Best massage I have had in Wilmington. Melanie was amazing handling all my pain issues. Knew how to work with a person going through Chemo and I was able to relax for the first time in over three months. Follow morning was able to move without pain or having to take pain relief meds.

Autumn is awesome! Definitely recommend for anyone, but especially those with chronic pain. I have had many massages over the years across the US and globe and this was one of the best. I have issues with extremely tense muscles, my spine, bulging discs, and consequently nerve pain at times. I like a deep, strong massage and Autumn fantastic She is very knowledgeable and was able to target and manipulate areas that gave me such release and relief. I felt so much better after the 90 minutes, I had tears of gratitude. If I lived in the area I would see Autumn regularly. I was relaxed after the massage but that’s about it. I came in and expressed that I have some problem areas and when I left they didn’t feel any different. I feel like I just got a very oily rub down. I’ve never had an experience like this before with any massage I’ve ever gotten. My masseuse said it felt like I didn’t need work on my upper body and that it felt like i get work done regularly but I haven’t had someone touch my upper back area in a long time and I have been getting bad tension headaches from knots in my shoulders and neck which is why I went to begin with. I did not get any relief at all from this visit. Not one knot was worked out. I wasted $80+ and now I’m glad I didn’t go for the hour and a half like I originally wanted.

Abigail has a peaceful presence and hands that are kind and thoughtful and healing and the space was welcoming, clean and cozy ❤️ After several years of having no massage and currently in PT for a pinched nerve, I decided what I really needed to help my body heal was therapeutic massage. Paige was my therapist today. I came in with a multitude of issues stemming from work and personal grief. She immediately calmed my energy and got right to it. Great pressure, great communication, a lovely atmosphere, and I even added cupping to assist with the issues in my back. She took her time. I had a great 90 minute massage with cupping and some stretching. Kristin was amazing. I’m a massage therapist and no one can understand our aches and pains like another LMT. She focused on the areas of greatest tension and restriction and I got a great release through the upper back neck and shoulders and glutes! Great cupping all over the back! Rebooked for 120 minutes next month. I’m practicing what I preach: when you find a therapist that knows what you need and delivers and you set yourself up with regular work from that person. I was recommended by a friend to go to Dawn. Let me tell you- she is amazing! I had never been one to get monthly massages but I felt so comfortable with her and also felt so great afterwards that monthly massages became a necessity to me. Sadly I have moved out of NC but when I visit, I will certainly be getting another massage. I normally get Deep tissue I like heavy pressure because it works the best for me but I know she gives lighter massages as well if you ask! She will fix it for you

I have been a client of Dawn’s since 2016. I have never been a person to have regular massages until I met her. I have deep tissue knots constantly and I have experienced several different massage therapists and always left unsatisfied because they never could work the knots out and I never felt any better. That’s until I met Dawn. She has hands of steel (if your looking for a true deep tissue massage) but she also can be very gentle. She is exactly what every masseuse should be. I recommend her to all of my friends and family. Her prices are more then reasonable and I’m so grateful for her skills.

Referred by a friend to get a massage here and it was fantastic. I play golf quite a bit so my lower back and sciatic nerve are usually tense. I left after only a half hour deep tissue massage from Kristin feeling super relaxed and loose. Will certainly be back for a longer massage and recommend this place to friends.

Dawn is wonderful! She is the perfect massage therapist for trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage. She wants to help you feel better and makes it a priority to do a great job. Some massage therapists do not actually focus on the areas where you really need trigger point therapy but Dawn does. Book with her as soon as you can! You will not be disappointed.
