Great experience! Received the body scrub and massage. Be advised that this body scrub is not for the faint of heart. As I lay there, naked and afraid, I started rethinking my decision… but alas, it was too late. She began. By the end, she had scrubbed away all my past indiscretions as well as the sins of my ancestors. I will definitely be back.I booked a deep tissue massage as well. It was just okay, but admittedly the body scrub was a tough act to follow.

Yesterday was the first day that I have had off and, completely to myself, in about seven months. So, what could I do for myself on this special day? I decided to visit Seoul Spa and Sauna for my very first visit. And it was a perfect decision. Ive been to Korean baths quite a few times so I had a reasonable expectation of what the experience should be but, every business is run differently and has different staff so experiences can vary. I can happily state that everyone that I encountered at Seoul Spa and Sauna was fantastic. They were all doing their best to take care of me and ensure that my visit was pleasant. I left a happier and much more relaxed person than when I arrived and that sense lasted the remainder of the day and on top of it, I had an exceptionally restful nights sleep. The location is a reasonable distance from home so I fully intended to make more visits there whenever I can and would happily recommend it to anyone who has an interest in such things.If you are contemplating a visit to Seoul Spa and Sauna, regardless if you are a Korean spa newbie or experienced one, I would recommend reviewing all of the POSITIVE reviews here on Google. Honestly, they all portray what I experienced first hand and gave a good picture of what to expect of the facility. If you are a newbie to Korean spas, I would recommend in addition to reading the reviews, doing some online research to get a clear understanding ahead of time about just what it is; it may be an acquired taste for some people. But, definitely try it once. A Korean scrub is a real simple and basic thing but it is a pleasurable and re energizing experience.

This is one of the most satisfying place where I ever been! For the true lovers of DEEP TISSUE massage fully recommend! I would choose Emily , she is such a skilled lady and very pleasant! Also place offering sauna and steam room! Place is super clean quite! This is a high level of work and professional! Highly recommendation!!!!

This was the best experience of my life! I only learned recently that this full body exfoliation is all the rage on the internet. Luckily for me I live 5 minutes from this establishment. It was an absolute treat and even not having a clue what to expect they were very good at directing me throughout my services. I had the luxury of receiving a full body scrub by Yo Yo which included my face and scalp. I felt like a baby being washed and I was very comfortable the entire time. I will say if you are modest and dont want to let it all hang out this is not the experience for you. My services started with a dry and steam sauna followed by the scrub. I then opted for an hour massage with Tony which was so relaxing and devine. He starts with compressions and spent so much time on my neck and shoulders (where I need it the most) and lots of Trigger point therapy. Incorporated was some shiatsu and stretching and I most definitely fell asleep! This entire experience was awakening and just what I needed for my self care journey. Im detoxed, relaxed and as smooth as a babys bottom.

This is a hidden gem in West Hartford! The one-hour massage was absolutely amazing and then afterwards you get to use the dry and wet saunas. My body hasn’t felt this good in a long time! I’m canceling my Massage Envy membership today!

Probably the best experience I’ve had getting a massage/ at a spa. The whole environment is very relaxing and great attention to detail. The couples massage was amazing and so was the sauna afterward. Really love the atmosphere they have created here, and the space was very clean.

Interesting experience, excellent body scrub received from a female employee.Language barrier, not sure if the scrubbing gloves are used only once and disposed, for higenic purposes. Pictures on the website are photo stocks, not reflecting an actual spa set up. Room for improvement, but will give them another try.

A great spa and sauna. I did the body scrub followed by a massage. Cleanest I’ve been in months and very relaxed. Highly recommend.

A had an amazing time of my life. I first started off with a 60mins massage, during the massage i was so relaxed i fell asleep. After which, I was directed to a dry heated room where I lay down and relax for about 20-30mins. The Sauna was next, followed by the body scrub. This body scrub is a whole other experience to itself that I would encourage everyone to have. I felt like a brand new woman when it was all over. Its worth every dollar I paid. Thank you for being so attentive, and diligent with scrub.

I am so disappointed by this place from the moment we walked in. We werent even greeted at the door just sort of motioned to move along. The directions we were given were not clear. The communication was poor. They then put us into a couples room with NO DOOR and just a curtain and a thin sheet. You can hear people talking out loud the whole time and the two women who did our couples massages talked to each other half the time. The craziest part is that they never even massaged me. It was more of elbows and arms. No lotion except on your back and the woman got on the table I was laying on to massage me. Im shocked. I wouldnt waste your time or money here!

I took my husband and I for the body scrub and it was amazing as always. Its was my husband first time but my third. We first lay in a hot room, I dont know what it called but the floor,ceiling and wall are all hot, wonderful. Then you taken into a hot sauna with a cold bottle of water. 😆 my husband couldnt take the heat, my General ❤️ he step out a couple of times. As I bashed in the refreshing feeling of my pores opening in my skin being hydrated. Then come the best part, the scrub it absolutely amazing 👏 🙌 ❤️ we were in a room together separated by a curtain. They accommodate us by having the curtain half drawn, my husband felt more comfortable 👀 me 😄. Every since the first time I come, I have been exfoliate my skin at bath time. This scrub is about getting the hard to reach places the cracks and crevices 😄. My skin feels amazing 👏 and you leave feeling relax. I always feel like it took away all my stress, toxic and negative energy you feel light and revived. Oh yeah my husband absolutely love it!!!!! ❤️ Already told me he come again with me. We got a snack on the way home and we both sleep like a puppy..

As always my experience today was A1+. There’s always something special here the atmosphere and all the positive extras. You won’t be disappointed! my family and I have been coming here for years. Today - hot stone massage! I’m leaving so mellow per usual!

Excellent Korean spa experience! The scrub and facial services were amazing and included time in the dry and wet saunas beforehand. Ill be back!

I enjoyed a body scrub by Jennie and deep tissue massage by Tina after using the sauna and steam room. They did an excellent and professional job and my hip joints which are usually sore felt the best they have felt in a very very long time. I highly recommend them both.

An amazing experience from beginning to end. Very professional, and I came out of there like a brand new person with no pains in my upper or lower back! Absolutely making this part of my self care routine.

HEAVEN! Literally the only place I found a steam room and dry sauna in CT. It was an awesome experience. The staff and the massage…90 minutes of perfect bliss with moments of nice sharp releases. When the foot massage came I was afraid I was about to as well! So good!

Ive been coming to this location for years. They are very professional, extremely clean and the service is always friendly and of a high standard. The sauna is top notch and the steam room is very powerful. I highly recommend and will always come back like I always do! Thanks for such great service over the years!

Friendly, clean, the masseuse Tony really knows what he’s doing! He’s working on huge knot in my back from lifelong scoliosis that no other masseuse has been able to help. It’s a lovely way to spend the afternoon

Visited Seoul Spa for the first time for my birthday in Nov 2023. Had a wonderful experience and the Salt Scrub and Massage is like no other! Sio much so that I came back on Dec. 1 for another massage with Tony - who again addressed all my soreness from hiking. Cancelling my stretch lab and trading it for a frequent massage and hot stone visit with sauna @ Seoul Spa. If I could rate a 10...i would 💖⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Got a package of body scrubs for Xmas. Been booking a body scrub every other week! The absolute best way to unwind and relax.

If youve never experienced a Korean Body Scrub youre dirty and havent lived. You just need to be comfortable with being naked and bath like a baby. The staff is friendly, focused, and does their job. Just need to listen for the cues in when to turn or stand up.

Came here for a couples massage and sauna. Trying out a new place is always an adventure but it ended up being a fantastic date night.They give you a locker for your shoes up front, and then a second one for your clothes and purse etc in the locker room (you change in a dedicated gender locker room that has a shower, and can be locked if you prefer privacy). You change into disposable underwear and a robe and then are taken to your massage room.The massage was a great deep tissue massage. I have a lot of experience with American “Swedish” and “deep tissue” massages but I find that the Asian style of pressure from palms, arms and elbows does more for me. I don’t know if I’d go for a specific injury or concern because of the language barrier, but for general tightness from being a chronic exerciser, it really helped. My hips and shoulders feel great! My husband also reported a very deep tissue massage without crossing into pain. I will definitely keep “my massage guy” for when I need specific problem solving, but this massage was perfectly adequate for a tune up for only $85/hour.Then we did the dry sauna (a traditional sauna where they laid out a towel on the floor) followed by the steam sauna. The traditional sauna was kept quite hot.Everything was quite clean, especially the dry sauna, with the possible exception of the steam shower had a bit of a wet/musty odor.You pay at the beginning but sign and leave a tip at the end.

Went with a friend for their sauna, scrub and massage. Feel like i walked out 10 years younger and in a brand new body.Cant wait to go back! Wonderful spa experience!

I have never had a more painful massage...EVER!!! This was my first time coming here. I had an appointment for a reiki foot massage for 60 minutes. I am suffering from sciatica so I just wanted my feet done. She came in, said hi, and then proceeded to man handle my shoulders, neck, head, and back. I was really nervous because I didnt want her to touch the area that is bothering me in my back. Then, she started massaging my feet which then went to my calves, I kept asking her not so hard and she would giggle and say, hard is good yes? The room we were in was close to the front desk area. We could hear laughing and talking the whole time. One of the employees cell phones went off in the room that we were in and it just kept ringing and ringing until it went to voicemail. Nobody bothered to try to silence it while we were in there. At the end of the massage it got interesting because she started rubbing my thighs and my stomach area and my arms and pulling on my arms. It was honestly the most bizarre massage Ive ever had. I felt bad for her, as she was older and she could not communicate well but she definitely gave it everything she had. She had hands like an iron vice!!! Im already developing bruises around my ankles. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Customer service at its finest. I love getting massages here! Its well worth it. Yo Yo has been my massage therapist several times now and she does exactly what I need for my body. I have serious neck, shoulder, and back pain from computer all day for work and previous sport injuries so coming here has been a blessing. I will definitely be booking a scrub and facial session soon too. Its down the street from me and when it was my first time visiting, they made sure to guide me through the sauna/steam/massage room and made me feel comfortable. This facility is VERY clean and professional. I hope this review helps you out because I highly recommend this spot!

Had the body scrub with the sauna, and steam room which was amazing. Another level of holisic self care. I left feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. Lily was great! I would go again and recommend this location for your next massage or body scrub.

I walked out of there feeling PISSED. I dont think thats a good response to getting a massage. My back is in so much pain right now. My daughter and I had a body scrub which was normal, and I think if I stopped there it would have been a decent experience. I went into the room first and my daughter followed, I was face down so I didnt realize the person massaging me was a different person, which happened to be a man. I dont ever want to get massaged by a man, so it was more than a surprise. Once I realized it I felt like I couldnt do anything meanwhile he is pushing down on me so hard it literally started to cause pain in my breast. I didnt want to move because I didnt have clothes on. It was just a really uncomfortable experience. He then proceeded to massage way too hard and he did try to adjust it but it still hurt a lot, and every moment it still managed to miss spots where I need to actually be massaged. I left with a lot of back pain esp in my lower back...actually my whole back freaking hurts I feel stressed and pissed. Its literally the opposite of what I wanted to feel. Im truthfully really disappointed as we were looking foreward to it. I dont think well be going back. There were moments I was bearing it like itll be over soon, and moments where I just was about to be like STOP the entire massage I dont need it...like at all ever again...Korean sauna in Jersey and NY is where Ill be 🤭

Would highly recommend this spa if you need a selfcare day…. Do not second guess it!!!

Amazing! This was my first Korean Spa experience and I am as smooth as a baby’s bottom. I’m a bit modest so the body scrub was a bit intimate at first but I quickly relaxed. It was great and I plan to return in a couple weeks! I also had the cucumber facial. It was real cucumbers but i expected more cleaning. Next time I will get the massage.

This place is everything. Me and my partner try to go every month. They really figure out what is going on with your body and work out a really rewarding plan. Every one is always really nice and professional.

YUYU scrubbing me like a baby was pampering. Loved it! However, its spa! So I recommend they make the scrub room feel look & spell like one! Other than a high school gym/shower!My massage by Brian would have been one of the best ever had if it wasnt constantly interrupted! Thats unprofessional & rude! Ill book him again expecting no interruptions, unless they plan on refunding me.

Services are Way too expensive.  the body scrub is not too bad. But I can definitely say that masseurs are not qualified at all. I doubt if they have any certificates. It will be no different from a massage you can get from your spouse/partner. They spend most of the massage stepping on your back. During the massage, other employees come in and out of your room and speak in their native language. Actually, I was going to this business mostly for the sauna and the steam room. But the owner of the business is waiting like a policeman by the sauna as if he has not charged you a lot of money. I guess he does this to keep their bills low. This is not the sauna experience it should be. He allows you to go in there once. Indeed you should go in stay a few minutes and get out take a little break go back in. Some of the workers speak no English. I don`t expect Shakespeare English from anyone, dont get me wrong. but at least some basic English would be nice so that they can communicate with their customers. When I was there last time Someone locked the men`s locker room and took so long time in there, I did not wanna wait in a towel wrap so long in the hall way, wanted to wait in the dry sauna room so that I don`t get a cold. I am trying to explain this to the worker all she says is no no no no you massage finishIn short, the probability of having a quality experience is here low. maybe it wont be too bad, but it is inversely proportional to the amount of money you give.

Although I Never give bad reviews gotta say had a massage from this place today and it was Terrible!! I been there 4 times before and was Always great!! Full body massage would be back and front head to toe!!! Well today the lady spent 90% on my back and arms!!! Did very little leg stretch!! How about massaging the legs like everyone else does and when I asked her she said no!!! Lol unbelievable! On the way out I told the owner but he didnt say much not sure he cared! Should have at least offered another massage the correct way or a refund!! Nothing!!!

Hands down best massage I’ve ever had in my life. Jenny was the most intuitively in tune with the needs and stress of muscles than any other person I’ve gone to. I was clear about my problem areas and she listened to my direction but she also worked and manipulated the muscles I didn’t even know needed it. The pressure of the massage was divine. Every time she asked me if the pressure was okay I found myself using adjectives I don’t normally use in my everyday life like splendid and phenomenal. My friend treated me to a body scrub and massage package which included the sauna, wet sauna, body scrub and facial. I didn’t want the facial like so they just adjusted the massage time instead which was excellent because our services pretty much lined up perfectly. I will say it’s not the highest end of spas that I’ve been to but where they lack in some aspects of ambiance and frills they certainly make up for in service quality and attention to detail. I highly recommend trying this experience because I literally cried tears of happiness when I left from the euphoric release of tension.

I opted for the body scrub and massage and was incredibly happy with the experience! This place is not for the uptight especially if you’re opting for a body scrub. Get ready to have all that dead skin sloughed off and buckets of warm water thrown over you to rinse you clean. Finished with a shampoo, head massage, and face wash before being led to the massage area. My neck and shoulders were really tight and my massage therapist worked them out like a pro. I will absolutely come back!

Although from the outside it looks very generic, located in a plaza, the inside is clean and comforting!They provide you with a key to a secure locker for your belongings. They also provide you with a nice robe, for your comfort.I went for a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Su, and she was amazing!! Best massage I’ve ever had. She worked out all of the kinks and knots in my EXTREMELY tight upper back and shoulders. After my massage was over, I was then invited to use their dry sauna, which was nothing short of relaxation!Thank you for the experience! I will be returning!

My go to massage spot in CT. Their prices are reasonable, their masseuses are wonderful and know what theyre doing, and they make sure to communicate with you during the massage to make sure the pressure applied is good for your body that day. My favorite part: the post-massage wet and dry sauna. I spend at least 10 minutes there after the massage and my body feels so much better after. I highly recommend their full-body deep tissue massage.

Loved it, wish I couldve had a higher level option in the sauna for sitting other than the floor. But none the less it was amazing. A true hot steam room..temperatures were perfect!!!.Ill make it part of my routine for sure!

I had an excellent experience here today. They were polite & made me feel very comfortable. I had a three part treatment (scrub, massage, pedicure) and they did not skip a beat. The saunas were great. The scrub was an amazing experience, unlike anything I have ever done before. The massage was a really effective deep tissue. Pedicure was perfect. Highly recommend. I will definitely be back.

I can not say enough about Seoul Spa and Sauna. We went for the couples Korean body wash, facial and massage. We died and went to Heaven for two hours. The body scrub removes all the dead skin and your skin feels amazing. The facial is done with cucumber which is so refreshing and the massage is so relaxing. The establishment is extremely clean which was very important to Us. We drove an hour to get there and it was worth every mile. Cant wait to go back. Thank You so much to the girls who attended to us.

Been coming here for 4 plus years! the massage workers are very friendly and nice people. Gentleman at front desk asked me to pay before getting service. mind you im used to paying at the end so i can determine how i would like to tip based of service that was provided to me because i tip very well! While im speaking saying what is the reason for sudden change hes not even acknowledging me and has head down whole time while im speaking. I understand they have a buisness to run and wasnt so bothered about asking for money before the service, it was the lack of empathy and it almost seemed as if i was talking to my self for 20 seconds until i said you just lost a long time customer and he proceeds to finally look up and to say ok not a problem!

Just got the body scrub by a very friendly woman named Judy. She made my first Korean spa experience a very pleasant one. I am self conscious when it comes to my body but she was very professional and put me at ease. My gosh all the dead skin that flew off my body. One never realizes until you go in and get the scrub. My body and skin are thanking me. Will definitely come back in a few months. I first when in the dry sauna then the steam room and then the body scrub. Worth every penny. P..S gloves are 5 dollars so save them if you plan to come back.

I love this spa, it’s not busy and loud like the Korean spas in NYC. It always feels quiet, private and exclusive. I’ve had all the services, the employees are friendly and give an amazing massage. A perfect day is going to get a foot massage and relaxing in the dry sauna room. And then, have some Pho down the block, it’s a ritual of love to myself. Tips: bring your face mask before going into sauna, and bring your loofah for a quick shower after the steam sauna.

Dont doubt this. Just go. By far one of the more satisfying spa experiences Ive ever had. First you strip down and put on a dress robe. Then you sit in the sauna for 20 minutes and then they move you into the steam room for as long as you can take it. From there youll go into the room where they do the scrubbing. And they will scrub. At first I wasnt sure if I would be able to handle the pain because yes, it will hurt. However, after several minutes you do indeed start to relax and you get used to it. You just think about the incredible treatment you are getting and how you will feel and you just relax through it. Its all about the water and they intermittently pour. buckets of water over you which is pure heaven. They provide a wet hand towel and place it over your privates for modesty sake. But just a few minutes into the treatment and you just dont care. When she is done scrubbing she then soaps you up. I felt like a child being bathed and it was wonderful. When all is said and done they then wash your hair and take you into the sauna for a couple minutes to dry off. I immediately booked my next appointment I cant wait to do four or five of these to see what my skin will be like. After just one treatment my skin is as soft as it has ever been. I followed up with a 30 minute massage as well. Its not quite the massage that you might be used to. They use a lot of pressure points and some stretching. It was a stellar massage and I plan on continuing with the massages here as well. So glad I found this place.

I first went here off a Groupon for a body exfoliation and I have come back ever since. For the exfoliate, for the pedicure and to just unwind in the saunas. I have brought my friends and family to experience your place with me and they love it as well. I enjoy self pampering and have been to other places but this by far is my absolute favourite!!

Sauna is blazing hot, steam room so steamy you cant see 2 feet in front of you. Nice! Got the body scrub it was amazing! Definitely not for the modest youll get scrubbed like a 2 year old in the tub. Came out feeling super clean Ill be back!!!

This is my second and last time coming to this spa. My massage was not relaxing or nice. The masseuse hurt me. I said it was too much and yelped a couple times, but she would not ease up.The scrub was nice and honestly the only service I would get. My skin feels good. But then the thing that really ticked me off was the guy at the main entrance.I paid $125 to get the special. It’s not very cheap, so I was going to leave a tip of $5 since I thought even for not so great service, that was ok. Then the guy says that it isn’t enough and I should leave $25. Really!? How about you let your customers decide how to spend their money. That is not your place to tell people what to tip!I will not be coming here again and neither will my friend that came with me. We both have had better experiences at other spas and will be going elsewhere, thank you.

Absolutely phenominal experience. I go here at least once a month for the scrub and massage. The dry sauna and steam sauna are excellent. The body scrub is an exfoliating experience and the leaves the skin feeling smooth with an all over rejuvenation. The massage has a reflexology approach hitting all those pressure points. The staff is super friendly and Kevin is a gracious host. 5 star experience

Wonderful. Loved the bidy scrub. Amazing.

Decided to try this place because my mom got a nice body scrub, but there pedicure service leaves a lot to be desired. The instruments were not sanitized, there was a bad odor and my feet feel rougher now then before I went in. All that was done was a nail trim, file and paint barely any soaking time and no massage or even lotion application.

Awesome body scrub. It was my first time doing a body scrub, and I definitely recommend it if you enjoy exfoliation or if you love the scrub part of getting a pedicure. The scrubbing feels really good, plus it gets all your dead skin off,,, which is actually a lot believe it or not. First you go into the wet sauna to sweat out toxins and prep your skin for the scrub. Then you go to the scrubbing room and the woman uses scrubbing pads, that are like little sandpaper towels. And you can choose to buy your own and take them with you. She scrubbed very thoroughly, and for a long time. After the scrub they wash you down and then rub you down with oil. Im not sure if other reviews on Google said it, but you have leave your inhibitions at the door. You will be naked most of the time while getting the scrub, but you can choose to wear disposable underwear if you wish, which I did. Then after the scrub you put a robe on and can lay in the dry sauna, which is really nice.

I have been here many times and the quality of this place has gone down tremendously upon enetering everything smells moldy and like old food! I have used almost every service they offer and the body scrub is the only one I would recommend if I HAD to. I purchased a hot stone massage and feet reflexology. I was burned with the stones not once but twice. Other wise I was relaxed. As i was about to change I. The ladies locker room I realized there were ants all about. I mentioned it to the woman upon check out and she looked shocked. So I went back to show her and of course there were ant traps? Not sure what they are called. She knew all along and she still had a nerve to ask me to leave a tip. I will never return

AWESOME! This place is so cool. Its a Korean spa with a sauna, steam room, massage, body scrub and mani/pedi. I did the 90m scrub/massage combo, which I would highly recommend. They walk you through a process of sweating then exfoliating that is amazing. I would go back just for the massage -- they walk on your back! Its very physical and got deep into my muscles with a focus on the neck and back. Its a totally unique experience and I cant wait to go again!

I truly love coming here for Brian’s foot massage. He is very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. He always apply the right amount of pressure. This last time I almost fell asleep. I wish they did hand and arm massages too. Brian also does a great job with the full body massage too.

If you’re looking for nice glowing skin COME HERE and get a scrub !!! They are professional about the whole experience. There’s a bit of a language barrier but that was easy to navigate.

Absolutely loved my full body scrub experience. Went with 2 friends and we couldnt stop raving about the atmosphere, ambience, and pampering that Seoul Spa offered. Dont be deceived by the exterior, its complete paradise on the inside. Will be back!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. If i could give this establishment a 0 star review, I would. My girlfriend and I purchased the body scrub off of Groupon and made appointments for today at 10am. When making the appointment, we were told to come in at 9am. They advise you to come early so you have time to change, and then spend time in the dry and steam sauna before your scrub. We had gotten there around 8:45 and realized that no-one was in the establishment. At 9am, a car pulled up next to us and it seemed like it was the staff for the spa. Mind you, the hours for Sunday are from 9am until 10pm which is clearly stated on the website, on Groupon as well as on their front door!!! We waited until 9:10 to head in, to allow them time to set up and get ready. We walk in and are met with a horrible glare, not even a hello or good morning. Just a death stare, almost as if we were bothering the gentleman behind the front desk. We explained that we were there for our 10am appointments but that we were advised to come in at 9am. The guy behind the desk proceed to tell us we were liars and that no-one told us to come at 9am. He explained that nothing had been turned on and the saunas were not ready and wouldnt be for at least another half hour. All the while, he was being extremely rude and that we were inconveniencing him. We decided to leave and contact Groupon immediately. We asked for our money back and that we refused to give this establishment an ounce of money. I have never been treated so poorly in my life and i advise everyone to stay away from this place. Customer Service is everything and if you treat your customers poorly, it will come back to you. To everyone reading this review, take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Definitely recommend this place. This was my first time for body scrub and the experience was very good. Jenny did a great job, made sure I was comfortable all through out. The facility is very clean and well maintained.

Ive never been to an establishment that asked for a tip, so unprofessional. There is def a horrid fishy garlic smell in thr facility..eww! The body scrub was cool i was expecting a little more products to be used not just soap and face wash..but oh well

We went for a pedicure. The worst one ever. To begin the lady had a very strong unpleasant body odor. She only soak our feet, file the toe nails and painted them. No bubble on the soak watter, no attention to the heels no scrubbing, no lotion, no massage. Horrible not $25 dollars worth.

This is a Korean spa so make sure you know what a body scrub is! But it was such a relaxing and wonderful experience. Worth every penny.

Very nice experience, but after going twice I realized the cashier has a habit of complaining rudely about the tip given, stating that the tip should be higher because their prices are already very high and it should be a high percentage. Don’t fall for it, if they expect a high tip in order to pay their masseuses it should be factored into the price (which, again, is already high)

It is with incredible displeasure that I write this review. It may be the first negative review I’ve ever written. I am the person who always gives 5 stars and asks to speak to the manager to give high praises to any job well done. Unfortunately this business provided me with the worst customer service experience of my life. I had more than one occasion of feeling the manger (or owner?) truly did not care about his customers but this last time was sadly the last time for me. I had purchased a package of 5 scrubs in Jan 2017. I used two of them in early of 2017. My Dad became very ill and sadly passed away so there was a very large portion of 2017 I wasn’t able to be in CT and make any appts. Every time I went to use one of my 5 I ALWAYS brought someone with me who was paying full price for their service. In early Jan 2018 I used my 4th scrub. I vaguely remember a one year expiration but recalled buying them in very late Jan or early Feb so I thought it wasn’t a problem. I made an appt for Jan 28th and again brought someone with me. When I walked in the manager asked if I had credit left. I said yes. He looked at his book and said no it’s expired. He pulled the book towards me and said look. It had expired on Jan 21st. He had already crossed it off with expired somewhere between Jan 21st and Jan 28th. I explained that it was my 40th birthday gift to myself from all of my family and friends and that I didn’t understand how there was zero leniency in the one year mark…that I thought I had at least until the end of the month. He said no, it’s expired. He had ZERO interest in trying to find a way to make it work. Standing beside me was my sister in law ready for her service. He knows me and knows that I always bring someone with me (who would have otherwise NEVER known about his business). What shocked me was that I was there just a few weeks prior and he could have told me that I had one service left about to expire or made a courtesy phone call to me to let me know (my phone number was right there on the page he put a line through). He could have offered some way of making it work since I was there and only 7 days past. My sister in law was speechless. He was smug, callous and wanted to do nothing to meet in the middle. I’ve been a client of his for years bringing new clients to him all the time. I teach wellness workshops and have let students know about the services he offers since my students are local to his business. We left and neither of us will ever go back. It is really sad to me that someone wouldn’t want to treat loyal customers with just a little bit of decency.

Listen, this will be the best and appropriately intimate massage you will ever recieve! Went with my boyfriend for a simple couple massage, wasnt nothing simple about it. Clean, professional, quiet, fair prices, etc. Make sure to tip!!!!!
