I had an overall great experience here. Both Mark and Mike were very helpful. They went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for and were able to answer any and all questions I may have had. You can absolutely tell they are knowledge about products they sell. Great shop and I would come here again! Prices are reasonable and I Would recommend anyone to check this place out.

Me and my buddy came to buy glass like we have before and were successful when making a big enough purchase. But when we tried to Make a smaller purchase (roughly 600$) they decided to Id us for the first time after even acknowledging having sold to us before. Nice guys, cool selection of stuff, super disappointed with my $21 bottle of 50mg nicotine salts. Burns fast, uncomfortable capable after a few days, almost tasteless/odorless. I will return and try a different brand~ new to area and still have hope in them!

Had an excellent first time at the shop the other day. The employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the products, especially Tom who helped me out. Best spot in town for great product and great employees.

Great place they have a ton of stuff to choose from. from glass to disposables to vape mods/batteries etc. usually when i walk into a shop like this i feel hella awkward as the workers usually aren’t very friendly or helpful but the workers here are phenomenal. been here a few times and everyone’s always so pleasant and ready to help. 5 stars all the way

I tried calling to tell them privately but the phone number doesn’t work.... they sell fake puff bars! Just checked mine on the puff website and yeah it’s fake as hell. always check the back of the disposables. Workers are nice tho

This shop hands down has the best selection in the area. Prices are more than fair, and they offer a wide variety of accessories. The employees are very friendly, and even remembered my name. I would highly recommend this Illadelph by All in One.

As being a customer since the store has opened, it saddens me deeply to say they have no customer service skills, what so ever. I was sold a broken product, they recognized it was broken but wouldn’t do a thing about it.

TLDR: the employees are uninformed about their nicotine and vape products. And have no interest in customer service. (Cont...)Went in and this shop is shiny too say the least. A lot of glass products all at the normal markup. They know their glass for sure.However we went in for flavored juul pods. And looked down to where they were and picked a flavor. The employee let us know that it’s 6% so more than the 5% that juul provides. I’m used to 3rd party 6% and being as they were cheaper we went with the EON pods Black Cherry.Here’s the problem. The pods we bought are actually “5% Natural Alkaloid from Areca nut” which is a cancer causing chemical found in tree nuts. For those who don’t know, nicotine salts and vape juices do not directly lead to cancer, however the nicotine replacement in these falsely advertised pods is found to have a direct link.So I tried these pods before realizing the mistake and here’s what happened; my throat closed up, and my lungs seized up. The same happed to my S/O who tried the new flavor first.I of course went in to ask for a refund, they told me I was just not used to the 6% nicotine. I come from smoking box mods at and drip nicotine salts, so I’m more than aware of the effects high Nic has. The employee not looking away from his phone stated that because of tobacco laws they could not refund. This was incorrect considering this is neither a nicotine nor a tobacco product and the rude employee (who is just doing their job and is only faulted by lack of product knowledge and avoiding eye contact).So if you need your glass or pods, this place will do. But please avoid their 3rd party juul products and please do your research before purchasing, because their employees have no idea what their selling and this place has no intentions on keeping up their image for new customers or customer service in general.

Great guys but juice selection has all but vanished..maybe they decided to go in another direction..ie head shop. Good luck and thank you for the service the past 1 1/2!

Wow, this place really strived for success and delivered! Friendly and knowledgable staff who showed me the finer points of tobacco consumption and really pointed me in the right direction, the location is tremendous and I would recommend this shop to anyone who loves to smoke (tobacco) with products that are always reasonably priced! Oh and they also have tapestries!!!!!!

The guys who work there are great theyre more helpful than most shops Ive been to. I recommend CLOUT instead.

Friendly and informative staff. Im fairly new to vaping and staff helped me find what I needed. Expalined different systems, juices and all the how tos. Pretty large selection of what you need.

Really disappointed with the service I received here. I purchased a defective vape and when I brought it back 2 days later to exchange it with the same employee that sold it to me, I was told they will not replace my device as it is not their responsibility. I was told I had to file a warranty claim through the manufacturer followed by a few shrugs. Will NOT be back.
