Loosen Up Bodywork & Massage

Incredible - this is a true sports massage and my pain points were directly addressed. I felt so much better after. I had Abe and he was amazing!

Each masseuse has their own personality or Style, and they are all well trained and very good. We paid for my mom to go here every other week for years. After she died I took her place and that has made my life better!!

All the massage therapists here are excellent, professional, and they really take the time to focus on all of your special needs. I’ve seen Abe most recently and he does an incredible job and has great techniques and advice to continue to maintain your body after a massage session. Chris at the front is always warm and welcoming and is very efficient! Highly recommend this business.

Every therapist at loosen up is fantastic, but for the past couple years I have been primarily seeing Marcial who is a holistic experience for all the stress of life. I constantly leave feel completely rejuvenated and consider him essential to my life as a desk bound triathlete

I see Rachel, who is exceptional in every way, and have also heard great things about the other therapists from people I trust. I always walk out feeling better than I walked in. Loosen Up was recommended to me by my chiropractor, so I knew when I made my first appointment all would be well, what I didn’t know is if it would be worth the hour drive to get home. The benefits of seeing Rachel have far outweighed the traffic and time spent on the road. Give them a call and they’ll pair you with a massage therapist that is best suited to meet your needs.

I have been suffering from bursitis and arthritis in my right hip for over a year. 1 session with Gina and I feel 1,000 times better! I follow her advice and will continue to see her. I highly recommend Gina and her practice.

I received a massage according to my regular pattern of about every 2-4 weeks (this was a couple months ago and Im just getting around to posting this review because I love this place). The combination of both muscle relief (tension, relief of knots and tightness, etc.) and help with flexibility was great and I think what sets Loosen Up apart from others. My therapist was not overly talkative and was considerate and thoughtful. My plan is to return on a regular basis and take advantage of one of their packages.

I have had 4 deep tissue massages and I can not believe what a incredible difference it has made in my shoulders, back and neck. Gina is an amazing therapist and I recommend her as a pro who knows and loves what she does. She has eliminated years of abuse to my body from driving 4-5 hours per day for over 5 years. I will be going back to her on a monthly basis for sometime. I have never felt better.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my husband (David). David has been going to Michael for about a year now, and says he’s absolutely the best. Michael’s knowledge of anatomy and ability to work with his muscles is incredible. He does feel like he’s getting a medical grade massage and his back/shoulders are actually healing after each session.

Michael Cuglietta was absolutely fantastic. He is unbelievably knowledgeable and made my lingering back and neck issue melt away. 10/10.

Ive tried a lot of massage therapists; Gina is the best. Shes got great knowledge of the body. I met Gina about five years ago when I started training for triathlons, I needed a massage therapist that could do deep tissue as well as functional massage to make sure my body was ready for the next workout or race. She knows how to get the knots out. And, find the knots you didnt know you had.Gina also worked with me throughout my pregnancy, keeping me moving, and limber as I was still doing all of my sports.I cant say enough about Gina - shes wonderful.

They have a great monthly massage program and you can purchase additional massages. They really work hard getting you into a better place. I have fibromyalgia, disc degeneration and chronic pain throughout my body and my massages really help in conjunction with exercise, a healthy diet and maintaining a healthy weight.

I picked up a gift card for my Mom for Christmas and she absolutely loved her massage! I know she wanted to switch since her current place hasnt been giving her the best customer service. Im just thrilled that my Christmas gift turned out to be such a hit! Thank you Loosen up for making her experience amazing!

Making an appointment was easy - as scheduling was possible online - and a quick call to the office provided a recommendation regarding a suggested practitioner for the particular concern; the visit to the office itself was a pleasant surprise & definitely provided inspiration to at least one DVC Kinesiology student (as the care, patience, & skill brought to bear was both instructive and restorative).

Avoid any specials that might be advertised! The owner Gina Tibbs recently attempted to offer special discounts on the mind body app, they were extremely misleading and charged me for service that didnt match the price or the description as advertised. After resolving the matter with my bank, Gina decided to leave strange messages via email/voicemail several times even after the situation was dealt with. Be careful when booking/purchasing with this business!

I have been going to Loosen Up for a few years now and every therapist is professional and highly talented. I appreciate the various skill sets and specializations of therapist and am so thankful for what they are able to do to help me care for myself and my body.

Overpriced and with average quality!I was surprised to find the place in a basement of a building next to the highway for a spa that charges $100 for a one-hour full body massage. I was then expecting a great massage but was disappointed by the pressure, the flow, the lack of any hot towels... Also surprised it has such high ratings.

Got a great deep tissume massage from Sean. It was a perfect session. Im on the computer all day & he focused on all of the problem areas. I know it can feel like youre taking a chance with a different massage therapist, but if you love deep, therapeutic, functional bodywork, I recommend booking a session with Sean.

As a novice to massage and an avid trail runner experiencing a few injuries, I knew it was time to visit Gina. She couldnt have made me feel more comfortable, and her advice and work left me feeling confident and relieved. Dont go anywhere else!

Marcial gives an amazing massage! He was very responsive and considerate. The aromatherapy at the end is unlike anything Ive ever experienced.

Wonderfully skilled, extremely knowledgeable and professional! I get much more than knots and twists worked out of my muscles, I get restored and my body gets healed.
