Overall, the service and the products are great. There was only one time that I’ve ever had an issue and that one time we got a dab pen from them and the magnet came out in the charger, which should’ve exploded the entire thing and it didn’t thankfully.

Vapor Kings is a Great place too shop! Walking in You are greeted and waited on in a timely fashion. The workers are polite and will try to help to the best of their knowledge. If out of a product they will kindly direct You to 1 of there other shops and will also call to see if they have it in stock. Why is it that this generation doesnt know the definition of respect... Dont talk at me sideways when 3 days ago they was one price and then 3 days later they $15 more... What?! And I go to the other stores too and howland is $25 but Warren is $35 and just 3 days ago was $20 multiple times... I dont know how to run a business but without customers, theres not much of a business... A little bit of respect goes a long way with us old 40 yr. old folks😆...And if necessary Ill post a pic of my bank statement showing the price difference between a 5 mile difference with Warren being the most expensive 🤔

***UPDATED***I was in there yesterday and there was a man and wife working 0 knowledge of any of the products. They have a sign in thing now but they are out of the competition right now and I think they need to rethink not giving discounts on multiple items of the same brand like every other shop does like they used to. I guess everything changes but I dont know how much longer I can stay a loyal customer because its costing me more money and like yesterday I felt like I should have just walked away and went somewhere else.Really dude as much as I shop there and as much as I spend and I got treated like trash today. It was not Shawn or dude with the green eyes. It was someone who acts like ahole to customers so I put the vape I bought yesterday that wouldnt hit or charge on the counter and walked out. I have been a loyal customer here and hate going other places and because of my PTSD I am not even sure if I can wait back in there because of the things he was saying.Update Rana gave me a discount when I told him what happened. This is why I love you guys

Overpriced cigars, better off going to the local cigar lounge unless you have a time restraint. The young guy that works in the store greeted me with what up dude when I walked thru the door. Customer service training Is needed.
