First time going to this place. It was phenomenal! Justin was very informative. Didnt catch the name of the man that runs the shop, but he was very sweet and helpful as well. My husband and I will definitely be coming back.

After an impromptu stop for clove cigarettes, this location will now be my go-to for my tobacco needs.The store itself was so clean, well stocked and organized, that other locations should use it as a template.The staff was very friendly and the proprietor, Justin, was as pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating as can be.

Great experience. Friendly service, not your typical smoked out clerk like you get at many of these places. Clean store with great selection and great prices and deals.

Okay so this is why they got one star. The gentleman does not speak English all the way I called. He picks up. He tells me come in for a replacement. I go back in there. This is the second time that a vape has broken from a Nova too. He charged me half price for $25 but he would not give me a refund like the last time he did. So I ended up paying $25 more for a new one that he gave me half off. But I did not get a replacement for $47.69. wow horrible company. They dont Even card you because you have to buy items for 21 of age and Im 39. But still if you cant card people, youre selling products to minors. This place needs to be shut down.

The guy working sold me a vape that didn’t work and when i went to switch it out he accused me of bringing him back a fake one and somehow got dementia and forgot i was literally there 5 mins before. like??? bye
