Glow Aesthetics was amazing with helping me get my skin ready to walk down the aisle! I met with Amy in October 2023 to help prepare for my March 2024 wedding.Completed Hydrafacials every month, purchased the recommended products for my skin and followed her advice religiously! I also went through two rounds of Moxi, one being 4 weeks prior to my wedding and a hydrafacial with dermaplanning 8 days before my wedding and my skin was glowing! Still excited to visit Glow once a season to keep up with my skincare routine and will get Moxi for any future event 😊 I recommend Glow to everyone in the Winchester/East WV area! Amy, Caitlin, and her team were so amazing to work with! The medispa is beautiful and very sanitary!

I have received quite a few services from Glow Aesthetics and have been obsessed with every single one of them. Amy has performed my hydrafacials and helped me get a good skincare routine. She is so knowledgeable, smart and sweet. She really helped transform my skin. Caitlin recently did my lip filler and she was so thorough and knowledgeable as well. I love them! Always a great experience! Lori has been doing my hair for years and I love it every time. I have had several different procedures done by Caitlyn- not only am I thrilled by the outcome each time but also her kindness (and patience) throughout the process. I love glow aesthetics center! First of all, the atmosphere is perfect, they offer you refreshments while you wait for your appointment, it’s clean and organized, I’ve always been called back on time, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I love the facials I get with Caitlin!!! She always does a thorough once over of my skin and adds a little personal touch to address any concerns she notices or that I bring up. I’ve been going consistently since January and get a lot of compliments on my skin!

Ive been to Glow Aesthetics three times now for facials with Amy. I loved my first one so much that once the facial membership program was launched, I decided to join. Its something nice and relaxing to look forward to each month, and I already feel its made a difference in my skin.Their facility is gorgeous, clean, and staffed by friendly, helpful people! Amy is absolutely lovely and provides an excellent, relaxing facial. She is very knowledgable about skincare needs and makes great product recommendations as well. Dont hesitate, go to GLOW!

I cannot say enough good things about this place, it is pure magic especially when it comes to skincare. I had an appointment for a Glow Getter Hydrafacial because my skin had just been feeling tired and heavy and when Caitlin finished with the procedure my skin looked and felt 10 years younger. The facility is always spotless and the staff are always friendly and eager to help you.

Had the hydrafacial today, didn’t love it. I’ve had them before at other medspas in Winchester. I didn’t feel I got my moneys worth at all. I don’t feel the pen was even used all over my entire face, it was haphazard and just kind of placed anywhere. If you go and have one at Blossom Medical you’ll see what I’m talking about. I also do not care at all for the soaps and products this place uses.

My first time going in I had such an amazing experience. Amy listened to my skin concerns and put together a skin care routine for me, even giving me a weeks worth of free samples. The building is beautiful and all of the staff are welcoming. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable atmosphere, and Rachel is so wonderful. Always knows exactly what to do to make me feel comfortable in my own skin with or without makeup!

I Had my 1st appointment at Glow with Danielle, I was nervous because I had someone messed my lips up in the past & she was very caring, listen to everything I had to say and explained exactly what she was going to do. I had my make up done for a maternity shoot last Saturday. Emily was AMAZING!!!! She made it fun and relaxing. My make up was flawless. The environment was welcoming and calming. Will be coming back for my infant photos!

I rarely do anything to pamper myself so I decided to take a day off work and have a full spa day. I called Glow Aesthetics and spoke with Emily, who was wonderful! She took the time to explain the services offered and listened to what I was looking for to help me pick the right ones. She was so thorough, I ended up booking more than I had intended. Caitlin spent 2 hours with me doing a hydrofacial, eyelash curl and tint and a few extra treatments and explained the process and benefits along the way. Afterward I had the best massage ever with Anthony. Its because he listened to me so he could really target the areas where I was having some muscle pain. He even explained what caused the tension and gave me tips on good stretches to do at home. I ended my spa day shopping for higher quality skincare products. The team educated me on the ingredients and why they would be best for my skin type. I have booked my next appointment already! This place is amazing. I decided to do something for myself and have been seeing Amy since December. She is a great aesthetician. Everyone is so friendly. It is so nice to have a place like this close to home. Highly recommend!!

I’ve never had anything done to my face before and I chose to start with the hydrafacial. Though it was lovely and so were the staff, I just haven’t noticed much difference in my skin/face. I think for the money it cost, next time I would spend a little more and try something like the BBL or Moxi instead for better results. I will still be going back I just felt the results from my hydrafacial weren’t worth that much money :-)

I recently had a chemical peel with Amy, it was such a great experience with amazing results! Amy goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and answer all question before, during, and after the treatment. The Glow space is beautiful and made for such a relaxing treatment. Both my daughter and I have been to Glow Aesthetics twice now. My daughter sees Amy for her eyebrow wax & I see Caitlin for eyebrow wax & tint as well as dermaplane facials. I found Rachel on Instagram and immediately wanted to book a facial with her because of her A+ educational content on skincare! It was simple to book, and she was super accommodating when I was late to my appointment. I got a hydrafacial which was amazing, and I loved the way Rachel explained each step through the process! My first visit to Glow Aesthetics. I was impressed with the layout of the salon and the many different treatments and services offered. I recently had my Botox experience with Glow Aesthetics and Caitlyn B. She did an amazing job! She is very thorough, kind and the took time to talk with me about my skin care. The process was quick, thorough and painless…I am excited to schedule a facial in the near future!

I had a sensitive skin facial with Jess and it was amazing! She was very aware of my current skin condition and showed concern with how I treat my skin/what I use on my skin. The facial was roughly an hour long. It was so relaxing and felt amazing. I left with glowing skin. I didn’t feel dry or irritated, which I was worried about. I will definitely be back for another facial and consultation. She even sent me home with samples!

I had gotten some lip filler done by Danielle and as nervous as I was, Danielle couldn’t have made this experience anymore reassuring and comforting. She was extremely knowledgeable as she walked me through the steps of what she was doing, how she was doing it, and why. She even made sure to follow up with me even weeks after I got the service to make sure there were no issues and that I was satisfied. Everyone at glow is as friendly and knowledgeable as can be, they really know how to make you comfortable. They also focus on not only making you look your best, but really feel your best. What is an incredible experience; I am a new client of Glow, but not one to use injectables, chemical peels, fillers, and other forms of anti-aging treatments. In doing my research, I found Glow and my first thought was, how could they do all this being part of a make-up store? After calling, and speaking to the fantastic receptionist, Emily, I realized that Glow was in a temporary space while building their practice until they could move into their new space at the end of the month. Caitlin, who did my Botox, is one of the kindest, gentlest people I’ve ever met. She knows her stuff, and after many years of getting Botox, she had some new ways and locations to achieve the results I wanted. My initial results were not what I had hoped (which happens and not Glow’s fault), but rather than making excuses or charging me more money for different products, they brought me back in, went over everything, and then provided additional Botox at no cost to me because they wanted me to be happy with the results. I’ve never had that happen, and they have a client for life at this point. I look forward to getting laser treatment and filler done in the next few weeks. It’s nice to find a place that has a growing male clientele. I highly recommend them!

I have visited Glow twice so far and plan to continue visiting regularly. The first time I had a hydra facial and dermaplaning. The second time I had a peel. I loved the way my skin felt after each treatment and my skin is looking better than ever. I am looking forward to my next treatment.

I had Microneedling done on January 7th 2022 and it’s was the best experience. The treatment was not painful and the benefits were amazing. My skin feels tight and plump.
