Best vape store ever. Vape jungle is the only place Ill ever go.

The staff is very generous they took the time to fix my battery at no cost and gave knowledge about the expiration date that was actually the date that was made and they know people on first name basis when you become a regular.

I shop at the Lexington Park store, but I was in Waldorf yesterday and stopped by and Dom and Jay were awesome! In fact, the whole Vape Jungle crew is awesome! The atmosphere is very chill and laid back with great conversation. If youre wanting to get into vaping, go to Vape Jungle, youll be glad you did!

The staff is incredible. The selection is great. Prices are decent. The staff is always willing to help and answer any questions you have. I dont shop at any other vape shops. Even when I travel, I stock up with them before I go.

Store associate, named Ryan as very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with helping identity products to fit my personal needs as well as my friends individual needs. We have quite a few new & interesting things for us both to try. Great staff, wonderful service, quality products

Selection and pricing is solid, but the employees make the place! Always kind and welcoming! Had an issue with a product and didnt get a receipt, manager remembered me and made it right. Appreciate that. Plus their rewards program is legit for return customers. Thanks Vape Jungle!

I go here frequently, however I just hopped off my smok brand vape and am trying out disposables. Marcus helped me out today and explained the difference in builds between the different disposables they offer. He’s very knowledgeable and it was a good chat, he also recommended the flavor(watermelon ice cream) which turned out to be amazing. Definitely a great place to anyone currently vaping or just starting out. Great crew, good pricing and unmatched vibe for a work place.

First time customer this afternoon, was absolutely floored with the knowledge and people skills the lady behind had. Had a great insight on products I was inquiring about as well as reviews from other customers on related products. The best part about this place is their brick and,mortar prices are fairly consistent with online prices.As a person who hates waiting for the mailman, and paying shipping. Knowing this place exists with the prices they have as well as knowledgeable and courteous staff and I can walk out with product same day....Definitely will be coming back

I have enjoyed this shop and it is my new hometown shop. I will buy no juice from anywhere else. The employees that worked today are more than knowledgeable on any product in their store and more. I will be placing 5 stars after my return to this area. I challenge anyone that vapes and wants a great experience to go here and prove me wrong. If you vape and are around the southern Maryland are this is the only store to buy vape products and more.

I cannot say enough about this place. I have always loved their staff and stock but now I’ve moved from the area. I have searched high and low, in my new area, for a remote equivalent and have come up empty. The rewards program and variety of juices/gear are unmatched. That’s not even counting their level of customer service. I am always treated like family when I go in there. I miss you, Vape Jungle, please come to VA....we need you here! I know you won’t but you can’t blame a girl for trying, right?

I have had the pleasure of going to both shops. They are both always very clean and organized. Customer service is always top notch. The first time going in, It was kind of intimidating because it looked like it was all regulars in there however, I was greeted by all smiles and friendly service. Since then I have made strong connections with the Owners and Employees. They definitely will take care of all your needs and bend over backwards to make you happy. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get into vaping or those who are already vaping looking for a chill atmosphere.

Ive switched from smoking to vaping, but its still all really confusing to me. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and patient with my questions. The shop was well stocked and the prices were on par with online shops. Would certainly recommend.

This is my go to spot for all my vape items. Whether its a wide variety of juices or equipment, they have what you need. I love the sample bar they have there. You are welcome to come in, sit and vape, and converse with the staff and customers. The staff all are knowledgeable and friendly. They are expanding. I believe they are up to 3 stores now. So if business is that good, you know they have great products and service.

Owners and staff are very personable, down to earth, and all around awesome. The atmosphere of the shop itself is incredible. The staff is very knowledgeable and is willing to give their customers a grade a satisfaction. Great shop and definitely wont go anywhere else. If they dont have it they can and will get it. Love this shop and the new one in Prince Frederick. The shops are very clean and so welcoming. The owners are amazing people and only want whats best for their customers. Even if the employees are helping someone, when you walk in you are welcomed and made feel right at home. Nothing but the best!!

Vape Jungle has been my vape store of choice for over 2 years and will continue to be. I had a less than pleasant experience a couple of weeks ago, however, the owner inquired about that experience and took immediate action to ensure that it doesnt happen again. I have only been here one time but I had a good experience. The owner was very helpful, making suggestions when I wasn’t sure about something. I looked at other shops before making a purchase and this was a good fit for me. I got exactly what I needed and I paid less then if I shopped somewhere else. They do great things like supporting CASAA, and sending letters to legislation for the flavor ban. Other than that, the vape shops in MD are generally a lot worse than in MA. Customer service is worse, its almost like they dont want you to be there. Pretty unwelcoming feeling. Selection is good, but going in to purchase some juice feels like Im interrupting a meeting or something. Also, asking questions sometimes feels like pulling teeth, Im not sure why CS is lacking so much in a brick and mortar vape shop when it should be a priority. Or at least some effort in that direction might go a long way.

I visited them a couple weeks ago and the staff was great! They are very knowledgeable and they answered all my questions without hesitation. Even though they are not that close to me, the shop, staff and atmosphere are worth the drive. I plan on heading back down there soon and often.

Great shop environment, products, and staff. Every time you enter customers are greeted like a family. Sit at the bar and sample juice before you buy. Or sample new juice lines to find that new all day vape. Need coils built or battery wraps, they got you. Hands down your one stop shop for anything vape related. Id recommend this shop to anyone who likes a stress free environment!

After some online ordering went awry I found Vape Jungle and made a run out just before closing. They were very helpful, prices are very reasonable, and they took the time to help me learn what I was doing. Great place, will be back.

This is my absolute favorite vape shop. They have great house juices along with a great selection of brand juices. Their knowledge is extensive and their customer service is great. Its the farthest vape shop from me in charles county but I make the drive every time because its always worth it.

Been going since it opened. Always have had an enjoyable experience. Always have a good time with the staff. (They are also family haha) but always on top of things, suggestions, or changes with menu items. I usually just get salt nic and coils. And occasionally to just hey, there is a bar for you too take a break or try juice. Or clean and maintain your vape.

I have started from the bottom (starter pen) 2 years ago. The first time I walked in the doors of vape jungle I felt a great vibe from the workers. One employee sticks out in particular though, Sam. I walked in with some box I bought offline I couldn’t get to work, we shared a huge laugh when we found out it didn’t have batteries in it (DUH) ever since then I’ve stuck with vapejungle. Sam will take her time with you, (she has a lot of patience for my picky taste), if something stops working ( or you break it like me), she will do her best to fix it for you, and suggest the best products for your liking. She gets to know her customers on a personal level, while keeping the business vibe. If you are looking to commit to a vape shop. It’s vape jungle the owners are so down to earth and it has a great chill atmosphere.

Went there a little bit ago and they are helpful and wont cheat you into buying things you dont need. Im a beginner and dont know really anything but they explained what I got and how to use it. Also, very good range of flavors

Easily the best vape shop in SOMD, worth the extra drive time to get the juice you want and have good customer service. I feel they are the only shop that knows how to keep a good stock and know what they are selling.
