John is one of the kindest people i know. Daniele is also kind curtious and a round about fun human being. All the staff here are excellent to help you get exactly what you need. These guys even helped me a few times when i was down in life. God bless the staff here best ever!!!

This is one of the biggest if not the biggest shops in the area. Wide variety,informed an friendly staff, an top quality products. The amount of glass is out of this world.

Extremely friendly employees. They gave me a huge smile when I walked in and we’re happy to help out. I went in for a couple of accessories for my glass and they helped me find the best stuff. I found their glass selection very diverse and had something for everyone. Very clean store and fair prices. My cleaner worked great for my piece. I also bought a disposable a few days later was in and out quickly which I loved. They had enough flavors I will be going back. Big fan of them and the ownership/employees.

I have been shopping at The Smoke Up 2 vape shop in Winchester Virginia for a good while now. The Smoke up 2 on Berryville Ave. Is by far the best vape shop around!! For example today I had went in with a Grateful Dead G Pen that I had bought there recently and it wasnt working properly. Romi happily took care of me and showed me the upmost respect!! Great group of folks working there thats for sure!! I will always highly recommend The Smoke Up Vape Shop to family and friends!!

Used to be my favorite vape store. I’m a heavy smoker and I also vape so I’m in there sometimes twice a week. I had such an awful exchange with a new employee last week that I ended up leaving without getting what I needed because I was so disgusted by his attitude. The vape store was the last place I expected a pissing contest with a clearly very insecure short king.

This is the best smoke shop in Winchester! The employees are stellar at customer service as well as the scenery is a trip itself 🤩 I love the mass selection ranging from disposables all the way to their glassware with elaborate designs. I will be returning ASAP!
