Massage Envy

After belonging to Massage Envy for 4 years, I am going to end my membership. I went to this location twice after moving to Kennett Square. The therapists I had were both pleasant but inexperienced and ineffective. I booked a 90 minute deep tissue yesterday and received a 75 minute massage! When I asked the front desk she said that 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after we’re allowed for the session and that Sean took me in early. Really?! In my years of going to ME in North Wales that has never happened. How do I go about canceling my membership before December 1st so that I am not charged for another month?Christine Taylor

The entire staff of Massage Envy in West Chester has been wonderful to me. I have a genetic condition that causes me a lot of pain. The manager is familiar with my condition, suggested the best therapist for me, and I have received tremendous relief since visiting consistently. And even though I come consistently, Kayla asks each time how Ive been feeling, whats been working, what hasnt, and what I want my massage to be that day. And a plus for me, my HSA dollars pay for them! Highly recommend.

I got a facial from here by mimi and when it was done I had a huge bruise on my cheek and when I mentioned it to the front receptionist when returning an item they banned me from the store claiming I demanded my money back which is the total opposite of what happened because I was being respectful even though Mimi bruised half of my face. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!

If you dont mind chain massage stores, this place is not bad. I love Mimi! Great for facials or massages.
