deals on select juices. The atmosphere is solid and the staff are super smart and nice. I dont get the Im too good vibe efrom them and is great place for anyone looking to start vaping. Recommend this joint hands down

Went to lavish for the time. Have to say great place. Mods and hardware are priced well. The juices are amazing. Picked up some Dragons Blood (cinnamon bun flavor)high VG and Churrios (enough said) high VG.

Normally I don’t bother leaving “bad” reviews , especially over something that’s minor in nature. However, my experience I encountered inclined me to write about my sub-par encounter I experienced. I’d like to be clear, lavish has had GREAT service in the past. So now that’s out of the way! I had came in explaining how my coil ( smok T8 ) which was purchased less then 15 hrs prior had malfunctioned and provided me with a charred burnt unpleasant vaping experience, so the employee ANNA ( I think is her name , heavy set blonde woman early 20’s) looked at me in disbelief and asked to hit my device as if she found it hard to believe a coil that’s mass produced in China may have quality control issues , well she hit my device not once not twice but FIVE long hard drags in a very unsanitary questionable fashion. Basically I wasn’t offered any type of discount on a new coil which I was WILLING to pay for.. At that time I wasn’t able to use my CC because I didn’t meet the 10$ minimum for a 6$ coil, yet I only had 5$ cash on hand .. so I was basically stuck with a unsatisfactory device which I had just wanted something that worked . It’s sad because I frequent the store and spend large amounts of money for and had been for the duration of the stores operation . So in summary Anna ( heavy set blond girl mid 20’s) not sure if I have the name correct , so sorry if there’s a Anna who works there and isn’t the employee I’m referring to! However I’d like to add , I was literally about to purchase a whole salt nic vape kit plus salt nic juice , but when I asked very simple questions about the products I could literally feel her impatience radiating from her , she answered all my questions in short snarky remarks that left me feelings very turned off from patronizing the store . And even being willing to our bed yet ANOTHER coil which I had just purchased a DUD , I was stuck in the predicament of not meeting the minimum 10$ cc requirements and being a whole 1$ shirt off a 6$ product to correct a problem I shouldn’t have to fix in the first place ... she alone stoped me from spending money there .. and I even asked if there could be anything done and yet again with a short snarky response she replied “ sorry dude can’t help you out “ the. I asked “ is there anyone who might be able to?” She (short & snarkly) replies “No” .. I’m done patronizing the establishment for a period of time , even if I have a bunch of points added up by now , this is a experience I wish not to deal with again ...I’ll be shopping elsewhere !Mike B

I have been to nearly every vape shop in VB looking for the right one and this one is it. Aside from more juices and equipment than any other store around, they have a friendly and knowledgeable staff that makes you want to shop there. They have a lounge area with video games and couches that make you want to hang out all day. This is my vape shop from now on

I have a dog that was diagnosed with a collapsed trachea.I read up on cbd oil and the benefits of it compared to the pain medication hes been on.I went to Lavish to purchase the oil.The staff there always ask how my dog is doing.I told them that its working but the only downfall was sometimes it would cause him to throw up bc of taste.I actually got a call from the owner saying he specifically ordered bacon flavored oil.That was the most thoughtful thing someone could do.My dog is part of my family and Lavish treated me like family.This place will always be my place to go for my business.Thank you Anita

Been to most of the vape shops in the area, and Lavish is the best by far. As soon as I walked in, I knew this was the shop for me. They have mostly high end authentics, and on a separate side and shelf, some clones. Mech mods and VV/VW boxes. Great selection of juice. I suggest turtoise blood.

They always seem to be out of the stuff I need. Just easier and cheaper getting most stuff on line. Other than that they have good customer service. Just frustrating driving there to find out they dont have what I need again!
