Liberty Vapor West Chester

Weve been going to this shop regularly for at least two years. Staff has always been kind and helpful. Im always impressed with how much the employees know about vape setups when whats new always seems to be changing. We appreciate the point system so that regulars like us can get occasional freebies.

I am not good with the names but the guy that works there all the time is one of the nicest, kindest people I have met. He is an excellent employee and he is always willing to go above and beyond to help you. Hes always happy and welcoming. The store itself is well stocked and always has the supplies I need in stock. I recently moved thirty five minutes away and still come to this vape store just because of this guy and the overall atmosphere of the store. Give this guy a raise!

My go to vape shop. Always super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Love their line of juice and their prices cannot be beat. Manager is a great guy and never rushes a sale, I’m on crutches and the guy walks all the way around to get the door for me when I’m there. It is difficult to find this kind of customer service, quality goods and fair prices. Highly recommended.

Stopped in to try some new e juice. And was greeted by one of the two employees working the counter. He was really helpful and allowed me to try several of their house juices. And recommended another juice to replace one they discontinued a few months ago.The all around vibe was pretty nice. The store location is a bit far from my usual shops but was a nice and clean establishment. There prices are on the avg/high side. But they do carry a amazing selection. With all that said I would happily visit again when in the area.

These guys are awesome. Ive been going there ever since they opened and they are truely a great and super helpful crew. Their juices are incredible and they have a huge inventory of the greatest things the vapor market has to offer. Their prices are super low compared to some of the other local shops and they are always coming out with great new flavors. Highly recommended.

They got all the goods at decent prices for a local store. Store employees are helpful in getting you started. they answer all my crazy questions. the e-juice is their own but they got flavors for days on end. i may start building my own coils...

Great equipment selection and customer service. Only gripe I have is that they make all their juices in-house, and refuse to carry any of the popular brands, instead formulating clones of them. Juice is overpriced vs. online prices as well, but theyre the best vape shop in the area if you need to visit a retail location.

My favorite vape shop! Super helpful and friendly. Great selection of vape devices and juices, glassware etc. Very relaxing atmosphere. And awesome loyalty rewards! I won’t shop anywhere else since my discovery of this shop. 👍🏻

Absolutely awesome shop. They have some of the best e liquid Ive ever tried (ask for the Stars and Stripes!), and an incredibly helpful, friendly staff. They ran an awesome promotion to turn in your pack of cigarettes for a free starter kit, and now I and another friend are completely free of cigarettes! Thank you Liberty Vapor!

Since moving to West Chester 2 years ago, Liberty Vapor has been my go to for all of my vaping oil. They offer a wide variety of flavors of their own creation, all of which I have been very fond of, as well as a variety from other manufacturers- all for great prices. I have not found another shop in the area with the same amount of value for the price. The employees who work at the shop are friendly and knowledgeable. They are great about answering any questions that you may have about the products they carry and can help with general vaping information as well. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Terrible experience, unknowledgeable staff didnt even help me and instead made me take out my phone to search Google for answers while he Vaped. Short one word responses when I asked him questions and not interested in trying to help me. Hire better people who actually care about their customers who in the end pay their wages. This review is due to your level of customer service, not the quality of your e liquids which can be priced higher than competition but are also high quality. Please reprimand/ hire staff that has pride in your company and actually tries to help customers.

What a great shop! All the employees are super helpful and knowledgeable. Im relatively new to Vaping and they made me feel extremely comfortable about buying products. Would recommend this shop over any other.

Ive wanted to write a review for a couple of months but waited until I had visited regularly so I could give an honest opinion about my experience with the Liberty Vape shop. I dont usually write reviews and I keep my opinions to myself most of the time, but I had to write about these guys! I am shy by nature so being in a vape shop I have always been reluctant to ask questions. I usually ask friends that vape or pour over the many youtube videos to find my answers but from the first time I walked into the Liberty Vape shop in West Chester I was always at ease. The guys that work there talk to everyone with so much ease that it was just a comfortable place to be. I sat and chatted with the staff and just lost all track of time. There was so much to like about this place. The store was clean and decorated nicely, the staff was professional and welcoming and the juices were all available for sampling AND the cost of their juice is very reasonable! I liked so many of them that it was hard to make my final selections. I am admittedly picky about what flavors I enjoy. YMCB is now one of my new favorites! Love this place! I will definitely be back!

Many thx to the great guys at Liberty Vapor today. New to vaping n went to another store n was very misled. Went here because of the great reviews. They took their time n explained everything to me. Very knowledgeable n honest. Their juice flavors were great. I am an older female so not always comfortable going into a vape shop myself. These guys made me feel right at home. It is a little bit of a drive to get there from my house but it is well worth the ride to find a trustworthy n great vape store

Great selection of E-liquid with a ton of flavors to choose from and sample. Friendly and knowledgeable people who are always willing to answer your questions. Definitely recommend this place for new vapers and veterans alike.

I found out about Liberty when I purchased my first vape kit at Primal in Delco. I tried out multiple flavors and fell in love with RonY4 chilled. It was too expensive at Primal, so I went looking for the source. I was bummed to discover there was no store in Delco but then I found out a store was about to open in West Chester close to work. Score!I have now been to every location and the five star reviews are warranted. The staff are always helpful, upbeat and welcoming. Ive purchased from online stores and other local shops but I now use Liberty exclusively. Their recent price reductions have made them very competitive in light of the absolute quality of their product.I havent had a cigarette in over a year. Thats the single biggest compliment I can pay these folks. Keep it up, and Ill keep coming.

This place is official. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. The atmosphere is friendly and fun. They have a large variety of juice flavors made by them. Which are damn good!

Great place, I wanted to start vapeing. I had some research but there is a lot of info out there. They set me right up for what I was looking for. Very friendly and easy going.

Liberty vapor is cheap and in a good location but that’s where the positives end I have a boulder and the pods for them are cheap there but they tend to leak only when I buy them from there and the juice that they have is also cheap but it burns very fast and tastes awful illidelph right in town has juice that is a bit more expensive but it is so much better it doesn’t taste like motor oil and it burns much slower so u really get more bang for ur buck there
