I am very pleased with the treatment I received at Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa on January 1st. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Everyone there treated me super well. Amy Beth, my skin specialist, was superb and the make up artist was also good. I plan to make Red Door my permanent place for facials from now on.My skin looks radiant and I feel beautiful!!!!Marcia

I just had the best massage at Red Door in the Westchester, by Tracy. She was professional, yet friendly... but more importantly, the massage was awesome!! I am so relaxed and I think it was honestly the best massage I ever had! With the holidays, you will probably get (and even give) spa gift cards. I highly recommend you ask for Tracy if you head to Red Door (Elizabeth Arden)!! I can’t wait to go back! I am going to recommend her to all of my friends.

My husband and I received a duo massage for his birthday. His masseuse did not focus on the areas he asked her to work on. He requested a Deep Tissue Massage and all he was given was some sort of Deep Tissue gel. He said he felt like she was wiping his back. She was not organize with her massage. My masseuse was good that’s why I am giving two stars but she didn’t focus on the area I asked her to. The spa didn’t have restroom for men , there was no sauna. You would think Elizabeth Arden spa would be of better quality. You should have a better experience for paying $500 for a duo massage. So pricey for little quality.

I have been going to the Westchester Red Door for a couple of decades now. I love this particular location because of a fabulous relaxing atmosphere and I found a fantastic masseuse. After all these years they treat me like family. My special thanks to Stefania for making my daughters 25 th birthday celebration last week so flawless. Stefania has been particularly helpful - she even calls my house when they have promotions she knows Id be interested in. I always feel relaxed and recharged after my visits to this salon. Will be back soon

Service is impeccable from the greeting to the checkout. The environment is quite, never hear a voice raised amongst the employees. I am made to feel as I am an important client by everyone. Its a team these red door technicians. Love it. Yes there are many spas in my area, but I recommend this for an excellent experience

I got an 80 minute deep tissue massage and a manicure and pedicure here, and it was wonderful. The manicure lasted almost a week and a half, which is amazing for regular polish. It was quiet, relaxing and everyone was professional. Its in a quiet part of The Westchester, so the noise from the mall does not disrupt anything. I will be back!

This was one of the best facials Ive received in a very long time. My technician Galya was not only extremely knowledgeable but super super personable. We had a few great laughs followed by a relaxing facial that had me glowing in the end. I highly recommend the red door spa.

Galia is amazing. The ladies that work here are wonderful. Every time I get a facial I leave feeling and looking like a million dollars!!!! She doesnt just give you the facial you book, she actually takes the time to evaluate your skin and determine the best treatment for that day. She has such a magical touch!! I cant wait to go back for my next treatment.

I was really very pleased with the treatment I got from this spa. As always friendly staffs. Clean environment. They treat you like special and no matter who you are you feel special being there. I was visiting NY for a wedding and wanted to schedule something for my hair and make up for the event. I had been to red door spas in VA and know their quality. So I went ahead and scheduled red door for NY. I loved the staff there, especially Lauren - who did my hair. She gave me the best blow out in the least time ever. I have heavy long indian hair and I cant believe she managed to do it so fast! Giving me extra 15 mins to squeeze in a express manicure (which wasnt scheduled) which the red door spa went out of the way and got a nail technician, Wendy who managed to transform my nails so quickly. The make application was superb - it was done at 10:00 am and stay put till 10 pm on my face. Over all, I would definitely recommend anyone to try that place out and cannot wait to revisit again! 5 stars and above.

Deb has been my manicurist for 20 years and her work is flawless. Nancy is also wonderful. The salon is beautiful, and I am so lucky to have a place where I can get impeccable manicures and pedicures from consummate professionals.

Tabitha is the best at what she does. I always recommend my friends and family to go to her. She is absolutely amazing. From her great personality to her knowledge of skincare, she always brightens not only my face…but my day as well! I will always come back to Red Door for Tabitha!

Overheard stylists being awfully rude and terrible to a young blonde assistant. One stylist even went as far as to talk foully about the blonde assistant to me and started talking about this girls personal life as if I knew her! Very unprofessional and heartbreaking to hear grown women talk about a young girl that way. Service was good but atmosphere is not the environment I would bring myself nor my close friends to again.

TLDR; Mynd is a hip, NYC-style salon in Westchester that is open late, open on Mondays, and I have gotten both great color and a great cut.Please see my earlier review for a haircut with Lauren, which was also excellent. This is a review for color with Alicia.Alicia was extremely accommodating AND did an excellent job. While I had called earlier in the day to let the salon know I would be running late, it didnt seem like she had been told. However, she didnt bat an eye at my 5:15pm request to make my thick, curly, color-damaged and generally unruly hair as blonde as it could get without snapping off.When I get an idea in my head for a hair change, I need it done immediately or I will obsess until I have gotten it. On Sunday night, I decided that I MUST go platinum as soon as possible. Most salons are not open on Mondays, and especially not for a 5pm color appointment, but I had been to Mynd previously for a haircut so checked the online appointment tool and was pleasantly surprised to find one available.As I mentioned, my hair was already color-treated, so I was a dark and dirty blonde. I showed Alicia wild pictures of silvery and platinum blonde, with the disclaimer that I understand it will take more than one session to achieve the color that I ultimately want. Alicia dove right into what would turn into a 3.5 hour appointment (which is shorter than my usual color treatments!) and I walked out very, very blonde and with a plan to return for one more session in 6 - 8 weeks.So far, I have gotten both cut and color at Mynd and they have each been lovely. I would highly recommend this salon, particularly for people who work and cannot ordinarily get to a hair appointment in the middle of the day. I lived in the city for almost a decade and have had trouble finding a salon I am happy with in Westchester, so I am extremely pleased to have found Mynd, which is open late, open on Mondays, and has great services and ambiance.

Was in the salon first and last time. Went there with mom mom and my 6 month old baby. It’s a beautiful salon in the mall. We were escorted to a waiting room for pedicure for my mom. I was waiting with my baby in a nice room with two other ladies. Baby was not crying, not fussy or anything she was almost asleep. About 5 min later a member of the staff enters and is like- since u are with the baby u cannot be in this room (I guess it was a ‘special’ waiting room for the relaxation spa or whatever). And they escorted us out to the reception area. Hey, RedDoor Spa, what was wrong with my baby?! Did we look like stray dogs or something?! Or $100 is not worth of our staying in that ‘special’ room?! Or did we disturb anybody?! We didn’t deserve that rudeness. Well guess what, I saw the manager and shared our experience. She was like “ well u were not supposed to be there, it was a mistake for the staff to escort u there in the first place, we promise that won’t happen again.” Then don’t escort me there and then don’t show me the door the way you did!!! And yes u are right that won’t happen again cause I’m not going there ever again. Not to any reddoor spa! That’s my experience! Thank god my mom was happy with her pedicure. Debbyann did a great job! She was very friendly and attentive. Massage was great, pedicure was beautiful. Debbyann, unfortunately u lost clients through no fault of yours. U can thank ur receptionist, ur makeup artist and ur manager

This was such a relaxing and amazing experience. Jeanine who gave me an 80 minute Swedish massage with Aromatherapy was very friendly and skilled. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to pamper themselves. I cant wait to go back!!

Very attentive staff. I came in early for my hair appointment and was greeted by very friendly and professional staff. The place is tastefully decorated. My appointment was with Robert who was amazing and truly transformed my look. Definitely highly recommend!

I have booked a special weekend in the city for my Birthday, I hope that My experience will be as wonderful as this location. I take my self care seriously, as I don’t get much time off so every time I book an appointment it needs to be amazing.

All I can say is WOW. What a great experience. I had color/partial highlights/hair treatment/ and a blow out. I’m actually coming back soon for a haircut with Alfred. And I’m stupid excited. Also everyone was so nice. It’ll cost a pretty penny but imo it’s worth every dollar.

A great morning! I had a mini massage and essential manicure. Wendy, my manicurist was lovely and personable. Terri gave a great massage. Overall, it was a great time to relax.

I am a returning customer for color (Krystal), cut (Lauren), waxing and facials (Susanne). Not only is the experience professional but everyone from check-in to check-out takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and happy. Most of all, I enjoy the compliments I receive on my hair and complexion.

I visited without an appointment an 9:00am and was lucky that they had a spot available. Their service from beginning to end was courteous and warm, and the atmosphere was calm and soothing. I was so impressed, I made an appointment to return for a facial.

Got my haircut from Robert and it was very well done. I got a simple trim to remove split ends in my hair and was afraid that hed cut more than I wanted. But Robert was very specific about how much length would come off and stuck to it. Also gave a lot of tips to strengthening my hair and hair care routine to follow.

The desert stone massage was terrific. Lizzie was the massage therapist and was great. The aroma therapy choices included eucalyptus which is my favorite. Felt calm, rested and can not ask for more👌

My makeup artist made me look and feel amazing! I gave her a basic idea and told her to just run with it. The end result had me getting compliments all night at my event!

Amy was awesome. She took the pictures I showed her and interpreted the style for my hair type. She asked me questions to understand what I was looking for and then proceeded to give me a great cut.

Great service; lovely atmosphere. First time Ive gone to Mynd instead of a local nail salon. Had a manicure and pedicure from Irma who did a terrific job. Local salons do not compare.

I love the Red Door. While its expensive, the technicians are wonderful. Santuza is a gem for waxes. I love Lina for nails. I always feel relaxed and wonderful after leaving.

My wife got their signature massage and I got a facial and we were both very impressed of the quality of the service, friendliness and professionalism of the staff, and overall atmosphere and cleanliness. I recommend.

The wrap by Lizzie was incredible. Ive never felt more like a toasty burrito and have never been so smooth, soft and clean. The Scalp massage was EVERYTHING. If I could have had an hour of that I would have. The facial by Laura was lovely as usual and now my face glows and is as soft as a babys butt. 10 out of 10 recommend, plus those cookies in the lounge were tasty. Only con was the shower room doors were really heavy, tugging on those things while oiled up in a bathrobe is just too close to an unfortunate nip slip than Id like to be.

This was the first time Ive been to a Red Door Salon, but I do frequent other spas several times a year. My spa treatment was very nice - the technician was very pleasant and made it a great experience. However, I was disappointed at how I was greeted at the front desk upon arrival - and even more so upon checkout. The associate was very cold - just said last name and then processed my payment. No thank you for coming... or how was your treatment - nothing. I was the one who said thank you when I left. Certainly not what I had expected.

The estheticians are very professional and super sweet. Its a little pricier than other spas but it’s well worth the splurge.

Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa. Since I was a teenager I frequented the fifth avenue spa whenever I was in New York.Later on went to the spa on The Westchester.Totally recommend the experience.

I had a terrific facial. It was thorough and my skin looked great when it was over. I also felt relaxed and pampered.

The staff is very polite. Joseph has been doing my hair for years and I expect him to do it for many more!

The Red Spa is a place where you go to relax and allow to be pampered. I have been going there for 10 years and truly enjoy it. I highly revommend it!
