Great little shop here with a nice selection, very fair prices and awesome people. I live nearby so Im in there on occasion, and what I love is that if there is no pressure, no pushy sales tactics. I either walk out with a smile and a thank you and a have a nice day - or I walk out with all that AND a product(s) that Ive always been satisfied with, every time. Just bought a little 6 beaker-style water pipe (lol) yesterday, and ended up paying less than half of what I was prepared to have to pay for a piece like that, and its quality.Stop in, you wont regret it. 🫠✌️

Bought a $50 bong. Unwrapped it in the parkinglot of the store to show my husband. Saw that the bowl was chipped/damaged. Called in before leaving the lot to get an exchange. Was told no exchanges or refunds. Its on me for not checking for damage, but dude. You wrapped it in bubble wrap, and I bet you saw it. Then to just shut me down when there was no way I damaged it. Folks are great but policies suck...

I love the staff here. They really put you at ease. They definitely know there stuff. Sometimes they run low on Kratom. Other than that, I enjoy the experience.Jessica is so nice. I had a medical issue and she sat me down in a chair until it passed. They all deserve a raise.

I bought a Lookah Seahorse from this place a few days ago and I specifically asked the man who helped me that day, Zach, if there was anything wrong with the device could I return it and exchange it. He explained to me yes that they would exchange me or give me store credit for it. I was happy he said this bc this is my first time using this tool. Unfortunately not only does the device take 2 hours to completely charge it doesnt hold a charge! So they next day i called and spoke with a man at highlife about the situation and he told me no there was nothing they could do and he couldnt exchange it. That i was going to have to call the company!! This was literally THE VERY NEXT DAY from the day i bought it so clearly the device was defective. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store for anything that you buy if you are not sure about it bc if something is wrong they wont help at all but instead give you the run around and tell you to contact the company! Very disappointing!

Cherie was AMAZING! Every time I come in there she always helps me when I’m so indecisive. She has such a good energy about her which keeps me coming back! She has a beautiful smile to her voice and makes every experience so pleasant! 11/10 recommend

Went in the evening of 2/8/2023 to find out more about the Delta products. Skye was knowledgeable and took time explaining the differences in the products. This helped me make an informed decision.

Highlife is handsdown the best smoke shop in wilmy, this location specifically. Good glass and even better employees. Makes me happy to see my boy ethan while he is working because i can tell he is learning alot and sharing his knowledge through this job.

Good prices on glass and other vaping and smoking accessories, which are actually comparable to many internet shops in quality as well.They hooked me up with a solid dab rig for my delta-8 concentrates, with some butane with a special metal nozzle I needed Walmart didnt have.Even gave me a small discount so I could afford everything! Would definitely go back.

Wow the lady working here took pleasure in reminding me she doesn’t except refunds but I didn’t receive a receipt yet nor left the store wanted to make an exchange for a bar of nag champa soap for a box of incense that was the same price was hurt and felt like I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced really would it have been that big of a deal to make a quick exchange and have a happy customer? Guess not..... cause she gladly sent me on my way kicking rocks just going to order the bar of soap off the web thanks for giving me a place to share my experience beware my fellow Wilmington neighbors don’t buy anything until you are absolutely sure it works and is what you are looking for.

Me and my brother went in to purchase incense sticks, he had bought two, and before leaving the store, we had noticed there were soap bars under the same brand, with the same exact price. We didnt even receive a receipt, so we had thought it wouldve been fine to trade one box of incense sticks for a bar of soap that was under the same price but since we didnt get our receipt or even walk out of the shop, still for some reason we couldnt trade the box for, once again, a bar of soap for the same price. When we had asked if we could trade the box for the soap, all the cashier did was point to a sticker on the door that said all sales final. We didnt get our receipt and we hadnt walked out of the store. If youre going to purchase anything from this store, beware the lack of customer service.

The Monkey Junction location for this store always does me right. Came in on 4/20 and got the swag bag, and Mike helped me find a pipe that suited my needs for a fair price. Yesterday, Solomon was awesome with suggestions on CBD vaporizers and amazing customer service. Kali is also super friendly, helpful and willing to make conversation. Definitely check these guys out if youre in the area and need some assistance, you will not be disappointed.

Really disappointed, nice store. Terrible customer service. I purchased 2 items. I would advice to check your merchandise really well before you leave. I didn’t. Went back the next day to see if I could please got it exchange and I was told that there policy is no exchange or refunds. Terrible customer service I was treated like I stole the item.

Needed a quick replacement battery for my vape as I’m working out of town. Sold me a battery that Didn’t come with a charger and they had no intentions of telling me it wasn’t the charger that I already said I had. Went back to return not even 5 minutes after purchasing and they wouldn’t return it. This was while they were also trying to figure out another problem that they had caused in store. Don’t care about the wasted money, just seems like they didn’t know what was going on the entire time I or any other customer was there

Staff are attentive and friendly upon entering. My go to smoke shop in town, because they have it all for a reasonable price. Shout out to Kali, she’s always around and super helpful when it comes to any product in store!

The monkey junction location is by far the best location in Wilmington not only do they have a wide range and variety of products but the employees there are irreplaceable the manager is amazing very sweet and helpful will go above and beyond to help her customers in any way she can the sales associates are very knowledgeable on all products in store as well as very sweet polite and respectable I highly recommend this place and they have my business for life

If I could leave no stars I would. No return or exchange policy! My fiancé came in and bought a tank for his mod LAST NIGHT and was so excited to use it and it’s defective. All 3 coils that came with it have something wrong. Two leak out all the fluid and one says no atomizer. They don’t do ANYTHING to fix the issue. I’m sorry but there should be exceptions if you sell a customer something BROKEN or defective. We have spent a decent amount of money in this store but we won’t buy anything else. Just BEWARE buying anything here because if it’s broke your stuck with it.

Such a friendly group of employees and a lovely experience! drove an hour from jacksonville north carolina just to see them a second time and i will do so again.

Bought a vale detox drink, was reassured it would work and followed directions like they told me to do. They dont do refunds so dont buy a detox drink here. It smelled like cat pee also and had chunks of stuff floating, I think it was old but not sure, all I know it they got my $60 and the product did not work like they said.

This company will not honor the manufacture warranty on any vaping products that you purchased from them. I purchased a wismec product and within 40 days I experienced a manfature defect. Took my device along with the packaging and receipt several times to get the issue resolved. They continued to tell me the company does not allow for any sort of returns (including manufacture defects to be sent off). I contacted wismec on several occasions to receive the same instructions that it was the responsibility and obligation for the company from where the purchase was made to take care of the refund and or steps for device repair or replacement.I do not recommend buying ANY vaping products here for this reason.

I have spent hundreds of dollars at this store today was crazy I lost my e cig bought the one they suggested ( I’ve never see. Any of these workers before ) long story short I never left the parking lot it shot e juice on me they said it was my fault wouldn’t return my money ? Didn’t know you could do that well I bought another just to leave but I hope the owners know they lost a good customer I mean four mins my mouth never ever touched it I was offered no help so y’all sucked today
