My girlfriend and I have been coming here for just about a year now. It never occurred to me until reading these reviews that the two sales associates were a married couple but it makes perfect sense! You are both so friendly and helpful. Jay has helped me to repair my tank, and gave me a refresher course on priming it when I first returned to the area and had forgotten how to do it. You guys always order out to your supplier to make sure I have my bottles of 12! Whether I come to the store by myself on Wednesdays or go with my girl on the weekends, we are always greeted like family and feel at ease. The store is stocked with a wide variety of products, and the owners are more than happy to accommodate special requests through their supply chain. This is hands down the best vapor and smoke shop in the area! Both my girlfriend and myself are happy, loyal customers, and we are certain you will be too! Once you stop in to Empire Smoke & Vape, youll never go anywhere else.

Most friendliest down to earth more than reasonable when Ive been struggling with cancer here leaving my daughter 2100 miles back home so she can finish college while I battle the worst battle a 44 woman can face ...Cancer may have won the fought but it can not will not destroy my spirit loving life to the fullest spreading happiness and peace.Thank you empire smoke for making me feel right at home first time I felt a feeling like that after losing my husband in 2020.My go to favorite smoking shop. Ill tell you folks what I said on Yelp. Ive been going to Puja and her husband for years - nearly three to be precise. I was actually just in her shop about twenty minutes ago. You wont find a nicer vape shop owner in the greater Rochester area. Shes incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. If youre not happy with the service provided, shell make it right for you. For the people bad-mouthing and moaning, did you ever even give them a chance? I doubt it. Shell bend over backward for you and all you can do is complain. Bottom line for this shop? If youre in Webster and you smoke this is the choice. No alternatives. She beats everyone else and its not even close.

Jay is the man! He helped us try and get a stuck/broken down stem out of our piece, he used a glass piece of his own and it ended up breaking. I offered to pay him for the glass that broke but he declined. Sells good products, and is willing to go out of his way to help and satisfy his customers!

This is by far the best place to get all of your vaping needs. They have the lowest prices on premium e-liquids I have ever seen locally. I am pretty much what you call a Vape Junkie. I shop here at the least 2-4 times a week just for myself, and sometimes more if the wife needs something and they always have what I am looking for. Their selection is INSANE! They carry the widest selection of juice, mods, tanks, vape kits, coils etc. and if you are looking for glassware you wont be disappointed! Trust me, if you cant find it here in store, you probably wont find at another. OK, so now you know how great the selection and prices are, but what about the service? The service is top notch! Jay and his wife are amazing! They always make you feel like you are the only one in the store even during busy times. Bought an Ijoy Combo RDA that was marked $34.99 and was charged $39.99. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t realize that I had been bait-and-switched until I looked over the receipt upon returning home. Not only that, but that same RDA has an MSRP of $24.99 and can be purchased online for only $14.99. My fault for not doing my homework, but I don’t appreciate being grossly overcharged like that. They were kind enough to refund the $5, which I appreciate, but needless to say I’ll be shopping elsewhere for such things...On a more positive note, their prices on liquids are much more reasonable, and they have a fairly decent selection. The Naked 100 brand is much cheaper here than elsewhere (2 for $35), so I can recommend them if you’re only in the market for those.

Best vape shop hands down😁 i drive 20-30 just to come here to my vape juice and coils. The owners are so friendly and helpful. They have TONS of different flavors, i just have a wonderful experience every time i go there. As long as i live in rochester i will only go the this vape shop.

We are from Gates so traveling to Webster isnt something we usually do, but Empire was the only vape shop in town that had the device we wanted in stock. Not only did they have the device we wanted (which works great) we also purchased a couple of batteries. They had pre-charged them so we could use the device right then, Ive never seen any other vape shop do that, and its so very thoughtful! The gentleman that helped us was a very friendly middle aged man (I assume the owner), it was refreshing to deal with person my age. Overall a great experience, when we need new hardware again we will definitely be making the trip across town to Empire!
