First off, I would like to mention the professionalism of one of your employees. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the products that you offer. I came in for help with some chronic pain issues that I had been having, she listened to my story and made recommendations based on the medicine that I have been taking, explaining to me that one particular product could possibly interfere with the blood pressure medicine I was taking, and then referring a product that would benefit me most. I was extremely impressed that she didnt sell me on the most expensive and cared enough to truly find a product that would be most beneficial considering my ailments. I believe her name was Athena and I would just like for the company to know what a asset you have in your employee. I dont know if she is the store manager or just a teammate but recognition to her should be given. As a former retail manager myself, I can tell you that she is a capable individual. Also I would like to state that your product, although a little more expensive than most, seems to actually be of better quality than most which makes the product worth the expense. My apologies for this long comment but as I stated earlier, I have been on the retail side of customer service and great teammates like Athena are hard to come by, and are well deserving of recognition. I came in this evening looking for some cbd products for pain. Big shout out to Athena! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. She helped me find exactly what I needed. The shop has a good selection of things as well, and everything is good quality.

I have been to this dispensary many times over the past few years including when it was under the previous owner. I suffer from multiple conditions (Epilepsy, PTSD, Degenerative Disc Disorder, and more) due to military service and the care and compassion I receive here is like nowhere else. The staff are wonderful at what they do. The medicinal benefits of the products offered here make day to day life much more bearable for me.

I was asking specific questions about the product and she treated me like an absolute idiot talking down to me and did not know what she was talking about.
