Actually bigger than it looks. The guy who runs the register loves to answer questions so fire away. They have pretty much everything but at steep prices. If you are getting anything expensive just order it online.

Best place ever! We call them the VAPE BOYS they have so much knowledge on ALL of your needs! Its impressive how educated they are no matter the topic. Always well stocked products with great prices! If you have any issues with their products they back them up 100% no hassle! I had an issue with prepackage vape, no fault on them. I didnt have my receipt and they still replaced it!

Just visited this shop 30 minutes ago and felt compelled to post this review. Concord SL is top-notch. The guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable and incredibly cool. I went in there looking for something in particular, and he knew what I was talking about and also had a version Ive never even seen before.He also engaged with me in a deep, meaningful conversation after just chatting for 5 minutes. He knows whats up and has a great soul. Forgot to ask his name, but Ill be back!

This place is awesome, wouldn’t shop anywhere else in DE for glass, assorted tobacco products, kratom, or CBD products. ALL of the staff are SUPER friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful/patient if you don’t know what something is or what exactly you want. on top of that, their prices are unbeatable, especially on glass. much higher quality products for less expensive than any of the other well known DE smoke shops. Will be a continuing customer here, A++ rating.

Stopped in a few nights ago for Kratom after the medical industrial complex failed me entirely in relieving the agony of two abcessed teeth. Yaall provided me with more humanity than the medical gustapos.

As a former sales manager my customer service expectations are usually unattainably high. The Entire Staff at Concord SmokeLand far EXCEED any establishment I have patronized in an extremely LONG time! It’s also wonderful that their prices are far cheaper than every other shop within driving distance of the 19808 zip code. AND !!!! If they don’t have it, just ask, there have been a couple items I requested that they were able to procure for me and in an exceptionally short time frame. I can not recommend Concord SmokeLand enough!!!!

These guys give you an awesome experience every time you walk in. They’re extremely friendly and knowledgeable and they have a great selection. Came in tonight after having a really bad experience at the shop I normally go to and they gave me a discount that let me buy two better vapes for the price of one okay vape at my original shop which turned my entire night around. I’ll be coming here from now on.

As a Non-local looking for kratom, this place was perfect. It had the lowest price I found for kratom and they had a wide selection of high quality brands. The person working there was very nice and offered me a discount on my purchase. The place was very clean and welcoming. This will be my go-to smoke shop when I’m visiting this area. Im not from the area and needed kratom. Based on reviews I decided to try this place. This store had literally every big name quality Kratom brand in stock. Hand down the best vape shop i have ever been in and Ive been in many. They have the best prices, great selection, and excellent customer service.

If someone is looking to see how a business should be ran, and how employees should treat customers just check out this place. Seriously the customer service there alone makes me want to come back.Ive been here three times so far, and on one of those visits there was a guy there who was purchasing kratom for the first time. Alvie asked him if he ever tried it, and informed him about the potential dangers with developing an addiction because it does bind to opiate receptors.Its rare that you will find vendors who are honest and sell high quality products. The CBD gummies they sell here actually work and do seem to be full spectrum. My gf has lupus and these have really helped her with inflammation and pain so if youre looking to try CBD definitely give this place a try. They definitely have very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and good prices as well.

Great Service, and most of all BEST PRICES by far. Everyone else tries to knock you in the head with the outrageous over pricing. If Smokeland had more selection they would be the best Vape shop in the State maybe even in the Tri State area.

I enjoyed myself.Old review from like maybe 2022? I bought cigarettes from here a few times but Im about to roll up and see whats up with their Vape juice. Ill be strapping on my virtual goggles and going up there virtually on the internet. I just havent figured out how to travel places virtually yet. I thought you had to actually go there. I probably will though anyway.

Theres a full selection here but dont expect expertise or much engagement. A bit overpriced and underwhelmed on the service. My last experience here has convinced me that switching to a monthly subscription box was the right idea.
