Been going here for years. Unfortunately they sold me opened product and would not let me return it. I myself will not be returning. INSPECT everything before purchase.

When owner or his son are present in the shop, its a 5 star rating all day long. But this last experience I had was to purchase replacement coils for a gaping device in which I purchased there a few months ago. The module I have comes with 2 tanks and since they did not have the one I usually use I gave the man my other pod which had a pre installed coil, when he took it out he ripped the rubber gasket off the coil rendering it useless. I asked him why he did that and he replied that it was already like that. Long story short he kept the pod and coil he damaged and told me he would order the one I needed and he sent me away with a disposable blueberry e cigarette which is terrible. I went to Fordham and bought the correct coils st half the price. From now on I will only deal with owner or his son.

These guys have an excellent selection of Al Fakher shisha tobacco. They have a lot of hookahs here and a decent collection of things you’d expect at a head shop. The location is great and customer Service is top notch.

Just moved to the area, love this store. Lots to choose from, dudes inside aew friendly. Ill be back this weekend

Have a nice selection of cigars. Convenient location on corner in White Plains. Place could be a bit cleaner and better kept - but all in all nice store.

Bought raw cones and a glass piece. Got home and the cones container was empty. Not cool.
