I’ll post a picture and let ya be the judge. Today is Monday got my nails done on Saturday, I am so dissatisfied and not happy at all, I even tip when I shouldn’t but I’m just not that type of person. I would not be going back . And if you reading this please don’t waste your time and money here .

I haven’t even had my nails done for a entire week there so thin and they’re cracking at the tip it’s not what I asked and the lady doing my nails didn’t listen to anything I said and she hurt me the entire time of doing my nails and was rude do not go there cus the prices they have posted isn’t the price. She charged me 70 bucks for my nails n I got regular color no design nothing like that. Got charged 5 dollars for each nail she had to take off and shw charged me an extra five for the lengths and they’re not even long these nails were not worth the $70 paid. If I could give this place no stars I wouldUpdate I went back today Saturday June 15 to speak to somebody about my nails breaking at the meat and I sat there for ten minutes just to be ignored I will never come back to this place n idc what they try to say to make it better you can’t 3 nails are BROKEN DOWN TO THE MANTLE N IT HURTS. They are very unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend this place at all, in the ten minutes of waiting for the manager I seen 3 unhappy clients it’s crazy how this is how you treat the people that are giving you THEIR hard earned money just for you do do whatever. They do not listen to their clients and they rush everything do not waste your money here.

I came here before for myself but this time I just sat with my sister. & I can say we will never come here again. The person we had was very rude, rushed us when my sister didn’t like her terrible work. & once we ran over closing time everything was an extra charge. I have NEVER heard of charging extra for the type of French tip u get for example long edged French tip or short. Absolutely ridiculous. ZERO STARS.

Love my nail tech she treats me very well polite and the staff always welcome me very pleasant environment. My nails are healthy there super to me, wish they had somebody for facial and massage thats all there missing overall superrr...happy

I have been going here for awhile and never had a problem now it seems like when I get my nails literally 2 weeks later one or 2 break off…and I am not the type to be rough with my nails. I’ve had these nails on for about a week and one broke off already I am highly upset also I’m mad I did not notice how terrible my nails looked when I left. The guy with the purple hair was friendly but he rushed my nails and I even gave him a $5 tip. Not acceptable!! You should not rush on someone’s nails…these nails I have on were suppose to be my birthday nails! Thick, paint missing, blotches

My first time here, didnt expect much. Danny is very professional, she knows what is she doing. If you need trim and real cut around your nail, i mean not deep deep cut, but cut, you should go with her. I am so impressed, and i will be back.

Huge nail salon. Clean, well-lit, bustling with customers and staff. Some staff members unfortunately talk on their cell phone and eat at their work station ALL DAY LONG. Really?? This bugs me a lot.My stylist is a consummate professional. Love her techniques, attention to detail and kindness. I cannot wait to go back! I go to around five nail salons near home. Pro care is at the top of my list. Other crew members seem BORED LAZY and MONEY HUNGRY. GET RID OF THE DEAD WEIGHT. Manager Please train your staff about delivering muchBETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE immediately including yourself MANAGER.You will lose business if not I feel.

I highly recommend going here to get your nails as well as any services they offer facility is clean well professional. The owners are really nice they make feel welcome. If you want your nails done a certain way this is the best place to get them done they take pride in what they do unsatisfy with the service they make sure to fix the problem.

Very unprofessional, disrespectful unpleasant experience. Especially With the nail tech Maria, she’s always rushing give awful service and over charging I honestly thought I was going to get into physical altercation with her. That’s how aggressive her behavior was! I only gave one star because it’s the only way to leave a review but honestly deserve zero stars!

I have been here several times and liked the experience but today the nail tech that decided to do my pedicure was an inexperienced and rude nail tech. I never received such terrible customer service. I asked the nail tech to clean my cuticles more because she had barely touched them and she said she would take a look at the end which I was fine with. Then she proceeded to cut the top of my foot with the foot file making me bleed. Never apologized. Towards the end she hadnt gone back to my cuticles so I asked again. She got up and had another nail tech sit down who rinsed me and proceeded to pour alcohol on my cut that I asked her not to touch. Never did she try to clean my cuticles so I said nevermind and went to pay. They attempted to charge me full price after an incomplete job. No polish job and cutting my foot. She went to speak to her manager and came back and said you can go and I hope you never come back. Terrible customer service, even worse experience and someone doing pedicures who Im not even sure she is a certified nail tech. I will never go back and do not recommend them at all. Zero stars.

This place has been the go to spot for my mother, sister, fiancée, and I all to go for some quality time for the past 2 years. It recently has gone down hill in performance, and quality. There has been multiple instances that the nail tech has cut one of us. On another instance the foot scrub burned the bottoms of my feet, and the tech filed the skin until there was blood. I could hardly walk after that, never mind the next day at work on my feet all day.On another note, whenever you walk in you actually wonder if anyone can see you because you’re not acknowledged. If you book an appointment, good luck showing up and techs actually being available. Viki, the manager does not care about the customers experience at all, all she cares about is $$$.The straw that broke the camels back was when the 4 of us showed up for an appointment at 4:30 and we’re not even welcomed when we walked in for atleast 5 minutes. When we finally decided to leave after waiting 45 minutes, they came outside to tell us they were ready to take us. At this point we informed them that we will no longer be bringing our appointments here. They laughed in our face and closed the door.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

Danny (I think that’s her name) the one that sits at the end on the left, is excellent. Vicky is also excellent. The man who sits in the first chair on the right is also great. The one that sits next to Danny with the bob is a nightmare and has no interest in her profession and it shows. I saw her twice because I’d already waited quite a while and was hoping that the first time was an off day for her, but no she did even worse. Some nails were super thick, some were less thick, but all were bumpy and clumpy as hell. Paint uneven. I mentioned that to her and she looked as though she had an attitude, yikes. I like the salon a lot otherwise.

ProCare is an amazing nail salon. I am a frequent customer and I went to get my nails done for my birthday a few week ago. I wasnt in love, told the young lady and she ensured they would look amazing. They were nice but not what I am used to when I go there. I called last week and spoke to the owner and told her about my last experience. She acknowledged how I felt, and made sure she let me know to always tell them if something isnt to my liking and it will get fixed. She reassured me that my time and money as a client was important amd that I should always leave happy. I truly appreciated the thoughtful conversation and when I went in that same night she did an AMAZING job on my nails. Thats A1 customer service!

I came to this place to do my nails and eyebrows and I loved it. Loan was my nail lady and I definitely plan to come back to her.

Came in for a nail repair and initial nail tech decided to help. Nail was lifting after 1 week. Nail tech started to repair nail and started to perform a sloppy job by putting acrylic over nail over a lifting nail. I asked for her to either remove nail or to remove the lifting acrylic. She got mad and shut down her station and decided she wasnt doing my nail. Another nail tech was free she decided to go on and finish someones elses nail instead of doing mines. All I came in for was to get 1 nail repair. I watch as everyone else when on to perform full service on other customers while I wait. I felt as though I was being punish because I voiced my concerns about the poor job the nail tech started to perform on my nail. Another nail tech mentioned that it would be 45 minutes and she wasnt sure if she wanted me to wait so long. Instead of making a difference with customer service. I felt as if they were purposely making me wait a long time because I voiced my concerns. After about 30 minutes another nail tech by the name of Ah Lin was very nice enough and did the repair. After the service was rendered the two nail tech told her to charge me $10 for the repair. I was prepared to pay regardless and had no issues with the charge. By the time I got to the cash register to pay, they tried to charge me a whopping $17. Which I refused to pay. After my refusal to pay $17 foe the service, considering, witnessing the sobotage in front of my eyes. Theyd quickly decided to come to an agreement to charge me $10 instead. This was an absolute disappointment experience. I have been going to Pro nails for many years and has always considered them to be one of the best in West Hartford. As a matter of fact the owner Vicky is super sweet and always go above and beyond to please her customers. However, I dont really know what kind of day this was for these rude individuals but this service was unsatiafactory, very unprofessional and untruthful. This kind of service just ruined a really good business relationship and recommendation towards the business. I hope this kind of service can be change to a very prosperous one. Very disappointed about my experience with Pro nails.

Ive been going to procare nails for a year and I love my nails everytime. Vickie does excellent work. The salon is clean and everyone is friendly.

Vicky did an amazing job on my nails for graduation. I’ve received so many compliments and can’t wait to go back for my next design.

Service is good , prices are inconsistent. Had a full set with a simple design and paid $65.00 which is reasonable because they were long. Went again less than two weeks later for a refill , cut down and same exact design and paid $71…. When I asked how much the refill was I was told $45…. Not sure why I’m paying more for a refill than a full set. Will not go again.

Both my daughter and I get our nails done here. Love it.

Prompt service and great staff. Affordable too. The max time I have ever waited was 15 minutes before I was seated with a nail tech.

Customer service was really good, however my acrylic gel nails didnt turn out well. Very thick and lumpy, not the shape that was wanted. Also price was not reasonable, very expansive. But my pedicure was done very well, i liked how she did my cuticles and painted it. Didnt get to enjoy the warm towel or massage for my feet and cafes. Overall it was okay, thought it wouldve been better, and cheaper

Where should I start? Should I begin with they don’t greet their customers, excuse me, black customers the same way they do their white customers or the fact they had not only me but other black women/color waiting for over an hour?? This business is inconsistent. After I got my pedicure, they had me wait another 20 minutes and was about to serve a customer before me even though I was already waiting in the chair for my acrylic nails. I will not be coming back for any services. The services they have were already over price for work they actually do. Such a bad experience!!

I went there for a fill the girl at the 2nd station to the lady put on a different color nail because my nail broke. The nail that she replaced was pointing upward.i was charged $58. I kept telling her it was wrong she still proceeded. Then when I went off they want to look at me like Im crazy. The last station that woman is excellent so know who your dealing with before you sit down.

I will never go back again. I have never had such a bad experience with getting my nails done. Me and my friend came in for a full set and a refill. She started working on my nails and kept giving me cuts, and going over the cuts I already had. When I asked her for the design it wasnt even as close as what I wanted it to be. All I wanted was a simple color and sticker. The end result was terrifying, they are not shaped well, it is bumpy with bubbles that are very noticeable, and the stickers looked faded because they did not know how to place properly. The people working were nice but my nails are not in any way.

I made an appointment for 12pm and waited until 1245pm before I was seen. When I arrived the tech had took a walk in customer and didn’t seem to even realize she had an appointment. The owner Vicky is very nice and welcoming but the tech said in Vietnamese “what appointment? I don’t even know her.” Referring to me. I made an appointment with her based on the reviews here.Mistakes happen so I didn’t mind waiting even though I made an appointment. However the whole time, the tech Loan never even acknowledged me waiting and the entire interaction she only said sorry when she finally came to me. I tried to even make small conversation with her but nothing.After the mani and pedi was done, I checked my nails in my car before I left which I’m glad I did. My pedicure paint job was awful. The color wasn’t even and the top coat wasn’t applied evenly and you can clearly see the lines between the top coat and nail color since I had a pink color on. My manicure wasn’t the best and the gel was noticeably bumpy but the pedicure was definitely worse.I came back in immediately and asked to speak to Vicky and showed her my pedicure. She had someone fix it for me. I have to emphasize Vicky is VERY nice and has great customer service but her employees definitely lack that.

Pro care nail salon is first of all beautiful. The environment is warm and welcoming. The staff is there to greet you from the moment you walk in the door and you are taken care of through every step of the experience. They are also friendly and engaging and they make you feel extra comfortable. The quality of work is also amazing. I usually get my nails, toes,and eyebrows done and I am always more than satisfied with the outcome. I find I am always recommending them. Its a great experience all around!!!

They offer kid services but aren’t kid friendly. Nail tech continuously sucked her teeth every time my 2 year old moved. No patience what so ever, never again !

My experience here was not great. It was okay. The wait was not long about 15 minutes. The nail tech that did my nails was nice at first and towards the end of my time with her she seemed annoyed and upset. The manager was very nice and understanding. She came around me a few times to ask me how it was going. The nail techs need to be more patient and way more nicer to new people or people in general.

Scheduled an appt for my birthday with Long. Once called she ignored the receptionist and continued to begin a full set. Disregarding her appt. Unapologetic.Poor service and a waste of peoples time. When brought to the owners attention Neither her or the owner apologized when I politely left and said I am all set thank you.

I have visited this salon a couple times and it’s always a surprise whether or not my nails turn out nice. However I am writing this review because I am very unhappy with my last visit. I came in with a friend and when I left they charged me over $100. The brochure clearly says $25 for a full set. We both asked for gel as well. When the lady was doing my nails there was a man that sat next to her making conversation with the woman doing my nails. He kept staring at my hands and I was just overall uncomfortable. Unfortunately for them they didn’t know I spoke and understood Vietnamese as well. The way they spoke of me and the other customers was rude. They would speak of how much a customer owed right in front of them and tell the other co workers how much to charge. Very unprofessional. Like I wasn’t sitting right in front of them. The lady messed up on my nails and started asking the man for help. I wanted different colors done on my nails for Valentine’s Day and when I requested it the lady got all stressed out and tried to charge me $10 extra just for other colors. My nails are all curving and the coffin shape is lazily shaped I’ve never been more embarrassed with my nails. My friend is very dissatisfied with her nails too. I was shocked when I saw her nails. I’m sure if all the other customers understood Vietnamese this place would be deserted. I will not be returning to pro care nails.

I usually have hit or miss experiences and never stay loyal to one place. I had a great experience at this place. Its a Very clean place, stylish design of salon and friendly staff. Some customers were rude but the staff always remained professional. My nails came out beautiful and so did my daughter. They made sure to treat her awesome. Thank you!!!

Ive been going here for quite some time. The service is great, the staff is great and the salon is super clean. Some may say its pricey but the quality of materials use and work is worth every penny. I can go weeks without needing a fill. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great quality 👌

Hit or miss. Sometimes its great other times it shoddy work. Depends on who does your nails. Ive been going for a little while but Ive left less than satisfied a couple of times. I shouldnt have to ask to have things redone the nail tech should see that there is paint on my skin or the nail hasnt been filled all the way. Prices are reasonable if the job is done well. Place looks clean.

I’ve been going to this salon for 3 plus years for all my nail services. I was disappointed when they charged me double for a gel pedicure and never got back to me with refunding me (I showed proof with my discover card account activity log). I even offered the lady to do an ‘exchange’ for a gel manicure in replacement for my extra charge of gel pedicure but I ended up still paying for that as well because the lady “forgot I was still here” after I paid. This was my favorite go-to nail salon but now I’m never returning. Check your bank accounts!

I would totally recommend ProCare Nails. The moment I walked in, I was impressed by warmth and friendliness greeting. The customer service was well beyond my expectations. Loan did my pedicure and it was amazing. Vivian did my manicure with designs and her creativity was amazing. Loved my experience at Procare and Im sure you will too. I am definitely going back. Thanks again and keep up with all the great work ladies!!

I truly believe I just found my new nail salon, after a year of searching i checked the gem out. Everyone was so wonderful and nice. And took wonderful care of me. And I love how mu nails turned out! Will definitely be back again!Thank you so much

Very horrible service. The lady rushed my pedicure. I swear if I can could’ve given zero stars I would. I then voiced my concerns with the manager telling her that the lady did a rush job, how she left dead skin, polish on my toenails and the skin around my toes. I have to go home and do my own toes. I could’ve did all this myself and saved money. I wasn’t even asking for money back. I just wanted her to know that her employee did a rush job. Oh and she stabbed my toe twice. If this company is reading this review please do better and get better customer service skills. This was my first and LAST time going here. Please if your thinking about going here DON’T go to wherever you were going before.

Came once w/ my mom a couple years ago and couldn’t forget it! Had such a great experience.I will probably never go back, went to get a full set and pedi.. the woman was rough and rushing for both things I had done. I asked for a specific pedicure and did not get that-towards the end the nail tech left me sitting w/ oil on my feet to do someone else’s nails. Didn’t even tell me we were done. My cuticles were cut all on the sides.I’m all set-

I love this place. I have gone here so many times since moving to this town and they are always so kind and willing to try out whatever crazy pinterest picture I bring in. I call ahead for availability and they either say I can come right away or in a certain amount of time so that I don’t have to wait, and I never wait more than a few minutes once I walk in. Every manicure I have gotten from them has always turned out great and I recommend them to anyone who asks about my nails.

Another nail salon I’ve been faithfully going to for the last few years just lost a customer to ProCare Nails!! My old nail salon would take last minute appointments and fit me in ASAP. I went to the older salon because they closed later than other salons and were open on Sunday!! Called the old salon and they weren’t hearing it. I called ProCare and they fit me in the same evening and I didn’t even have a wait. They’re very well staffed to handle the traffic going in and out of there. Not to mention ProCare is less expensive than my old salon. I’m now a new frequent customer!

Great first experience, the place is spotless clean. Everybody greeted me as soon as I walked and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely recommending all friends and family. All nail techs looked professional and answered any questions I had. Big ups for you guys, keep it up!

The finished product of the nails here is outstanding. Yes, you wait forever for them to even take you (unless you have an appt), and yes, you are sitting in that chair longer than expected, but, the finished product is the best results I have ever seen. The lady I always go to is Lan and she is a pro. I have never went anywhere that has gotten the shape spot on/length. Definitely worth the money.

This place ripped me off. I went for a basic facial and eyelash extension. After my facial my face was not shining or anything. I didn’t notice any difference in my skin. When I went home a lot of my lashes were already coming off and they were not wet or anything. 35$ for cheap lash glue for it to fall right off . Real cluster lashes should stay on in place for at least a week or two. These did not even last a day. The lashes are very thin and am mad I wasted my money. I gave 2 stars because the lady who did it was very nice but I still feel scammed in a way. If you know you don’t know how to do lashes right why do them and make ppl pay their hard working money for it? Will not be returning

They are clean but they do nails nice one time then after you do during they dont do good job. They messed up three nails and didnt do over. I go somewhere else because this is my second visit if they do that it only get worse.

I will not be coming back here ever again. First of all, they cannot even do simple acrylic nails, I understand if you do not know how to do designs, but if you cannot at least do simple acrylics you should not be doing them on customers. My nails came out lopsided and super thin, there is barely any acrylic on it, I feel like they are about to break. The acrylics are not even lined up with my nails. They left my fingers looking crusty, they did not bother to clean up my cuticles and cut all of my fingers.

Got humiliated in front of everybody today. We moved to CT last year and since then I was their customer. One time technician did a horrible job on my nails, very bulky. The manager/owner fixed them for me. I never went back to that technician. Today tried another girl. I asked her to file my nails on the sides, and she did just the ends, so they looked like coffin shape. Since the girl didnt speak English well, I repeat to her what I wanted, she seemed to understand, and said she is not done yet. She filed my nails with a machine, and was about to put oil on my nails. After that, usually they ask you to wash hands because they are done. I asked her if she thinks she did a good job, other technician answered for her, saying she does good job. Then my technician asked me if Im happy with her work, and I told her that I wasnt. Acrilic was on my cuticles, and the sides was not filed properly. She told me to wait for manager/owner to fix it for me. So I waited for 1 hour in the beginning, and then 1 more hour for the manager to fix it. I waited patiently. When the owner asked me what was the problem, and I told her... She told me that I Alway complain that Im being rude because I tell technician what I want! That all technicians dont want to do my nails because Im rude to them. All this was said in front of all people!!! I was in shock! Also she told me never to come back! Never in my life I was that humiliated... and for what? On top of that, I was charged extra $5 for OPI nail polish, when in the beginning I asked the technician if that a regular nail polish and she said yes and never mentioned an extra $5. Its not about the money even, its about misunderstanding that happened because of the girls (technicians) poor English. I was not rude to her, because I could tell she doesnt have an experience, and thats OK, she needs to learn somehow. But blaming a customers for technicians mistakes, in my opinion, is very wrong.

I been going here for a few months now and I love this place! The staff is so nice and professional, even the guy at front desk is super nice and always asks me how was my experience every time i go. My nails always turn out amazing and ive had them done with different techs! :)

Honestly, there is only one good professional nail tech there its like everyone else is training even on eyebrows, so you never know what type of service your going to get. Dry nail polish still is on the cuticles and dry, they dont know how to fill the full nail properly, some of the nail techs are very rude, one called me a liar, all because she misunderstood what I wanted plus she didnt know english she was confused. If you have the patience to deal with this and dont care about your hard working money then go. The guy manager is very nice but he is not always there when this kind of stuff happen. I gave the place a 2nd chance and still was unhappy with the service.

Honestly they don’t even deserve this one star. I am writing this review because I was very disappointed with their service. I had an appointment and waited over 30 minutes just to get refused because they didn’t want to do what I was asking. I always get regular polish with a gel coat and I’ve never had an issue getting this done before. I spoke with the manager and she was unhelpful and said they couldn’t do it because it takes too much time! So ridiculous!! Do yourself a favor and don’t come here!

I went there 2 times. My first was just my nails had the dip powder. 2 days later the started popping off. Went in that day and the fixed it free of charge. 2 days later my nails started popping off again, went back again this time I just wanted my money back they gave me a gift card. Over the weekend I went back to get my toes done and ended up trying the liquid gel for my nails. Here I am 3 days in and the nails are popping off once again. I wouldn’t recommend getting anything other than ur feet done here. They are too expensive and the work isn’t good and don’t last.

The owner Vicky is a big sweetheart , I’ve been a client of theirs since this west Hartford location opened . Not a bad thing to say about it or the staff !They take their time and everyone is a perfectionist here.Today I had Sam do my nails and I’m in love with his work !!!!Thank you Sam. You really are excellent at this craft !!!

My nail were not painted incorrectly. My gel colored nails didnt last 24hrs. My friend and i went for a mani n pedi 1hr 1/2 later she was still waiting for her hands to be done. We paid n left unfinished

I’ve gone to this place a few times and will not be returning. The 1st two times I went my refill/pedicure turned out ok however the prices are unreasonable, much higher than other local shops. They also try to say you need a ‘new’ nail ($5 dollars ea extra nail) when in reality you don’t (its told to my sister each time) For the price, the work can be sloppy, lumpy, and quite frankly look like you did them at home. My one good experience was with Lan, unfortunately she was not in the last time I went. Her work was great, perfect shape, no lumps, no polish on my skin and all over my cuticles and unlike the last time I went, no air bubbles. If I absolutely had to return I would only see her.

I told her I wanted ombré pink and white coffin nails, i left with ugly tan, square shaped nails. I’d rather be told that they don’t know how to perform a skill, than attempt and fail and waste not only my time, but theirs. I only left without saying anything because it was already a half hour past closing time and I wanted to get home after a long 10 hour shift at work. I also went through choosing 7 different colors because they were all out. I’ve been trying different techs since February, and none have satisfied me. The best service I received was from the woman owner and that was AFTER being disappointed previously.Lesson learned: never going back.

I had made an appointment for 4:45 and I showed up around 10 minutes early. Absolutely no greeting from the employees, I was simply ignored. They do not follow covid restrictions as customers are packed in there like sardines. A client with a 5:00 appointment got taken before me even though I was booked for 4:45. I ended up leaving and going somewhere better...Not quite sure how this place is in business but uhhhh

They messed up on my eyebrows and harassed me to give me back my $10....so I guess their poor customer service will cost them new customers. They say they do threading eyebrows but they don’t. I walked out and the woman next door heard me complaining and stated they messed up hers too. Beware! Your business should be experienced for good customer service regardless of our nationality. Never again

I arrived 15 min early to my appointment, only to be seen 20 min late and have my feet sit in water for 30 min. As I waited the water literally turned cold and nobody started working on my feet. I watched they took another customer who came in after me and started working on their feet with equipment that hadn’t been cleaned which is what led me to get up and leave. I was going to get both manicure and pedicure. Guess it was meant for me to be disgusted and save my money. BE CAUTIOUS. ITS COVID-19 GOING AROUND.

Love this place! Recently broke up with the salon from my teens and any girl will tell you how stressful that can be. This place is professional, quick, great location, reasonably priced, and best of all open on Sundays which works great for my schedule!

Beautiful, clean nail salon with awesome customer service. One thing I have noticed is if I am unhappy w a color or the way my nails came out if I tell the manager she ALWAYS offers to fix it.

I love this place!! It provides an awesome experience with the nice atmosphere (soft music, very clean, not too loud, and no acrylic smell). Staff is very nice.. you don’t just have a nail technician you build a family here!!!!

Terrible and super pricey. I needed a refill within a week and my daughter had a manicure for the same price of a full set. Don’t recommend this place. It’s not the prices that bother me, it’s the quality of their work. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was getting my car detailed across the street and there was really nowhere to hang out so I wandered around and stumbled upon this place. The salon was incredibly clean the people were friendly the pedicure was painless nobody tried to be a foot doctor, it was lovely will definitely be back.

Worst place ever. Super disorganized. They don’t care what time your scheduled for. They just take whoever comes first. Super rude and extremely unnattentive. Took time off from work to go for a 2 o’clock appt only to be told to come back at 5 totally unacceptable. Never go there.

I go here cause its convenient but they dont accommodate you if you change your mind about color they make you pay or if u broke a nail right after you get them done they make you pay .. they make up prices as you sit there . I paid 35 for mine which was a refill with 4 broken ones .. but wanted to charge my daughter 30 for a refill with her while set complete smh .. wasnt gonna happen .

I didnt find nail techs to be friendly at All! They do good work but it would be nice to have both. Ive been there several times but decided not to return.

Unbelievable service!!! Just got them done and love the nails so much! A nice pink color to go with any outfit :) Definitely I recommend this place!

The service is not consistent and theyre over priced- including a charge for changing the shape. I recently got a refill and within a week, 3 nails broke. I called about getting it fixed and I was told they can not help me unless I pay and the orginal cost of my refill was $50 dont waste your money here.

I have been coming here for some time, yesterday was awful, I arrived and I was told to have a seat, I waited about ten minutes, Sam instructed me to wait for a person to be available and in the meantime he ushered me to come sit in his station he would assist me until another person becomes available, He had my hands soaking, ( this is necessary for gel polish removal) As I sat, the clients kept coming in and in Etc, I sat for another 15 mins allowing the gel nail polish to soak off, Anyhow, As time passed, I noticed how walk-ins ( Clients) were escorted directly to seats based upon service they wanted ( Which btw was were more expensive transactions) and were tended to immediately, At first I thought ok maybe appointments but nope, Walk ins for pedi and full sets etc, The moral is.. How rude to have clients that are already set up to receive services regardless if its a nail polish change or quick eye brow service whatever, Be professional and courteous towards the clients that already in the seat, Tend to us as well, Not fair to be rushed and perform horrible job with nails, (Owner) wasn’t in at the time but The salon was well filled with enough workers, That if they were to manage their time properly and accordingly , That my nails would’ve been done correctly, and not rushed, Filing is not cute nor the polish she applied…First come and serviced properly, It wouldn’t leave room for reviews like mines, Take time to correct this, Treat Everyone like their Money is as important as theirs, I will follow up w Owner and give opportunity to fix the job that I received otherwise she lost a faithful customer.*** update*** All is well, Happy with result, The ladies understood and politely took care of me ;) Thanks For Not being upset, and redoing my nail , Even thou now, The owner side looks at me and never says hello, oh well Sweetie it’s my money and I just want a good job done especially if I am expected to tip ;)

I went in to get a mani pedi and it was terrible and definitely not worth the price. They’re very unprofessional and the price fluctuates depending on who you are. My nails don’t look like a got a manicure AT ALL!

My favorite nail spot! Jenny is awesome. I moved out of Hartford so its a little hard to drive down there for my nails but I do every chance i get!

First time going here and Ill be going again!! Its clean and relaxing, no one was rude and my pedicure was great!!! Also very organized!

Went in for a walk-in to get a full gel set, pedi and eye brow wax. Wait 45 minutes while the salon took people who walked in after me for services and finally left to go to a different salon. Wouldn’t come here again.

Although the atmosphere was nice I got my nails done with gel polish and both my fingers and my toes got messed up within the first 24 hours I had to go back to have my feet done again and then my nails messed up the next day and I chose not to go back I would not recommend this place to any of my loved ones

Loan is my girl. She pampers me so well.🥰 Im very much satisfied when I leave. Will follow her anywhere she goes❤️

Nail techs here are friendly, I usually go to Lan, Lily or Vic, cant never go wrong. Ive been to few salons in the area but none are nice and clean like this one.

Trash shaping, terrible colors, no up to date colors or shades cant do simple design... obvious trash talking in native language. So dissapointed totally ruined my day. I could cry im so disgusted. Im embarrassed to even post a picture

Took my niece there last weekend and we waited at least 3 Hours come to find out their prices not the same as in their brochure only to find out that its for overly not for a full set very disappointed
