My wife and I got couples massages yesterday (2-10-2024) and it was absolutely lovely. I had Jenna and my wife had Eileen (I hope their names are spent right.) Each were so pleasant, sweet, and warm. From the moment we arrived, (a little too early) we were greeted so nicely by everyone there. The space here is so calming and inviting. The music and smells soothed me and my spirit greatly. My wife was so at ease as well. We filled out some quick paperwork and went into our space after the prepped it. We started with a wonderful foot soak. Our room was simple and so comfortable. We went over paper work with them and got comfortable. It seemed to last so long. For my first time, I was beyond relaxed and comfortable. We were asked throughout if everything was comfortable to ensure our ultimate relaxation was managed. We were not rushed out when our time had ended either. I would 100% recommend this hidden gem in WEHA if you are looking for some help in a great self care experience. I still feel wonderful the next day. We will be back!!😊🤗😌

Booked their “couple massage package” for an early Valentine’s Day gift. The staff was so kind and attentive, the whole experience was fantastic!!!!The couples package had some wonderful special touches with the rose petals and refreshments. We will definitely book this package every year for Valentine’s Day but could be a great option for any occasion.If you any issues with the online booking , we just called the office and all was good !

My husband and I had a romantic couples massage 11/4/21 to celebrate our 9 yr anniversary. Location was easy to find, parking available- bonus part about this is that there are soo many restaurants in blue back square you can actually walk to them and avoid a parking fee. Our massage therapist( Jenna & I think Mary) did an AMAZING job! We were on time! you hear that - on time…. I see negative reviews on here about scam but just show up on time and don’t cancel last min.They took us in right away, went over our question/ area to focus and avoid then we got undressed and started. I loved that the blankets were warm, the music was relaxing. Pressure of massage was on point! they really know what they are doing and going during massage. We weren’t expecting refreshments…. Which was very nice. Self love is so important. Treat yourself to a massage. Your body will thank you. We didn’t know how much we needed it. Thank you 🙏 so much for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back.

Start to finish, I couldnt ask for a better experience. Booking an appointment online is simple. Their space would be hard to find except they provide very detailed instructions on how to find them. Amanda was amazing! When I go back, I will definitely see her again.

If youre looking for a super clean and professional place to go, THIS IS IT. Me and my boyfriend did a couples massage for the first time and it was amazing, disposable felt cover on face rest, coconut oil in disposable cups instead of using one pump bottle for everyone. Very relaxing atmosphere and amazing staff (amanda is fantastic!) 100% recommend!

I scheduled and appointment online. I was emailed stating a credit card was needed which was absolutely fine. However, my job is very demanding (reason why I very much needed a massage). Lindsay sent a couple of text and I just couldnt get back at her at the time. When I did (day before the appointment) to give it to her. She was absolutely rude. I was trying to apologize. Told me to just give her the credit card number because she needed to get home to her kids. Thats a NO for me. Work on your customer service skills and how to speak to potential new clients. I went to Victoria Day Spay. Amazing!!!! Was treated with absolute kindness.

Staff are always welcoming and have great communication. My therapist Jenna was excellent and discussed areas of focus before the massage and checked in on me throughout. Look forward to the next one!

Great place to go for massages! Read the directions carefully so you find the office as it’s a little tricky the first time, but it’s very clean and all the providers are professional and friendly. My husband and I keep coming back for couples massages. I always feel better after my appointments!

The ambiance was great, the ladies were professional and listened to what our needs were. They made sure we were comfortable the entire visit. We left there feeling relaxed, and like new! Scheduling online was incredibly easy and you can fill out the intake paperwork online ahead of time. The experience is great, so warm and friendly the minute you enter and they truly care about you. the massage therapist works with you to find out what areas of body need the most attention and are really good, professional and courteous. this was my second massage here and i am so happy and my body feels great and cant wait for my next massage.

I recently had an appointment with Lindsey, and it was one of the best massages of my life. She was down-to-earth, attentive, and very professional. The whole experience was a refreshing change of pace from all the spas out there who charge a fortune but don’t do enough deep tissue work. If you want a serious massage for an affordable price, this is the place. 5 Stars 🌟

Theres not enough good I could say about the massage I just had. BEST ever. Cat (Cathleen) KNOWS WHAT SHES DOING! I usually leave a massage a little disappointed, thinking it just wasnt enough. I expected the same but was nearly brought to tears from the instant relief in my lower back. I am DEFINITELY making this a monthly trip. I believe she can help heal my pain. In Touch is amazing! I want to give a shout out to Nicole for the most amazing deep tissue massage I have ever had. The Business itself is very friendly, as well as really clean. I went into the massage looking forward to a normal deep tissue massage,but what I got was a massage that was hitting knots I had in my muscles that I didnt even know were there. I can recommend this place enough!

I received the best one hour massage about one month ago and I am looking to book again! I have had a handful of massages in my life and this was by far the most therapeutic one yet. My body felt noticeably better for days after. Lindsey took great care to be sure I felt comfortable in her East Hartford office which may I add is located at The Conduit, a holistic and sound center, thus filled with healing energy. The massage room is spacious, decorated with taste, and overall a great place to be. After the massage I was offered tea and invited to relax in the lobby. I recommend a massage by In Touch Massage to everyone I know.

Im a regular. Lindsey is amazing. My neck and back are awful from car accidents and years of non ergonomic work stations. After just one session, the relief from pain was huge. Before I made the appointment to go in, I was in constant pain and couldnt sleep. Now I feel like I can live a normal life.Also, the office is nice, clean, and the atmosphere is very relaxing and welcoming. Do yourself a favor and go. You wont regret it.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!The rating really says it all. . .We booked a couples massage after reading some of the reviews, however our experience was very different.On our way to our massage we unfortunately inquired an accident on the highway, after realizing that wed be about 5-10 minutes late we called to let them know. We were assured that there was in fact no rush at all and to take our time.The gps took us to an empty parking lot and were very confused. So we called the office to see if they could point us in the right direction, but no one answered. The first option after no one answering was a to press one if you could not locate the office. Clearly this is an ongoing issue if its your first option. This place doesnt even have proper signage to indicate what building its in. All the message over the phone said was that it was located directly across from town hall in a beige building, which is most of the buildings on that street.After calling 3x with no answer and tying a few buildings we finally located it. it was on the 3rd floor of an office building in an office. I was a little skeptical when arriving since the room we were located smelled of mildew and it was so empty it looked as if their office had been robbed.Our two masseuses asked each of us we needed to use the bathroom and then instructed us to fill out a 2 page intake form which took about 5-10 minutes. After coming back to discuss with us, they left us to undress and prepare for our massage.The massage itself was pretty sub par but I wasnt going to hold it against her, although for $120 it definitely was a rip off.The massage seemed pretty short but after it was over, we laid there for a 3 minutes talking, got up and dressed and looked at the time. It was 1 minute after our original massage time.We were pretty upset and I questioned it upon check out. We paid $240 for a 25 minute massage! She told us they they had even went OVER their time they carved out for us and went above and beyond. I couldnt believe it.she said that in her email to confirm the appointment she suggested getting there 10 minutes early. So essentially if you have an appointment at 445 and come on time, need to use the bathroom and do her intake form, youve already cut 15 minutes into your massage time! Such robbery! I dont recommend this scam artist to anyone!

Who wouldn’t love a massage after a crazy, hectic, last couple of months as an essential worker that never stopped working during a pandemic!? I was looking up couple massages to surprise my boyfriend and came across “In Touch Massage”. Many places weren’t offering “couple massages due to COVID-19 (not being able to have 4 ppl in the same room) & i was super enthusiastic to find out that “In Touch Massage” was offering a Romantic Couples Package! I booked Immediately! I told my boyfriend to meet me at this location. I arrived on time, however, my boyfriend was running 15min late due to an unexpected car accident on the highway. The ladies were beyond sweet and understanding and offered to STILL continue service and explained that we would just forfeit the time and wouldn’t receive the full 60min! My boyfriend and I agreed to reschedule to receive the full experience of 60 minutes!!! I was told that there was a cancellation fee being that i did not reschedule in the matter of 24hrs. I was told i had to call the owner “Lindsey” to find out what the cancellation fee was. She told me i had to pay for the full service ($265). Which I did not hesitate to pay & gave the ladies cash. I understand rules and regulations and did the right thing! I rescheduled to find out i had to pay another $265 my next appointment. I was beyond upset because i didn’t expect to pay another $265 and i called “Lindsey” again to explain the situation. I scheduled the appointment. I arrived on time. I paid a cancellation fee with no hesitation. I agreed to reschedule and i was super upset that she was not compassionate or understanding in regards to working out a better price or even a discount. $530 in total just to simply reschedule a 1hr massage. Especially around these times. The ladies in the office apologized and told me that they did not expect for “Lindsey “ to charge me the full amount. (Made me wonder if others were being charged less to cancel/reschedule) I just felt like i dumped $265 in the trash & decided to cancel my appointment for next week. One huge thing that i always look forward to in a business is Customer Service and i just felt like money was the only thing that mattered. Nothing i said was took into consideration. I will be looking into other places. Horrible experience today instead of a relaxing one.

In Touch Massage Is beautifully calm and relaxing place. Lindsey has done a great job making the place warm and inviting. She does a wonderful massage, and I especially love the couples massage packages, like the special ones done on Valentines Day with chocolates and other goodies. Her little extra touches to make it so special. I would recommend In Touch Massage to anyone looking for a great massage therapist.

Let me start by saying I did not receive services from here.I booked a couples massage on line for my boyfriends birthday for the following day. I was called 4 hours after i received a confirmation email and text that my appointment was cancelled. She said no couples rooms were available for that day any longer. I could understand a call right away because maybe someone was booking at the same time but 4 hours after confirmation? No Also it was on line where their spots are available not with a person who could have made a mistake. I will not be returning, poor customer care.

I am very athletic and have muscle fatigue form repetitive movements. Unfortunate interaction with the manager Lucy. Id been calling the last few days to move around an appointment. Potentially for earlier in the day. Nobody mentioned to me at the time the policy for charging without more than 24 hours notice which I assumed they would when I called earlier. I think the day before Id even changed my appointment to another day without an issue. Today I called and was informed of this policy which totally understandable is in their terms of agreement which tbh is in most places terms of agreement which they dont actually uphold. Ive gotten massages at various places in CT since Ive lived here and after being interrupted by the manager every few minutes in the middle of a sentence throughout the conversation I have to say Ive never been so stressed out before even getting to a massage appointment. Btw Im 37wks pregnant... Hopefully the actual massage makes up for the customer service. Wouldnt have been such a big deal if I wasnt interrupted every five seconds. Imho not a way to run a business based on relaxation and self care.Update: the owner canceled the massage without telling me. I showed up for my appointment and was turned away. And I was still charged a change fee for a massage I never had. Really messed up…

They called to say they didnt have enough staff for the couples massage purchased/scheduled weeks in advance on his birthday and would not offer a refund.Details: My daughter scheduled a couples massage for her BFs birthday. Hes never had a professional massage and daughter was excited to give him this surprise for his birthday. Got called that day that they were shortstaffed and couldnt do it. Offered her a learn to massage session and kept telling her that it was more expensive but they wouldnt charge her the difference (she had already paid $300). Told her they could book the appt for a future date (which ruined the birthday gift on his actual birthdate!). Did not offer a refund or a gift cert for a future couples massage or even a discount toward a future massage. A week later, after getting a hello, we loved seeing you marketing email, I decided to call them. Daughter didnt have much option but to accept what they offered since this was his actual birthdate and this was what she had planned for the evening to celebrate. I spoke with Lindsey (the owner, I believe) and she is the one who dealt with my daughter last week regarding the appt. Lindsey says she offered a refund (my daughter INSISTS she did NOT) and Lindsey said she offered to give them individual massages THAT DAY back-to-back (my daughter says she did NOT offer this - instead she said she only had the 1 hour time slot available that day). Lindsey got irritated that I was calling to complain about this and she then began to lie to me about what she had offered my daughter. Because of her lies and the manner in which she received my call - not to mention that this totally screwed the BFs birthday, I do NOT recommend this place. Advice: DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE bc you may get screwed at the last minute. Do not rely on this place for any date-specific event or celebration as they may fall through like they did for my daughter. Had she offered a refund, my daughter would have taken that and used that money for something else for the birthday celebration that evening. No refund was offered - daughter was stuck with no good option but to accept the learn to massage treatment. See other posts with similar situation!!DO NOT SCHEUDULE your Valentines Day surprise here!!!! You may be in for a last minute cancelation and no refund!!! She hard-balls you into a corner. Dont take it! File a report with your credit card company and get your money back!

Miss Lindsey Houser of In Touch Massage is truly both an artisan of her craft and a consummate professional. She offers traditional massage as well as certain Eastern therapies, including something called cupping which provides yet another layer of pain relief (like most TCM it is not for everyone but Lindsey will take the time to go through your options and pain levels, so rest assured!). Also, her new herbal foot bath is a must-try! I work three relatively active jobs and nothing hurts worse at the end of the day than my legs and feet, but Lindsey actually made a customized tonic of soothing essential oils just for my particular gams!
