We were in this spa for a chocolate massage as a couple and really from the moment you enter you feel a vibe that transports you to another place, the attention of the staff is incomparable and without a doubt my husband and I loved it.. we came from Miami and if they were closer we would not hesitate to come regularly. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

I was on vacation with my husband and we found this Spa.. our first impression was amazing, it is a beautiful decorated place that gives you peace when you arrive. We took the massage as a couple and the room is very warm.. they gave us two glasses of wine and in addition to an incredible sushi tray, at the bar we had a very delicious Chai latte. My husband enjoys it and for us it’s a 10 out of 10. I definitely recommend Ronel and his attention in incredible..

For one because of the work I do, I genuinely research a talented therapist and not just someone who can give a backrub. Since the pandemic, Ive done my best to incorporate this into my monthly maintenance.To start, the studio was super clean and Ive visited a few studios in the Orlando area that left little to be desired. I genuinely found them to be like too Chain-like and not relaxing enough, however this wasnt the case here.Studio space was relaxing, Ronel was talented and very professional, but also personable which was nice. Sometimes, its really hard to turn my brain off and a massage sometimes can feel invasive, but that is not the case here, it felt like being in one of those expensive hotels who really care about your well being. The bonus is that they really have anything to truly make you feel better.The place smells good, however, maybe too good but that could just be me because I have a sensitive nose.Otherwise, Ive already recommended the business to my friends and others.This place doesnt just feel like a regular massage, it feels like a place where you can reset and just walk out feeling better than before.

Where do I begin!! From start to finish everything was absolutely amazing!! If you are debating on booking a service here do NOT hesitate. I booked a couples massage for my fiancé and I for her birthday. I didn’t let them know it was her birthday until we arrived and they went above and beyond, the attention to detail was amazing. I am speechless and beyond happy with how the entire session went. I have already booked for another couples massage, it’s a great date night idea. They recently just moved and the spa is clean and so peaceful. I highly recommend getting a massage here.

This is my second time scheduling an appointment with Ronel. He does a great job with the massage and is attentive to customer service with professionalism. If you are looking for deep tissue work, he will definitely provide exceptional service. I have had some pain in my shoulder and neck area for some time. I have been relieved of this pain due to my experience with Romich Massage and Spa.

I called yesterday and scheduled an appointment for a couples massage to celebrate my 4 yrs anniversaryI mentioned the coupon clearly. I purchased 90 min oneI first wanted an early appointment they didn’t have any so I was offered a 1:00pm one today .I called and ask if they had male and female therapist they answered yes I tell them I will see them at 1:00pm today and to my surprise No appointment was made…Mind you same voice (person )answered the phone yesterday also got told after I mentioned the Groupon that there is no appointment available today.Very disappointed since I saw so many good reviews hate to be the one bad review.

I was very lucky to book the same day. Ronnel took the time to understand my back issues and once done went to a very relaxing and peaceful room where I was made very comfortable.The pressure was perfect and the the touch was amazing. The massage was so enjoyable I will definitely be going back.

Ww went and got 2 massages here when we were in Orlando. Both were fabulous! I myself am a massage therapist so I am very picky and judge every massage I get and i have no complaints. I highly recommend going here. My daughter was offered ice cream on our first visit and my fiance got a specialty coffee made for him on our second visit. Thank you so much! Today I came with my fiancée and it was beyond the experience we had in mind, the bar is very nice everything clean and organized, we had a one-on-one massage and the VIP room is undoubtedly the best!

Excellent service!! They provide a personalized experience and the atmosphere is just great. A lot of detail and thought put into it. My kid also loved it! He got cotton candy and VIP treatment.

Went with a friend for my birthday! They were super hospitable and accommodating despite us running late. The matcha was AMAZING and the charcuterie board was super cute and tasty also! It was my first massage and it was super comfortable and relaxing! Will definitely be coming back.

Experience exceeded my expectation. He was able to accomodate me last minute. I went for the full experience that included the charcuterie board which was just perfect for after the massage. My back feels so much better and Ronel was attentive to my needs and requests.

I paid for my daughter and son in law to get a massage back in November for their honeymoon. We confirmed in numerous methods that they would be there via text and email. They showed up early for their appointment and waited for a half hour after and the establishment was closed. We tried calling, texting and email and to no avail. Now I’m looking for a refund, what a huge disappointment they were so excited.

The most horrible experience ever!!! If I could put Zero stars I would. Showed up with my husband to get a full body massage and the establishment was closed. Showed up on time at 8: 50 a.m. our massages were supposed to be at 9 AM and 10 AM. We waited patiently And he was late. He is very unprofessional. He got upset because he didn’t have his towels or his equipment ready and we were there on time. So when I reach out to him to let him know our concerns, he had an attitude with us For him being late because we were on time time. I am a professional myself, and I would never treat a merchant or Customer the way this man treated me or my husband. I like to support small businesses and I’ve always supported small businesses, but this is why people go to corporations and franchises, because of the lack of professionalism. Here’s a tip have your equipment and towels already done before you see your clientele. You should show up prior 30 minutes to an hour before to get ready. I have never had to write a negative review, nor have I had any issues with Groupon or any establishments that I’ve gone to. I hope this is a learning experience for this person who has his establishment because I would never recommend you to anyone.

I had a really bad pain and navigating found this place I booked and they did an amazing job finding and removing all knots I do had. Super recommend. I never do reviews but this spa got my heart

Amazing experience! Really detailed and welcoming, they explain everything in depth. Open bar was a nice addition! But don’t skip out on the coffee as it tasted straight from a coffeehouse. We got the couples massage in which we also had a lovely charcuterie board. The massage was very relaxing and afterwards we were offered a water. Once again an amazing experience and would recommend to friends/family.

Do not trust!!Booked a massage two weeks ago. Establishment never confirmed appointment and would not work with me as far as rescheduling the Groupon.
