Scott was extremely professional, as well as knowledgeable and understood that my body needed some DEEP relief. He targeted the trouble areas and I had THE BEST night sleep. I didn’t realize what “relaxing” was until after that appointment. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Alicia did an amazing job . She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my skin concerns and goals.The facial itself was heavenly. The products used were of high quality and smelled divine. She skillfully cleansed, exfoliated, and applied a mask that left my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. She also performed a gentle massage that helped me unwind and added to the overall blissful experience.What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and personalized approach. She carefully tailored the treatment to address my specific skin concerns, ensuring that I left with a noticeable improvement in my complexion. It was a great experience. The facility looked clean, the therapist what professional and made me feel very comfortable. The massage itself was done very well with the right amount of pressure in the problem areas, tightness that I cited as my issues. She did a great job

Carol did an amazing job during my stretch session. It’s the first time I tried it and I would highly recommend it. It’s like yoga poses with extra pressure for added stretch. It feels incredible. She also does cranio sacral pressure treatments. She did a couple of movements on me and it’s indescribably, relaxing.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is calming. Laura N. is a wonderful massage therapist! I feel great when I walk out of there!

Visited Massage Envy following my surgery as recommended by my physician. I was specifically seeking at Certified Lymphatic Massage Therapist and I found a great one in Carol. She was thorough and explained the process and what happens in the body from the massage. She checked regularly to make sure I was feeling no discomfort, especially due to my recent surgery. While I have always enjoyed my experiences at Massage Envy, I wanted to be sure this was a specialist I could work with and one who could help me with my recovery. There is no doubt that I will continue my visits with Carol as she is skilled, knowledgeable and a very caring and nice therapist.

Jessica H was amazing! She knew exactly how to work out my trouble spots with the correct pressure and technique. She was professional, caring and thorough. I would highly recommend her!

I recently visited this location with my husband for a Valentines Day massage. Unfortunately, the experience didnt meet our expectations. Despite requesting a medium-firm massage, the pressure was too light and didnt provide the relaxation we were seeking. My husband shared the same sentiment, and we both left feeling disappointed. Considering the high standards of the spa industry, I wont recommend this particular location. I hope they can improve their services to meet customer expectations.

Andrea did an outstanding job. I appreciate her skincare knowledge and expertise.Receptionist was helpful and friendly.HOWEVER, my interaction with the manager was unsettling and concerning.I moved to this location because of a similar encounter at another that he was previously at. I offered feedback and was met with defensiveness. Other customers were in the front area and observed this behavior.

Went in made an appointment for a deep tissue massage . Was booked for the following day . Went in for my appointment. My therapist was late for starters , which of if i was gonna get the full 90 mins i would’ve been fine with . Walk into the room to talk about my preferences and at that point was told that he doesn’t do deep massage . Yes I’mBeyond annoyed that i traveled to the location to be toldI can’t get what i requested. . I won’t go back

Romario does a great job on me,he makes me feel comfortable and relaxed during each session. I tell him where on my body to work on and he does a great job,he gets those nuggets out…Feeling Revived and relieved from all the stress both mentally, physically and emotionally from work and everyday life. He’s Good.😊

Jessica was amazing! She was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable and understood the whole process. Answered every question I had without a problem. She made sure it was a safe space! This was my first massage experience I’ll definitely be back to this location:) Also, customer service was amazing the greeter that brings you in and asks a few questions before you start was very sweet!

It was amazing! I did a 60 min massage with enhanced muscle therapy!! I worked specifically on my shoulders and neck. I woke up and no pain!!!! Jasmine did a fabulous job!!!! Ill be back!

Rachel was truly wonderful, she heard my concerns with a sports injury in my lower back and was able to customize my massage and tension relief to that area, I was able to walk out without feeling pain in my back and feel ready for a game this weekend.

I took my mom there Sharon and it was a great experience for her a 10+ she enjoyed it very much if you’re looking something give your wife or your mother or someone very special recommend this person Jasmine

Great massages by Jeasica and Dyvon I’ve had several 90 min sessions with Dyvon to work on a lot of knots in shoulders and back. Really helpful… both are excellent!!

This was my first spa visit and I received a facial. Lauren was great we conversed the entire time. I have tree nut allergies she read every ingredient before applying each chemical which I know was daunting. Even though I apologized for the inconvenience she said I didnt have to and we talked about everything even our childhood. I was so refreshed after. Great service!

Massage was ok, nothing special, I saw Kay . Facial was good by Jazmine ….Up until the end. I went to checkout for my services and she had put some retinol on the counter. Jazmine said she recommended it and then left. No mention of price or anything for the retinol. So I was thinking that she was giving it to me as an aftercare product for my $200+ facial …I go checkout with the front desk staff. I get charged for all my services, which they went over the breakdown for, and then I leave (with retinol).Then i later get a call and text saying THEY forgot to charge me for the retinol. And if it’s okay they will settle the charge with my card on file. Of course I understand mistakes, but I asked how much the product was . Come to find out it’s 80$ retinol . So I decide I don’t want it , and they cannot charge my card, and offer to return it.I then get a text message that they charged my card anyways, and I can return the product if I want to …After they are the ones who forgot to charge it in the first place. I said I DID NOT authorize this charge on my card.So I wouldn’t go here unless you want to be “sold” products, and then incur completely unauthorized charges.Will be returning the retinol to get my 80$ back, and booking my appointments elsewhere.

Massage by Romario. I asked for medium pressure. Went mostly to relieve the knots and tension in my shoulders. I feel so much better. He did amazing 👍🏽

I understand people call out and get sick on a weekend……but I feel like maybe this Massage Envy should have someone on call to offer so it doesn’t ruin peoples plans. Today was my anniversary and we were looking forward to this massage. It’s taken forever to get a couples appt in general and we finally got one. Tried out the West Hartford location. Unfortunately, the front desk representative Ashley was unprofessional and discriminatory. I was with family members one of which is hearing impaired and speaks with a higher level of voice. Assuming that she was being loud without understanding why we felt insulted when told it’s a massage low voice area in its environment. Hearing impaired individuals do go to massage parlors. We left immediately so as not to offend their environment. Terrible experience at the front. Immediately reported to their management. However the massage from Rachel was good. Be careful when going yo this location as they will make disability individuals feel uncomfortable.

Felt very pressured to get more services. The front desk and the professional were trying to upsell me on everything. It got to the point that it no longer was relaxing. It was uncomfortable to be pressured to buy more services. I even said that all I wanted to do was relax. I’ll go to a spa next time.

I got a very good massage. I didnt have massage for a long time and had pain in different parts of my body. Priya is awesome! She found many trigger points and massaged my all body. Today I feel much better and my pain almost gone.

My therapist is awesome and I give her 5 stars so this is not a knock on her but moreso the processthere is one thing I dont like about massage envy no matter what time you arrive the therapist seems to come out 2-5 minutes past your set appointment time ... then when you are undressing they wait another 3-4 minutes before knocking.... your hour session is only really 50 minutes and then if you subtract the 5-9 minutes of waiting your 50 minutes massage is only 41-45 minutes please come out before the appointed time, please turn your room over before the appointment not during and please understand it doesn’t take 5 minutes to undress

I recently went to ME for a massage with Derrick Kendrick and my experience was awesome. He was able to releve the muscle tightness in my shoulders and back and I left feeling so much better. I highly recommend you book an appointment with him!

I also needed assistance from a front desk associate during my 1/5/24 visit. Im sorry that I dont remember her name but she was extremely helpful with resolving a personal issue that I was having.

Sadly disappointed. The therapist I scheduled with was not there. Did not know this until I arrived. Was offered sacral/cranial massage. Carol, replacement therapist, lovely woman but did not do anything I could not have done for myself. Most of the experience, I could barely feel her touch. I was misinformed regarding massage. Got off table 20 minutes early. Sad that I wasted my Mothers Day gift

Had a 2 hour deep tissue full body massage. Johnathan my masseur, is not just a professional, he is an artist. You are his muse. He is particular and attentive, as if he is sculpting his masterpiece. Probably my best massage to date! Ask for Johnathan… thank me later!!!

Priya was excellent great personality she inquried about my problem areas and she really worked the tension out of my neck, shoulders and lower back. I definitely will request her for my next visit. She also provided me with an overview regarding the stretch session which I plan to try.

The person I booked with was not the person who did the massage I booked with Ginny. It should have been a deep tissue massage and instead I noticed it was a just a regular massage. My partner is the one who booked this and she was very unhappy with the feed back I gave her. The person who did the massage took a lot of breaks you can tell she was tired and did not do deep tissue.

Andrea is very pleasant. I came out feeling like a new person with my glowing healthy face. Shes very knowledgeable on all the products & procedures and took the time to make sure that I was comfortable. It was great to have her reassure me of the safety measures put in place due to covid. From I walked in I was greeted with care and respect from the receptionist. The environment was friendly and welcoming. Prea my therapist was amazing. She is very professional and caring. She asked questions to know about your concerns so she can focus on troubling areas. Please take time out of your day to visit you wont be disappointed.

I had my first facial ever with Andrea. She took her time with me and explained each product that she was using on my face. I definitely appreciated her recommendations on what to use on my face going forward. I told her as she was finishing up that she is stuck with me now 🤣🤣 Overall it was a great experience for me 🤎

My masseuse spent 30 minutes of our 60 minute session critiquing my body and telling me how bizarre it was that I was so tight, even after I told her about a musculoskeletal condition I was born with. She told me at the end that its lucky Im young because I still have time to fix my body. I get the business model here is to sell massage packages so I get that she wanted to convince me I needed to come back, and she wasnt wrong that my muscles were super tight, but it was honestly a very unpleasant experience. If youre looking for a relaxing massage experience this is decidedly not it.

I had an amazing experience with Derrick. I carry my stress in my shoulders and upper back. He was able to identify, stretch, and work the areas that cause me the most problems. He explained everything he was doing and made sure the pressure was comfortable for me the entire time. I felt very comfortable with him. He was very professional and provided the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve already told several friends and family members to go see Derrick at Massage Envy West Hartford.

I had a great experience with the massage therapist and most of the desk staff. If i could rate this solely on my massage experience it would be a 5. The reason for 2 stars is because the poor customer service I received when I was no longer able to afford to keep my membership.I reached out to M.E staff and I was told my option was to freeze the account. Once the freeze option ran out, I was told I had to come in to continue the freeze. Basically, I was discouraged from closing the account because I wouldnt be able to keep my unused passes. I didnt want to lose a service I had already paid for so I agreed to continue the freeze. The catch was I had to come in to an office to continue the freeze. This conversation occurred over the phone and led to a miscommunication where M.E continued my membership without my knowledge.M.E continued to charge me the full rate even after I expressed not wanting to continue the membership. The clinic business manager was rude and insensitive while dealing my issue. I take full accountability for not realizing they were taking money after I expressednot wanting the servic. I would have appreciated it if M.E. managers were kinder and more understanding of their customers. I would have appreciated an apology for the misunderstanding. Even a refund for 1 of the 17 passes I have but will be unable to use in the ridiculously small amount of time they gave me to use them.Make a membership here wisely.Choose another franchise to deal with an you may deal with better people.

Danielle is amazing. I have never met a more knowledgeable and capable therapist. I have a very physical job and need the sessions in order to continue to work without hurting myself. I had always considered massage a luxury, but now I consider it vital to my overall well-being. Im thankful that I took the step and became a member. It has helped me so much!

I had a great experience yesterday with Zion. He helped work out my back which was hurting. He was very professional and kind! I’ve been a Massage Envy member for two years and overall I’ve been very happy with the way things are managed and I’ve experienced some very skilled therapists! I’m glad I made the choice to prioritize my health. I can’t imagine not having a monthly massage now. It’s amazing how often your body becomes tense or out of alignment and could benefit from massage. I regularly get additional massages to my monthly one as well because the rate is so great and they are so accessible. I highly recommend Austin, Genesis and Thomas as well :)

90 minute massage is well worth the time and little extra money. Their rates are reasonable and I’ve found the Glastonbury location has exceptional technicians. Friendly staff and clean environment

This was my first massage so it was a bit new and slightly intimidating for me. Overall, it seems okay. My visit was not due to a problem but rather a birthday gift certificate from my husband. This makes it harder to rate. The attendant was professional. My concerning statement can be made privately so I will speak to the manager via private telephone contact. So, before I booked my massage i read the reviews and I couldnt believe that they could be true.I would like to start by saying i have no idea why this place has ANY bad reviews.To start, the girls up front are so nice as well as quite funny. They go over where your trouble spots are as well as walk you through the process (this was my first ever massage) and communicate that if anything is uncomfortable you just voice that. (I saw a review about too much pressure point and someone that was touchy whom couldve just voiced their concerns and they wouldve been fixed immediately)I had the pleasure of having Patrick as my masseuse. He was very laid back and easy to have conversation with. He applied perfect pressure and when noticed there was an irritation, spasm or tick adjusted immediately. I was surprised how tense my muscles actually were until he started kneading them and i felt immediate relief! He recommend that i come again and what type of massage i should get for my deep muscle issues, and i will defiantly be back!Even as I was leaving the nice woman up front joked with me and was beyond pleasant!I wish stars could go above 5 because this place is amazing!

I called and spoke with Syd, who set me up in the West Hartford, Bishops Corner location. When I arrived I was greeted by Jamie. She matched my energy and was GREAT. She explained everything and answered all of my questions. Jenna, my massage therapist was great. She worked my problem areas with ease. After the massage she instructed me on what to do, and how I should feel. My overall experience, from booking my first massage through Massage Envy until the end, was FABULOUS. I’ve been getting massages regularly for almost a year now and when I tell you Dan has CHANGED MY LIFE. Everyone at Massage Envy is always so friendly and I feel extremely welcome. Not only does Dan have incredible attention to detail and knowledge about massage therapy but he always makes sure it’s a comfortable and safe environment. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dan and the rest of that staff!!

UPDATE:After 4 months of massages, Lesia is still the best. I have a lot of health issues from severe hypermobility and old injuries with my shoulder and lower back, but I am very happily living without daily pain. This is the first time in about 7 years that I havent awoken and gone to sleep each day pain-free. Im able to work out harder and longer thanks to my sessions with Lesia.ORIGINAL:Easily the best massage Ive ever had.I have chronic pain from severe hypermobility. I get low back spasms, chronic shoulder/neck tension from a previous injury, sciatic pain down both of my legs and neuropathic pain in my legs/feet. I have had probably 30+ massages in my life and I live in pain day in and day out.Lesia took away every speck of pain within about 15 minutes. She immediately started on my back and shoulders. I like a soft massage but it doesnt do anything for my pain so I usually do firm or deep. She was the strongest masseuse Ive ever had. She completely relaxed my entire back and even with her super firm pressure I wasnt even close to spasming once. My back and shoulders turned into putty and I was able to completely relax.I was so hesitant going to a big brand name spa. I went all over West Hartford, Bloomfield, Glastonbury and Avon, popping in from spa to spa over the years, searching for relief. But after today I will never ever ever go to another masseuse or to a different spa again. I can already feel that this relief will last longer than 24 hours unlike other massages Ive had, and I know with monthly maintenance I will feel so much better in a few months.And did I mention the price? Its one half of what I usually pay at the spa I was going to, plus as many $65 facials and massages as I want. Yep, Im completely hooked and if youve read this far, you should definitely try them out.

She targeted exactly where I needed and was amazing from the beginning when asking where she should focus on. Danielle = 10!!! Danielle is the best therapist to ever work on me. She has helped me to be essentially pain free. I started out with 1 hour/month & then 90 minutes/month. Now, I see Danielle twice a month for 2 hours each time!! She truly listens to what I need, and she has the skill, knowledge, patience, & strength to work out my problem areas. Danielle is a keeper!!!

Lesia is the only one who I will let massage me because every time I see her I ALWAYS feel better. My pain level always go down. Shes kind, gentle and thorough. She brings a level of calmness and peace thats needed to completely relax so that the massage is effective. Her energy is pure. So glad I chose her!

Ryan is absolutely fantastic, he walked me thru the membership process and what to expect with amazing professionalism. Priya was my masseuse and she did a spectacular job hands down the best massage I have ever received 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 the whole staff was extrememly kind and accommodating I will definitely be back sooner rather than later.

My experience at Massage Envy is ALWAYS amazing!!! So many amazing Massage Therapists and Estheticians that helps me with my body and is able to teach me different ways to help with keeping the pain away, like stretching. So just got a 60 min prenatal massage at this location in West Hartford CT. The massage was good! Thank you to Laura my masseuse! The experience went bad during check out! The young lady that was at check out needs to be trained or retrained as to what is legal and what is NOT! When I give my credit card to a business to pay for a service you do NOT have the right to store my credit card information without asking me! When I asked her why she was asking me for my zip code she responded that she “had to do it manually because the credit card machine was not working,” then she turned around and placed my card into the machine and said “ there it’s working now”! Excuse me! She said nothing to me about storing my credit card info! Nor did she get my consent! She then handed the credit card machine that “wasn’t working” to put in my pin! I asked her “ is it the green button for credit she said yes, then proceeded to yell to the young lady across the room if she was correct, the other employee confirmed! Once I did that the screen on the credit card machine reads “Account complete”! Again EXCUSE ME!! I had to ask her if she stored my card information in which she responded “yes!” “So next time when you come in the card is on file” that’s not how this works! You cannot store my credit card information without my permission or consent! Then with her attitude “oh I can take it off” you should never have placed it on! THERE WAS NO STORED CARD ON MY ACCOUNT AND I AM A MEMBER WHO HAS HAD MANY MASSAGES IN THE PAST AND NO OTHER LOCATION EVER HAD THE NERVE TO JUST STORE MY CREFIT CARD INFORMATION! Except this location! AND I am a member my home store is in West Springfield MA, and I have had massages in both states!This really turned me off! Because now I feel as though I need to put my financial institution on alert for any fraudulent charges! This is not legal nor is it okay! NEVER SHOULD ANY BUSINESS STORE ANY CUSTOMERS CREDIT/DEBIT CARD INFO WITHOUT THAT PERSONS PERMISSION!This is a not an okay practice, for any business!!Also please provide envelopes to the customers for tips please! Another employee should not be aware of how much tip is being left for another employee!Overall I doubt highly that I will be back to this location!

My experience at Massage Envy was amazing, it was my first time at a spa and I’m so shocked that it took me this long to go! Isabela was perfect. I loved that she explained each step because she knew it was my first facial. She was able to fix a this patch of dry skin I had when 3 doctors couldnt. This was my first time coming back to ME since COVID. Derrick remembered after all this time little details that made all the difference. He took his time and checked in on me throughout the massage to ensure I was comfortable and that the level of pressure was right since it had been more than a year and a half. Derrick is the best!

Lesia is one of the only massage therapists to actually dig in deep and work out all my problem areas. I’m a hairdresser and carry all my tension in my shoulders and upper back and she was not afraid to get in there and get those knots out. I’m pretty small built so I feel some therapists are afraid to dig deep into my problem areas and Lesia had NO problem digging deep. I WILL be booking with her again!!

My therapist Jenna is always very thorough with me when she does my intake. She treats each session as it’s own, meaning we can decide what to focus on the most. This most recent session with Jenna, a main focus was upper back and one of my ankles. She relaxed all my muscles and paid extra attention to the above mentioned problem areas.

My therapist-Priya did a great job on my massage. I definitely left feeling refreshed. Pretty expensive without the membership. I had gift cards so I didnt mind.

The people who work there are very nice and most of the massage therapists I’ve seen there are very good. The issues I have with this place are issues with the company itself. The membership is kinda a scam because you can’t just cancel it. Once you sign up you are in it for a full year and even then you have to jump through hoops to cancel. Also it would really be helpful if they had a website where they listed the different therapists and the type of massage they offer. I booked through the app once for a deep tissue massage and it turned out the person I booked with could only do medium pressure. It was a waste of time and money because I get massages for medical issues and it only works if it’s a deep tissue massage.

I love Mary Pat she is so sweet and truly caring!! I would recommend her to everyone I know!! All of the staff are very polite and helpful! I take my disabled client there and they always meet us at the door before I even have her out of the car to hold it open for me so I can help her in!! I love them all!!! A great team!!

The front desk was very nice! The massage therapist gave me a very awful and painful massage. The manager emailed me about my concerns and after explaining In the email how I was not happy about my experience, she never replied back. They didn’t offer a refund or a chance for another massage. I feel like I wasted my time and money and I was in pain for a few days.

Beware before signing any contracts. They act all nice in the beginning , but my biggest mistake was not reading between the lines. They take out 70$ a month from my checking account. Not only am I unable to cancel but they told me I cant even have my mother come in to use a session of mine. BEFORE I signed the contract, I specifically asked if my mom or someone else could use one of my massages...and they said YES, as long as they pay a 10$ transfer fee. Fast forward 6 months and Christmas is now around the corner. I wanted to give my mom a massage for Christmas since Im paying so much every month anyways. However, to my shock and surprise, I was told I cant gift a massage to my mom because I am only allowed to do it ONCE every six months. Nobody ever told me that. In fact, i was led to believe just the opposite.Just one of the many rules and restrictions they did not inform me about. I have been learning as I go and thats not good business. I dont like how they suck you in at first and then say tough luck in the end. Customer service and satisfaction should be number one, not contracts and money hungry corporations. The manager is actually nice, so Im hoping to reason with her and/or find a way to cancel my membership all together.

I booked an intro facial at the last minute and was so thrilled to feel pampered...the first time since the pandemic. My face was so soft when I left and I loved the massage during the mask. Great visit!

Mary Pat is the best most professional, and kind massage therapist Ive ever experienced.Also, pre-COVUD19 vaccines, Kelly froze my account so that I didnt have to cancel my membership. She too was very professional and kind. Now fully vaccinated I resumed coming back to Massage Envy.Because Im 70 years old I was too afraid to leave my home until I was fully vaccinated. Id like to thank Kelly for understanding that. She is responsible for my continuing as a Massage Envy member.

Had a gift card on file bc they couldnt perform due to medical reasons and said no problem theyd save it to my account and put notes in. (CT gift cards never expire BTW.) Remember randomly a long me later but still the same exact location. They had my name and information on file still. No notes. No $75 credit. And said there was nothing they could do. BS. You could honor you word.

Bad customer service!!! Called for a facial the day before for 10 am, the client representative confirmed it with me twice, then I get a call the next morning at 9:15 saying that I missed my appointment and that I will be charged the full amount. When I complained about it, knowing for sure I was right, she went and checked the recording then came back to me saying it was booked for 9 am and that I need to reschedule for another day, and there is nothing she can do for me today…. Its either incompetence or double booing and screwing someone’s plans

The masseuse was very kind and did a great job. The customer service is TERRIBLE. The people at the front desk try to sell you add-ons and extras constantly even after you make it clear that youre not interested. Also, if you are trying to contact them via phone dont expect to get through. Even though they have 3-4 staff members manning the front desk, they will never answer the phone. You will have to leave a message every time and wait for them to call you back. But- I must say the massage was pretty good.

Andrea was super detailed and went over every step and went over every ingredient in the products and what they would do. Very friendly and personable. Would definitely recommended booking a skincare service with Andrea!

My massage therapist was great but the young lady that took my intake information was very unprofessional. She was discussing my body parts and prior sessions in front of the other clients that were in the waiting area. This caused me to be more worked up than when I walked in.

Awesome massage that was personalized to my needs. I had pain in my leg, but felt so much better after my massage!!

The facility was beautiful and very relaxing. The front desk person and the esthetician were very warm and welcoming. The esthetician offer a lot of helpful information and seemed very knowledgeable. The culture of code of conduct for your business is very well carried out.

My therapist Priya listened to my concerns and massaged only the areas I wanted massaged at my session. To me that great communication and makes me feel like I received what I wanted. Priya also felt the muscles that ached my paying close attention to the crunches and spent extra time massing those areas because they were the muscles that ached the most. Thanks Priya for all your hard work and dedication to the field of massage!

It was a well needed Massage. Genesis was personable, professional, and right on point with the pressure of the massage I requested. I would most definitely come back, and highly recommended her!

I never write reviews but this experience is worthy of warning any other potential customers. This location (and probably the whole franchise) has the worst customer relations. I have tried multiple times to cancel my membership and like other reviews have stated they ignore, dont respond, are manipulative, and coercive. I would discourage any person from signing up to the membership. I have called multiple times, each time being assured that I would receive a call back and have not received a single call. I will be looking in to filing a formal complaint with any and all appropriate business forums.

I actually love this place! Ive been going for almost two years, and the therapist I see is truly a lifesaver. I do the 1.5 hour massage with deep muscle therapy every time, and its worked wonders from a physical and mental side. I have also always found the front desk associates very helpful both on the phone and in person.If I had to give a criticism, I will say that it can be very frustrating to try and call the clinic... you have good luck if youre calling when they first open, and they will generally return messages in a timely manner, but its near to impossible to reach anyone in person during the evening when the clinic is busiest and the automated message will tell you that youve made an incorrect selection if you dont press one of their options (1-4) very quickly (read: before the automated voice is done explaining that option). Generally it isnt a problem since they do call back clients that leave messages, but it can be an issue if youre trying to call with an urgent request or concern, or if youre trying to squeeze in. So, plan in advance!

Before coming in I was in really bad pain that was unbearable. When I got on that table Dan insured me that when I got up I was gonna be feeling like a new women! He really accomplished what he sat out to do when I got up I had know more knots in my muscles!! Great job Dan

Twice a month for years, thats how much I love this location of Massage Envy. Tried other locations in the area but they dont compare to the Bishops Corner location that has awesome and friendly employees and great massage therapists. The membership plan makes it really easy to include regular massages as part of your routine.

So glad to FINALLY be able to get a massage without the mask patrol on high alert. Kept me out of their business for over a year with that nonsense. Anywho, the massage is always good!

I see Zion twice per week in a perfect world, he’s simply amazing. Imagine telling a person an issue and they attack the actual problem rather than just doing what they please!! Awesome right? Right . He’s just great at what he does and is always going above and beyond to make sure I’m happy, comfortable , and most of all feeling far better than I did when I arrived. Love him book him just don’t take my dates n times LOL..Ps I fell asleep in my session today so happy because that means trust has been established. no idea what he did in our session because I fell asleep when he started rubbing my feet which was 2 mins into the session LOL woke up to turn over 🤷🏾‍♀️ but I went to sleep in pain and woke up like “new body who this?”

Be careful when you cancel service. Horrible customer service. They are super happy when you want to get a monthly plan but will ignore you when you cancel. I live out of state and requested a cancellation. I requested confirmation of my cancellation and next steps. Today I wake up to being double charged in my account. A simple email or phone call to answer my question to follow up and close the transaction. Instead they double charged my account, very bad business practice.update: after several emails and phone calls my issue was resolved

The customer service at this location is simply awful. I’ve had to call numerous times to resolve issues related to transferring credits to relatives. What should’ve been an easy process, was not. I was told contradicting things from multiple customer service representatives and ultimately felt as if they displayed poor attitude and we’re condescending. I cancelled my membership for the poor customer service and massage quality. I would NOT recommend ME to anyone.

5 all the way! Eneida was amazing and the definition of a massage therapist. The session with her felt like the perfect combination of a massage and therapy, focusing on the causes of muscular stress and understanding how to treat the strained areas. One of the best!

I was surprised that my chemical peel doesn’t take up the full 45 minutes - which what I am paying for, not 25 minutes. Also I was charged $15 for a neck and décolletage area which I really got a quick upper neck rub. I was wearing a turtleneck fleece and was not told to remove it, thus not getting a full area treatment.

Management is rude. Specifically manager Martha. She lacks supervisory skills belittles employees and doesnt have common courtesy. Needs to be retrained to handle employees better and to delegate work to employees and make sure they are trained properly. Sad to say I know someone she let go for having an attitude while others seem to have appreciated this employee. Everyoneis entitled to have a bad day as she has had many herself. Would never recommend this establishment to anyone as long as she is employed there.

All the therapists are top notch, the front desk staff remembers you and its just a very professional place to go. I was regretting my Massage Envy membership (because I signed up for it at another location) but since this West Hartford location opened, Ive been thrilled.

Great staff and great services! My only issue is with their tipping system, as a member, if you ask them to tip 20%, they actually tip 20% of the non-member rate, which I find to be quite problematic.
