I used to go here Zac, Mindy, and all the other cool employees are gone. This place sucks now. Customer service is horrible without the team leaders. The new kid there is rude and judgmental. Not welcoming at all I go elsewhere.

Great place and great people. Usually Im greeted by name when I walk in. I have seen them help people in need which speaks loudly about their care for their community. Plus probably the cheapest smokes in town. Great people, I highly recommend.

Best smoke shop in town. They sell pretty much everything a normal head shop would but with more variety and higher quality. Employees are usually in a very good mood and will have no issues helping you.I highly recommend these guys even if you have to commute just a little. Its always been well worth it for me. I would give this place a higher rating but a worker there said he was going to not allow me to come back just for opening to smell my e-liquid after i purchased it just to make sure it was not bad like another bottle i had purchased here. Luckily i did not get kicked out, but it definitely made me not want to give them as much business.

I have had nothing but amazing service here. I love the employees and the time they take to help me. This is by far my favorite smokeshop in the valley. When i go in they are super friendly and i recommend one stop to everyone i know. Other shops i go into its all about business, no relations, no conversations and no good customer service. When i go into one stop its all friends, they ask how i have been and we have a few laughs but they are still professional. I think this shop is a 10 star as far as business and friendships go. I dont see any of them anywhere other than in the shop and they have been really amazing people since the first time i went in. Great people and great service.

Ive had mostly good experiences here. Most of the employees are super helpful and make great recommendations. Last time I went in though, the guy helping me was kinda rude and even recommended I go to a different vape store. Overall, a cute little smoke shop that doesnt overcharge like other vape shops.

Told me I wasn’t old enough to buy vapor products because of the new law, but the law doesn’t go into affect until July 1st, 2020. Soon after, went to another smoke shop and had my ID scanned and everything went through just fine. I would think a smoke shop would at least know what they’re talking about, lost a loyal customer today.

I have been in to this smoke shop twice to buy coils for a vape. The staff is very rude and impatient they dont make you feel welcomed at all. They make you feel stupid for asking questions and asking if they have certain things. WORST PEOPLE EVER!!! if you want people who are going to treat like a human and dont give you dirty looks for asking question go to smoke city or the vape door! Will not return!

The staff seems to be nice and attentive. And the store is clean. As good of a smoke shop as one could ask for I suppose.

My husband and I started vaping the first of the year and he had bought my first pen vapor from here. Within a week it was already not working correctly. Took it back up to the store and told them that my husband got it for me for Christmas and I have only been using it for a few days , I was still trying to stop smoking so I didnt even use it all day. They made it sound like they were going to replace it. They gave us a new one and then took us up to the register and threw the one that we had away. We ended up going back to get the one that was broken just because I felt we paid for we should have it whether its working or not. In 2 months we went through about 7 pens through them and we were told that they were all great quality. At first we didnt have any problem with the Vape juices. Once we started getting the higher-priced items as when we started having problems. They probably do not sell very many juices so they could be old I dont know but when I go in and expect to have someone experience recommend something to me and they recommend something and then I go back to get something else and say oh yeah I didnt like that and I get the response back saying yeah a lot of people say it tastes like s***. I dont like it either. Well then why the hell would you recommend something to me if you dont like it and youre saying other people dont like it. I wasnt going to do a bad review but in the last two weeks Ive had problems while finding another vape shop I bought two different bottles of juices and the one tasted like soap and the response I got was other people have said the same thing well then why would you recommend it. So if anybody is looking for a good Vape Shop you should go to The Vape Shop on 6200 off of Bangerter. They are awesome they help you they let you try it and they dont make you feel like youre an inconvenience

Ive been going to this place since i was a kid and my parents were going to this place ya its had its problems but what place dont but there is no way in hell ive ever had bad customer service maube provlems with products that they dont carry anymore but its always changing its not the employees fault that the vendors they get product from change their products up but other than that ive had bothing but good experiences everytime i go there and i go there atleast once a week

The people and the prices at this particular smoke/vape shop keep us coming back again and again!! We dont live anywhere close anymore but its well worth the weekly 9 Mile drive!!! 👍😁 We LOVE THIS SMOKE SHOP!!

I travel a lot, and this place still has a better selection, and better service than most of the so-called vape shops. I have been shopping here for about five years, always great service along with excellent prices on brand name vape equipment. I usually hit this shop straight from the airport, if Im on a layer over...good vape juice, and some suave dudes who are selling it. Another thing is...I have bought chargers, and batteries from them, and only twice they have been bad; gone back in days later, and they exchanged..NO problem for one that worked. I buy a lot of batteries, and chargers.. they get left in hotel rooms, rental cars when Im traveling. My favorite thing about this shop is thier point/re-wards program. Nothing better than walking in to buy some new vape juice, pick out my flavour, and nic level...only to find out its free this time..Wooo Hoo.

I am a frequent flyer at one stop toke spot its just where we seem to land ...Not exactly discount prices but can get cigs under $6

Be very very careful of the stuff you buy here. I bought CBD oil here turned out to be spice. Put my husband in the hospital for 4 days!!!!!!! Be very careful this place is extremely Shady!!!!

One of the employees who was working had a son in the shop who was only 14 years of age. He was also screaming at customers and kids. Terrible service, terrible experience, never coming back!!!
