I came to Artison vape for the first time they were very knowledgeable. I recommend them to anyone! Nick was very helpful!

I went in and bought 3 products. I was waiting for my friend to check out and decided I didnt want one of the products. I went to the register to return. Remember I never left the store. The salesperson said they had to call a manager when they return. I couldnt return my item. No reason was given other than Company policy . Supposedly their corporate office is in Texas.There was something shady about this place. Buyer Beware.

I’m often very intimidated when going into vape shop but not here! The staff is kind patient and takes time to explain each product. I said I wanted a “body high” and they knew just what to give me love rosin northern lights A+++

I was visiting my family from out of state & stopped by this local shop to grab a few things on my way back home. The ENTIRE staff was incredibly nice and knowledgeable about all their products. Their shop is super cute & very well organized! I will def recommend friends & family to stop here.

They are very welcoming and knowledgeable, they helped me transition from smoking cigarettes. They have reasonable prices and also have rewards, I have gotten so many juices with the rewards. If they don’t have it in stock they will call another store and/or have it in store within 1 week.

Nicole always goes above and beyond for me. Anytime I need her to bring in some liquids she makes sure they are there. I highly recommend the Classic line and cloud line e-liquids. I also recommend trying to see Nicole if you can. I have been dealing with her for years before she was the District Manager and she now works between all of the locations, but she has always gave me superior customer service and continues to do so.

I stopped in yesterday during my lunch break to get a vape. The first vape was defective, & they gave me a new one. The new one worked while in the store, but as soon as I got in my car I went to pull the vape again, it did the same thing the first did. Not even 5 minutes I left the store, I literally called back explaining what happened. Told them that I had to go back to work because I was on my break, & if I can come back when I get off of work to get a replacement. The manager says that they cannot give me a new one being that I left the store, but offers a 15% off discount for the next vape I buy. So even if I just literally left the store…. After being sold a defective vape for $23. You want me to buy yet another one???? With 15% off? Such a money grab! I can understand if I came back days later. But I literally just left the store 5 mins ago! I won’t be returning here!

I recently moved to the area & needed to find a local vape shop. Happily I came across Artisan Vape in West Hartford. The shop is clean & pleasant, with a nice layout & overall warm atmosphere. I find the staff to be super friendly & willing to take the time to answer any questions. Most recently, Mitch was able to help me out with finding a great new juice. He was very knowledgeable, & although Im new to the shop he really went out of his way to lookout for me. The only reason Im not giving them 5stars is this is my experience after only a few visits. If they continue to offer the same level of service in future visits, itll be 5 stars all the way.

This place is so stupid and they got rid of all the good staff. Chantel/other girl from Newington are terrible managers. Prices are super high and they dont care about the new law of always checking ids. Place always smells like weed but dont sell it.

Artisan is my vape shop of choice. I trust all the juice to be safe and satesfying, and I never leave disappointed. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and theyre all incredibly nice. I usually go on Friday mornings, so I mostly see Tim. Tim is honestly the perfect example of great customer service. He consistently goes above and beyond what Id expect of any worker, providing great conversation, advice, and hes always looking to make the experience better. Over the time Ive known him, hes given me personalized recommendations based on past purchases, taught me tricks, helped me get deals whenever possible, and has been kind and patient no matter the kind of day hes having. Truly exemplary customer service.

Just stopped in for the first time. The selection was good with some good juice brands and flavor varieties. Jake was super helpful and we got everything we needed — new mod, juice and coils.

I had a great experience at this location and I would definitely recommend all my friends to go. I always go around to different stores to shop around and try out different juices and things along those lines. My experience at artisan is they are one of the best that Ive gone to in a long time, very knowledgeable staff. Came in for some drop cartridges and Nicole was really helpful with offering some sale items and her favorite flavor. When i mentioned a connection issue for my sourin she was able to suggest an alternate device and help me get it all set up. Fantastic first visit. I will be back.

I never really write reviews unless a store truly takes care of me and Artisan Vapor truly cares about their customers. Danny worked with me for about 25 minutes trying to help me decide which salt nicotine device to purchase. I am very stubborn and like what I like so it is hard for me to move away from my usual device to a new one but Danny worked with me until I was able come to a decision and truly took care of me. I had talked to him on the phone to begin with and told him about the issue with my current vape and by the time I arrived at the store he already had researched my vape and figured out what new device would best suit me, and had a few options all ready to show to me. The customer service is unmatched to almost any other store I’ve been too. This will become my regular store from now on.

Braedon and Nicole gave me exceptional service. I came in with a few questions about a few things I was not fully educated on and they were more than helpful without coming across as pushy. Highly recommend their customer service.

Its a great place to just chill out and hang or if you want to get more into vaping. Nicole was a great help as she helped me decide to get a new rta tank. Great experience overall.

This place is definitely one of the best when it comes to customer service. Everyone at the shop is down to earth and eager to assist with any questions or problems especially for beginners. Mike (dude with the gauges) is such a great manager and if he isnt the manager he was very professional - enough for a customer to feel that way. The customer service was amazing Mike behind the counter went above and beyond trying to compensate for the management not being able to keep appropriate inventory. He actually gave me a personal battery so I could use it today. The management needs to learn to properly manage inventory flow.

Finally decided to stop in Artisan and check out vaping. Spent some time with Nicole who was very helpful. She explained my options and suggested some flavors to start me out on my quest to stop smoking cigarettes after 40 years. She was real cool and spent time showing me how to go about using the device I chose. Great place.

Nicole spent over an hour with me helping me set up a drip system for the first time, went over everything with me, showed me how to clean it and replace the cotton etc. She went well above and beyond the call of duty! Artisan Vapor Company is the absolute best around. They have every flavor vape juice in tester tanks that you can try before you buy and I mean EVERY flavor. They also have the absolute best customer service around. Prices are average. But the experience is priceless, nice relaxing environment while you try the many different flavors. Very knowledgeable staff for persons like myself who are just starting. I was helped by both Tim and Kyle on my first visit. Love the staff over at Artisan in West Hartford Center. My husband owns a business in the center so i know the standards of West Hartford. This shop is such a little gem. The staff is always very polite and helpful. My whole family bought starter kits over the past year. I have been going to this store since it opened in West Hartford. It is literally around the corner from my work. I have been to many other vapor stores since I started vaping when I quit smoking and none of the other stores even come close to this one. The store is clean and inviting and the choices of products are endless!! There is one specific employee there who I love to deal with, he is pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. I trust him and enjoy spending time there when I need more products. His name is John and I wish everyone I have to deal with in a retail store was as nice as he is. Always a great experience!!

40 year old male with a full grey beard, stopped here to get juice, forgot my ID (never been carded for liquid in my 12 years vaping) cashier claims theres a “new law”, ok cool, sent my 50 year old gf in who had her id. Cashier refused to sell her juice. You lost 2 customers for life, we spend real money, there are dozens of options nearby, none of them ever refused service. Choose a vape shop with better selection that isnt elitist and unreasonable. Did i mention that the selection is poor? Very few options for juice, any vape shop in the area has better selection and prices.

I would tell you this. They have the best prices on all products. Great customer service and amazing set up. I am really happy that I found this shop. They do lack some products at times but over all they do a good job on keeping stock on liquids and newest mods. My go to shop. I tell yall guys. Give them a try and you wont be disappointed

This is my favorite Vape shop thanks to Cameron, he was very patient with me & dealt with all 50 of my questions, he also took the time to teach me how to set up my mod & teach me about battery safety ! Anyone who needs to quit smoking or just needs a new setup should definitely stop by & visit when Cameron’s in.

I came in on Wednesday 1/18 around 12:30 or so. Immediately I was greeted by Tim at the door; he was happy to see me. I should probably add that Im a pretty frequent sbopper. Regardless I never leave unhappy while time is on the floor. Excellent employee and Ill clearly be returning again.

Literally all the staff here is incredibly helpful. Will go out of their way to accommodate you, especially Carlos!! Go to vape shop even if there are ones closer by. Never had a bad experience c: great selection too!

I have shopped at artisan when a past employee named Mike worked there. He was a top notch salesmen and a overall knowledgeable and straightforward guy. Recently it has come to my attention Mike has been let go due to one bad review in your Facebook page. I find this unjust and downright immature of a company that sells items of such high value. When you take the opinion of one over many of the customers Mike has given you it goes to show how much you care. I wont ever be coming to your location again.

First and only stop for anything related to electronic cigarettes. The prices are more than reasonable, and the selection is unbeatable. Most of all, the customer service is top notch. Specifically, Tim at Artisan West Hartford went above and beyond in customer service. Whether it be information or assistance with hardware, Tim took care of my friends and I and left us with no doubts. Without trying to up sell all of my questions were answered and needs met. I cant sing enough praises about this shop, dont waste time anywhere else.

I have been to all four of these shops in connecticut when i switched to vaping i used to go to a bunch of other shops! The reason i will always come to artisan is customer service and they always have the best juices for a great price. My boyfriend got a really nice full set up as well. He is a newbie and the girl working walked him through everything with the up most patience. This is our home shop!

I come to this shop most often because it is nearby, and I almost always enjoy the vibe of the place. There is almost always more than one or two customers or friends of the clerk hanging around, and as someone who is fairly new to building coils and all that, somebody is there to offer helpful advice. The prices are on par with most vape shops in the area, but obviously not as kind as online. I like their rewards program, and they have a nice selection of juices and other wares.Come around if you are in the West Hartford area, or just wondering around West Hartford Center.

I only shop at artisan vapor in west hartford for 2 reasons: 1) they explain how to get the best out of what Im doing and really take the time to make sure i understand what exactly it is that Im doing, and 2) i feel welcome and have zero anxiety about coming in and shooting the breeze for a bit while i shop. i have to specifically thank John and Shaffi for this because if it wasnt for them i wouldnt have come back id have just ordered everything online. the knowledge they have and their willingness to help is not something you see at any kind of retail store and i always look forward to coming back in

Staff is very nice and they run the show the right way. I been at there Newington store which is more spacious. I cant describe how well I was treated. The best vape shop in Connecticut. Artisan vapor employees have some of the best customer service especially Shafi a long time employee at artisan vapor and someone thats knows his products very well . I have never seen customer service like this in a very long time and they also know all there products also they have the best flavors and the best prices be sure to check them.

The two guys there were incredibly friendly and helpful. Kyle especially took the time to show me how the mech mods work and did a build for me. Awesome experience.

Uh... so so so expensive. Expect to pay about 25% more on average than you normally would. Also incredibly slim selection of juice in general, even more pathetic selection of salt juice.Dudes who were working there were super nice though, otherwise I’d give it 1 star.

Bought multiple vapes at this shop.. even purchases juices that they no longer sell. Both of my vapes have malfunctioned and their only suggestion was sending it back to the company.Or you guessed it purchasing a new one. I frequent many vapor shops across the state and while they are knowledgeable they cant offer you much assistance on the products they sell. Im completely dissatisfied with the quality. The only reason I gave it one star is because the only thing they do right is hire exceptional staff. But you should know the manager is not conveniently available. His hours are like most people... in the morning til the afternoon. So unless you have no life youll have to deal with underlings that dont have control or access. Completely unacceptable... take the trip to wetherfield... Phat Daddy Vapor! A1. I will never be back to Artisan

I just went in this vapor shop and I absolutely love it. Its a great shop to be in for vaping. The 2 people that helped me out with helpful tips and with vaping was Kyle and Tiffany. The shop was very clean. Kyle helped me out with my RDA and very helpful tips. They are very polite and helpful. Thanks again for all of the help. I will be back very soon.

Management is horrible: I bought two disposal vapes and used one until its gone. Then I opened up the second one and its defective. So Im thinking,ok theyre just going to give me a new one since this brand new $20 disposal vape is defective right out of the package. NOPE! The manager says theres nothing they can do. So in the end I paid for something that doesnt work. Correct me if I am wrong, most places exchange or give you a credit for a detective item? This is total BS. Obviously theyre willing to lose a customer over $20.

Tagged along with some friends today, not really intending to buy. But my girls keep suggesting I switch to vapes. While Im not ready to commit to a full device kit yet I did get some much needed education about them, as well as picked up a few Glamee Beer disposables to get my feet wet (strawberry watermelon is my FAV!). So heres to the start of my vape journey. When I am ready to graduate and buy a mod kit I will TOTALLY be going back to talk to Steph or Carlos, they were SUPER informative.

The girl is friendly enough so Im glad when shes in and Ill hang around and check out different flavors. But the dudes are kinda moody and not that friendly. Maybe not the worst thing since Id probably spend more time and money in there otherwise.There is some comic relief though. There is a new guy who gets really nervous when you ask him anything and starts tapping his iPad desperately for the answer.Also they gave me the wrong juice (flavor / nic.) TWICE so check your bag before you leave the store.But I have to say their selection is better than most. Prices on tanks are good too.

I think this is one of the better ones in the area. they have a very knowledgable and friendly staff, but what i was most impressed by was the juice selection. they had EVERYTHING if you are just getting into vaping and have some questions or want to invest in a starter kit, or are looking to try some new flavors for your existing setup this is the place to be. id highly recommend stopping by wether you are a beginner or enthusiast. They also seemed to be able to answer another customers questions just about gaping in general. so if you arent into gaping but just want to learn more about it, again, this is your place. they also have a very cool bar setup and inviting atmosphere.

Great store and service, went to the newington one and they didnt have the vape kit in a certain color that I wanted so he called the west Hartford branch and they had it so I drove up there and the service was excellent, they gave me 10% off just for driving there because they didnt have it at there other branch, I only spent 100.00 when I planned on spending more so kudos to them for hooking me up, check them out, there highly recommended for there service, products and prices, I will be going there for now on.

Visited the store in West Hartford and met Tom. I was there for replacement coils and juice and Tom was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. definitely coming back again.

It pains me to write this because I really want to like this place, great vibe, great selection, cool employees who are helpful.... its just that unfortunately this place is way overpriced, on the order of 30% or more. This stuff is expensive as it is (especially if you are looking for CBD). Its in great location, no doubt but for me its just not worth the hefty premium. (sorry guys)

It is a smaller vape shop with a bit less of a selection than I am used to however they have house juices and have very late hours and are in the middle of blue back square. I have no complaints, and the staff is always friendly.

They have a huge assortment of flavors (Breakfast Club The Rebel is the best mang) and have great insight and expertise on all types of set ups and all kinds of vaporizers. From the moment I walked in I knew I was in a great place. Mike was very knowledgeable and definitely still keeps me up to date with my skills!

They dont stock tanks for the vapes they sell. When I bought my device over a month ago, I got the last pair of tanks they had for it. Ive since been back twice for replacements and they havent had them. Last time, I was told maybe look online. Shop is an obvious cash grab, I dont recommend.
