Geordie and Promace are the two people that I met there. They are so incredibly nice and knowledgeable. They make it very easy and pleasant to get the supplies you need. I was having trouble with something and they helped me right away. Always remember to try and tip the people in this store.

They carry a few brands and get new ones in regularly. Which is nice because you can see what different brands are doing with their products and how they compare. I usually have a question or two and have always received useful answers that a few times steered me clear of wasting my money on something I would not of liked. Adam always provides great advice and customer service. Matt also is friendly and knowledgeable. It will save you some money if you sign up for their points program.

The shop was clean, well organized, and inviting. I worked with Jason who was extremely knowledgeable and eager to help me. He presented me with my various options, and happily got me set up with everything I needed. Im very pleased with my experience.

This place is awesome. I quickly became a regular because of the customer service and pleasant atmosphere. Though all the employees rock, Jason’s management skills are impressive. His attention to detail and knowledge for the products in which they sell is impressive. Awesome place!!

Knowledgeable staff, helped me navigate the incredibly complicated world of vaping. Decent selection. Prior to making the switch, I would purchase their loose tobacco for rolling, and it had been fantastic. Good price and decent tobacco.

I am a regular here. I grab mango Vapes every time I come I ; I asked for the same this time..just mango . Instead, I was given mango pineapple. Granted, I realized this after I paid- but I had not TOUCHED the device or left the store.So because the sales associate sold me something I didn’t ask for on the first place, (and I never left the store with) but “ all sales are final”, I’m now out money for a vape I won’t smoke? Very bad business practices. I understand if it was opened or I left the store- but this was a mistake of the associate that the customer paid for.Edit: younger gentleman with the glasses who usually helps me I would give 5 stars. Very helpful and friendly. Wish there was more to choose fromDisposable vape wise.

Deep Six rocks n rolls! These guys always treat me like family & I won’t go anywhere else! Their tobacco is always fresh, prices are reasonable & the staff is very knowledgeable. I often buy the cbd lollipops, they are always on point with the ingredients & them being clearly listed on packaging for all products & will point you in right direction for your needs. I visited this shop Thursday and was very pleased. It has a cool, laid back vibe with really nice employees. I wanted to get cbd but didnt know much about it. The guy working, cant remember his name he wore glasses, was a extremely knowledgeable. I couldnt believe the selection of products they had, it was impressive. I got some liquid and cbd cookies. Worked great for what I needed and will definitely be back.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I came on Friday inquiring about the best cbd products for pain management and was given many suggestions in a professional manner. I ended up buying the CBD tea and a few of the caramel candies (cbd) and they worked wonders. Great staff. Great products. I would say this is the best spot in West Chester to get your CBD products, hands down.

Jason was extremely helpful and funny. I will absolutely come back!!Update june 15th went in with a defective CBD cart (not their fault it happens) Jason did everything to ensure I was well taken care of and didnt stop until I left happy. First time in here today, was absolutely awesome! Friendly, helpful, store is filled with amazing CBD products! I’ve noticed some prices are lower in the store than on the site, so I would recommend visiting or calling before deciding not to buy!

I worked with Jason to buy my first vape and he was fantastic!! He showed me how to use it properly and was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this store and definitely ask for him!

I come here every so often and usually is really nice but I just bought a twenty dollar pre roll and when I checked the box was empty

These people have ZERO CLUE what they are talking about! I wish I could leave less then one star or negative stars... BEWARE! .... They sell hemp oil as CBD. They think its the same thing. Which it is not at all .... CBD is from the stalk of the hemp plant and hemp oil is from the seed of the hemp plant. Two totally different things and very different effects. Hemp oil has been around forever. CBD is relatively new to the public.... Do not buy from them without knowing everything you need to yourself first, cause the people who work there will tell you what you want to hear and they have no clue what they are talking about themselves. This place and people working there need to learn to read. Get a article or get a book to learn what you are selling and what the difference is between your own products.... TERRIBLE STORE!! Extremely RUDE Employees!!! First and last time. There are great places in the town of westchWestc that actually know the difference and can actually be a help to the customers that do need valid information.

I should have read the reviews before going to this store. They advertise hemp oil as CBD oil. They also have a no return policy despite not having an signage posted anywhere in the store. They wait for you to make a purchase and then print “no returns” on the receipt. A rather unethical way to do business, IMO. I had to jump through hoops do get a refund, despite having not even opened the packaging.

INSANELY OVERPRICED. And for the people that say they have more products obviously have not been to Clout or Illadelph in downtown West Chester. Their products are limited and expensive and I couldnt even have a conversation about the products with the employee there because they were so paranoid. He said he wasnt allowed to talk about it. Thats odd, because thats the biz youre in but you cant talk about it??? Go to Clout, or if youre not into the small biz thing, just go online. Worst CBD/Vape shop Ive ever been to. These people dont care about CBD, they are just mere bandwagon opportunists that know NOTHING. People that are well versed in this biz will surely agree. Id love to give it ZERO stars but unfortunately it doesnt allow 0. Dont go here unless you want to pay more for less.

It is so much better to just shop online than deal with this place. I went in and asked about a few products and got such rude responses. They are also SUPER EXPENSIVE. Just head to Clout or Illadelph in town, where you can actually get some product info and not spend an arm and a leg (and a lot less attitude). I expect this place wont be around much longer.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Product is always fully stocked. Staff is willing to help which is good because not a lot of people understand CBD and the affects.
