Prior to treatments at A Touch of Bliss I visited numerous dermatologists and was prescribed a number of products that dried out my skin and didn’t clear my acne. After receiving Erina’s facials and following her recommendations my skin has cleared up completely. Erina listens to your concerns and makes sure that your session is customized to meet your needs. I was also introduced to eminence skin care line and have found my forever products. Erina has truly thought of everything - from the heated bed, the relaxing music, and the lemon grass infused towels (a personal favorite). From the second I walk out of the door after a session I can’t wait to return for my next appointment! I went for my first facial in many years this past weekend and I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed! My skin feels so smooth and the products Maile used on my super sensitive skin left me very happy with the results. I have struggled with redness recently as well which has visibly improved since my facial. Super friendly and knowledgable staff, highly recommend!

Erinas Signature Zen Facial was absolutely a touch of bliss. I think I feel asleep from her expert touch, texture and scent of the products, the warm and comfy facial bed/table, the surroundings. Everything was clearly set up to make clients feel warm and comfortable. This was my first experience at this spa. Have had many facials in the past but nothing as blissful as this.And, organic skin care products that are not tested on animals - sign me up!!!

We talked for about 5 minutes on what skin care routines I use, problems I want to address & more. Then we decided the Artic Berry Peel would be best for me after she did an analysis of my skin.It was absolutely AMAZING!!!! I felt like I floated and was in heaven for the next hour.She did the absolute best scalp & face massage Ill probably ever receive, until I go back!!That paired with the atmosphere of the room and music playing it was the most relaxed I have been in awhile.Brittany is so comforting and knowledgeable and an expert in the field of skin care & productsThank you so so much Brittany!!! 💗

My husband booked me a spa package here and I absolutely loved it! I dont get to relax often due to a busy schedule and small children. But, Mandy did an incredible job during my massage! I have had many facials but OMG Brittany was amazing! The scalp and facial massage was out of this world. Slightly expensive but you get what you pay for. I also love the products I purchased but didn’t feel pressured to do so. And in a move I’ve never seen in my life from a salon, I just got a call from her personally to ask how my skin was doing! Incredible. Will be a long standing client here.

Erina is amazing! I have gone to A Touch of Bliss twice for facials and I plan on keeping regular appointments because the results have been amazing so far. I was impressed from the first visit when I filled out a detailed survey and Erina had a consultation with me before she began the facial to figure out the best solution for my skin type. The experience you get is so much more than a regular facial and I always leave with glowing skin and the same stress-free feeling after yoga. I started using the Eminence product line and my skin looks brighter and smoother after two months of use. I cant wait for my next appointment, Im hooked!

What a difference my skin feels like after a series of facials with Erina. Because I suffer from on again off again rosacea I worried that a facial would exacerbate it but the opposite is true. I havent had any rosacea in 6 months since seeing Erina regularly at Touch of Bliss and I am grateful! My skin feels great!

I sent my mom here a few years back for mothers day and she loved it! Mind you she is someone who is very allergic to a lot things and nervous about letting people handle her skin. She came home and was glowing with joy. She expressed how relaxed she was and how kind and polite all the staff were in making her feel comfortable for her first facial. She didn’t get one rash or break out which really made her feel great about going and recommending me to go to. With the on set of the pandamic, school , work & LIFE I was extremely stressed out. My skin went from being so bright and healthy to dry and just worn down from mask wearing and over all stress. I was very happy to see that they were following all of the CDC guidelines as far as requiring masks, limiting the amount of people inside and wiping down all services, tools and products. Long story short I had an amazing experience just like my mom & would recommend this place to anybody!!

Oscar Wilde said that he had very simple tastes; he only liked the best. He would have booked a permanent room at A Touch of Bliss, and had it ready and waiting. This place is special in too many ways to encapsulate in a brief Internet review. First of all, at a time when we are all inundated with alarming news of chemicals in our food, drinking water, and containers, customers know that Erina, the founder and owner of A Touch of Bliss, uses only pure, safe ingredients. Lots of people in the beauty business say this. Most of them dont have a hard-science background, with an engineering degree. Erina does. She has studied biochemistry and understands the products she uses at their component level. (By the way, shes bilingual and trained in a variety of techniques for reducing stress, including lymphatic drainage; I actually breathe differently after one of her facials.) Erina has assembled a team of bright, gracious, talented women who express the vision she had when she opened this place: safe, effective, customized care. I got a full-body massage, but the therapist said the tension in my neck and shoulders was enough that she wanted to concentrate only on that area. After 60 minutes I was a new person. Erina decided to do something called The Magic Carpet, which sounded vaguely hallucinogenic. I didnt like it at first, because she wasnt putting her magic hands on my face; it was a series of rollers. But I figured Id let her enjoy herself, playing with toys. When I looked in the mirror after forty minutes, my face was clean, smooth, and radiant -- no hyperbole. The Magic Carpet is actually magic. The space is relaxing, with fruit-infused water, tea, and comfortable chairs. My mother lounges in the sitting room with her book in between, an arctic-berry facial and an organic body wrap. After a few visits, A Touch of Bliss starts to feel like home, because Erina herself is a protective Jewish mother who treats regulars like family. Theres no place like this in Connecticut (or New York), so I suggest booking an appointment for whatever you need ahead of time. You might bump into a handsome, quiet, gentleman, whos visiting from his office. Thats Joe, Erinas husband, whos like a shock-absorber for her expansive energy and who takes (adorable) pride in her. After my last visit, Erina told me that the Magic Carpets effects dont last forever; one needs to do it every few months. She is realistic in her claims; theres no false advertising or mumbo-jumbo here. A Touch of Bliss does not promise magic but delivers it.

This is such a wonderful little spa! With warm atmosphere and caring staff, it is also a great place for last-minute holiday gifts like creams and massage certificates (without the craziness of the stores mobbed around holidays). I had a deep-tissue massage with Richard, and it was absolutely amazing!!! 💖 (I treat massage as an exercise session for lazy folks like me 😉 - it was a holiday gift to myself 😻)

The facility was clean, and peacefully decorated. My massage therapist, Richard, was polite, punctual, attentive, and professional. I am eagerly waiting for my next visit. Will recommended A Touch of Bliss Organic Spa to all my friends and family.

I am so thankful that I have found A Touch of Bliss Spa. Erina is incredible. I have battled acne for a long time and her treatments/facials as well as the organic product line that she uses has gotten me to an acne free place. After my first facial, my skin was glowing. I didnt realize how dull it had looked. My eyes were brighter and the wrinkles had subsided. Erina is truly gifted. The spa is relaxing and beautiful. I have also had massages there - Cari is amazing - she is strong and is extremely knowledgeable about the anatomy of the body so you always feel safe. In addition, the Jane Iredale make-up line is stocked there, which is a holistic make-up line and is amazing for your face and skin.

First of all absolute exquisite service. From the atmosphere right to the employees everything is just top notch. My esthetician Brittany was so informative. I was so comfortable during my session I fell asleep. Definitely worth it. I would definitely recommend. Go for it!

I can’t say enough about Georgette and her team! I was traveling to TCI with several friends and reached out to her on a recommendation to coordinate in-villa massages. This was no small task - 6 couples massages and 3 single massages. She was responsive, professional and friendly. She was quick to respond to email inquiries and was amazing to deal with, even in coordinating with her from the states. And I haven’t even gotten to the massages!! In a word - AMAZING!! Best hands on the island for sure! The therapists with her were also amazing and I will most certainly be arranging for her services anytime we are back in TCI! There are many services out there but Georgette and her team are standouts!

This is the third time, I had a facial from Erina. The facials have all been heavenly. She has magic hands. I have never felt more relaxed! I have fallen asleep every time. I try to stay awake, but Erinas hands just relax me so much that I usually sleep through half of the facial. When the facial is done, my skin feels very smooth, rich and smells great. I definitely recommend going to Erina for a facial. She also gives you a head, arm and hand massage.

I have been coming here for a bit over a year of teen facials to help with my acne. When i came here for the first time, my face was completely covered with pimples; they were all over my forehead, chin, nose, and parts of my cheeks. I tried going to dermatologists, got perscibed face washes, tried expensive kits, but none of them helped. After coming to Touch of Bliss, I now have none of maybe one pimple on my face at a time.When I came to Touch of Bliss I was given individual attention, and Irina talked to me about how to improve my face, witch products and eating habits, while dermatologists prescribed the same product for every teen no matter how severe their acne.Every time I came for a facial I was greeted by name at the door, and treated with the utmost kindness. Never have I seen anyone working at touch of bliss be rude, which is very important when coming for routine facials.The facials are very enjoyable and Irina is very gentle even when doing extractions. I always look forward to coming to touch of bliss. Choosing Touch of Bliss was definitely a great choice, I highly recommend!

I have been to several facialists in Brooklyn where I live. All were good, but none compare to A Touch of Bliss. The idea of this place, an Organic spa that uses safe products and combines them with the most innovative facial technology, is sui generis. Forget about steams that burn the surface of your skin. Erina and her right-hand woman, Christine, give you organic peels that open the pores for extraction. I got my first hydrofacilial, which left my face clean and silky. The eye treatment was stellar. Erina is scrupulous about public-health guidelines, taking clients’temperature, maintaining social distance, and cleaning the rooms between each client. I felt absolutely safe and looked a few years younger when I walked out. I also loved patronizing a female-owned business. Drive from the city; it’s worth the ride. Braves, Erina, for creating such a tranquil oasis of beauty and health.

I received my first massage by Rachael Marie. And it was everything I expected and more. When I walked in Michelle the receptionist was so welcoming and friendly. When Rachael rook me into the room she made sure to explain everything to me. During the massage Rachael made sure I was comfortable with the pressure and the temperature of the stones. I received the ultimate bliss massage and let me tell you I felt ultimately blissful. Thank you for a wonderful first experience. A Touch of Bliss is a well maintained spa and will cater to your needs. The Aesthetician, Erina, will make you feel very balanced after her Signature Facial. And the massage therapists are excellent at what they do and provide a range of services; Swedish, Hot Stone, CBD, Integrative Orthopedics, etc. Such a relaxing experience. I just moved to the Hartford area from Boston, so I was looking for a new salon in the area. I found A Touch of Bliss by looking at reviews on Yelp. I called because I was curious about waxing. I had been wanting to get my legs waxed and noticed they used a different hair removal, similar to wax but different. I called and Janet explained everything, so I decided to give it a try given that I HATE shaving. Im so so glad I did. While it absolutely still is an uncomfortable feeling it was way better than I thought. Janet was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything thing before we started and again as she was waxing me. I already booked my next appointment! I cant wait to save my pennies for a facial as Im sure they are just as wonderful. Highly recommend. The spa was also very clean and cozy.

My sons (ages 10 and 12) got me a gift (via my husband) of a hot stone massage. They were so excited because they know how much Ive been wanting one! That was in December 2022. It has been impossible to schedule. Despite finally scheduling 2 months out, my appointment never happened because they had to cancel last minute due to the therapist being ill. They never rescheduled me after that and constantly tell me I can get on the waitlist which does not work for me at all since I found out that means they keep calling me during the day while Im working and telling they have availability Ive already said doesnt work on my end. Ive had to reach out to them numerous times, remind them of my availability numerous times, and was finally told a month ago that I can get a refund if the new person starting at end of March couldnt get me in. I was just told today the person never started and that the gift is nonrefundable. They wanted to put me on a waitlist again or get me scheduled in July. That would make this 7 months of trying to get a massage. Lol! Omg...this is ridiculous. I hope the owner honors the refund I was promised. Will see...so far, the opposite of a touch of bliss. UPDATE-Thankfully, we did receive the refund back.

Best spa I have ever been to! Erina is truly a magician and she will make your skin healthy and glowing again. Her new addition, Hydrafacial, is the next level in skin treatments and my skin has never glowed so much! I just REALLY love this place. It’s like a lot of spas I’ve been to, in regards to great massages, and a relaxing, peaceful environment- except they also have giant dose of welcoming and friendliness. My husband got me a gift card to try out this out this place and I am so glad he chose this one. I’m new to the area and plan on making this my new go to massage place. They have delicious flavored water, a comfy little relaxing area to sit and drink tea and have snacks. One of the best, if not the BEST massages I’ve had in my life (deep tissue) and I’ve been to a to a ton of spas. They have facial services and some nice products for sale as well. I strongly recommend trying it out for yourself!

I have been going to Touch of Bliss spa for a few months now, and my skin has never looked better. My husband noticed my skin while I was walking in the yard one day. He was talking to me from a second story window, and asked if I did something different or if I got Botox, which I havent. I was wearing no make-up. He also makes comments and says, I dont know what it is, but you just get more beautiful everyday. I think its the facials Ive been getting at Touch of Bliss. I rotate between the hydrafacial and an anti-aging facial. I also use the facial products they recommend. Erina is great, and I would recommend Touch of Bliss spa in a heartbeat to anyone!

I visited Touch of Bliss Organic Spa for a facial and a Swedish massage. The experience was great. Both the facial and massage felt great, and I felt very relaxed during the treatment and after the treatment. The spa is very clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Both of the technicians were great and were very friendly. This is a great place to feel pampered.

I am a regular client at a Touch of Bliss for about 3 years. My skin improved tremendously since I first experienced Erinas facial, it was (and always is) a touch of bliss which heals, relaxes and makes one feel beautiful - deep down and inside out.Last week I tried a treatment which is new to a spa - HydraFacial MD and still can not get over how wonderful it is. It is much gentler then Microdermabrasion but yet very effective. To my surprise, I noticed a difference in my skin after my first visit. Afterward, my face gleamed from the deep cleaning, with absolutely no redness in sight—an effect that explains why this relaxing but results-driven treatment has become go-to for both my sensitive-skin in need of deep cleaning and busy days on the go.After my hydrafacial I had a new massage by Rachel - ashiatsu.A combination of deep tissue ashiatsu massage done with feet instead of hands. It felt like passive yoga: all major muscles, ligaments, joints received wonderful and powerful stretch. It felt that body wrinkled with stiffness was completely ironed to perfect relaxation. Highly recommend!The service was as usually friendly, professional - perfect. Cozy, serene environment and immaculate cleanliness as usually.

I was visiting my Mom in West Hartford and my back was really bothering me. After seeing the excellent reviews for A Touch Of Bliss Organic Spa I decided to give them a try. My masseuse Becky really took her time asking me about my history and my issues, and based on that, she recommended CBD ritual which was a massage with organic CBD oil. I have never heard about CBD before, and was a little bit skeptical, but decided to try it anyway. My massage and overall experience at A Touch Of Bliss Organic Spa was wonderful and even better then I anticipated. Pressure was exactly what I wanted and I was able to relax on a much deeper level than usual Becky carefully listened to what I said and focused specifically on areas of my concerns. After I was done with massage, my back immediately felt better and overall I felt much better, rejuvenated and more serene. When I woke up the next morning, pain in my back was completely gone.Thank you Becky! I will definitely return for another massage next time when I am visiting CT.

Today I visited A Touch of Bliss Organic Spa for a facial. It was fantastic!! My esthetician, Tida, was very welcoming, and she was very knowledgeable about skin care and skin care products. I believe in their organic products and even purchased some of them. I will be back to visit Tida within a few short months. I highly recommend this spa.

The people are professionals. The owner set me up with Melissa due to my muscle issues. Ive been going to for a year now with excellent results. Joints dont ache so much. I walk better, sleeper better and stand up erect in my posture. By having more mobility I was able to lose some weight.Guy

My boyfriend and I received two gift certificates to A Touch of Bliss Spa for 60 minute deep tissue massages. He had been to other spas before to receive massages but this was my first time. We called a day before to get a couples session set up, knowing it was a bit last minute. The staff was very friendly and was able to make occommodations for us for the next morning. I am familiar with West Hartford and their location. Parking was easy in the back but there were also plenty of spots on the street. There is a quant consignment shop on the first floor and the Spa on the second. As soon as you walk in the door, a pleasant scent invites you up the spiral staircase. We were immediately welcomed in the lobby area by name and were introduced to two therapists, Rachael and Pauline. We were walked into a separate room filled with candles and ask to fill out a simple form about our problem areas and a few other health questions. We were offered lemon water and fresh nuts. After we finished the form, our therapists came and walked us into the massage room. The music was low and candles were lit. It smelled heavenly too! Our therapists walked us through what to expect and assured us of our comfort levels. Once they left the room, we undressed and laid down on very comfortable massage tables, covered with a sheet and a heavier blanket. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing. Each therapist checked in multiple times to make sure we were comfortable, the pressure wasnt too much or too little. As a first time for me, I was a bit nervous about the whole thing but I didnt feel uncomfortable once. I will be going here for my next massage! My boyfriend said this was the best overall experience hes had getting a massage. They also offer facials, other types of massages, sell lotions and makeup. Overall, a fantastic experience with obviously well trained and knowledgable therapists in a relaxing, smoothing atmosphere.

Such an amazing and relaxing place! Went for a facial and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I sat in the heated chair and it was such a nice treat. The staff was super friendly. A much needed self care day!

I have been a client of this spa for about a year. I love that the products used are organic and work well with my sensitive skin. The owner gives the best facials and the other staff are talented as well! Some of the Ssrvices include facials, waxing, massages, and make up application!

Janet was amazing with my first facial ever! She explained everything so that I understood what was going on. She was very selective and careful with which products and peel to use. My skin feels so refreshed, soft and youthful!!

Went for a hydrafacial today. In crux, It was a waste of money and time.Here are the things that went wrong -1. At the start, they made me wait for my appointment.2. Then at the time of the facial, I was told that I had the worst clogged pores in my face and even the machine wasnt enough to do the job.Elena, my esthetician, went ahead to extract blackheads with her fingers for a couple of minutes but then told me that it will take an hour for her to complete the job. I wondered if paying $200 for the facial wasnt enough for an hour of her time.3.Selling products to customers is fine but I did not like the comparison between my current regimen and eminence products to convince me for an upsellWould not be visiting again.

Bliss! This spa experience is fabulous in every way. The services, staff, ambiance and entire experience are exceptional. My skin has never looked better. Must visit.

This spa has a relaxing atmosphere and is professional in how it is run and the services it provides. I think it is better than the corporate message companies because they try to personalize the treatments to serve your needs. They do have add ons to the services but they just let you know and do not do a hard sell on them.

Im sorry but as a person whove been getting massages for over 35 years and belonged to Burke Williams a high end spa for many years, I have to say this was the worst massage Ive ever received in my life. I left a note for the owner to know how dissatisfied I was. I still have blackheads that are visible so even the facial was mediocre not worth the money they charge waste of time and money will not refer or ever go back to this place. Im

I have been going to see Erina since July and she has completely transformed my skin. Not only that, each time I see her I leave feeling completely at ease. I highly recommend this spa and Erina.

Poor Record Keeping/ Poor Customer ServiceWould not use this service again! They do not keep good records of their clients gift cards. I had used a partial gift card that was given to me and when I did the women took my gift card. When I asked if I should hold on to it she said not to worry I would be in their system. Well that was not the case. When I inquired more about it they asked for me to look for a service receipt in my e-mail. I never recieved one. So now I am out about $100.00.They did not keep proper records.Poor Record Keeping/ Poor Customer Service

I went a few weeks ago fir the first time, and going back today. Alicia had soothed my body and soul. I felt lighter, and my body was grateful that it was pampered to wholeness.

Expensive. The salon is no more nicer than other salons in Simsberry Avon and Farmington. Yet so much more expensive. They will hound you for a confirmation several times. Massages are good

This place is amazing! The staff are very friendly... I wanted a back massage but explained that I have horrible bacne so instead Jessica recommended the back facial. I absolutely loved it! Me and my husband went to this place for a couple massage. It wasn’t a good experience, as the stones were barely warm, and one of the ladies who did the massage kept laughing. So unprofessional, it totally destroyed it for us. We won’t come back and won’t recommend.I would give 0 stars if I could.
