Harbour Salon and Spa - Wilmington

I’ve been coming here for a few years now for my nails, especially for their signature pedicure. I also love attending their pop up events. I always buy their earrings and some other jewelry too. However, they recently got rid of the option to do a signature pedicure and only do the zero gravity pedicure now. I did not enjoy it. It may be for some people, but not for everyone. I feel they need more options. I went the first week they started this new pedicure. The way it’s set up is very odd. It’s a very small space so they only have 3 chairs and for how much you’re paying ($75 plus tip), I felt there needed to be curtains or walls between each chair/person for more of a relaxed experience. The way my feet/legs had to be positioned for most of the pedicure was odd too, gave me a cramp in my leg. Looks very uncomfortable for the nail techs too honestly. I also felt like it was awkward for them to work and move around and try to fill their bowls with water and where to place some items. So the service for the pedicure is the same, but now you’re in a zero gravity chair that goes back for part of the pedicure, says you get an eye mask (not a huge deal in my book), and some “light” massaging of the upper body, and “full” leg massage. Not worth the $75 in my opinion. So I am very sad that I have to find a new place for my nails. I LOVED coming here before and I also loved Danielle and Deedra (very sad to hear she left too). Please bring back your signature pedicure! 🙏🏻♥️

I love Madison! I was over the moon happy about how my hair turned out. I previously had a botched ulta hair job and was so upset and I thought my hair could not be fixed. I went to Madison about a week later for the first time, and I will continue to go to her, She did a Phenomenal job! The whole atmosphere about Harbor hair salon is so welcoming and all the hairdressers around you make you feel so welcome! I 100% recommend Madison for any of my friends wanting to get their hair done! I shared a few pictures below of my hair before and after obviously you can tell which one is after I can’t thank Madison and Harbor Hair Salon enough!

I had the Best experience at Harbor Salon and Spa! The staff is really friendly, offering beverages as soon as you arrive. We were seated at our appointment time and started our pedicures right away. The salon offers multiple services, including hair, makeup, manicure and pedicure, massage and esthetician. It is very clean inside!!! They are located in Lumina Station, very close to the beach. The prices are just right, so Please book an appointment and treat yourself today!!

I got a lash lift and tint with Jennifer and it is the best work I got in all Wilmington after 5 years! She is AMAZING! She took her time to know what I really wanted/liked since I am really picky with my lashes! I love them so much! Look at this result! Thank you Jennifer!

I loved working with the Harbour Salon team for my wedding on October 8th. They came to Shell Island Resort where we were getting ready and made the whole process very seamless (and fun!). I did a hair trial and two makeup trials which they happily accommodated at both locations of their salon. Highly recommend!

I love Nina! She has consistently done a great job on my hair color and cut. Shes the best stylist and color specialist Ive had in Wilmington.

Christie S is such an amazing stylist! A friend recommended her, and now I’ll never let any other cosmetologist cut my hair. She actively listens to what I want to do with my hair, looks at pictures I bring in, and I always walk out feeling amazing. She did mine and my bridesmaid’s hair for my wedding—could not talk more highly of her. Everyone looked amazing and we were able to relax before the ceremony with her calming presence. I go to her for all my special occasions now. She helps me feel so beautiful and comfortable.

Booked a last minute couples massage. While our massages were not in same room / side by side tables, we thoroughly enjoyed our treatments. Lisa took great care of my partner (who was a first timer), while Kristina was incredible at finding all my little tough spots. Both masseuses were incredibly knowledgeable and had amazing technique. Kristina specifically has experience with triathletes and womens health. Something to keep in mind, if youre needing something a little specialized.The space itself was cozy, quiet, clean, warm, inviting, and tranquil. All the things you want when looking to relieve stress.While it is possible to book at appointment online, be sure to call the Salon / Spa for pricing as the amounts listed on their website are starting fees.

I love Harbour Salon and Spa! I have gone there to get my hair done a few times by Madison and she is the absolute best! She always knows what to do to make my hair look the best and be the healthiest. Today, I came in for a massage with Sydney. Sydney created an amazing experience for me. She thought of every detail, including making sure I didn’t need to use the restroom before my massage (which I would’ve never thought of, lol). She asked me about any specific problem areas before and the amount of pressure I wanted. She focused diligently on each area including my shoulders and upper back, neck and scalp, arms and hands, lower back and hips, thighs, calves, and feet. She spent extra time on any areas that were tight and worked to get any knots out and release my muscles. She thoughtfully made sure I was covered at all times. I also loved the detail of the warm moist towelettes before moving areas. She also did some specific stretches to help my problem areas, which was great. After the massage she gave me recommended stretches to do before workouts and other times to help release my tight hips. It was obvious Sydney really cared about my experience and wanted to help me. I will definitely be coming back to her and of course Madison!!

Christie Smith is the best!! I see her every 5 weeks for color touch up and a haircut and she is so professional and on top of her game. I recently took a bold step with a short hairstyle. I showed her a couple of pictures and she nailed it! I get so many compliments on my hair. It’s not easy finding a predictable stylist, especially who can manage naturally curly hair but Christie can and is now my forever stylist! I highly recommend her.

Kayla was insanely good at my makeup and checked all the boxes according to a reference pic even though I was unsure about what I actually wanted done- Also I literally cried and NO smearing occurred. 10/10 book her ASAP!!! ps I ate a burger too and the lips still slayed

If you are a guy with long hair, go see Brendon! He knows what’s up, and hooked me up with an awesome layered summer cut. Definitely will be comin back!

By far the best salon and spa in Wilmington. Jessica C, cuts my hair. She gets it exactly how I want it every time. Brendon J cuts my daughters hair. She has curly hair and we struggled for years, trying to find someone who knows how to cut curly hair. Brendon nails it everytime. I get my nails done by Deedra or Danielle and they are both so sweet and fun to chat with during your appointment.

Harbour Salon had become my go to place for hair, nails, and massage. Everyone is friendly, and services are top-notch! Highly recommend!Update: Today I was able to try the zero-gravity pedicure with Danielle - what a wonderful experience! Will definitely keep getting this service!

Kayla is the best! Started out with eyebrow lamination/tinting and now see her for eyelash extensions! She’s super friendly and does a fantastic job everytime. I’m always complimented on my eyelashes even when i’m 3 weeks out from fill in! Highly recommend her!!

Madison did an amazing job with my hair! Came in with box dye and ashy hair and she perfected it to a natural balayage.

Lisa is an amazing masseuse! I am currently 19 weeks pregnant and this is my second time doing a prenatal massage with her. She is so knowledgeable, professional, and cautious. She has all the equipment and training for safe prenatal massages. Not only does she make me feel so comfortable but she has alleviated most of my neck pain. So thankful for her!

Where to start..... the owner is in a league of her own, along with her staff! Everyone makes you feel welcomed, like you are part of the family at Harbour. Went in a couple years ago with trying a new place out to get my hair done when I moved here and left as a regular! I now have a monthly massage appt (hubby and I) every month and wont let anyone else touch my hair but Jessica (the owner). The wide range of services makes it a one stop shop for all your pampering needs. Trust me, make the call, set. the appointment, become a regular too!

Once again, Brendon did an outstanding job!! My hair was an absolute wreck and long overdue for a new style. I always enjoy our conversations. Also, I appreciate and trust his advice. Brendon has been cutting my hair for over 4 years now and I highly recommend him.The salons atmosphere and staff make the experience even more enjoyable.

I was in a recent bridal party getting my makeup done by Megan. She was extremely unprofessional. My makeup ended up so awful, and I asked her multiple times to try and fix it but she kept just telling me “that’s how it’s going to look.” The other women in my party we’re getting their makeup done by another girl with dark hair, and they looked incredible. I wish I would’ve received the same polite and professional treatment that they did. Also, if your going to be doing someone’s makeup you need to look professional and have good hygiene. I’m not trying to be mean but I spent $200 on hair and makeup and she couldn’t even put deodorant on. I did not receive the same level of care and professionalism as the other girls in my party. I am truly disappointed. I had to go back and fix my makeup that I spent $200 on. She definitely has no expertise in cosmetics or hair care.

Nice, clean, quiet salon. Susan gave me a great cut. She listened to my tips and concerns and made me feel valued.I was able to get an appt within a week, which I loved. The 4 star rating isn’t 5 only because the online booking feature failed and I had to call a few days later to book.Looking forward to trying other services offered.

I got great service from Emily and Christina at this salon. I have always been pleased with their promptness and attention to detail. I highly recommend Emily for your hair and Christina for a great massage.

I love Harbour Club! I have been going to Shanon for years. Since he is the only one I trust with my hair, he, Alexa and Kristin did the hair and makeup for myself and my whole wedding party. They did an absolutely amazing job! We got tons of complements and people called me after the wedding asking who did the hair and makeup. I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone!

I just got married on May 11, 2013 and I used Harbour Club Spa & Salon for hair, nails and make-up and could not be more impressed!! My mom and I have known Shanon Hoffman for almost 10 years, and wouldnt want anyone else doing my hair for such a special day :) He did the most amazing job and it stayed in place through the wind on the beach and into the next morning and looked absolutely beautiful. Megan came to Shell Island to do my make-up and did a wonderful job as well! She was even kind enough to put lashes on most of my girls, even though we hadnt planned for that. We had a nail spa day the day before my wedding and had the best time! All of the ladies did an amazing job and were so sweet.I also wanted to add how organized the scheduling process was. I was so impressed and it put my mind at ease (which is what every bride could only wish we could get throughout the whole wedding planning process). She worked with me through any changes and suggested catering packages, which was a HUGE hit with all of my bridesmaids. We didnt have to worry about finding lunch before the ceremony... it was all set up when we got there and was delicious!Thank you so much for everything!

Its been a long time since I have seen a professional for my hair. Nina was GREAT! When I explained what I wanted, I did not use the correct terms (I dont know anything about hair!), and Nina continued to ask clarifying questions until we both were on the same page regarding my hair. And thank goodness for that, because I was asking for the wrong thing!! I highly recommend Harbour Salon and Spa, and I will definitely be returning.

Today I had the privilege of having Laura Casper from Harbour Salon and Spa work on my hair. I just moved down to Wilmington, NC area from Washington DC area and didn’t know who to go to. Fortunately the Keune directory led me to Laura. I was so happy with the job she did on matching my hair color and cutting my hair. The salon was beautiful, clean, and the staff very friendly. I would highly recommend this Salon.

I had my hair and makeup done at Harbour Club for my wedding! It was great and I absolutely loved how I looked on my special day! My bridesmaids also had their hair done there for the wedding and all looked spectacular! We loved the mimosas and treats we had while we were getting pampered! I loved how well my hair held up!!

Sunny Lee at Harbour Club Day Spa and Salon has cut and colored my hair for years! I can’t imagine going to anyone else! She listens, gives great suggestions/advice, and never disappoints. I received an outstanding haircut by Brenden Jacobsen. TheSpa is warm and welcoming from start to finish. The Receptionists at the Reception Desk are always helpful and friendly. This is the only place for me!

I have been to some top-rated spas all over the country through my job, and I will tell you an expensive massage doesnt always mean its a good one. Ive lived in Wilmington for 15 years and Harbour Club has been consistently the best. Every massage therapist Ive had has been fantastic, and extremely knowledgable about sports or stress related ailments Ive had on many occasions. Whether your want to relax or work out knots, the staff cater to your massage needs and you will leave feeling so much better. Most recently Ive seen Lisa and Greg and they were great. The facials are amazing, too! The facilities are beautiful, clean, and the massage beds are so comfortable. This is where I go to treat myself!

The staff are friendly, welcoming and beyond knowledgeable - some of the best Ive experienced anywhere. Alexa does a beautiful job with my naturally curly hair, and always blends new highlights with existing perfectly. After spending a year looking for the right place to get my hair done, I have found my home at Harbour Club. The space is gorgeous, everyone there was very friendly and inviting, and Christina was amazing with my hair. She actually listened to me and my hair turned out exactly as I wanted. Im so happy to have found such a wonderful place! I highly recommend Harbour Club to anyone out there like me who has been disappointed in most other spa/salon experiences around town. YAY!

Went here a few months ago with my daughter for a pedicure and massage. Somehow they only had us down for one of us getting pedi and both for a massage. Deedra was great and worked us both in for a pedi and our massage therapist adjusted schedule to accommodate. Our massage therapist, Lisa and Heather were both amazing as well. The deep tissue massage was very good and best of all is it was a full hour of massage!!!! Most places schedule just an hour and that includes changing time but here we got a full hour of massage that did not include changing time. Highly recommend this place. We went here on vacation but really wish we had a place like this closer to home.

BEST FACIAL EVER! I experienced a little bit of heaven and cant say enough about Jennifer! This wonderful facial included a neck, arm, and hand massage. Her many years of experience are an added bonus to Harbour Salon and Spa. I highly recommend.

Amber is THE most amazing hair stylist youll ever come across! I went to her for the first time three years ago and Ive refused to let anyone else touch my hair ever since, even though I now live seven hours away. Ive sent 5+ friends to her and they all say shes got magic skills and love her just as much as I do. One of the sweetest, nicest people youll meet and shes SO talented with her shears!

I wasnt very happy with my style but we had to be at a wedding so I just went with it. My 11 year old had a dry trim and her hair curled for $60. Well go somewhere else next time.

What a treat! From the pleasant and helpful scheduling call to the soothing environment of the spa, I felt so welcomed and relaxed during my first experience at Harbor Club Day Spa and Salon. The spa pedicure and buff + gloss manicure from Ebony not only were beautifully done, but I also felt very well tended to and given a great massage. I cant wait to go back for another spa treatment from Ebony!

On April 21st 2012 my best friend asked for my hand in marriage and soon after that the wedding planning stress kicked in. When we decided Wilmington, NC would be our wedding destination I immediately knew that I wanted Harbour Club Spa and Salon to doll up my bridesmaids and me for my big day! I knew this salon would be the perfect place because of their friendly, well skilled, and professional staff. As the big day got closer I was getting more nervous and stressed which caused my face to breakout like Ive never experienced before in which started to cause me to have concerns on how I would look when my soon-to-be husband sees me for the first time as I walk down the aisle. However, my concerns were resolved when my makeup artist Megan worked her magic. She took her time to figure out which make up would work best for me and cover up my blemishes. She did a wonderful job and my makeup was absolutely amazing!! My hair stylist, Jessica was also amazing. I brought in a couple of ideas of what I wanted and she incorporated into exactly what I was looking for! I was weary if my hair could hold curls due to it being so fine, but Jessica worked her magic and my curls stayed in all night and was still curly and beautiful the day after the wedding. Needless to say, on my wedding day Harbour Club worked their magic on me and my bridesmaids while we sipped on drinks and relaxed! Everyone looked absolutely stunning!! The staff was super friendly and also very professional. Jessica was also onsite at the wedding to help me do an up-do for the dress I changed into after the ceremony. She once again had me looking wonderful and it took her no time! Such amazing staff and services from HC!

Absolutely loved my facial with Kayla Burkhalter! The entire experience was very relaxing. My skin was glowing when I left and very fresh looking for days after. I will definitely be going back to see Kayla for future appointments ;)

DREW IS THE BEST!!! She did a blonde balayage on my hair in July (it is now November) and I am STILL getting compliments on the color. I have never had a balayage as high quality or as beautiful as this one. Its been a long time since Ive loved my hair as much as I do now and I cant wait to book again!!

First off this place is amazing. It was such a chill environment and they were very friendly, they offer you food and drinks before your service and also have champagne. Myself and my mom went there for massages and they were amazing we both felt extremely comfortable with the whole experience, I would highly recommend visiting they offer a good variety of services but definitely get yourself a massage you wont be disappointed.

Christina is an amazing hairstylist I highly recommend. She listens and gave the exact cut I had imagined. Shes sweet and professional. The spa is clean and elegant, and has a nice atmosphere!

The cleanliness is top-notch, Karina on nails has a steady hand that doesnt ever hurt, and Christinas deep tissue massages leave my wrecked shoulders and back much more free. When you walk in you immediately feel welcomed. The staff is constantly smiling and extremely friendly. They constantly keep updates on there Facebook page about specials, services, and events. Absolutely the best salon in Wilmington. I reccomend all of my friends to make appointments because they make sure to listen to what you want and make you feel like a movie star. The location is perfect because they are so close to Wrightsville Beach and Mayfair. So if you have a date it’s the perfect place to get glammed up.

After recently moving to Wilmington, I followed Google reviews and went to Harbour Club for a brazilian wax. This wasnt my first time and I knew what to expect from a higher end spa. The atmosphere and staff were very friendly. I was made to sign a waver which is something new.. I confirmed that I wanted a full brazilian. Meaning everything. The girl that did my wax was very knowledgeable and attentive. The price was a little bit higher than I was used to at $65 but it felt like the service was worth it. After getting home I saw that a lot had been missed. My skin was swollen and discolored. Over a month later my skin is still not back to normal. Disappointing experience for the price.

Love this place. This is my first visit and had a wonderful experience. I had a manicure, pedicure and hair cut. I’ve been to a few salons since I arrived in North Carolina and never went back after a first visit. I’m definitely returning to this place.

I get my hair cut and color by Saralyn Johnson and she is awesome with blonde hair.Saralyn saved the day for me several years ago when my hairdresser was not able to take me at the last minute and I have been with Saralyn ever since.Love her not only as a hairdresser but also as a person.

I have been coming to this salon for years. The customer service is outstanding and I love the personalized service from every employee. They have a ton of products that have helped my hair and skin over the years. Once you try this place, youll never go anywhere else!

I was recently sent a gift card to get another hair cut with them after my first haircut came out poorly. I appreciate that they cared to help fix the problem. The next stylist did a good job and I will go back to her for my next cut.
