I was thinking Hmm.. support your local vape shop, I would like to buy a new tank and some other goodies; so I drove over to Papa Joes. I was looking at a box mod when I decided to use their bathroom. I was told that I could not! *(They have a male and female restroom, I saw it from the rear of the store when I walked around.) At this point my badder went from okay to ...I AM ABOUT TO EXPLODE ! ! ! As I fled the store in search of a place to pee, I heard the guys sniggering behind me. Any store taking great joy like that, in my misfortune, doesnt deserve my business!I made it...just ..barely a few shops away, to Rustik Vapor. So I gave them My Business! I spent near $200.00 in there. Check out Rustik Vapor instead, they have excellent vaping gear and are knowledgeable.

Ive shopped several of the local shops (even different locations of each business) and overall I have experienced the best customer service at papa joes. they are friendly,and alway patient. I am always greeted and with a friendly face and a hello. They have a great selection, and prices arent to hard on the wallet either. Oh and they have a great customer reward program (its always nice to get a little back ).just stop in and check them out it will be worth it

I always enjoy stopping at the different Papa Joes locations and this time was no different. The person that helped me was super sweet and gave me advice on what to purchase without being pushy. Thank you for the great service every visit!

Do not buy torches here. They will sell you a broken 1 and refuse to trade it back for a working 1 are my money back. Not worth it. 50 dollars on a torch for me to have to light it everytime with a lighter. Embarrassing

Super surprised at the amazing e-juice flavors they have! This reds Apple e-juice is probably the best I have ever had!! Several different varieties and for real tastes like apple juice! They have several other brands, over 150 flavors! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful! I dont think I will ever go anywhere else again. Thanks guys!

The BEST. We are beyond the days of head shops being hidden in the shadows. The future of all things smoke related is here and Papa Joes is leading the way in our region. Clean bright stores with lots of helpful and knowledgeable employees. Every time I visit I see them help erase any anxiety that was previously associated with myself or other customers. Check them out, you wont be disappointed. And they have the best customer loyalty program that I have seen for any business.

This is the worst 5star Ive ever given but only because I didnt get what I was initially looking for. This is the 5 star part, Ive been to the two stores in Virginia Beach, Lynnwood and the one on 21st. Both excellent and knowledgeable staff, the girl in Lynnwood days she was new but you would never know. I felt comfortable in both stores and will suggest these to others. Im from out of town and was going through some travel issues and wasnt having a good time of it, your staff was helpful. I was suggested to go to the Norfolk store for what Im looking for, hopefully I find it.

Carlie was very personable and very helpful. She had wonderful knowledge of everything in the store and was able to help me in a quick and decisive manner. Definitely a ten out of ten in my book.

The staff in here is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very professional and eager to help you learn about new products and equipment. Their selection of incense is awesome as well as their CBD offerings. Definitely check out this place if youre in the market for a tobacco or vaping accessories, just remember no kids

I come all the time for my wife’s vapes as they have a huge selection and tend to be cheaper by a dollar or so then other smoke shops but today I needed a new carb cap and like 6 things and as soon as I hit the door my man Chaz was right there to help I’m super picky about my glass and dude was on it helping me look through every bubble cap without a second thoughts talking and joking just a great experience and helped make sure I walked out with glass I was gonna be happy with was super patient as I had a million request and all around great experience and customer service really put them a step above some of the other local shops

Really poor customer service. Really does not seem like anyone is there to help you because they are usually taking care of their friends stuff first. Ignoring you is what they do the best and if you have a problem they just do not help you out or direct you to another employee who tells you the same thing as the last guy. No return purchase or exchange has to be the shadiest thing I have ever seen in a small business. You would think they would do an exchange so they could at least get rid of more product but of course as soon as the receipt is printed out there is no going back on your purchase. Really if you are looking for sub par customer service or a terrible first experience with vaping then go here otherwise there are plenty of other places in Virginia Beach or on the Internet that you can get way better treatment.

We have been coming to this place for several months. Never once have I been asked for ID to simply be inside the place. Today I took a friend *one of many* to introduce them to the store. However this time they requested ID. Only this time my husband, who wasnt even purchasing anything didnt have his ID. So rather than allowing him to stay with me who has my ID and our friend he was told he must leave. Not only was he told he had to leave, he was even told to leave by the person who sold him his vape 2 months ago. Never coming back here again!

Everyone in this store is super friendly and always willing to help and answer questions. I went to a competitor b4 I found this place and they were unprofessional. When you walk into papa Joes its really laid back and tranquil but the staff retains their professionalism. If you want a good smoke shop go here!!!!

Polite and helpful. My questions were answered clearly. Tested coils on my tank before purchasing. Love the reward system.

Good and fast service. That man who helped me was very knowledgeable about the products and offered good recommendations for me. He was well versed in the new law, and even one that are coming but havent been put into effect yet. Good experience. Ill be going back.

Told her many times I needed the version 2. She told me version 1 atomizer for my tank would work. Well it didn’t like I said and with the no return policy I wasted $20. Great scam, people who work at a vape shop that don’t know their stuff. Thanks for the scam

Theyre ok. Equipment is too expensive and they dont have the fluid I use. If you want to spend some money. Sure, great place to do it. Lots of high end fluids in different flavors you can try BEFORE you buy. Its ok

Well I was looking for a reason to never come back to this place. Went in to stock up my liquid and was trying to tell one of the guys there about a store I went to in Cali and about how bad the customer service was and how theyre a bunch of lazy pot heads and that its good to be back home. The guy told me to leave, no explanation, just leave. I asked him if he was joking and he said no, get out. On top of the HEAVILY over priced merchandise, this was the decision maker. Will never come back, theres TONS of BETTER places in VA Beach to go to.

Dont really know about said guy with glasses and tattoos but seems like he needs a new job...My experience was fantastic. Brought my young daughter in with me, nobody judged me. Except maybe sone dude who was clearly mad, but was a customer (Not leaving my kid in the car at 100 degree temps)I had called a day prior whoever answered was extremely nice and helpful.Went in for some cbd vape. Tried a few vape flavors. Found one i loved. Great service. From non judgement people.Exceptional amount of vape juice!!!

My boyfriend loves this shop Ive gone in here multiple times with him. I absolutely dread it so now I stay in the car whenever he goes in to buy something. I absolutely cannot STAND the attitude. Almost every worker walks around like hes better than you like cool bro you know about vaping whoopee friggen doo. No one greets you when you walk in. You need to be the one to ask for help and theyll speak to you condescendingly and make dopey faces at other employees that make it clear theyre totally making fun of you. You literally puff on an e-cig all day and call it work so please dont make it out to be like youre something incredibly special.

Quality shop to get all of your smoking needs. Glass selection is beautiful but pretty pricey, so keep that in mind and shop with your eyes instead of hands first.

Best customer service and definitely the best place in Va Beach for vapers, everything from basic to the most advanced mods and always willing to help and answer questions. I drive in from Smithfield because they always have what I need and it beats the heck out of online ordering. If you need supplies this is the place to go, always get vape supplies and advice from people who vape, and all of these guys do.

Still the best tobacco / head shop in the area. Pitbull may have had there number for a year or 2 but they are #1 in the area to me. And very friendly.

Wow, Bob.... If thats the owners real name??? SMH Firstly, Ive been frequenting this location religiously since 2006. Im an older adult on a fixed income with the expensive bad habit of smoking. Ive also worked in customer service for 38 years. I have witnessed customers berate and demean Co-workers and managers BUT never have I ever witnessed an employee so unnecessarily turn a simple complaint about him overcharging me $1.49 (especially when I questioned the total before I paid and he blew me off) into him screaming at me, yelling at me that he could refuse me service while chasing me out of the store. WoW! Mr./Mrs. Owner, youve got quite the piece of work there chasing off longtime customers for absolutely no reason. The younger guy was doing just fine listening to my complaint until you, Scott, decided to come out nowhere, tap him on the chest as if telling him to get out of the way because as you put it Ill handle it, Ive been here longer! WTH, seriously. Im really thinking you were having a bad trip on something pretty potent cause you were way, way, way, OVER THE TOP! The gentleman was doing great listening. Your first mistake, Scott, was to lie to me about why the total was as high as it was... You see, I have a Degree in Accounting, and Im quick to know when 2+2 isnt equally 4!!! Point. Blank. Period. I dont know where you belong, but I do know you dont belong anywhere dealing with older clientele. You showed complete disregard for our business. Maybe thats a policy that I havent been privvy to all of these years, Papa Joes??? Guess its time to take my money elsewhere. Wont be suggesting you to anyone ever again.

I went here two days back to back. Everyone that worked there was kind they knew what they were talking about. Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone new.

The guy with the eye glasses , full of tattoos ,, (dont know his name) was rude to me and i feel like i was bothering him and he seems like he doesnt want to work there ., even after spending $90.00 . this store doesnt deserve this dude! i have to give 2 stars for hiring him.

They are very helpful and friendly. They have a great supply of vape pens and tons of e liquid.Their prices are very reasonable compared to others around town.

Good selection, staff at both pap joes locations are really nice and helpful and first responders get a discount. they have a vape bar as well but ive never tried it, still pretty cool

While they do have a large selection of vaping supplies, they have proven to be dishonest, or at least uncaring. With all the choices in E-Juice I asked for the clerks suggestions on a max vg flavor as I cannot tolerate a lot of pg. A few days after purchasing one of the juices I started getting a sore throat. I looked up the ingredients for the juice I was sold and the main ingredient is pg! Almost No vg! If youre selling this type of product you NEED to be honest and / or know your product!

Both lcatin in VB have a good selection of Vaping items.. educated staff , and great service. I love the huge selection at the lynnhaven store they have a juice taste testing section. too! I live in hampton and make the drive to VB just because its awesome to see all the different stuff! keep Vapin!

Horrible business, that doesnt stand behind the products that they sell. This has happened on more than one occasion, and Im never spending my money there again. I feel like Im getting scammed, and Im a long time customer and they will never get me to come back unless this issue is resolved. So I went there to buy a smaller vaporizer and got talked into buying a more expensive one that was supposed to be so much better than the one I originally wanted and got home, opened up the package and followed the instructions, went to put it on its first charge and it did not charge correctly, I went back to the store to exchange it, (not even 15 minutes after I purchased the vaporizer) and was told they wouldnt return it, the sales person kept making up new excuses of why it wasnt their problem in a rude manner. DONT BUY FROM THEM, THEY WILL SELL YOU USED, BROKEN, OR DEFAULTY ITEMS AND BASICALLY TELL YOU ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM EVEN IF IT DOESNT WORK RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. THEY NEED TO STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY TALK YOU INTO BUYING. BE CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE AND THE RUDE PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT WHAT THEY SELL YOU. BEWARE.

This smoke shop might be the worst in the757 area. From inconsistent, and borderline incompetent service, to argumentative and condescending management, they take the cake. Theres plenty of other choices wound the area so consider one of them.

They had NOTHING on Sale, and not many of the flavored ejuices to try, so you have to hope you like the juice after you purchase it. No Refunds !
